Aimed at the low accuracy of loudspeaker abnormal sound classification, an abnormal sound classification method based on the combination of adaptive variational mode decomposition (AVMD) and residual convolutional neural network (RCNN) is proposed. In AVMD, the grey wolf optimizer (GWO) algorithm was used to optimize the quadratic penalty factor (α) and modal decomposition number (K) of the variational mode decomposition (VMD), and then the VMD was used to extract the features. Finally, the random forest recursive feature elimination (RF-RFE) algorithm was used to extract the optimal feature data, and residual network (ResNet) was introduced by RCNN-3 to classify abnormal sound based on convolutional neural network (CNN). The experimental results show that the proposed method has better classification accuracy and stability, and its average classification accuracy can reach 99.3%.

Over the past 40 years, research has heavily emphasized stroke treatments that directly target ischemic cascades after stroke onset. Much attention has focused on studying neuroprotective drugs targeting one aspect of the ischemic cascade. However, the single-target therapeutic approach resulted in minimal clinical benefit and poor outcomes in patients. Considering the ischemic cascade is a multifaceted and complex pathophysiological process with many interrelated pathways, the spotlight is now shifting towards the development of neuroprotective drugs that affect multiple aspects of the ischemic cascade. Phosphatidylserine (PS), known as the "eat-me" signal, is a promising candidate. PS is involved in many pathophysiological changes in the central nervous system after stroke onset, including apoptosis, inflammation, coagulation, and neuronal regeneration. Moreover, PS might also exert various roles in different phases after stroke onset. In this review, we describe the synthesis, regulation, and function of PS under physiological conditions. Furthermore, we also summarize the different roles of PS after stroke onset. More importantly, we also discuss several treatment strategies that target PS. DNA is commonly employed as a substrate for the building of artificial logic networks due to its excellent biocompatibility and programmability. Till now, DNA logic circuits are rapidly evolving to accomplish advanced operations. Nonetheless, nowadays, most DNA circuits remain to be disposable and lack of field programmability and thereby limits their practicability. Herein, inspired by the Configurable Logic Block (CLB), the CLB‐based erasable field‐programmable DNA circuit that uses clip strands as its operation‐controlling signals is presented. It enables users to realize diverse functions with limited hardware. CLB‐based basic logic gates (OR and AND) are first constructed and demonstrated their erasability and field programmability. Furthermore, by adding the appropriate operation‐controlling strands, multiple rounds of programming are achieved among five different logic operations on a two‐layer circuit. Subsequently, a circuit is successfully built to implement two fundamental binary calculators: half‐adder and half‐subtractor, proving that the design can imitate silicon‐based binary circuits. Finally, a comprehensive CLB‐based circuit is built that enables multiple rounds of switch among seven different logic operations including half‐adding and half‐subtracting. Overall, the CLB‐based erasable field‐programmable circuit immensely enhances their practicability. In this paper, molecularly imprinted Zr-doped TiO2 photocatalysts (MIP-ZrO2-TiO2) were prepared by the molecularly imprinted sol–gel method for the photocatalytic degradation study of hydroquinone (HQ) as the target pollutant. For the effectiveness of the MIP-ZrO2-TiO2 catalyst in degrading HQ, the effects of Zr doping ratio, imprinted molecule dosage, calcination conditions, and pollutant concentration on its photocatalytic activity were investigated. XRD, TEM, XPS, and other techniques were used to evaluate the materials, and the findings revealed that MIP-ZrO2-TiO2 films with imprinted HQ were successfully produced on the ZrO2-TiO2 surface. The optimal preparation conditions were n(Ti):n(Zr) = 100:8, m(HQ) = 1.5 g, 550 °C for the calcination temperature, and 2 h for the calcination duration. The optimum reaction conditions were 10 mg/L HQ concentration, 1 g/L catalyst dose, and a pH of 6.91. According to the findings of photocatalytic tests, during 30 min of UV lamp (365 nm) irradiation, the degradation rates of MIP-ZrO2-TiO2, ZrO2-TiO2, and TiO2 for HQ were 90.58%, 83.94%, and 58.30%, respectively. The findings revealed that the doping of Zr metal and the addition of imprinted molecules improved the photocatalytic activity of TiO2, which can be used for the efficient treatment of low concentrations of hard-to-degrade hydroquinone. A molecularly imprinted titanium dioxide (EP-TiO2) was synthesized through a one-step molecular imprinting technique using ethyl hydroxybenzene (EP) as the imprinting molecule and tetra-n-butyl titanate as the precursor. The anatase was the main component of both TiO2 and EP-TiO2. EP was found to inhibit the agglomeration of particles, resulting in a reduction of the forbidden band width of EP-TiO2 by 0.22 eV compared to TiO2. The selectivity coefficient of EP-TiO2 for the target pollutant, EP, was 1.64, indicating superior selectivity as the value exceeded 1.5. The molecular imprinting technique increased the selectivity of EP-TiO2 for EP by 59.22% compared to TiO2. The quenching experiments demonstrated that photogenerated holes played a greater role than hydroxyl radicals in the degradation of EP. However, the contribution of superoxide radicals could not be accurately determined. When basic magenta replaced EP as the model pollutant, it was confirmed that superoxide radicals were the primary active species in the photocatalytic process of EP-TiO2. Within 30 min, the decolorization of EP by EP-TiO2 reached 78.60%, demonstrating the superior photocatalytic performance of the synthesized EP-TiO2 and its potential application in the efficient degradation of EP wastewater.
