Due to the limited availability of power defect data， most current defect detection methods are unable to accurately detect power system anomalies. To overcome this challenge， a few-shot image generation method is employed. Building upon the improved local-fusion generative adversarial network （LoFGAN）， a context-aware few-shot image generator is designed to enhance the defect detection network’s capability to extract detailed features. A regularization loss based on LC-divergence is introduced to optimize the training effectiveness of the image generation model on limited datasets. Experimental results reveal that the few-shot image generation method can generate effective and diverse defect data for power scenarios. The proposed model can address the issue of data unavailability in power defect scenarios.

Accurate prediction of aviation material requirements for off-site missions is one of the main elements of a good trip assurance,therefore,the method combining gray relation analysis(GRA),improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)algorithm and support vector machine(SVM)is proposed for predicting aviation material.Firstly,GRA is applied to analyze the factors influencing the demand for aviation materials carrying.Secondly,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is improved by introducing activity factors and non-linear inertia coefficients,and the SVM parameters are optimized by IPSO.Finally,the optimized SVM model is used to predict the demand for aviation materials.The results show that,the root mean square error predicted by aviation material prediction method based on GRA-IPSO-SVM is decreased by 0.16 than that of by using the method based on PSO-SVM,the mean absolute percentage error is decreased by 2.18%,and the prediction time is decreased by 0.7 s.

[Introduction] With the increase of operation time of overhead transmission lines and the aggravation of aging and corrosion of equipment, the rusted ground wire replacement is significantly increased. Due to the large cross span of overhead transmission lines and the decrease of mechanical properties of corroded ground wires, there is a high risk in the replacement construction, especially when the same grade crosses multiple high-voltage power lines. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the methods, steps and safety precautions of replacement construction. [Method] Taking the replacement construction of corroded ground wire of a 500 kV transmission line spanning three 220 kV power lines in the same span from Pingguo to Laibin as an example, in order to reduce the risk in the replacement process, the measures were taken, such as wire sealing, two-way protection of steel wire rope installed on the ground wire support, reasonable setting of the traction field, reducing the traction speed of the ground wire and reclosure of the crossing line one by one. [Result] These measures are verified to be safe and effective on site, which can well protect the safety of the power lines across and reduce the risk of construction operations. [Conclusion] These key technologies in construction have important reference significance for future similar operations.

This study aimed to confirm the immunomodulatory effects of fermented Benincasa hispida extract (HR1901-BS) on RAW 264.7 macrophages. B. hispida was fermented for 72 h using Bacillus subtilis CJH 101. To evaluate the efficacy of HR1901-BS in enhancing macrophage function, we measured and compared the levels of macrophage activation-related markers in HR1901-BS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. We evaluated the effects on nitric oxide (NO) production and the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines (interleukin IL-1β, IL-6, and tumor necrosis factor TNF-β) in the RAW 264.7 cell line. We confirmed that HR1901-BS affected macrophage activation by inducing a significantly high dose-dependent NO production and increasing the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines in RAW 264.7 macrophages. It also suggested that the immunomodulatory effect by HR1901-BS occurred mainly as a result of the activation of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), inducible NO synthase (iNOS), and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK)/nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) pathways. Our results indicate that HR1901-BS is a promising candidate as a functional material that enhances immune responses through macrophage activation.

Background: We performed the present study to better elucidate the correlation of nitric oxide synthase 3 (NOS3) gene polymorphism with the risk of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH)., Material/methods: According to the designed search strategy, a systematic literature search was performed through the PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CNKI, VIP and Wan Fang databases to collect published case-control studies on the correlation between NOS3 gene polymorphism and PAH. The search deadline was December 26, 2023. Two reviewers independently screened the literature, extracted data and evaluated the quality according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software. The odds ratio (OR) and 95 % confidence interval (CI) of the genotype distribution were used as the effect indicators., Results: A total of 11 eligible studies were included, involving three single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) sites of the NOS3 gene: G894T (rs1799983), 4b/4a (rs61722009), and T-786C (rs2070744). The meta-analysis revealed that for PAH analysis, 4 genetic models of NOS3 G894T polymorphism increased the risk of PAH: the allele model (T vs G, OR = 1.9, 95%CI [1.16, 3.11],P = 0.01), the homozygote model (GG vs TT, OR = 1.91, 95%CI [1.04, 3.51], P = 0.04), the heterozygote model (GG vs GT, OR = 3.19, 95%CI [1.65, 6.19], P = 0.0006) and the dominant model (GT + TT vs GG, OR = 3.06, 95%CI [1.54, 6.09], P = 0.001). In the subgroups analysis, the NOS3 G894T polymorphism was found to be associated with the risk of PAH subgroups, including CHD combined with PAH and COPD combined with PAH, Particularly, there is a highly significant correlation with CHD combined with PAH. 2 genetic models of NOS3 4b/4a polymorphism increased the risk of PAH: the homozygote model (BB vs AA, OR = 2.1, 95%CI [1.02, 4.35], P = 0.04) and the recessive model (BB + BA vs AA, OR = 2.55, 95%CI [1.27, 5.11], P = 0.009). In the subgroups analysis, the NOS3 4b/4a polymorphism was found to be associated with the susceptibility of CHD combined with PAH. The results of the combined analysis of each gene model of NOS3 T-786C gene polymorphism sites were not statistically significant, and their P values were all>0.05. The NOS3 G894T and NOS3 4b/4a gene polymorphism had been found to be associated with the risk of PAH in different regional and racial subgroups. In contrast to the NOS3 G894T gene polymorphism, which increased the risk of PAH development in the yellow race subgroup, the NOS3 4b/4a gene polymorphism reduced the risk of PAH development in the white race subgroup and was a protective factor., Conclusions: The NOS3 G894T (rs1799983) and NOS3 4b/4a (rs61722009) gene polymorphism have a strong correlation with the risk of PAH, with this association varying among different regions and ethnicities. Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ringheaded thrumbtack needle in the treatment of allergic rhinitis (AR)., Methods: Clinical studies about treatment of AR with ringheaded thrumbtack needle were searched from databases of CNKI, Wanfang, China Science and Technology Journal, China Biology Medicine disc, PubMed, Embase and Web of Science from their inception to November 2022. Two researchers independently screened the literature and collected related information. The total effective rate, visual analogue scale (VAS) for AR, rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire (RQLQ), and recurrence rate were the main outcome indicators. Secondary outcome indicators included quantitative scores of symptoms and signs, 'quartering' symptom evaluation scale, etc. All the included studies were subjected to Meta-analysis using Stata software., Results: A total of 22 clinical studies involving 1 491 participants were included. The results of Meta-analysis indicated that the total effective rate of ringheaded thrumbtack needle in the treatment of AR was higher than that of traditional Chinese and Western medicine ［ RR =1.20, 95% CI (1.14, 1.26), P <0.001］, and recurrence rate is lower than conventional therapy ［ OR =0.35, 95% CI (0.14, 0.89), P =0.027］. Moreover, The VAS score ［ WMD =-1.30, 95% CI (-1.85, -0.75), P <0.001］ and RQLQ score ［ WMD =-6.75, 95% CI (-12.74, -0.76), P =0.027］ of AR treated by ringheaded thrumbtack needle were lower than those of traditional Chinese and Western medicine., Conclusions: Ringheaded thrumbtack needle can improve the total effective rate, reduce the disease recurrence, and improve the symptoms of discomfort when AR outbreaks, and has no significant adverse reactions. However, the reliability is limited. Thus, it is still necessary to improve the level of evidence quality by including researches with large samples, rigorous design and international standards.

Background: The effect of gender on patients with mitral valve regurgitation (MR) undergoing transcatheter mitral valve repair (TMVR) remains to be defined. The aim of the present study is a comprehensive meta-analysis of studies that investigate differences between men and women after TMVR., Methods: A systematic literature search was carried out on eight databases to collect all relevant studies on gender-related outcomes of TMVR before March 1, 2021. The main outcomes of interest were mortality, cardiac function, MR class and other complications., Results: A total of eight literatures were included, all of which were retrospective observational studies. Compared to women patients, men had lower postoperative New York Heart Association (NYHA) class (OR = 1.53, 95%CI [1.23, 1.91], P = 0.0001) and higher incidence of postoperative acute kidney injury (AKI) (OR = 1.25, 95%CI [1.16, 1.34], P < 0.05). There were no significant difference on mortality in 30 days (OR = 0.95, 95%CI [0.81, 1.11], P = 0.53) and in 2 years (OR = 0.99, 95%CI [0.75, 1.30], P = 0.93), mitral valve regurgitation (MR) class (OR = 1.30, 95%CI [0.97, 1.75], P = 0.08) and incidence of myocardial infarction (MI) (OR = 0.88, 95%CI [0.65, 1.18], P = 0.38), stroke (OR = 0.80, 95%CI [0.63, 1.02], P = 0.08) and bleeding in hospital (OR = 0.84, 95%CI [0.59, 1.19], P = 0.32)., Conclusions: Our meta-analysis demonstrates that men undergoing TMVR have worse preoperative diseases (diabetes mellitus, coronary artery disease, renal failure and myocardial infarction) while they have superior postoperative NYHA class at one-year. Background: Although transcatheter technology has achieved some success in the field of mitral valves, the feasibility of applying it to patients with degenerated mitral valve bioprostheses (valve-in-valve, ViV), failure of mitral valvuloplasty (valve-in-ring, ViR) and serious mitral annulus calcification (vale-in-MAC, ViMAC) has not been effectively evaluated., Methods: By searching published literature before December 5, 2020 in four databases, we found all the literature related to the evaluation of feasibility assessment of TMViV, TMViR and TMViMAC. Outcomes focused on all-cause mortality within 30 days, bleeding and LVOT obstruction., Results: A total of six studies were included, and all of them were followed up for at least 30 days. After analysis of the ViV-ViR group, we obtained the following results: the all-cause mortality within 30 days of the ViV group was lower than that of the ViR group. Life-threatening or fatal bleeding was more likely to occur in the ViR group after surgery. At the same time, the ViR group was more prone to left ventricular outflow tract obstruction. However, in the ViMAC-ViR group, only the all-cause mortality within 30 days and stroke were statistically significant. In the indirect comparison, we found that TMViV had the best applicability, followed by TMViR. There were few TMViMAC available for analysis, and it requires further studies to improve the accuracy of the results., Conclusion: TMViV and TMViR had good applicability and could benefit patients who underwent repeat valve surgery. BACKGROUND We performed the present study to better elucidate the correlation of reduced folate carrier-1 (RFC1) A80G (rs1051266) polymorphism with the risk of congenital heart disease (CHD). MATERIAL AND METHODS According to the designed search strategy, a systematic literature search was performed through the PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, EMBASE, CNKI, VIP, and Wan Fang databases to collect published case-control studies on the correlation between RFC1 A80G polymorphism and CHD. All relevant studies up to October 1, 2019 were identified. The odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) of the genotype distribution were used as the effect indicators. RESULTS A total of 6 eligible studies was finally included in our meta-analysis, including 724 children with CHD, 760 healthy children, 258 mothers of the children with CHD, and 334 mothers of healthy control children. The meta-analysis revealed that for fetal analysis, only in the heterozygous model (GA vs GG, OR=1.36, 95% CI [1.06, 1.75], P=0.02) was RFC1 A80G polymorphism associated with risk of CHD. In maternal analysis, 3 genetic models of RFC1 A80G polymorphism increased the risk of CHD: the allelic model (A vs G, OR=1.36, 95% CI [1.07, 1.71], P=0.01), the homozygote model (AA vs GG, OR=2.99, 95%CI [1.06, 8.41], P=0.04), and the dominance model (GA+AA vs GG, OR=1.53, 95%CI [1.08, 2.16], P=0.02). CONCLUSIONS The maternal RFC1 A80G polymorphism has a strong correlation with CHD. Compared with the G allele, the A allele increases the risk of CHD by 0.36-fold.

Exposure to aluminum has been reported to lead to neurotoxicity. Mitochondria are important organelles involved in maintaining cell function. This study investigates the effect of aluminum on mitochondria in rat neural cells. The ultrastructure of mitochondria was observed, and the cell death rate (CDR), reactive oxygen species (ROS), mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) and 3-[4,5demethyl-2-thiazalyl]-2,-5diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) were measured to investigate the effect of aluminum on the mitochondrial structure and its function in neural cells. Results observed from the mitochondrial ultrastructure show that aluminum may impair the mitochondrial membrane and cristae. Increased CDR, enhanced ROS, decreased MMP, and decreased enzyme activity in mitochondria were observed in the Al-exposed neurons (100 500 microM). The present study demonstrates that alteration in the mitochondrial structure and function plays an important role in neurotoxic mechanisms induced by aluminum.

Inflammation often is considered a contributing factor to both thrombosis and disseminated intravascular coagulation. The molecular mechanisms that dictate which of these clinical manifestations will result from the inflammatory stimulus remain obscure. Bacterial infection and certain tumors are common initiators of the disseminated intravascular coagulant response. Complement activation resulting from bacterial infection shares with selected tumors the capacity to generate or release membrane particles that lack functional adhesion receptors and hence could circulate to amplify a disseminated intravascular coagulant response. We developed a model of venous thrombosis that resulted in localized thrombus formation without disseminated intravascular coagulation. The model involves infusion of tumor necrosis factor, blockade of protein C and a partial decrease in venous flow caused by ligation of the superficial femoral vein without obstruction of the deep formal vein. Infusion of phospholipid vesicles into this model resulted in amplification of a localized thrombotic response into a consumptive response. Seven different groups of animals were studied. The first three groups established the conditions necessary to produce deep vein thrombosis. The second four groups established the conditions necessary to produce disseminated intravascular coagulation. The infusion of phospholipid vesicles plus tumor necrosis factor and anti-protein C antibody resulted in consumption of fibrinogen, the production of thrombin/antithrombin complexes, a fall in platelet count, and venous thrombosis. Without ligation and catheterization phospholipid vesicles failed to produce the consumptive response. We conclude, therefore, that phospholipid vesicles can amplify a local thrombotic response into a consumptive response, and that vesiculation accompanying inflammation is one means by which localized coagulant activity may be amplified to produce disseminated intravascular coagulation.
