The purpose of study is to identify the readiness of selected future specialists (final year students specialising in the relative area) to prevent Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) syndrome. Empirical part of this thesis covers quantitative interviews implemented by `CAWI. The subject group was a convenience sample of 579 students. Students from the following faculties participated: Charles University – Medicine 1., 2., 3. Medical, Medicine in H. Kralove and Plzen, Law, Educational Studies, Philosophy and Human Resources. Five hundred seventy nine students of the selected faculties of Charles University were contacted. The questionnaire that was used comprised of different parts, in which both closed as well as open-ended type of questions were used. The scale was used in the analysis of the primary outcome measures. The absolute frequency, relative frequency, cumulative frequency, independent chi square, analysis of variance medium and sample standard deviation were determined. Both tables and graphs were used to show the frequencies distribution. The standard of minimal knowledge/training was established based on the results. Recommendations were made as to the means for facilitating functional interdisciplinary collaborations. The recommendations presented in this thesis are fundamental and are intended to be used by University professors of the above mentioned Universities. The purpose of this thesis titled ``The competence of students from selected faculties of Charles University to prevent Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) syndrome{\crq}q is to identify the readiness of selected future specialists (final year students specialising in the relative area) to prevent Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) syndrome. Furthermore, some aspects of epidemiological indicators are presented showing us proof of Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) syndrome in common populations and therefore a need to address this problem. The thesis is focused on employment of persons with disabilities in the Liberec region. The current situation of the main issue is theoretically described in the introduction of the thesis. In this section the terms disability and a person with disability are defined. A section of the thesis is also focused on the job market and the position of persons with disabilities on the said market. The conclusion of the theoretical part of the thesis introduces supporting tools of integration of persons with disabilities to the job market and the present subjects. The practical part of the thesis includes results of a quantitative design research, which was realized through a questionnaire of persons with disabilities and of employers in the Liberec region. The main objective of the thesis is mapping of employment of persons with disabilities in the Liberec region. The results showed that employers consider the three most major factors affecting the employment of persons with disabilities in the open labor market to be low or almost no education of persons with disabilities (66 respondents - employers, i.e. 66 %), the lack of vacancies (77 employers, i.e. 77 %) and superstitions, myths and prejudices about persons with disabilities. The thesis called "The awareness of harmful effects of using tobacco products and experience with their usage among pupils of lower secondary stage of selected elementary schools." is divided into three parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the origin of tobacco products and their chemical composition. It describes the effect of toxic substances contained in tobacco smoke on the human body, characterizes the diseases that are associated with the use of these products, explains the harm of passive smoking, and lists the legislative measures introduced in this area. It also deals with the emergence and treatment of addiction, the use of tobacco by children of older school age and describes preventive measures that appear in Czech schools. In the practical part, it presents the results of quantitative research with 198 respondents, in two elementary schools in the Karlovy Vary region. The target group consisted of pupils of the sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth grades. The thesis deals with the issues of family planning, pregnancy and birth. The theoretical subsections focus on family planning, contraception, birth and puerperium. The practical part of the thesis is a survey that was carried out among the women in a specific region who have not yet given birth. The main goal of thesis was to determine the awareness of women in the reproductive period about the options of family planning, pregnancy and childbirth. The most common sources of information concerning reproduction were investigated, as well as the awareness of the types of contraception that can cause temporary inability to conceive after discontinuation. Furthermore, the aim was to investigate whether the female respondents are well informed about prenatal examinations, childbirth and the puerperium. The results of the practical part show that the women are sufficiently informed about reproductive issues. My final thesis deals with the the topic of awareness of selected respondents aged 18 - 35 years about good oral hygiene in a selected dental office. In the theoretical part of the thesis, a brief overview of dental anatomy and it's general characteristics are presented. Furthermore, the anatomy of the dentition is expanded by a brief anatomy of the periodontium. This is followed by selected oral diseases that are most commonly encountered. The bachelor thesis entitled The effect of running on physical and mental health is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis includes a definition of running including its effects on the human body, as well as a brief characterization of the muscular and skeletal system of the human body. It also includes health, motivation, stress, obesity and running injuries. The practical part contains the results of a qualitative investigation using interviews with selected adult respondents who are regular runners. The main aim of the work is to find out what effect running has on a person's health according to the respondents interviewed. The sub-objectives are to find out what effect running has on a person's physical health according to the respondents, then to find out what effect running has on a person's mental health according to the respondents, and then to find out and compare differences in running based on age among the selected respondents. The thesis is focused on leisure activities of seniors in the Liberec region. The current situation of the main issue is theoretically described in the introduction of the thesis. Definitions of the concepts of a senior, aging and old age, leisure and leisure activities of seniors, and the needs of seniors are provided. My bachelor thesis dealt with the issue of respondent's awareness of the menstrual cycle and topics related to it. I surveyed awareness using an online questionnaire that was completed by 100 respondents. I divided my practical part into sub-objectives. The first was to find out how many correct answers respondents got on questions related to the menstrual and ovulatory cycle. The second was to find out how many correct answers the respondents got on questions about contraceptive and contraceptive devices. The result was 33 %. The third was to find out how many correct answers were obtained by the respondents in questions related to menstrual hygiene products. The result was 79,5 %. The fourth sub-objective was to find out how many correct responses were obtained by men and women in questions related to menstrual and ovulatory cycle. The result was 60,35 % for females and 41,9 % for males. The main objective of the study was to find out how many correct answers were obtained by the respondents in questions related to menstrual cycle, ovulation cycle and related topics. The bachelor's thesis deals with snacks of secondary school pupils. The research problem is the difference between recommended healthy snacks and their real eating habits. The aim of the practical part is to evaluate the eating habits of pupils aged between 11 and 15 years during breaks. Find out what the children are bringing for their snacks, what they are really eating and who is preparing their snacks. Then compare the types of food in a school snack, whether it is sweet or salty and theirs drinking habits. Quantitative research was conducted to obtain the necessary research data. The research was carried out at a selected elementary school by way of an anonymous questionnaire survey in paper form. The research involved 135 respondents, out of that 130 questionnaires were used. Gathered sample consisted of 53.1% women and 46.9% men. Almost all of respondents bring a snack to school every day, 2 respondents never bring one and others occasionally. Most often they bring a snack so that they are not hungry at school, because they are hungry or so that they can eat. The aim of this study was to find out the knowledge of students of 3rd and 4th year, the Medical Lyceum and the Practical Nurse, in pre-medical first aid. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the concept of first aid including its division and aims. The integrated rescue system of the Czech Republic is also mentioned here. Moreover, it describes the correct procedure of pre-medical first aid in selected situations. Its practical part is devoted to finding out the knowledge of the Secondary Medical School students in Pardubice about first aid. Data collection was carried out using an anonymous questionnaire survey, which included 17 questions and 3 model situations. The questionnaire was used to determine theoretical knowledge about first aid and knowledge in solving specific model situations. A total of 80 students were surveyed. Subsequent data were processed and evaluated. It was found that the 4th year students performed better overall in specific model situations. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of first aid education at the second stage of elementary schools. The aim of the thesis was to create a set of tasks that the teacher can use as a part of the students' independent work during the time when the teacher is working with other students during practical training. The first part of the thesis contains a general overview of the importance of first aid, the integration of first aid in curricular documents at elementary schools and the possibilities of teaching first aid, including organizational forms, methods and didactic tools for teaching first aid in schools. The second part deals with the creation of worksheets with tasks and their evaluation. A total of 9 different types of tasks were created in 4 variants, which were then grouped into 4 worksheets. The assessment of the applicability of the tasks in practice was carried out in the form of an evaluation questionnaire, in terms of comprehensibility, difficulty and entertainment. The results show that the created tasks meet the above-mentioned characteristics at an appropriate level - the pupils rated them as comprehensible, reasonably challenging and entertaining. The rigorous work can be considered as a response to the issue of child health promotion, which is currently still focused mainly on somatic health, while there is a long-term deficit and underestimation of psychosocial health promotion. The systematically conceived theoretical part of the thesis is based on the existing health status of the population and presents the biopsychosocial concept of health and its legislative anchoring in relation to ensuring the best interests of the child. The work also includes reflections on health and illness as the ability to cope with life stress and maintain homeostasis. The subject of this Bachelor's thesis is the topic of postcoital contraception with a focus on experience of female students of a university with usage of postcoital contraception. The theoretical part contains a description of female anatomy, describes the properties of the female hormonal system and individual physiological processes in the female body. Furthermore, a summary of possible contraceptive methods is created, which results in the key chapter of this work, ie. a decription of individual postcoital contraceptive methods with a focus on hormonal substances which are available in the Czech Republic. The diploma thesis "Attitudes of Pupils of Selected Upper Primary Schools towards LGBT" is concerned with the topic of different sexualities and attitudes towards LGBT among current upper primary school pupils. The thesis consists of two main parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical section, several chapters provide basic information about LGBT, sexuality, and other specific concepts in sexology. There is also a section dealing with feminism concerning the issues addressed in this thesis. Feminism is followed by an elaboration of legislation relating to civil partnerships, gender reassignment, or child custody by gay couples. The last section is linked with next sub-chapter that addresses gay and lesbian parenting. This diploma thesis entitled "The impact of acne on everyday life of students in a selected high school" is divided into two main parts. The first theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of the disease and on the impact of this disease on the quality of life of patients. There is a brief characterization of skin structure, it provides information about pathogenesis of acne and triggering factors, its clinical manifestations and clinical picture. In this part we can also find the diagnosis and treatment options for acne and an overview of other selected facial dermatoses. This part includes the effect of acne on patients' quality of life and an overview of the most common myths about acne. The second part is practically oriented. I used an online questionnaire to find out the impact of acne on everyday life of students in a selected high school. The results of my questionnaire survey show that 12 students (37,5 %) out of 32 respondents suffering from acne (100 %) reached the limit set by me, which determined whether their lives are affected by this disease or not. This thesis deals with the issue of pre-medical first aid, experience and knowledge of pedagogical staff in this area. The main goal of the theoretical part was to define the concepts and procedures of pre-medical first aid. The goals of the practical part focused on finding out personal experience with the provision of pre-medical first aid of selected pedagogical staff of the Secondary School of Nursing and Higher Vocational School of Nursing in Příbram, and also on finding out their knowledge in this area. Data collection took place in a qualitative form of the interview method. The obtained data were subsequently evaluated and recommendations for practice were derived from them. It was found that all of the selected pedagogical staff had encountered a situation in which it was necessary to provide pre-medical first aid. The second important finding is that the respondents have excellent theoretical knowledge. These results show, among other things, the positive impact of regular first aid courses/training provided by the current employer, which is repeatedly attended by 84 % of respondents.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of safety and protection of children in kindergartens and primary schools in connection with various types of entry devices. The target was to find out how can we the best ensure and protect children's health in schools based on the choice of entry devices and whether we can change the level of protection and protection of children's health in schools based on the choice of entry devices. The theoretical part describes a definition of social climate, specifies factors, which form social climate. Each subchapter focuses on the role of social climate and school class as an important group for school climate. This bachelor thesis is focused on appropriate and short-term nutrition for optimal sports performance of sports aerobics. It determines Individual approach to nutrition based on nutritional records and questionnaire survey. It also compares dietary differences in girls aged 15 and 17-18 years. The theoretical part of this thesis briefly touches information related to sports aerobics, its history, categories as well as its body burden. The aim of the work was to find out whether the pupils of selected secondary schools know what emergency situations are and how they should behave during them. Based on the evaluation of the questionnaires that the students filled in, I am creating a possible lecture that could improve the students' awareness of the issue. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the definition of emergencies. I also deal with how the warning of the population, evacuation and hiding of the population in the event of an emergency occurs. I also deal with how to proceed in specific emergencies. In this diploma thesis I deal with the topic Possibilities of employment of a social pedagogue within the prevention of burnout syndrome in teachers at a selected primary school. In the theoretical part I deal with the concepts of social pedagogy and social pedagogue, stress factors and burnout syndrome in pedagogical practice. It also defines the competencies of a social pedagogue not only in the school environment. In the practical part I present quantitative and qualitative research. Quantitative research used a questionnaire method. Questionnaires were addressed to the teachers of the selected primary school. The obtained data are processed into graphs. Qualitative research, which expanded quantitative knowledge, took the form of interviews. From the information I gained, I developed a grounded theory. The work deals with bullying and cyberbullying. It shows its forms and types, who can be affected by bullying and direct actors. It also describes prevention and organizations that deal with it and can help children with a problem. Legislative measures in the event of a serious problem are also outlined here. In the practical part, the pupils of the 2nd grade of primary school are interviewed, who answered what is their experience with bullying and cyberbullying, how they solved everything and to whom they turned in case of a problem. The practical part is supplemented by an interview with the prevention methodologist at the school where the pupils were given a questionnaire. The evaluation of the questionnaire showed that the pupils encountered both bullying and cyberbullying. 28% of respondents turned out to be victims of bullying, 5% to cyberbullying. (in English): I chose the topic for my bachelor thesis because I'm interested in it. I myself am a mother of three children of different ages and I think the topic of bullying is very interesting. One of the hypothesis of my work will be to find out whether and how the parents of children that have experienced bullying perceived this situation and if they can actually correctly name it. Another goal will be to find out in what specific way the parents of children that have experienced bullying dealt with this situation. The practical part will focus on the basis of a questionnaire survey to determine the consequences of bullying in a regular elementary school and a special elementary school. Based on the questions asked, it seemed that the parents had experienced bullying only once, which, according to the definition of bullying, does not meet the definition of bullying. Many parents are unaware of the phenomenon of bullying and do not consider signs of bullying to be bullying. The diploma thesis deals with the attitude of students to a healthy diet with the possibility of their own free choice. It represents possible justified risks arising from insufficiently timely information. Most mental and health threats occur in old school age. For this reason, my part is focused on the younger school age, where it is necessary to apply primary prevention against these threats. The aim of my diploma thesis is to provide information about the level of students' knowledge of healthy eating, taking into account the biological, psychological and social aspects by which they are affected. I carried out the research at the 1st stage of a Prague primary school. Quantitative questionnaire surveys, consisting of closed and open questions, were used as research methods. The results provide a comprehensive picture of students' attitudes and levels of awareness of healthy eating with regard to their own eating habits before the end of primary school and before transfer to secondary school or leaving for multi-year grammar schools. This thesis, entitled The Specific Needs of a Child with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus in Primary School, is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part deals with the disease of diabetes mellitus, mainly type 1 diabetes mellitus and the specifics of childhood diabetes. In the practical part I focus on identifying the specific needs of children with type 1 diabetes mellitus attending the first level of primary school. Research information was obtained through interviews with parents of these children. The aim of the research was also to determine the level of satisfaction of parents with the schools' approach and whether and what they would like to change about the schools' approach. According to the responses, all school staff should know that a child is diabetic and be able to help them with hypoglycaemia. The child should be able to tell their classmates about the illness, respond to glycaemia at any time and contact parents if necessary. A negative experience associated with diabetes in the school environment was reported by 6 out of 15 children.
