This paper discusses the design of museum cultural and creative products under the background of new cultural and creative culture. Through the interpretation of related concepts of new cultural and creative products, from the aspects of its content and products combined with the current development of museum cultural and creative products, summed up the design principles of museum cultural and creative products. While interpreting the relevant design principles, this paper designs cultural and creative products by combining the cultural relics collected by several museums in Hubei Province, and provides feasible and constructive ideas and methods for the design of cultural and creative products in museums by combining theory with practice.

The genomes and annotated genes of allotetraploid cotton Gossypium hirsutum have been extensively studied in recent years. However, the expression, regulation, and evolution of intergenic genes (ITGs) have not been completely deciphered. In this study, we identified a novel set of actively expressed ITGs in G. hirsutum cotton, through transcriptome profiling based on deep sequencing data, as well as chromatin immunoprecipitation, followed by sequencing (ChIP-seq) of histone modifications and how the ITGs evolved. Totals of 17,567 and 8249 ITGs were identified in G. hirsutum and Gossypium arboreum, respectively. The expression of ITGs in G. hirsutum was significantly higher than that in G. arboreum. Moreover, longer exons were observed in G. hirsutum ITGs. Notably, 42.3% of the ITGs from G. hirsutum were generated by the long terminal repeat (LTR) insertions, while their proportion in genic genes was 19.9%. The H3K27ac and H3K4me3 modification proportions and intensities of ITGs were equivalent to genic genes. The H3K4me1 modifications were lower in ITGs. Additionally, evolution analyses revealed that the ITGs from G. hirsutum were mainly produced around 6.6 and 1.6 million years ago (Mya), later than the pegged time for genic genes, which is 7.0 Mya. The characterization of ITGs helps to elucidate the evolution of cotton genomes and shed more light on their biological functions in the transcriptional regulation of eukaryotic genes, along with the roles of histone modifications in speciation and diversification. While urban shrinkage has extensively befallen cities around the world, the current responses to urban shrinkage have been regarded as deficient and required optimization to help shrinking cities achieve sustainable economic growth and higher quality of life. This paper deploys difference-in-difference (DID) and successfully finds, based on China's national smart city pilot projects, significant effects of smart city development on shrinking cities in catalyzing sustainable economic growth by upgrading and diversifying local industries, promoting economic growth, and providing a better quality of life for citizens through improved wages, enhanced urban environment and public service. The mid-Pliocene (approximately 3.3–3.0 Ma) was one of the past geological warm periods. Since this past warmer climate was in many respects comparable to near future warming projections, how the regional monsoonal rainfall changed during the mid-Pliocene is an important scientific and socioeconomic concern. Based on phase 2 of the Pliocene Model Intercomparison Project (PlioMIP2), this work examines the simulated changes of Sahel summer rainfall during the mid-Pliocene. The results show the considerable intermodel uncertainty of the simulated mid-Pliocene Sahel rainfall changes in the PlioMIP2 multimodel ensemble, which is due to the uncertainties of both the simulated dynamic and thermodynamic responses to this past warmer climate. In particular, we find that the intermodel spread in the simulated northern North American warming is a major source of the uncertainty of the mid-Pliocene Sahel summer rainfall changes through two processes. One is a direct dynamic process: a stronger warming over northern North America could enhance the meridional temperature gradient between the extratropical and tropical regions, inducing an interhemisphere energy imbalance of the atmosphere. This could lead to a northward shift of the intertropical convergence zone, strengthening the Western African summer monsoon (WASM) circulation and Sahel summer rainfall. Another is an indirect thermodynamic process: the strengthened WASM circulation could further induce anomalous moisture convergence over the Sahel region, increasing local atmospheric moisture at the low-level troposphere, in favor of a wetter Sahel. Our results suggest that an improved warming simulation over northern North America is essential for the hydrological cycle simulation around the Sahel in the mid-Pliocene warmer climate. Significance Statement: The Sahel summer rainfall change in a global warmer climate is a widespread scientific and socioeconomic issue because of its important impacts on regional agriculture, ecosystems, food security, water resources, and even cultural environment. However, the present study identifies a nonnegligible intermodel uncertainty of the simulated Sahel rainfall changes during the mid-Pliocene (one of the most recent geological warm periods in Earth's history) in the Pliocene Model Intercomparison Project phase 2 (PlioMIP2) multimodel ensemble. In particular, such an intermodel uncertainty of the simulated Sahel rainfall changes during the mid-Pliocene is attributed to that of the simulated northern North America warming via both the direct dynamic process and the indirect thermodynamic process. This is quite different from the uncertainty source of near-future projections of Sahel summer rainfall changes. The present results improve our understanding of the underlying physics of the hydrological cycle change around the Sahel region in the mid-Pliocene warmer climate, with implications for the future projections of regional monsoonal rainfall. While existing research has deepened our understanding of global urban shrinkage, studies on the governance of urban shrinkage in China remain deficient. Based on extensive field research in Suihua, in Northeast China, and applying an institutionalist perspective, this study explored two critical challenges faced by Chinese political institutions concerning their governance of urban shrinkage. First, the absence of well-articulated opinions and clearly defined policies of the central government render the governance of shrinking cities uncertain and over-dependent on the personal position of the shrinking city's immediate superior. Second, the local economic development path of China's shrinking cities often depends on land transactions and pollution-intensive industries, which appear not only to be the main cause of the worsening urban shrinkage, but also the biggest source of locally-generated income. As a result, re-industrialization as the apparently ideal strategy for local development in Northeast China undermines the local government's attempts to counter urban shrinkage. In order to solve the problem of waste of living water in Chifeng College Students' dormitory, the actual situation of water consumption in student dormitory was investigated. This paper analyzes the potential of water-saving and water-saving technology and strategy of Chifeng College, and finds out the water-saving mode suitable for the dormitory of Chifeng College. On this basis, the research on the application of reclaimed water treatment technology and the construction of reclaimed water treatment station in Chifeng university is carried out. This study provides theoretical and experimental support for solving the problem of water-saving in Chifeng College.

Based on the statistics of the current situation of hot water in students’ dormitories of Chifeng University, this paper summarizes the characteristics of male and female students’ use of domestic hot water, obtains the relevant laws of university students’ hot water use behavior characteristics, and puts forward the selection and layout of water heaters according to the water use rules, so as to solve the bottleneck problem of hot water use in our school.
