International audience; Alteration of sperm parameters related to occupational exposures is the subject of several studies, often on a case-control approach. The study populations usually comprise men consulting in infertility clinics for couple infertility. The objective of this review is to identify, from these case-control studies, the main occupational factors that may be associated with altered sperm parameters. We selected 13 articles in the PubMed database. Participation in these studies varied from 61 to 2619 subjects, with great methodological heterogeneity, particularly in the characterization of exposure. The main occupations that appear significantly associated with a risk of altered sperm parameters are workmen, painters, farriers, welders, plumbers and technicians. When analysis focuses on occupational exposures, a significant result is reported for solvents, heavy metals, heat, vibrations and non-ionizing radiation. None of the selected studies has found a link with exposure to pesticides. (C) 2015 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.; L’altération des paramètres spermatiques liée aux expositions professionnelles fait l’objet de nombreuses études, souvent selon une approche cas témoins. Le recrutement de la population d’étude se fait généralement dans les centres de reproduction en incluant les hommes consultant pour infertilité de couple. L’objectif de cette revue est d’identifier, à partir de ces études cas-témoins, les principaux facteurs professionnels susceptibles d’être associés à une altération des paramètres spermatiques. Nous avons sélectionné 13 articles dans la base de données PubMed. Ces études, qui portent sur des effectifs variant de 61 à 2619 sujets, présentent une grande hétérogénéité méthodologique, notamment dans la caractérisation des expositions. Les principales professions qui paraissent significativement associées à une altération des paramètres spermatiques sont les ouvriers, peintres, agriculteurs, soudeurs, plombiers et techniciens. Lorsque l’analyse porte sur les expositions professionnelles, un résultat significatif est rapporté pour les solvants, les métaux lourds, la chaleur, les vibrations et les rayonnements non ionisants. Aucune des études sélectionnées n’a retrouvé de lien avec une exposition aux pesticides.

The facilitated extraction of the EDA and EDAH+ through the homogeneous membrane Nafion 324 and the heterogeneous membrane Rhone Poulenc CRP have been studied. The transport fluxes obtained by facilitated extraction of EDA or EDAH+ are the highest with the homogeneous membrane Nafion 324. In order to define the optimum conditions of extraction, we have determined the apparent stability coefficient relative to the protonation equilibria involving H+, EDAH+ and 14EDAH22+"> ion exchangers. Resume But La morbidite maternelle grave constitue un probleme de sante publique dans les pays en voie de developpement. On se propose dans ce travail retrospectif, analytique et descriptif de rapporter les caracteristiques des patientes et d’identifier les differentes pathologies responsables d’une lourde morbidite maternelle. Materiels et methodes Nous avons recense 119 cas de pathologies maternelles graves de la grossesse ou de l’accouchement sur un total de 19732 naissances vivantes de janvier 1999 a decembre 2003. Resultats La morbidite maternelle a ete calculee a 602,25 pour 100 000 naissances vivantes et les hemorragies obstetricales representaient la cause la plus frequente de morbidite maternelle grave (39 %), suivies par les complications de la maladie hypertensive, (25 %). Le taux de mortalite maternelle etait de 30,4 pour 100 000 naissances vivantes et c’etaient les complications de la maladie hypertensive qui representaient la premiere cause de mortalite contrairement aux donnees chiffrees tunisiennes ou les hemorragies representent la premiere cause de mortalite maternelle. Conclusion l’amelioration du pronostic des grossesses a haut risque a permis de diminuer la mortalite maternelle. Malgre cette diminution des efforts restent a realiser dans la prise en charge des pathologies obstetricales graves responsables d’une lourde morbidite maternelle notamment les complications de la maladie hypertensive.

L’objet du présent travail consiste à étudier les dynamiques des activités agricoles et de l’occupation des sols, étroitement liées aux variations d’usages de la ressource en eau, constituée essentiellement des lacs du Parc National d’El-Kala ou P.N.E.K (Lac Oubeïra, Lac Tonga, Lac Mellah, Lac Bleu). La pression démographique conjuguée à la faible industrialisation de la région ont favorisé le développement de l’agriculture devenue la première source d’emplois. Cette recherche propose de déterminer, au travers des changements d’occupation du sol, les écarts entre les discours officiels et les comportements des populations locales. L’exploitation des ressources dans les aires protégées et aux alentours est une pratique courante, reconnue comme la manifestation la plus visible des actions des populations rurales. Les données de télédétection exploitées dans le cadre de ce travail se sont avérées bien appropriées à la problématique abordée. La base cartographique mise en place constitue un outil pour le suivi de l’évolution des couverts végétaux et de l’occupation du sol du Parc. Les traitements des données satellites ont été effectués aux niveaux scalaires pertinents pour l’identification des transformations spatiotemporelles de l’occupation du sol dans le P.N.E.K. Ils ont permis de caractériser les changements de faciès du couvert végétal.Mots clés : Parc National d’El-Kala – Biodiversité - Activités agricoles – Pastoralisme - Système d’Information Géographique.The purpose of this work is to study the dynamics of the agricultural activities and the land use which are closely linked to the changes of water resource supply from the Park Lakes (Oubeira, Tonga, Mellah and Blue Lakes). Demographic rise combined with the low industrial activities have favored the development of agriculture that became the first employment source. This research focuses, through the changes in land use, on the gaps that exist between the officials and the local people’s attitudes. The exploitation of water resources in the protected and the surroundings areas is a common practice, recognized as the most visible manifestation of the rural populations’ actions. The observed data in this remote sensing work proved to be appropriate to the exposed problem. The cartographic study constitutes a tool for monitoring the vegetation cover evolution and the Park land use. The satellite data processing were carried out at the pertinent scalar levels for land use identification in the PNEK by spatio-temporal transformations. International audience; We present in this work a new technetium-99m-labeled derivative from isoniazid. The labeling was achieved with a double-ligand transfer through the use of a ferrocene derivative. A further referred to as Tc-99m-N-IFC (N-Isonicotinamide ferrocene carboxamide labeled with Tc-99m), targeting infections in experimental animals, has been synthesized. The N-IFC was chemically synthesized and then labeled with technetium-99m. It has been confirmed through this work that it was obtained with high radiolabelling yield (95%). Radiochemical analyses of Tc-99m-N-IFC revealed that the molecule was efficiently labeled with a little free pertechnetate in the preparations containing purified compound. Only 1-2% of the tracer was leached out from the complex at 24 h when incubated in serum at 37 degrees C confirmed its high stability. The radiolabeled complex was found to be 10% bound to blood protein, which corresponds to a fast retention advantage. Biodistribution study showed the renal route of excretion and has also demonstrated that our radiolabeled compound is rapidly and significantly accumulated (P < 0.5) at infection sites. Thigh model of localized infection was prepared in mice by injecting of BCG (pGFM-11) (fluorexcente BCG) live bacteria in growing phase. The confirmation of the bacteria presence in infection sites has been established through its fluorescence characteristic. The comparison of the Tc-99m-N-IFC accumulation at sites of BCG (pGFM-11) infected animals, which is expressed as target-to-non-target ratio, (3.14) with other radiotracers was discussed. This allowed us to consider that Tc-99m-N-IFC could be a good radiotracer for mycobacterial infections. Obtained results were in good and encourage to undergo a similar labeling for the Mycobacterium tuberculosis as perspective of this work.
