Context: The prevalence of obesity was 8% in 2002 and increased to 11.5% in 2011 in Indonesia. The results of the 2018 Basic Health Research stated that 13.6% of people over the age of 18 were overweight, and 21.8% were obese. Aims: To analyze the effect of intermittent restriction diet and continuous exercise with moderate intensity on individuals exposed to a high-calorie diet. Methods: A randomized posttest control group design was used as the research design, with 6 mice in each group as the study subjects. The groups in this study were the control group with a high-calorie diet (CON+), the intermittent restriction diet group (IRD), the moderate-intensity continuous exercise group (MEX), the combined intermittent restriction diet group and the moderate-intensity continuous exercise (HYB) group. The measured variables were cardiomyocyte diameter and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) expression. Results: The results of this study were cardiomyocyte diameter CON+ (27.94 ± 5.65 µm), IRD (20.99 ± 11.80 µm), MEX (25.08 ± 9.14 µm), HYB (24.52 ± 5.90 µm) with p=0.578. Expression scores of BNP CON+ (6.00 ± 1.50), IRD (4.67 ± 1.00), MEX (5.42±2.09), HYB (6.27 ± 1.54) with p=0.335. These results showed no significant difference, but the intermittent restriction diet showed the most optimal mean with the lowest mean cardiomyocyte diameter and BNP expression. Conclusions: There was no effect between the combination of an intermittent restriction diet and moderate-intensity continuous exercise on cardiomyocyte diameter and BNP expression. However, there is a potential that an intermittent restriction diet has the optimal effect in preventing changes in the cardiac structure.

The health problems of the elderly in ​​the Puskesmas Industri, Gresik work area align with the Indonesian health phenomenon where the number of elderly and degenerative diseases is high. Health cadres training in the work area of ​​the Puskesmas Industri is needed to optimize the role of cadres in educating and implementing a healthy lifestyle in older adults. The Community Partnership Program, focusing on health as part of goal 3 of The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), was carried out on September 1, 2022, and was attended by 57 cadres from 6 villages. Health information was provided as a provision for cadres to provide education to the public about the healthy lifestyle of the elderly. The results showed that there was an increase of 17,26 points (34,76%) after training. The lowest post-test results were on the topic of BMI and its interpretation, as well as physical activity in the elderly, so further action is needed. During FGD, the Elderly Health Book from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia was introduced. The results of the FGD showed that the introduction of the Elderly Health Book should be continued so that health cadres can consistently use it. Health cadres have a significant role in realizing the elderly health program from the Indonesian Ministry of Health. This health cadre training has proven to be very necessary because it can increase understanding as a provision for cadres in providing education to the public regarding the healthy lifestyle of the elderly.

Context: Although have been proven able to control the prevalence of coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19), Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines are reported to have possible side effects on the heart. Aims: To know the magnitude of adverse events in the cardiac after messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA)-based vaccination. Methods: An electronic search in PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, and Ebsco/Cinahl was performed. The keywords were: “COVID-19 vaccine”, “SARS-CoV-2 vaccine”, “myocarditis”, “myopericarditis”, “pericarditis”, “myocardial infarction”, and “myocardial injury”. The electronic search was updated until March 2022. STATA/MP Statistical Software: Release 14 (StataCorp LLC, College Station, Texas) was used in this study to perform a meta-analysis of a random-effect for myocarditis, pericarditis, myocarditis, myocardial infarction, and myocardial injury. Results: Twenty-one case reports/case series studies with a total of 62 individuals who had been vaccinated against COVID-19 mRNA (Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna) were included in the systematic review. Whereas seven observational cohort studies had 170,053,333 people who had been vaccinated, 245 of whom had myocarditis. In addition, two observational cohort studies with 13,948,595 vaccinated individuals, 16 of whom developed pericarditis. There was only one observational cohort study that had a total of 7,183,889 people who had been vaccinated and 11 had myopericarditis. Based on the pooled incidence, the result is

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to describe the physical condition differences between female athletes indoor hockey of East Java Team and National Team. Data sampling is taken from 12 female athletes indoor hockey of PON 2016 with age range 17-28 years old and 12 athletes of indoor hockey of Indonesia’s National Team at SEA Games 2017 with age range 19-28 years old for comparison. Physical condition that measured is VO2max to represent endurance, abdominal muscle strength, speed and flexibility. Obtained data is then analyzed using SPSS. VO2max of East Java Team is (39.54±4.18) ml/kg/minute and for National Team is (43.43±7.59) ml/kg/minute (ρ=0.14). For abdominal muscle strength, East Java Team has (41.50±7.01) kg and National Team has (51.83±3.32) kg (ρ=0.00). For Speed, East Java Team has (3.59±0.30) second and National Team has (3.94±0.38) second (ρ=0.51). For Flexibility, East Java Team has (23.75±5.10) cm and National Team has (29.50±4.91) cm (ρ=0.01). From these data we can conclude that East Java Team physical condition is under National Team and it has significant differences at flexibility and abdominal muscle strength.
