Summary: Smart Farming has become a cornerstone of modern agriculture, offering data‐driven insights and automation that optimize resource utilization and increase crop yields. The use of cutting‐edge technologies in agriculture has given rise to Smart Farming, which has transformed traditional farming practices into efficient, data‐driven operations. This paper explores the synergy between high‐performance computing (HPC) systems, Kubernetes orchestration, GoogleNet architecture, and containerization to redefine the future of farming. At the heart of this transformation lies the GoogleNet architecture, a deep learning powerhouse recognized for its efficiency and accuracy in image recognition tasks. The orchestration capabilities of Kubernetes, a versatile tool for managing containerized workloads efficiently on HPC clusters. Hence, in this work, we investigate the intricacies of deploying GoogleNet‐based deep learning models within containerized environments orchestrated by Kubernetes on HPC infrastructure. It explores resource optimization, scalability, security, and adaptability, all tailored to the unique demands of the agricultural domain to evaluate the effectiveness of the given technique it is compared with the existing techniques namely Hermes, Horus, CYBELE, and RZ‐SHAN. The attained ranges of proposed method of various measures of accuracy, precision, recall, and F1‐score are 98.65%, 97.45%, 97.87%, and 98.12% for the Pilot Wheat Ear dataset. Also, the processing time for the proposed approach is 181.50 and 120.2 m for the Pilot Wheat Ear Dataset and the Pilot soya bean farming dataset. The latency of the proposed approach attains a lower value of 1.5 and 1.1 s pilot soya bean farming dataset and Pilot Wheat Ear dataset. Detecting the anomalous entity in real-time network traffic is a popular area of research in recent times. Very few researches have focused on creating malware that fools the intrusion detection system and this paper focuses on this topic. We are using Deep Convolutional Generative Adversarial Networks (DCGAN) to trick the malware classifier to believe it is a normal entity. In this work, a new dataset is created to fool the Artificial Intelligence (AI) based malware detectors, and it consists of different types of attacks such as Denial of Service (DoS), scan 11, scan 44, botnet, spam, User Datagram Portal (UDP) scan, and ssh scan. The discriminator used in the DCGAN discriminates two different attack classes (anomaly and synthetic) and one normal class. The model collapse, instability, and vanishing gradient issues associated with the DCGAN are overcome using the proposed hybrid Aquila optimizer-based Mine blast harmony search algorithm (AO-MBHS). This algorithm helps the generator to create realistic malware samples to be undetected by the discriminator. The performance of the proposed methodology is evaluated using different performance metrics such as training time, detection rate, F-Score, loss function, Accuracy, False alarm rate, etc. The superiority of the hybrid AO-MBHS based DCGAN model is noticed when the detection rate is changed to 0 after the retraining method to make the defensive technique hard to be noticed by the malware detection system. The support vector machines (SVM) is used as the malicious traffic detection application and its True positive rate (TPR) goes from 80% to 0% after retraining the proposed model which shows the efficiency of the proposed model in hiding the samples. The Deep Neural Networks (DNN) training process is widely affected by backdoor attacks. The backdoor attack is excellent at concealing its identity in the DNN by performing well on regular samples and displaying malicious behavior with data poisoning triggers. The state-of-art backdoor attacks mainly follow a certain assumption that the trigger is sample-agnostic and different poisoned samples use the same trigger. To overcome this problem, in this work we are creating a backdoor attack to check their strength to withstand complex defense strategies, and in order to achieve this objective, we are developing an improved Convolutional Neural Network (ICNN) model optimized using a Gradient-based Optimization (GBO)(ICNN-GBO) algorithm. In the ICNN-GBO model, we are injecting the triggers via a steganography and regularization technique. We are generating triggers using a single-pixel, irregular shape, and different sizes. The performance of the proposed methodology is evaluated using different performance metrics such as Attack success rate, stealthiness, pollution index, anomaly index, entropy index, and functionality. When the CNN-GBO model is trained with the poisoned dataset, it will map the malicious code to the target label. The proposed scheme's effectiveness is verified by the experiments conducted on both the benchmark datasets namely CIDAR-10 and MSCELEB 1M dataset. The results demonstrate that the proposed methodology offers significant defense against the conventional backdoor attack detection frameworks such as STRIP and Neutral cleanse. High-level developments in the medical services field have just ushered in a new era of enormous EHR. The EHR framework offers data owners get control over their data and allows them to share it with those who have been granted authorization. Information security and symptomatic cycles are challenging to ensure because of the massive volume of data in the healthcare system. Also, with the help of those images, accurate diagnosis of diseases like brain tumors is a quintessential task for medical specialists as well. So, this paper brings an effective Blockchain-based deep learning model to secure the network of transfer and also accurately diagnose brain tumors with an effective deep learning model. The following are the main stages involved: a) Secure data sharing network via Blockchain b) creating smart contracts for better trust between the organization and finally use that dataset to effectively c) classify the brain tumor in a much more effective way. In recent years, cryptocurrency has become gradually more significant in economic regions worldwide. In cryptocurrencies, records are stored using a cryptographic algorithm. The main aim of this research was to develop an optimal solution for predicting the price of cryptocurrencies based on user opinions from social media. Twitter is used as a marketing tool for cryptoanalysis owing to the unrestricted conversations on cryptocurrencies that take place on social media channels. Therefore, this work focuses on extracting Tweets and gathering data from different sources to classify them into positive, negative, and neutral categories, and further examining the correlations between cryptocurrency movements and Tweet sentiments. This paper proposes an optimized method using a deep learning algorithm and convolution neural network for cryptocurrency prediction; this method is used to predict the prices of four cryptocurrencies, namely, Litecoin, Monero, Bitcoin, and Ethereum. The results of analyses demonstrate that the proposed method forecasts prices with a high accuracy of about 98.75%. The repository of any learning management system (LMS) keeps growing and becomes a rich source of learning materials with the passage of time. This learning resource may serve subject experts by allowing them to reuse the existing material while preparing online instructional materials. At the same time it may help the learners by allowing them to retrieve the relevant documents for efficiently achieving their learning goals. We have proposed a novel scheme for searching documents relevant to concept knowledge to be imparted to students, which assists subject experts in synthesizing the course material, by facilitating them to reuse existing learning objects available in e-learning repository. It also helps students in finding relevant learning resources efficiently for interactive e-learning. This paper presents an efficient way of retrieving information related to the teaching domain from a vast reservoir of documents. We have employed fuzzy clustering, fuzzy relation along with information retrieval techniques to discover the underlying structure of knowledge and identify knowledge based relationship between learning material and retrieving the relevant documents. The experiments conducted to judge the suitability of fuzzy clustering for discovering good document relationships and to evaluate the performance of the proposed information retrieval system, show encouraging results.
