Background and Objective: Diabetic neuropathy is one of the most prevalent complications of diabetic micro-vascular that causing sensory loss of the legs, pain and disorder in proprioception after destroying of the lower limbs nervous system afferents consequently leads in balance disorder. This study was done to determine the effectiveness of reflexology and Yumeiho massages on lower limb pain and keep balance in females with diabetic neuropathy. Methods: In this semi-experimental study, thirty-four patients with diabetic neuropathyin lower limb non-randomly divided into reflexology, Yumeiho and control groups. Pain and balance were measured using the visual analogue scale, Sharpened Romberg and berg test respectively that were completed at baseline and after 6 weeks. Six weeks of Yumeiho and reflexology massaging were applied over 3 days in week for 30 minutes on the experimental groups. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused changes in the field of business activities. The fear of the pandemic has increased consumer awareness of the economic benefits of e-commerce platforms and the desire of people to absentee shopping, resulting in the growth of e-commerce in the world. Iran is not an exception to this rule. In this article, in order to analyze the behavior of e-commerce consumers, before and during covid-19, Iran's largest online retail site has been studied. In the analysis of consumers' behavior, parameters such as spatial distribution, gender and age range of consumers, product groups, payment method for orders according to the amount of use of information and communication technology in the country before and during covid-19 and the death rate due to corona, were considered. In this research, data mining method has been used to analyze the behavior of e-commerce consumers. In the procedure, first the required data is collected and then in the next step, the data has been refined with the KNIME Analytics platform, and then consumer behavior has been analyzed using k-means and Fuzzy c-means algorithms. The results of the analysis showed that the spread of covid-19 has made the amount of shopping at the country level more uniform, leading older people to shop online and increasing their share of the total e-commerce consumers and the desire to pay for orders online. Hematogenous metastases are rarely present at diagnosis of ovarian clear cell carcinoma (OCC). Instead dissemination of these tumors is characteristically via direct extension of the primary tumor into nearby organs and the spread of exfoliated tumor cells throughout the peritoneum, initially via the peritoneal fluid, and later via ascites that accumulates as a result of disruption of the lymphatic system. The molecular mechanisms orchestrating these processes are uncertain. In particular, the signaling pathways used by malignant cells to survive the stresses of anchorage-free growth in peritoneal fluid and ascites, and to colonize remote sites, are poorly defined. We demonstrate that the transmembrane glycoprotein CUB-domain-containing protein 1 (CDCP1) has important and inhibitable roles in these processes. In vitro assays indicate that CDCP1 mediates formation and survival of OCC spheroids, as well as cell migration and chemoresistance. Disruption of CDCP1 via silencing and antibody-mediated inhibition markedly reduce the ability of TOV21G OCC cells to form intraperitoneal tumors and induce accumulation of ascites in mice. Mechanistically our data suggest that CDCP1 effects are mediated via a novel mechanism of protein kinase B (Akt) activation. Immunohistochemical analysis also suggested that CDCP1 is functionally important in OCC, with its expression elevated in 90% of 198 OCC tumors and increased CDCP1 expression correlating with poor patient disease-free and overall survival. This analysis also showed that CDCP1 is largely restricted to the surface of malignant cells where it is accessible to therapeutic antibodies. Importantly, antibody-mediated blockade of CDCP1 in vivo significantly increased the anti-tumor efficacy of carboplatin, the chemotherapy most commonly used to treat OCC. In summary, our data indicate that CDCP1 is important in the progression of OCC and that targeting pathways mediated by this protein may be useful for the management of OCC, potentially in combination with chemotherapies and agents targeting the Akt pathway.

We evaluated homologous recombination deficient (HRD) phenotypes in epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) considering BRCA1, BRCA2, and RAD51C in a large well-annotated patient set. We evaluated EOC patients for germline deleterious mutations (n = 899), somatic mutations (n = 279) and epigenetic alterations (n = 482) in these genes using NGS and genome-wide methylation arrays. Deleterious germline mutations were identified in 32 (3.6%) patients for BRCA1, in 28 (3.1%) for BRCA2 and in 26 (2.9%) for RAD51C. Ten somatically sequenced patients had deleterious alterations, six (2.1%) in BRCA1 and four (1.4%) in BRCA2. Fifty two patients (10.8%) had methylated BRCA1 or RAD51C. HRD patients with germline or somatic alterations in any gene were more likely to be high grade serous, have an earlier diagnosis age and have ovarian and/or breast cancer family history. The HRD phenotype was most common in high grade serous EOC. Identification of EOC patients with an HRD phenotype may help tailor specific therapies.

In recent years, with the increase of access to customer data and the improvement of data analysis capabilities through intelligent methods, various activities have been carried out to analyze customer behavior; it is in the detection of bank frauds. Currently, bank frauds have a wide range of results, other than material and financial losses to the bank, customers and banks. After using smart tools to use different algorithms, the two selected algorithms XGBoost and LightGBM, according to the high ROC in the obtained models were selected step by step. At the same time, it has been used in final tests with the reduction of false samples labeled as fraud (FP). This model is developed using real development data and gives very acceptable results in card-to-card fraud detection. In this work we intend to study the pinned vortex fraction in type II superconductors. The sample used is the YBa2Cu3O7-γ. In continuation one will study the variations of this fraction according to the transport current density for two values of magnetic field (H = 0.6 T and H = 1.2 T) , and different values of temperature. The studied sample is a monocristalline YBaCuO thin film deposited by the ablation laser method on the surface (001) of a SrTiO3 substrate. In zero magnetic field, the resistance vanished a Tc = 90 K. The C-axis of YBaCuO is perpendicular to surface of the film. Electrodes of measurement are in gold and deposited on the surface of the sample in situ by evaporation. The film has a thickness of 400 nm, and a width 7.53 μm. The distance between electrodes of power measurement is 135 μm. Contact resistances were less than 1Ω.

This paper proposes a parallel distributed compensation-based composite nonlinear feedback (CNF) control approach for a class of constrained nonlinear systems, which is described based on Takagi–Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy models with input saturation. By producing invariant sets, the sufficient conditions guarantee the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system. The presence of input saturation nonlinearity is derived in terms of linear matrix inequality. To the best knowledge of the authors, the research presented here is taken into real consideration as the first attempt to propose a new T-S fuzzy-based CNF control approach. Contrary to the existing CNF outcomes for the linear systems, the proposed one is now applicable to cope with a class of nonlinear systems. In a word, the present CNF control approach comprises two nonlinear parts. It is to note that the first term assures the stability of the closed-loop nonlinear system and provides a fast convergence response, as long as the second term reduces the overshoot of the response, correspondingly. In one such case, the overall CNF control approach satisfies the predefined input saturation, as well. In the sequel, in order to illustrate the merits of the proposed control approach, the continuous stirred tank reactors and the electromagnetic suspension system are chosen to verify the investigated results in comparison with those obtained from the existing results. The Internet of Things (IOT) has been examined in several perspectives based on the goals and visions of the present report. First, in this report based on previous studies, the general framework of business models in the Internet of Things has been analyzed, and then the suggested framework is presented. In the following, the business models of the Internet of Things and the impact of Internet of Things on the existing business models are studied. Thus, first of all, recognizing the elements of business models related to the Internet of Things is essential which has been addressed in the report. The results of different studies led to recognition of almost all business models in this field and to stating the most important components of the business models affected by the Internet of Things. The authors are still in the beginning of the process of Internet of Things. Most of the companies are willing to offer and sell the connected products and in near future, the majority of organizations will adopt more complex and ecosystem models. The purpose of this report is to offers social and business ideas to innovators so they can improve business models using the Internet of Things. This report examines the business models and proposed existing frameworks along with the economic energy of Internet of Things according to the successful projects in this scope, and offers the general logic for services or products that can be used as the basis of specific elements and patterns of business models of IOT.
