Today's millennial generation faces the challenge of information technology and artificial intelligence technology that is increasingly creative in creating its applications. Artificial intelligence applications, both text-based and video-based, have the opportunity to be used in supporting da'wah for the younger generation. Teenagers of Masjid Al Aman Kresen Bantul  need an increased understanding of AI technology for the development of da'wah in the millennial era.  To answer this need, the community service team from IST AKPRIND created a short training program on the use of AI-based applications to support da'wah for adolescents. The materials offered are a text-based application, ChatGPT and a video-based application, HeyGen. The ChatGPT application is used to find references for da'wah materials, while the HeyGen application is to package da'wah content to make it more interesting. The training was attended by all 25 members of the AL Aman mosque teenagers. Evaluation is done through questionnaires. The evaluation results showed that 87,4% of participants considered this training very useful to increase their knowledge., Generasi milenial saat ini menghadapi tantangan teknologi informasi dan teknologi kecerdasan buatan yang semakin kreatif dalam menciptakan aplikasi-aplikasinya. Aplikasi kecerdasan buatan, baik yang berbasis teks maupun berbasis video berpeluang untuk digunakan dalam mendukung dakwah bagi generasi muda. Remaja Masjid Al Aman Dusun Kresen Bantul memerlukan peningkatan pemahaman teknologi AI bagi pengembangan dakwah di era milenial. Untuk menjawab kebutuhan tersebut tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari IST AKPRIND membuat program pelatihan singkat pemanfaatan aplikasi berbasis AI untuk mendukung dakwah bagi remaja. Materi yang ditawarkan adalah aplikasi berbasis teks, ChatGPT dan aplikasi berbasis video, HeyGen. Aplikasi ChatGPT digunakan untuk mencari referensi bahan dakwah, sedangkan aplikasi HeyGen untuk mengemas konten dakwah agar lebih menarik . Pelatihan diikuti oleh seluruh anggota remaja masjid AL Aman sebanyak 25 orang. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui kusener. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 87,4% peserta menilai pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat menambah pengetahuan mereka.

The displacement of an electroactive monitoring agent, i.e., polyamidoamine dendrimers encapsulated gold nanoparticles (PAMAM-Au) upon the presence of a target antibody via acoustic streaming has been studied. Acoustic streaming has been used to improve the mass transfer and reduce the sample incubation rate, thus this study investigated its ability in enhancing the PAMAM-Au displacement efficiency of our immunosensor. For this purpose, the bio-nanogate components of maltose-binding protein carrying the antigenic determinant (MBP-aD) of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) as a bioreceptor was functionalized, followed by the monitoring agent i.e. PAMAM-Au on the electrode prior to the incubation with targeted anti-hepatitis B surface antigen (anti-HBsAg) antibody. The modified electrode was then coupled with a piezotransducer and connected to the signal transducer to induce acoustic streaming upon sample incubation. Under optimal acoustic actuation, the sample incubation time has been reduced from 20 min to 8 min via the enhancement of PAMAM-Au displacement induced by acoustic streaming. The result also demonstrated that the specificity and selectivity of the sensing platform under acoustic actuation are comparable to the static incubation in detecting the targeted antibody.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi pengaruh pemberian pupuk NPK dan pupuk kandang ayam terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman cabai keriting. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Tlogomas Kota Malang pada ketinggian sekitar 450 m dpl pada Agustus 2021 hingga Februari 2022. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 2 faktor. Faktor pertama pupuk NPK (N) terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan N0: tanpa pupuk NPK (kontrol); N1: pupuk NPK 50 kg/ha (0,25 g/polybag); N2 : pupuk NPK 100 kg/ha (0,5 g/polybag); dan N3 : pupuk NPK 150 kg/ha (0,75 g/polybag). Faktor kedua adalah pupuk kandang ayam (K) terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan K0: tanpa pemberian pupuk kandang ayam (kontrol); K1: pupuk kandang ayam 10 ton/ha (50 g/polybag); K2: pupuk kandang ayam 20 ton/ha (100 g/polybag); dan K3: pupuk kandang ayam 30 ton/ha (150 g/polybag). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya interaksi pupuk NPK dan pupuk kandang ayam pada tinggi tanaman saat 4 dan 8 MST, tetapi tidak berpengaruh pada jumlah cabang maupun jumlah bunga. Perlakuan pupuk NPK secara tunggal hanya mempengaruhi jumlah bunga pada 12 MST. Pemberian pupuk kandang ayam secara tunggal dengan dosis 30 ton/ha mengakibatkan pertumbuhan terbaik pada tinggi tanaman saat 6 dan 8 MST berturut-turut 35,33 cm dan 38,21 cm; jumlah cabang pada 4 dan 8 MST berturut-turut sebesar 4,67 dan 53,96; serta jumlah bunga pada 8 MST yaitu sebanyak 6,75.
