Kranioservikal bileşke os occipitale, vertebralar, ligament yapıları ve sinoviyal eklemlerden oluşan baş ve boyun hareketlerinin yapıldığı vücudun en hareketli bölümlerinden biridir. Hareketli yapıya sahip olması çok fazla travmaya maruz kalmasına ve yapısında bulunan kemik, ligament ve eklemler ile içerdiği nörovasküler yapıların zarar görmesine sebep olur. Baş ağrısı nörolojik hastalıklara ve sistemik hastalıklara eşlik eden insan hayatında en sık karşılaşılan ağrılardan biridir. Çalışmada bireyler retrospektif olarak incelenip, kranioservikal bileşkede yer alan yapıların morfometrik olarak ölçümlerinin yapılması, ayrıca cobb metodu ile servikal lordoz açısı ölçümü planlandı. Elde edilen bulgularla cinsiyete göre, baş ağrısı olan hastalar ile kontrol grubunda yer alan bireylerin ölçümlerinin karşılaştırılması amaçlandı. Selçuk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi Radyoloji Anabilim Dalı arşivinde bulunan son 10 yıl içerisinde ağrı polikliniğine baş ağrısı şikayeti ile başvuran 70 hastada ve 70 kontrol grubu bireyde MRG üzerinde retrospektif olarak ölçümler yapıldı. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda dens axis yüksekliği, dens axis'in anteroposterior mesafesi, ligamentum apicis dentis uzunluğu, dens axis'in anterosuperior mesafesi, medulla spinalisin sagittal çapı, canalis vertebralisin sagittal çapı, toplam servikal vertebra uzunluğu, clivodental açı ve cobb açısında kontrol grubuyla hasta grubu arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmadı (p>0,05). Foramen magnumun sagittal çapı, C3, C4, C5 foramen transversarium'un sağ ve sol tarafta anteroposterior ve mediolateral mesafesi kontrol grubunda hasta grubuna göre anlamlı derecede yüksek bulundu (p0,05). Boogard açısı; kontrol grubundaki erkeklerde hasta grubundaki erkeklere göre daha küçük bulunurken (p0,05). Ligamentum apicis dentis uzunluğu; kontrol grubu ve hasta grubunda yer alan kadın ve erkeklerdeki fark anlamsızdı (p>0,05)., The craniocervical junction os occipitale is one of the most mobile parts of the body where head and neck movements are made, consisting of vertebrae, ligament structures and synovial joints. Having a mobile structure causes it to be exposed to too much trauma and damage the bones, ligaments and joints in its structure and the neurovascular structures it contains. Headache is one of the most common pain accompanying neurological and systemic diseases in human life. In the study, individuals were examined retrospectively, morphometric measurements of the structures in the craniocervical junction, and cervical lordosis angle measurement with the cobb method was planned. With the findings obtained, it was aimed to compare the measurements of patients with headache and individuals in the control group by gender. Retrospective measurements were performed on MRI in 70 patients and 70 control group individuals who presented to the pain outpatient clinic with headache complaints in the last 10 years, which are in the archives of the Radiology Department of Selcuk University Medical Faculty Hospital. As a result of the evaluations, dens axis height, anteroposterior distance of the dens axis, ligamentum apicis dentis length, anterosuperior distance of the dens axis, sagittal diameter of the medulla spinalis, sagittal diameter of the canalis vertebralis, total cervical vertebral length, clivodental angle and cobb angle in the control group with the control group. There was no significant difference between the two (p> 0.05). Sagittal diameter of foramen magnum, anteroposterior and mediolateral distances of C3, C4, C5 foramen transversarium on the right and left sides were significantly higher in the control group compared to the patient group (p 0.05). Boogard angle; While the males in the control group were found to be smaller than the males in the patient group (p 0.05). Ligamentum apicis dentis length; The difference between men and women in the control group and patient group was insignificant (p> 0.05).
