Abstract

壮年期血液透析患者の援助のために、患者の事故概念に着目することは看護婦の重要な課題である。壮年期血液透析患者は、壮年期の発達段階で透析治療をするが故に発達危機に直面し、壮年期血液透析患者に特有な自己概念が形成される。患者理解の必要性から基本概念・理論として、(1)自己概念、(2)発達理論、(3)発達危機論、(4)壮年期血液透析患者の Human Response, (5)壮年期血液透析患者の生活修正・再建能力を明確にし、壮年期血液透析患者の自己概念に関する理論的枠組みを構築した。, To assist hemodialysis patients in the prime of life, it is an important theme for a nurse to notice self-concept of patients. Because hemodialysis patients in the prime of life need hemodialysis patients in the prime of life need hemodialysis at their life stage of development, they come to be faced with a crisis of development, and self-concept peculiar to hemodialysis patients in the prime of life is formed. To need to understand patients, the followings were made clear as fundamental concept and theory:(1) self-concept (2) the concept of development (3) the theory of a crisis of development (4) human response of hemodialysis patients in the prime of life, and (5) the ability of life-style modification and its reconstruction among hemodialysis patients in the prime of life. And further, we constructed a theoretical framework regarding self-concept among hemodialysis patients in the prime of life.

Abstract

HER2 mRNA levels of GEM-treated MIA PaCa-2 cells did not increase at each time point. GEM-treated MIA PaCa-2 cells (0, 100, 300 and 1000 ng/ml, 2 h) were incubated for 2, 6, 12, 24 and 48 h, and their HER2 mRNA levels were determined using qRT-PCR. HER2 mRNA expression levels were normalized to that of 18S ribosomal RNA and quantified using the ΔΔCt method. (PPTX 83 kb)

Abstract

the Chediak-Higashi syndrome (CHS) is an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by partial oculocutaneous albinism,severe pyogenic infectiona and the presence of abnormally large granules in many cells. It was recently reported than human CHS and beige micce have homologous disorder asso-ciated with Lyst mutation. Lyst protein is considered to be important for cellular signal transduction,however, the precise function has not been clarified. My previous studies revealed that the abnormal decline in protein kinase C (PKC) activity in neutrophils and natural killer (NK) cells from being mice was responsible for the impairred cellular functions. It is threfore considered that the study on the re-lationship between Lyst gene and the dysregulation of PKC is of great importance for elucidation of the pathogenesis of CHS and its effective treatment.

Abstract

This paper studies recognition of nurses who have experienced nursing care for children having stressful procedures or examinations.These were 204 participants.As a result of factor analysis, 5 factors were selected for [intention] ;‘concerning fragility’‘pro-mote for intention’‘insure safety’‘deal with reality’,as well as 5 factors for [explanation and inter-vention], i,e.‘judgement beforehand’,‘explanation of what is going on’,‘explanation of necesssity’,‘confirmation of understanding’and ‘understanding of family’.It was suggested that nurses intervening for children are able to cope, because the heavy load of factors termed ‘concerning fragility’and ‘judgement beforehand’were thought to be important.

Abstract

This research analyzse how theoretical learing of the concept of nursing which students had learned in the Introduction to Nursing is expanded and deepened through practical training by select-ing 8 cases for first year students who had participated in the “Clinical practice in fundamentals of nursing I.”The clinical practice for first year students took place in September over a period of 5 days with the students divided amongst 3 types of institution; General Hospital, Mental Hospital, and Medical Welfare Center for Mentally and Physically Handicapped Children. A review is held after the clinical practice to provide an opportunity for the students to exchange views and share their experi-ences at the institutions. The goals of the practical experience are centered around the 4 paradigms learned through the theoretical studies in the concept of nursing. Analysis was conluctel as to whether these concepts of nursing were well understood through practical learning The result was that each group understood the roles and missions of institutions where they undertook the chinical practice. However, this understanding did not extend to how the institutions litt into the overall medi-cal & health care system nor to the relationship between them. Likewise, each group understood quite well the function & role of nursing activities that had actually taken place. Moreover, by being present at the actual scene of nursing in the institution, some students were able to grasp that the function & role of nursing was performed in an integrated from. The conditions of patients were rela-tively well understood by the students. However, even though they understood the patients condition, very few students were able to determine what kind of nursing activity nceded to be undertaken. Also, with regard as to how the process of nursing care has been scientificaly developed, the students were able to understand this process From the above results the conlusion was feached that clinical practice was effective in making early stage students understand comprehensively the concept of nursing. However, the development of what the students had learned though this clinical practice and how to deepen this experience though the pursuit of more specific studies in nursing care is a subject for later research.
