The article is aimed at researching the key problem of information and analytical provision of enterprise in the context of digitalization of the economy. The publication indicates the growth of the role of information in the implementation of management activities by an economic entity and its general role in the operation of the modern enterprise. Approaches to interpretation of the concepts of «information» and «information provision» are examined. It is defined that today the main problem of information-analytical provision of economic activity is the leakage of confidential information as one of the forms of materialization of threats to the information security of enterprise, which consists in violation of confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. It is further defined that the leakage of information at the enterprise is usually caused by the following actions: unauthorized access to confidential information; disclosure of confidential information (including the unintentional disclosure); leakage of information via the imperfect technical channels. The channels of possible information leakage are considered. In addition, the analysis of statistical data on information leakage in the global dimension was carried out. According to the researches, in 2019, among the total volume of information leakage, 49.7% of the volume is accounted for by external actors and 50.3% by internal offenders. In general, in the system of information and communication provision, special attention of the management of enterprise should be directly paid to internal communications, since more than 90% of the information comes in from employees. It should be noted that the reasons for the leakage of the enterprise’s information due to the fault of internal actors may be: unintentional actions on the part of the enterprise’s employees related to errors in the processing, storage or transmission of confidential data; the caused by certain reasons actions of employees who have access to confidential information. This may include the actions of employees who use the enterprise’s data for fraud purposes, as well as the actions of former employees who, motivated by their desire for retaliation for dismissal, «contribute» to the leakage of confidential information, passing it on to competitors or using it for their own mercenary purposes.

The article examines the peculiarities of influence of operating environment an enterprise on business processes. Considerable attention is paid to negative influence of external environment, in particular, seven factors in the process of growth of inertia are highlighted, namely: 1) fierce competition; 2) limited resources; 3) complexity and high cost of logistics operations; 4) institutional restrictions; 5) destabilization of financial system; 6) change of standards and norms; 7) reduction of target markets. The factors of negative influence of internal environment are singled out as a set of manifestations of economic security destabilization in order of increasing inertia, which are 1) ineffectiveness of research work at an enterprise; 2) problems of responsibility areas distribution; 3) problems of managing operational processes; 4) low efficiency of marketing system; 5) insufficient financial support; 6) absence of effective control system; 7) conflicts; 8) workers' opportunistic behaviour. The realities of today and the active phase of the war determine the search for new ways to form the economic potential of Ukraine, considering direct and indirect losses that have arisen as a result of military operations, which determines the relevance of the research topic. Accordingly, the purpose of the study was to analyse the factors of destabilising influence on the economic security of regions and develop ways to restore their socio-economic potential. Special attention in the course of the study was paid to the assessment of losses as a result of military operations and other processes that accompany the functioning of regions in conditions of extreme aggravation of threats. A model for assessing the negative consequences of the impact of temporary emigration, mobilisation, and internal displacement of the population on the socio-economic security of the region is developed. Within the framework of the model, the state of losses was determined depending on the ratio of the main components of temporary emigration, which include: departure from Ukraine and return, the level of job vacancies, and the demand for jobs of medical workers. The main conditions of losses from mobilisation and temporary migration of the population are also determined. It was proved that the implementation of regional rehabilitation programmes will reduce the amount of losses and ensure the growth of the socio-economic potential of the regions in the medium term, including by improving the regulatory support for financing such processes. This will allow getting a substantial social, economic, security, and legal effect. At the same time, an absolutely new field was being formed for further research on the implementation of security mechanisms at the macro, meso, and micro levels in the conditions of war and post-war reconstruction of territories. The results of the study can be used by state institutions and investment funds interested in reconstructing the socio-economic potential of Ukraine and creating safe, favourable conditions for its implementation. The author’s approach to evaluating appropriateness of interaction of domestic enterprises-subjects of foreign economic activity with foreign partners taking into account balancing benefits and safety has been presented. To solve the problems set in the study, there were used means of economic and mathematical simulation, namely, conceptual provisions of the theory of games. Preconditions for simulating scenarios of interaction between contractors and evaluation of effects of this interaction have been determined. A dyadic game model, in which each player will only have two pure strategies, has been proposed, and possibility of using a three-player game with development of a corresponding matrix of wins of each player has been considered. On the basis of the calculation of possible options of interaction between the major players possible options for this interaction have been found and a questionnaire for expert evaluation of the matrix elements of each player’s decisions has been developed. There suggested solutions of the game by relevant matrices, where two Nash equilibrium situations and 10 Pareto efficient situations are defined. The optimal solution of the game for all participants in the interaction, which allows to achieve a sufficient level of efficiency and safety of each player has been found

The article analyzes the environment of functioning of the domestic enterprises – actors of FEA, identifies peculiarities of establishing their economic security. It is proposed not only analyze the institutional environment at macro and meso levels, but also determine the features of institutional arrangements within the contract paradigm. It has been emphasized that, while interacting in the sphere of FEA, the actors conclude deals, and the dealing in the domestic market can differ substantially from the dealing in the foreign markets. It is proved that the increased complexity of the institutional arrangements in the foreign markets should be compensated through the relevant benefits or advantages for economic entities. Features of formation of the principal-agent relations in the sphere of FEA have been determined, taking into account the opportunistic behavior and asymmetry of information. Roles of the actors involved in the sphere of foreign economic activity have been specified, taking account of their impact on the economic security of enterprises

The article proposes a model of a probabilistic neural network in order to ensure a sufficient level of economic security through the introduction of agile enterprise management system. It is built on the basis of statistical classifiers highlighting the degree of threats to economic security of enterprise. An input matrix for a probabilistic neural network was developed and a target matrix of classes (states) was formed. A probabilistic neural network was built in the environment using the built-in Matlab-function «newpnn», based on the proposed matrices. A list of management decisions that is a response to determined degree of threat was identified for each degree of threat to economic security. Detailing of management decisions in terms of individual components allows managers to understand the response to the current threat from the standpoint of effective management. Also, availability of alternatives expands opportunities for managers to improve existing management system in various directions. Implementation of management decisions using a neural network can reduce the degree of threats to economic security of enterprise. The article forms a target matrix of lists of actions of company's management and a crucial probabilistic neural network is built in Matlab environment. The implementation of the proposed approach is tested on the example of a particular enterprise, which indicates its suitability for practical use and solution of applied practical problems. The main purpose of this article is studying features of strategic management of the interaction of state institutions and enterprises from the position of finding compromise solutions, and the appropriate tools that allow ensuring a balance of interests of society and business in the implementation of foreign economic activity. The methodological basis of the study is game theory, since it is the most acceptable tool used if there is a conflict of interests of the parties. Moreover, the parties to such a conflict often make strategic decisions without knowing about the decisions of their opponents, which we observe in modern business. The game model of interaction between FEA participants and state institutions, developed in the main part of the study, is presented in the form of a non-coalition game. The purpose of the presented research is a strategic choice and assessment of the markets both from the point of view of the potential benefit for the enterprise - subject of foreign economic activity (FEA) from actions in such a market, and from the position of activity safety. To assess each parameter of market choice for the enterprise-subject of FEA, the necessary tools have been developed. Estimation of the market fundamental availability is carried out on the basis of identification of certain possible barriers on it using the developed analytical additive multiplicative function. The market safety assessment is based on the influence of micro and macro factors, developed by an additive multiplicative function, a certain significance and an ordinal descriptive scale for each of the factors. Market profitability is estimated basing on the developed analytical indicators. The proposed approach to the market choice for the enterprise - the subject of foreign economic activity and behavior in such markets allows to determine the security of certain external local markets for the direct enterprise activity, and provides enterprise management information to make sound management decisions in the field of foreign economic activity. Foreign economic activity is one of the global opportunities for the development of industrial enterprises in most countries of the world. At the same time, enterprise management faces the problem of improving the quality of management processes in this particular area as a result of the growing number of threats and risks that are difficult to predict and which significantly affect the economic security of such entities. Improving the quality of managing interactions with potential foreign partners provides for their weighted selection based on minimizing risks, which necessitates the use of high-quality management tools. The study developed and tested an economic mathematical model for optimizing the interaction of industrial enterprises with potential partners based on risk minimization. This model allows to make high-quality strategic decisions in the field of foreign economic activity while ensuring the development of the enterprise by establishing mutually beneficial relations with foreign partners with a minimum risk level. The basis of management processes at macro and micro levels is the adoption of balanced management decisions. Considering the high turbulence of the business environment and a significant number of threats, we can say that a mandatory requirement is to take into account their impact on the security of individual entities. Traditional approaches to forecasting socio-economic phenomena and processes do not always justify themselves due to their inertness. Therefore, the study proposes to use the postulates of evolutionary economics in order to better understand the existing phenomena and processes of interaction between state institutions and business entities. A scenario forecasting model for the influence of state institutions on the ecological niche of business entities is also developed. If relevant empirical data is available, it allows not only analyzing the behavior scenarios of individual entities within certain ecological niches, but also making forecasts of the certain scenarios implementation. This is an extremely effective tool for enterprise management from the position of making managerial decisions aimed at ensuring economic security and strategic development of relevant business entities. The quality of interaction between enterprises and institutional agents in most world countries stipulates the conditions to ease doing business. For entities engaged in foreign trade operations one of the main subjects of such interaction is customs. It is customs that control the movement of goods through the country customs border, perform part of the state fiscal functions and directly affect the economic security of enterprises-subjects of foreign economic activity. The study formed a model of the customs influence on the enterprise economic security system based on the use of the game theory. For two participants of the game -- customs and enterprise -- the indicators that determine the strategy of the participant in the game and its behavior in such a game are proposed. It has been empirically proven that the customs does not use the optimal strategy when interacting with business entities, causing a negative impact both on individual subjects and on the results of customs activities. The adoption of high-quality and balanced decisions in the field of cost management requires appropriate information and analytical support, and the possibility of prompt calculation of alternative variants with reference to predicted results. It was proposed to use the means of economic mathematical modeling to solve the problem of forming tools to improve information analytical support for the cost management, namely, the discrete multi-criteria optimization method with the subsequent development of an optimization model comprising information analytical support for cost management. In the process of developing the model, it was taken into account that from a formal point of view the configuration regardinginformation analytical support for cost management is optimized, and this implies an increase in the speed and quality of management decision-making with a sufficient level of reliability (validity) and minimization of costs. Accordingly, in order to build an optimality criterion, two minimization problems are solved in the corresponding optimization model, both of which comprises information and analytical support for cost management. As a result regarding application of the model, the optimal configuration of information analytical support for cost management is formed, which allows optimizing costs and improving the quality of management decisions. Optimization of the business entities interaction with foreign partners when entering new foreign markets is the key to the successful development of their foreign economic activity and provides the enterprises with additional benefits from expansion of the spheres of activity and potential markets. Game theory is an effective tool for modeling interaction scenarios between enterprises and their potential partners, based on the consent or refusal of each partner to cooperate. The approach proposed in this article allows optimizing interaction processes by compensating losses to economic entities and maximizing the benefit as a result of a non-cooperative game use while simulating their interaction scenarios.
