Rumah Busana Muslim Riri merupakan salah satu dari banyak perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufacturing pakaian muslim yang menggunakan Aplikasi Zahir Accounting untuk sistem pencatatan keuangan perusahaan dari mulai proses pembelian bahan sampai terjadinya transaksi penjualan. Untuk selanjutnya, kalimat Rumah Busana Muslim Riri akan disingkat menjadi RBM Riri. Cobit adalah TI govermance best practice yang sangat membantu auditor, manajemen, pengguna untuk menghubungkan aspek bisnis, kebutuhan kontrol dan teknis TI. Cobit memberi arahan yang berfokus pada bisnis, dan oleh sebab itu manajemen termasuk manajer auditor dan pengguna, diharapkan dapat menggunakan panduan ini dengan baik. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan COBIT 5 dengan focus domain DSS03 dan DSS05. Data yang didapat diperoleh dari pembagian dan pengisian kuesioner oleh pihak-pihak yang bersangkutan. Data yang sudah didapat akan dioleh menggunanakan COBIT DSS03 dan DSS05 agar penelitian ini tidak membahas terlalu luas dan memiliki arah untuk mendapatkan hasil yang diinginkan. DSS03 berada dilevel Repeatble but Invinitve yang sudah termasuk kedalam hal yang baik dan memiliki gap yang tidak berbeda level dengan yang diharapkan. DSS05 (Manage Security Service) berada dilevel Ad Hoc yang merupakan level terendah kedua dan memiliki gap yang berbeda level dengan yang diharapkan.

The increasing global human population is projected to reach 9.7 billion people by 2050. This population growth is currently linked to the trends of world-wide urbanization, growth of megacities and shifting dietary patterns. While humankind faces the daunting challenge of feeding and providing healthy lives for its teeming populations, urban agriculture holds promise for improving the quality of life in cities. Fortunately, policymakers and planners are accepting the need to support peri-urban farmers to increase the resilience of food systems while efficiently managing already strained natural resources. We argue that for urban agriculture to significantly increase food yields, it is crucial to adopt a One Health approach to agriculture and environmental stewardship. Here, we propose six nature-based and climate-smart approaches to accelerate the transition toward more sustainable food systems. These approaches include reducing the reliance on synthetic agricultural inputs, increasing biodiversity through producing locally adapted crops and livestock breeds, using probiotics and postbiotics, and adopting portable digital decision-support systems. Such radical approaches to transforming food production will require cross-sectoral stakeholder engagement at international, national, and community levels to protect biodiversity and the environment whilst ensuring sustainable and nutritious diets that are culturally acceptable, accessible, and affordable for all.

Numerous studies have investigated environmental risk factors in ADHD, and Bisphenol A (BPA), an endocrine disruptor, is suspected by several reviews. However, the quality of the studies has never been carefully assessed, leading us to rigorously examine associations between BPA exposure and ADHD and associated symptoms in children. Using PRISMA criteria, we conducted a systematic review on the MEDLINE/PubMed, Web of Science, EBSCOhost, PsycINFO, PsycARTICLES and Cochrane databases. We used the ROBINS-E tool to assess the quality, and the GRADE Approach. This study was registered with PROSPERO, CRD42023377150. Out of 10446 screened articles, 46 were included. Unlike pre-existing reviews, most studies failed to find clear links with ADHD or associated symptoms, with a high risk of bias and a very low level of certainty. Our systematic review reveals insufficient evidence regarding the impact of BPA on ADHD, despite some behavioral results that cannot be generalized. Future studies will require improved consideration of confounding factors and more precise sampling methods. Background: In 2013-2014, an outbreak of serogroup B meningococcal disease occurred among persons linked to a New Jersey university (University A). In the absence of a licensed serogroup B meningococcal (MenB) vaccine in the United States, the Food and Drug Administration authorized use of an investigational MenB vaccine to control the outbreak. An investigation of the outbreak and response was undertaken to determine the population at risk and assess vaccination coverage., Methods: The epidemiologic investigation relied on compilation and review of case and population data, laboratory typing of meningococcal isolates, and unstructured interviews with university staff. Vaccination coverage data were collected during the vaccination campaign held under an expanded-access Investigational New Drug protocol., Results: Between March 25, 2013, and March 10, 2014, 9 cases of serogroup B meningococcal disease occurred in persons linked to University A. Laboratory typing results were identical for all 8 isolates available. Through May 14, 2014, 89.1% coverage with the 2-dose vaccination series was achieved in the target population. From the initiation of MenB vaccination through February 1, 2015, no additional cases of serogroup B meningococcal disease occurred in University A students. However, the ninth case occurred in March 2014 in an unvaccinated close contact of University A students., Conclusions: No serogroup B meningococcal disease cases occurred in persons who received 1 or more doses of 4CMenB vaccine, suggesting 4CMenB may have protected vaccinated individuals from disease.
