In the process of digitisation of medical data,choosing the right technology for efficient processing and accurate analysis of medical data is a common problem faced by the medical field today.The use of knowledge graph technology with the excellent association and reasoning capabilities to process and analyse medical data can better enable applications such as wise information technology of medicine and aided diagnoses.The complete process of constructing a medical knowledge graph includes know-ledge extraction,knowledge fusion and knowledge reasoning.Knowledge extraction can be subdivided into entity extraction,relationship extraction and attribute extraction,while knowledge fusion mainly includes entity alignment and entity disambiguation.Firstly,the constructiontechnologies and practical applications of medical knowledge graphs are summarised,and the development of the technologies is clarified for each specific construction process.On this basis,the relevant techniques are introduced,and their advantages and limitations are explained.Secondly,introducing several medical knowledge graphs that are being successfully applied.Finally,based on the current state of technology and applications of knowledge graphs in the medical field,future research directions for knowledge graphs in technology and applications are given.

Abstract Efficient harvesting and storage of dispersed irregular energy from the environment are crucial to the demand for the distributed devices of the Internet of Things (IoTs). Here, a carbon felt (CF)‐based energy conversion‐storage‐supply integrated system (CECIS) that contains a CF‐based solid‐state supercapacitor (CSSC) and a CF‐based triboelectric nanogenerator (C‐TENG) is presented, which is capable of simultaneously energy storage and conversion. The simple treated CF not only delivers a maximal specific capacitance of 402.4 F g−1 but also prominent supercapacitor characteristics with fast charge and slow discharge, enabling 38 LEDs successfully lightened for more than 900 s after a wireless charging time of only 2 s. With the original CF as the sensing layer, buffer layer, and current collector of C‐TENG, the maximal power of 91.5 mW is attained. The CECIS shows a competitive output performance. The time ratio of the duration of supply energy to the harvesting and storage reaches 9.6:1, meaning that it is competent for the continuous energy application when the effective working time of C‐TENG is longer than one‐tenth of the whole day. This study not only highlights the great potential of CECIS in sustainable energy harvesting and storage but also lays the foundation for the ultimate realization of IoTs.

Sample pretreatment is a key step for qualitative and quantitative analysis of trace substances in complex samples. Cis-dihydroxyl (cis-diol) group-containing substances exist widely in biological samples and can be selectively bound by boronate affinity adsorbents. Based on this, in this article, we proposed a simple method for the preparation of novel spherical three-dimensionally ordered macropore (3DOM) materials based on a combination of the boronate affinity technique and colloidal crystal template method. The prepared 3DOM materials were characterized using Fourier transform–infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and thermo-gravimetric analysis, and results showed that they possessed the characteristics of a high specific surface area, high porosity, and more boronic acid recognition sites. The adsorption performance evaluation results showed that the maximum adsorption capacity of the boron affinity 3DOMs on ovalbumin (OVA) could reach to 438.79 mg/g. Kinetic and isothermal adsorption experiments indicated that the boronate affinity 3DOM material exhibited a high affinity and selectivity towards OVA and adenosine. Sodium dodecyl sulfate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis analysis of the proteins in egg whites was conducted and proved that the glycoprotein in the egg whites could be separated and enriched with a good performance. Therefore, a novel boronate affinity 3DOM material a with highly ordered and interconnected pore structure was prepared and could be applied in the separation and enrichment of molecules with cis-diol groups from complex samples with a good selectivity, efficiency, and high throughput.
