The effects of soil invertebrates (earthworms) and AM fungus fertilizers were observed alone and together on the growth of Punica granatum and on the reproduction of herbivores (Aphis punicae). Pomegranate plants were grown individually in pots containing sandy, silty, and clay soil. Plants were grown in soil containing: a) no added fauna, b) earthworms, c) AM fungus fertilizers, and d) AM fungus fertilizers and earthworms. As a result of the study, the highest number of shoots were observed in worm + fertilizer applied treatments and the lowest in the only worm used treatments. This study was conducted in East and South Eastern Parts of Turkey. Anoecia haupti Börner 1950, Aphis nonveilleri Petrovi?-Obradovi? & Remaudière 2002, Brachycaudus mordvilkoi Hille Ris Lambers 1931, Chaitophorus hypogaeus Hille Ris Lambers 1947, Dysaphis radicola (Mordvilko 1897), Forda orientalis George 1920, Indiochaitophorus furcatus Verma 1970, Liosomaphis himalayensis Basu 1964, Macrosiphum centranthi Theobald 1915, Macrosiphum symphyti Barjadze & Chakvetadze 2008, Melanaphis bambusae (Fullaway 1917), Myzocallis mediterranea Quednau & Remaudière 1994, Paracletus subnudus Hille Ris Lambers 1954, Pterocomma groenlandicum Hille Ris Lambers 1952 and Sipha uvarovi Mordvilko 1921 were determined as a new entry for Turkish aphidofauna. As a result of the evaluation of studies conducted from 2012 to 2013, seven aphid species found in the Inner West Anatolian Part of Turkey were determined to be new additions to Turkey aphid fauna. These species are Aphis astragalicola Holman & Szelegiewicz 1971; A. carduicola Stekolshchikov 2005; Chaitophorus niger Mordvillko 1929; Dysaphis pyraria Narzikulov 1961; century, and Canakcioglu (1975) reviewed initial studies and listed about 258 aphid species in the book named “Aphidoidea of the Turkey”. Following this publication, some studies were conducted locally but much more researches were carried out after the 1990s. Remaudiere, Toros and Ozdemir (2006) combined all studies and listed 417 aphid species. A checklist of the Turkey aphidofauna published by Gorur, Akyildirim, Olcabey and Akyurek (2012) listed 480 species and 12 subspecies from 141 genera. Recently Senol, Akyildirim, Gorur and Demirtas (2014) and Senol, Akyildirim Begen, Gorur and Demirtas (2014) added 28 new records, and Barjadze and Ozdemir (2014) recorded one new genus and one new species and Barjadze, Ozdemir and Blackman (2014) listed two new species to Turkey aphid fauna. In this aspect, we aimed to find out aphid species of the Inner West Anatolian Part of Turkey. Sampled specimen’s identification process was carried out according to Blackman and Eastop (2014), Quednau (1999, 2003) based on the apterous and alatae viviparous individuals features. The taxonomic status of the determined species was checked at by following Favret (2014); Nafria (2014). The geographic distribution of the species is reviewed according to Holman (2009) and Blackman & Eastop (2014). Voucher samples are deposited at the Biology Department of Nigde University.

Cinara curvipes (Patch, 1912) türü 2012-2014 yılları arasında Abies sp. ve Cedrus sp. konak bitkileri üzerinden Afyonkarahisar, Kütahya ve Bartın illerinden örneklenmiş ve bu türün Türkiye afit faunası için yeni kayıt ve yayılımcı bir tür olduğu ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışmanın en önemli yanı ise C. curvipes türünün literatürde belirtilen muhtemel konak türlerinin hepsinden Türkiye’den kayıt verilmiş olmasıdır., Cinara curvipes(Patch, 1912) feeding on Abiessp. and Cedrussp. were sampled from Afyonkarahisar, Kütahya and Bartın provinces between 2012 and 2014 were determined as invasive and new aphid species for Turkey aphidofauna. The most important implication of the finding is that recording C. curvipesfrom their almost all potential host plant in Turkey.
