The study considers the phenomenology of the professional crisis of the teacher personality in the context of the transition to online learning. Based on the analysis of the results of the theoretical and empirical research involving 170 teachers, it was established that the features of the professional crisis of the teacher personality are the transformation of the value-semantic sphere of the personality and the actualization of reflexive and anticipation processes. The results of the empirical research allowed for the first time to reveal the features of the professional crisis of the teacher in the context of the transition. The experimental group had the life efficiency indicator on the level 47.92 out of 100 points, while the control group – 69.59 points, which is not a much higher indicator. The results can become an empirical basis for the development of programs of psychological and pedagogical support for teachers experiencing professional crisis situations when implementing online learning programs. Aims: \ud Hypertensive disorders occur in women with peripartum cardiomyopathy (PPCM). How often hypertensive disorders co-exist, and to what extent they impact outcomes, is less clear. We describe differences in phenotype and outcomes in women with PPCM with and without hypertensive disorders during pregnancy.\ud \ud Methods: \ud The European Society of Cardiology PPCM Registry enrolled women with PPCM from 2012-2018. Three groups were examined: 1) women without hypertension (‘PPCM-noHTN’); 2) women with hypertension but without pre-eclampsia (‘PPCM-HTN’); 3) women with pre-eclampsia (‘PPCM-PE’). Maternal (6-month) and neonatal outcomes were compared.\ud \ud Results: \ud Of 735 women included, 452 (61.5%) had PPCM-noHTN, 99 (13.5%) had PPCM-HTN and 184 (25.0%) had PPCM-PE. В статье раскрывается проблема исследования ценностных ориентаций и профессионально значимых качеств у педагогов СПО. Представлены результаты эмпирического исследования взаимосвязи ценностных ориентаций и профессионально значимых качеств педагогов профессиональной школы на завершающем этапе профессионализации. Ведущими методами исследования заявленной проблемы являются методы теоретического и эмпирического сбора данных, методы математической и описательной статистики. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в разработке программы психолого-педагогического содействия, поддержки и развития профессионально значимых качеств преподавателей СПО.

ObjectiveCardiac disease is the leading cause of indirect maternal mortality. The aim of this study was to analyse to what extent socioeconomic factors influence the outcome of pregnancy in women with heart disease.MethodsThe Registry of Pregnancy and Cardiac disease is a global prospective registry. For this analysis, countries that enrolled ≥10 patients were included. A combined cardiac endpoint included maternal cardiac death, arrhythmia requiring treatment, heart failure, thromboembolic event, aortic dissection, endocarditis, acute coronary syndrome, hospitalisation for cardiac reason or intervention. Associations between patient characteristics, country characteristics (income inequality expressed as Gini coefficient, health expenditure, schooling, gross domestic product, birth rate and hospital beds) and cardiac endpoints were checked in a three-level model (patient–centre–country).ResultsA total of 30 countries enrolled 2924 patients from 89 centres. At least one endpoint occurred in 645 women (22.1%). Maternal age, New York Heart Association classification and modified WHO risk classification were associated with the combined endpoint and explained 37% of variance in outcome. Gini coefficient and country-specific birth rate explained an additional 4%. There were large differences between the individual countries, but the need for multilevel modelling to account for these differences disappeared after adjustment for patient characteristics, Gini and country-specific birth rate.ConclusionWhile there are definite interregional differences in pregnancy outcome in women with cardiac disease, these differences seem to be mainly driven by individual patient characteristics. Adjustment for country characteristics refined the results to a limited extent, but maternal condition seems to be the main determinant of outcome.

Background: Cardiac disease is 1 of the major causes of maternal mortality. We studied pregnancy outcomes in women with rheumatic mitral valve disease. Methods: The Registry of Pregnancy and Cardiac Disease is an international prospective registry, and consecutive pregnant women with cardiac disease were included. Pregnancy outcomes in all women with rheumatic mitral valve disease and no prepregnancy valve replacement is described in the present study (n=390). A maternal cardiac event was defined as cardiac death, arrhythmia requiring treatment, heart failure, thromboembolic event, aortic dissection, endocarditis, acute coronary syndrome, and hospitalization for other cardiac reasons or cardiac intervention. Associations between patient characteristics and cardiac outcomes were checked in a 3-level model (patient–center–country). Results: Most patients came from emerging countries (75%). Mitral stenosis (MS) with or without mitral regurgitation (MR) was present in 273 women, isolated MR in 117. The degree of MS was mild in 20.9%, moderate in 39.2%, severe in 19.8%, and severity not classified in the remainder. Maternal death during pregnancy occurred in 1 patient with severe MS. Hospital admission occurred in 23.1% of the women with MS, and the main reason was heart failure (mild MS 15.8%, moderate 23.4%, severe 48.1%; P 1 was an independent predictor of maternal cardiac events. Follow-up at 6 months postpartum was available for 53%, and 3 more patients died (1 with severe MS, 1 with moderate MS, 1 with moderate to severe MR). Conclusions: Although mortality was only 1.9% during pregnancy, ≈50% of the patients with severe rheumatic MS and 23% of those with significant MR developed heart failure during pregnancy. Prepregnancy counseling and considering mitral valve interventions in selected patients are important to prevent these complications.

Introduction. The Internet has become the powerful environmental factor of formation of the personality of modern young people exerting far ambiguous impact on them. Obviously, blurring of temporary and spatial distinctions between people thanks to the Internet resources look positive and very convenient for expeditious personal, social and business communications, essential simplification of search of necessary information, a possibility of distance learning, receiving the services «without leaving the house», etc. At the same time, the problem of the Internet and addictive behaviour among teenagers and young people, who are most vulnerable for any negative impacts by the reason of age immaturity, is becoming more and more urgent. The aim of the present publication is to study the problem of the correlations of the Internet addiction with coping and deviant behaviour of students, as well as the design the process of psycho-pedagogical correction of the Internet-addictive behaviour of students. Methodology and research methods. The leading research method is psychological-pedagogical observation. Questionnaire survey and psychological testing enabled to identify the interdependence between the Internet addiction, constructive ways of coping (confrontation, escape-avoidance) and deviant behaviour of students.Results and scientific novelty. The concept «Internet-addictive behavior» is redefined. Methodological approaches to the study of the Internet addiction interrelated with coping and deviant behaviour are presented and summarized. Individual-psychological characteristics of the Internet-addictive young people are studied out; a psychological portrait of the personality of the Internet-addictive students with given characteristics, personality traits, accentuations of character, social and emotional intelligence is worked out. The aims, tasks, principles and methods of correction of individual students with tendency to the Internet addiction are designated.Practical significance. The provided materials of the article are of practical value for psychologists, teachers-psychologists of the education system, working on the problem of psychological and pedagogical support of students and the implementation of development programs, and correctional-developing. Введение. Интернет стал мощным средовым фактором формирования личности современных молодых людей, оказывающим на них далеко не однозначное влияние. Безусловно позитивными выглядят стирание временных и пространственных границ между людьми благодаря интернет-ресурсам, очень удобным для оперативных личных, социальных и деловых коммуникаций, существенное облегчение поиска нужной информации, возможности дистанционного обучения, получения услуг «не выходя из дома» и др. Вместе с тем все более явной становится проблема интернет-зависимого поведения среди подростков и молодых людей, которые в силу возрастной незрелости наиболее уязвимы для разного рода негативных воздействий. Цели статьи заключаются в комплексном обзоре проблемы взаимосвязи интернет-зависимости с совладающим и отклоняющимся поведением учащейся молодежи и в проектировании процесса психолого-педагогической коррекции интернет-зависимого поведения студентов. Методология и методики исследования. Ведущим методом исследования было избрано психолого-педагогическое наблюдение. Анкетный опрос и психологическое тестирование позволили выявить взаимообусловленность интернет-зависимости, неконструктивных способов совладающего поведения (конфронтации, бегства-избегания) и девиантного поведения учащихся.Результаты и научная новизна. Уточнено понятие «интернет-зависимое поведение». Представлены и обобщены методологические подходы к проблеме изучения интернет-зависимости во взаимосвязи с совладающим и отклоняющимся поведением. Исследованы индивидуально-психологические особенности интернет-зависимых молодых людей, составлен психологический профиль личности интернет-зависимого обучающегося с учетом особенностей его личностных свойств, акцентуаций характера, социального и эмоционального интеллекта. Определены цели, задачи, принципы и методы коррекции личности, имеющей склонность к интернет-зависимости.Практическая значимость. Материалы статьи представляют практическую ценность для психологов, осуществляющих психолого-педагогическое сопровождение учащейся молодежи и реализующих развивающие и коррекционно-развивающие программы.

The aim of the article is to describe and analyse the basic requirements and expectations of consumers of educational services, which the educationa organization during the planning and implementation of the activities shouldbe guided by.Methods. The methods involve theoretical and empirical data collection, methods of mathematical statistics, methods of descriptive statistics; analysis of legislative and regulatory documents; comparison and synthesis of the findings of research scientists on the quality of an educational process; psycho-pedagogical observation, uestionnaire study; studying of experience of a quality evaluation of the services provided by higher educational organizations on the part of consumers.Results and scientific novelty. The definitions of the concepts of «quality of higher education» and «consumer monitoring» are given. The most significant trends of consumer monitoring are considered: monitoring of indicators related to external consumers (applicants, students, parents, employers); monitoring of a teaching quality and indicators that reflect the level of development by students of educational programs. The questionnaire for studying of real degree of a consumer satisfaction(students) by quality of educational services at the Russian Vocational Pedagogical University is worked out and approved. The results of the questionnaire are presented. 1–4 year students of full-time education at the Russian Vocational PedagogicalUniversity, in total – 36 groups take part in the questionnaire. The amountof selection – 575 respondents; information data processing was performed using methods of the content analysis and correlation analysis Practical significance. The conducted research allowed us to concretize the requirements and consumer expectations of educational services, to develop and implement a road map aimed at improving the quality of university education services. Методы. В работе использовались методы теоретического и эмпирического сбора данных, методы математической и описательной статистики; анализ законодательной, нормативной документации; сравнение и обобщение выводов ученых-исследователей о качестве образовательного процесса; психолого-педагогическое наблюдение; анкетный опрос; изучение опыта оценки качества услуг, предоставляемых высшими образовательными организациями, со стороны потребителей. Результаты и научная новизна. Предложены определения понятий «качество высшего образования» и «потребительский мониторинг». Рассмотрены наиболее значимые направления потребительского мониторинга: мониторинг показателей, связанных с внешними потребителями (абитуриентами, школьниками, родителями, работодателями); мониторинг качества преподавания и показателей, отражающих уровень освоения студентами образовательных программ. Подготовлена и апробирована анкета для изучения реальной степени удовлетворенности потребителей (студентов) качеством образовательных услуг в Российском государственном профессионально-педагогическом университете. Представлены результаты анкетного опроса, которым были охвачены студенты с 1-го по 4-й курс дневной формы обучения всех учебных подразделений РГППУ – всего 36 групп. Объем выборки составил 575 респондентов; обработка полученной информации осуществлялась с применением методов контент-анализа и корреляционного анализа. Практическая значимость. Проведенное исследование позволило конкретизировать требования и ожидания потребителей образовательных услуг и на основе этого разработать и реализовать дорожную карту повышения качества и результативности учебного процесса и деятельности университета в целом.

The relevance of the problem stems from the necessity to distinctly plan educational process and set the goals for successful mastering of Russian language by foreign students in Russian higher educational institutions. The article is aimed at defining the foreign students’ objectives for Russian language training, allowing them to get involved into the learning process and adapt to the society. The leading method to the study of this problem is a practical method allowing to consider it as a process of purposeful planning that favors the improvement of the quality of education and enables foreign students to intensify the study of the language. During the educational planning process, the article proposes to use the concept of interconnected training for the main types of verbal activity that allows to single out the skills and abilities needed to master the communicative competencies, specifying objectives and optimizing the learning process. The article may be useful for researchers who develop a methodology for teaching foreign students, and for teachers who teach Russian language and plan the training of foreigners who are interested in optimization of the learning process. © 2016 Evtyugina et al.
