One of the forms of ownership of land rights for foreigners in Indonesia in addition to being given the Right to Rent is the Right to Use which is very attractive, because the granting of a very long period of time can be up to 80 years, and can provide opportunities for economic value on the status of land in the form of financial value. The Government of Indonesia formed a regulation granting the status of Land Use Rights for Foreign Citizens is for private residences, but in reality Foreign Citizens secretly use the status of Land Use Rights for business activities such as: villas, elite boarding houses, cafes and restaurants because of the absence of strict regulations and supervision and sanctions from the Government of Indonesia to Foreign Citizens as applicants and users of the status of Land Use Rights imposed on land owned by Indonesian Citizens.

This article aims to analyze the division of joint property using the theoretical approach of Maqasid al-Shariah system by Jasser Auda. Disparities in the division of joint property persist in judicial decisions in Indonesia. This is due to the absence of a definite legal framework for judges to use as a fundamental basis in their considerations. Additionally, there are factors influencing this phenomenon, including changes in social dynamics, gender equality, and other social issues. This article employs a qualitative research method based on a literature review with the theoretical approach of Maqasid al-Shariah system by Jasser Auda. The research demonstrates that the division of joint property should consider justice and welfare based on comprehensive scientific considerations encompassing economic, social, and customary aspects prevalent in specific societies or cultures.

Current technological developments often create confusion between halal and haram, such as genetic engineering technology. Muslim consumers face two choices: products that are labeled halal and products that are not labeled halal. Regarding to product labeling, the Halal Product Guarantee Law requires business actors to include halal labels and non-halal information on products as regulated in Article 25 and Article 26. Legally, the halal label is a norm that must be met by business actors and must comply with it, p. This indirectly raises the issue of conflicting norms regarding halal labels on products being marketed for both producers and the public as consumers. The imposition of administrative sanctions for violations of the obligation of business actors to include non-halal information on products in Article 26 paragraph (2) of the Halal Product Guarantee Law is also considered less strict than the imposition of criminal sanctions for actions that are prohibited for business actors in Article 8 paragraph (1). letter i of the Consumer Protection Law which has the same material substance. So this legal issue is interesting to carry out research using research study materials from Constitutional Court Decision No: 8/PUU-XVII/2019.

This study aims to examine the meaning of the guardian's reluctance to Islamic marriage law in Indonesia. This research uses normative legal research. The results of this research explain that the prohibition of adlal basically cannot be separated from the legal status of guardians in marriage. The difference between the jurists in viewing whether the guardian is the main requirement or only a complement to marriage is also a reference in the issue of determining the fairness of the guardian. The legal status of a guardian gives rise to differences of opinion among the jurists, in which some see it as the main requirement, while others only see it as a complement. If examined in the maqashid sharia review, this distinction in the legal status of guardians is directly proportional to the condition of girls who are not all the same, both from a social and cultural standpoint, so the various views that exist can accommodate the diversity of existing social and cultural conditions.

The village is a driving force for a country's development that plays a vital role in providing the needs and sustainability of the country's economy. Villages have the authority to be autonomous and independent of increasing village independence, one of which is to establish a business entity that follows the characteristics of natural resources and the needs of rural communities called Village Owned Enterprises (VOEs). VOEs, economic institutions in the village, have a very strategic function and role in supporting the implementation of village economic sovereignty and democracy in Indonesia as a business entity characterized by a village. However, the legal politics governing VOEs in Indonesia also impact the management of VOEs. This paper wants to examine the legal politics of VOEs regulation in Indonesia. This paper is a normative legal research using a statutory, conceptual, and historical approach, which will be analyzed descriptively. The results showed a paradigm shift in the construction of VOEs, which was initially regulated as a business entity characterized by a village. It was changed in Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, which stipulates that the status of VOEs as business entities is legal. Meanwhile, related to the form of business entity, it is regulated as a legal entity characterized by a village.

Indigenous Balinese people strive to achieve the ideals of life, namely physical and spiritual well-being (Mokshartam Jagadhita) by means of virtue (dharma). One of the common efforts is to enter into a credit agreement. Credit agreements based on dharma can be made at LPD Bali, a traditional community financial institution, making a credit agreement by harmonizing Balinese customary law and positive law. The harmonization of the two results in a credit agreement that has legal implications, namely applying tri-danda sanctions in resolving disputes that occur later. This study aims to know and understand the concept of a credit agreement based on the dharma. This study uses an anthropological approach that focuses on the philosophy and concepts of sekala niskala law in credit agreements at LPD Bali. Data were obtained through interviews, direct observation, and document studies. Interviews were conducted with prajuru (customary village leaders), LPD administrators, and traditional village communities. Research shows that LPD has and implements the practice of credit agreements with the glocation mechanism, on the one hand following the provisions of the Civil Code and on the other hand incorporating sekala niskala legal concepts according to Hindu teachings adopted by the Balinese indigenous people.

Research on the Parate of Mortgage Execution by Creditors as an Unlawful Actions, departs from the issues discussed, namely what is the legislative ratio of the Minister of Finance Regulation Number: 27 / PMK.06 / 2016 dated February 22, 2016 regarding instructions for auction implementation, appointing the seller as the authorized party to determine the limit value of the auction price of collateral at the parate auction for the execution of mortgage rights and is the parate for execution of mortgage rights by the seller categorized as an illegal act? The purpose of this research is to analyze and find the legislative ratio of the Minister of Finance Regulation Number: 27 / PMK.06 / 2016 dated February 22, 2016 regarding auction implementation instructions, appointing the seller as the authority to determine the limit value for the auction price of collateral at the parate auction for the execution of mortgage rights. , and parate execution of mortgage rights by the seller is categorized as an act against the law. The research method uses normative legal research, with a statutory approach (statute approach) and a case approach (case approach). The sources of legal materials used consisted of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials, while the analysis of legal materials was carried out in a descriptive qualitative manner. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the seller's legis ratio is the authorized party to set the auction price limit for guaranteed guarantee goods based on the provisions of Article 1 number 28 of the Minister of Finance Regulation No.27 / PMK.06 / 2016 dated February 22, 2016 regarding auction implementation instructions which determines that the minimum price of the goods to be auctioned is determined by the seller, in this case the security right holder. This refers to Article 6 of the UUHT where the first Mortgage holder has the right to sell the object of the Mortgage on his own power through a public auction and to collect his receivables from the sale proceeds. In determining the limit value which is determined based on the results of the appraiser's assessment, where the auction limit value must be at the lowest level in accordance with the liquidation value so that the auction office has the authority to reject the auction application submitted by the seller, if it does not comply with the standards stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Finance. No.27 / PMK.06 / 2016, then categorized as an act against the law.

Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Companies has stipulated that the minimum percentage limit for minority shareholding is 10%. This limit causes justice and legal protection for minority shareholders to be neglected. This article aims to discuss the formulation of determining the minimum percentage of minority shareholding that provides justice and legal protection for minority shareholders in future changes to the law. The method used is a normative legal research method with a statute approach and a conceptual approach. The results obtained are the idea of changing the law in the future, namely the formulation of determining the percentage of minority shareholding can use the economies of scale of a Limited Company by using an indicator of the amount of paid-in capital, with this arrangement it is expected to provide justice and legal protection for minority shareholders.

This article discusses the legal certainty of legal smuggling in interfaith marriages in Indonesia. Not a few who carry out interfaith marriages in Indonesia go abroad, even though this can be categorized as a form of legal smuggling due to avoiding the law that should apply to them. This research uses a conceptual approach, a statutory approach, a comparative approach and a philosophical approach. Legal materials used in this study consist of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials which are normative in nature by searching, collecting, and studying literature and documents, both conventionally and via the internet. The result of this research is that interfaith marriages by Indonesian citizens conducted abroad are a form of legal smuggling because they are against the law of marriage in Indonesia based on religious law. Many countries, whether or not they have written regulations, generally do not condone or refuse legal smuggling. they prefer to keep their citizens in compliance with their national laws if there is an element that the smuggling of the law occurs then the marriage can be declared invalid. The Indonesian marriage law has not provided legal certainty for the smuggling of interfaith marriage laws, on the one hand there is no legality of marriage legality, on the other hand the marriage is still recorded in the registration.

This study aimed to analyze the glycemic index value of processed products of Coleus tuberosus. The study included ten healthy subjects with seven males, three females (30 ± 3.80 years on average age and 22.49 ± 1.82 on average BMI). Participants tested three different meals (D-glucose anhydrous, wheat crackers, and Coleus tuberosus crackers) with equal carbohydrate load (50 g). Blood glucose concentrations were measured at 0 min as well as at 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 min after the start of the meal for glucose levels determination. The result showed that the glycemic index of Coleus tuberosus crackers rich in resistant starch tipe 3 categorized in the low category. The glycemic index value of Coleus tuberosus crackers at 40.88 ± 6.42, whereas wheat crackers has high glycemic index (76.08 ± 5.36). A survey of Caseous Lymphadenitis (CLA), a bacterial infection in sheep and goats was conducted on small ruminant farms in two districts in Perak, namely Kinta and Hilir Perak. The objective of this survey is to determine the status of CLA infection in small ruminants. A total of 8 farms were screened, involving a total of 579 animals. Agar Gel Precipitation Test (AGPT) and Enzyme Linked Immuno Absorbent Assay (ELISA) were conducted on serum samples obtained from the animals. Results show that 8.5% of the animals had a positive reaction for AGPT test. It was found that 36 samples (17%) were found positive using both AGPT and ELISA methods, 9 samples (4%) were found positive only using AGPT method, 14 samples (6%)were found positive only using ELISA and 157 samples (73%) were found negative using both methods. Since there is no available data on the prevalence of the disease in the country, further epidemiological studies as well as reliable diagnostic detection methods need to be assessed for aiding in control and eradication programmes for this disease.
