This review aims to sniff out potential fraud in controlling village funds and to find out effective mechanisms for preventing village fund fraud in Indonesia. However, apart from contributing institutions that were small, previous researchers have ignored the problem of fraud shortly threatening sustainability of institutions such as a small rural village in Indonesia. So, this study is intended to find out how a small village level institution can prevent fraud. This analysis uses a self-administered questionnaire and distributes 250 questionnaires to village heads, secretary of village heads, and financial treasurers in village institutions with 179 questionnaires for which data can be processed. To test the theoretical model, multiple regression is used. Outputs from multiple regression reveals that a habit of honesty and integrity have a positive effect and significant, process and control the internal and supervisory functions are good and behavioral religious has a positive effect but are less significant in the fraud preventive mechanism if implemented partially. This finding also provides a strong picture that if the four dimensions of fraud prevention mechanism must be implemented simultaneously to have high effectiveness and vice versa. On the whole, the research paper is advocating some tactics to prevent fraud which is effective to reduce the threat of fraud in the institution at the smallest village level in Indonesia and the countries of the developing others. The lack of studies empirically the impact of habits of honesty, internal control, and monitoring Duty proper religious behavior and attitudes in an effective study of fraud prevention in non-Western environments has answered the need for this research.

The development of technology demands a variety of activities that can be easily accessed regardless of space and time. The development of information technology has become an innovative, dynamic, and economically profitable solution. Information technology is the answer to the problems and challenges faced by the world of education. Cloud computing is changing the way information technology services are provided and distributed so that institutions have the opportunity to access the educational and scientific information. Cloud computing technology is a new paradigm in the delivery of computing services, which has many advantages compared to conventional systems. This study discusses cloud computing in general and some examples of the application of cloud computing services and their benefits in the Electrical Engineering Education Study Program environment. The case study taken is the application of cloud computing services in the Electrical Engineering Education Study Program, where cloud computing is a computing model, as resources such as processors or computing power, storage, networks, and software are abstracted and provided as services on a network or internet with using the remote access pattern. The purpose of this study was to determine whether cloud computing might be applied to learning, as well as the benefits provided by cloud computing in the development of learning systems. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of literature studies. Based on the research conducted, the results show that the services provided by cloud computing have various benefits, namely increasing efficiency and effectiveness in the use of cloud computing-based technology in the learning process.

This study aims to analyze the syntax of serial verbs in the Punjabi language. The serial verb construction (SVC) is a widespread phenomenon across the world languages and in Punjabi as well. The SVC in Punjabi specifically is used as a full event described by two sub-events, with each event described by a separate verb coming together in a sequence. It shows that two different events have their own individuality during overall event. This study is descriptive in nature and a naturalistic methodology is adopted for detailed categorization of SVC in Punjabi. The study shows how the two types of SVCs in Punjabi are completely different from Complex Predicates (CPs) because each SVC contains two VPs but only one V whereas the complex predicate constructions have only one VP but two Vs. The study also shows that the relationship between two verbs/VPs is that of adjunction but not complementation (or coordination). Since this study explores the Indo-Aryan languages which are facing the dearth of linguistic research, it is going to be a useful contribution to the domain of serial verb constructions cross-linguistically. It will also be helpful to draw a line between SVCs and CP formations in the Punjabi language.

This opinion paper explores the burgeoning influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the event management industry. AI has emerged as a powerful tool, offering innovative solutions for event planning, execution, and attendee engagement. This paper provides a comprehensive overview of AI's role in event management, discussing its applications, benefits, and potential drawbacks based on contemporary researches and publications. By analysing six (6) current trends and four (4) critical reception of AI in the event industry, we aim to shed light on its transformative potential and its implications for the future of event management. At the end of the paper, the researchers provide recommendations on how to navigate the obstacles in implementing AI technology in event management. This paper is critical in its role to ignite discussions regarding AI implementation in event industry as there are currently very few academic writings on this topic.

The study was aimed to discover the usage of information and communication technology at inclusive schools in Lahore, Pakistan. Objectives of the study were to explore the teachers' experiences and identify the benefits of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) being used in inclusive classrooms. A qualitative approach was adopted while the research design was phenomenological in nature. A cross-sectional survey method was used to conduct the study. Semi-structured interview protocol consisted of six open ended questions. The sample was comprised of fifteen inclusive school teachers that were selected through purposive sampling technique. A semi-structured interview protocol was validated by course instructors and assessment experts. Data was analyzed by using Microsoft excel through thematic analysis and making themes. The study revealed that ICT was helpful in searching material from internet. Teachers expressed that ICT makes their interaction easier with the non-disable and disable students in the class. ICT may help in visually and hearing impaired along with normal students. Computers, audio software, audio books, jaws, tape recorders and multimedia were used in classrooms during teacher's lectures and presentations in inclusive classrooms.

We assessed if there were any sex-related differences in the ability of nicotine to increase plasma corticosterone secretion after single or repeated nicotine administration. For single-dose studies, male and female mice were habituated to the test room for 1 h and injected with saline or nicotine (0.25 or 1 mg/kg, subcutaneously (s.c.)). In repeated-dosing studies, mice were injected with saline or nicotine (1 mg/kg, s.c.) once daily for six days, and, on day 7, received nicotine (1 mg/kg, s.c.). Mice were then euthanized 15 min later, and trunk blood was collected for the measurement of corticosterone, nicotine, and cotinine. Our results showed that saline or nicotine each significantly increased plasma corticosterone levels in both males and females, with a greater response in female mice. Plasma corticosterone levels were increased in male but not female mice after being treated repeatedly compared to single nicotine administration. The level of cotinine, a biomarker of nicotine use, was significantly higher in female than in male mice. Taken together, these novel findings suggest that female mice respond to nicotine and the stress of handling more than male mice and provide for the first-time quantitative data on male-female differences in nicotine-induced elevations of corticosterone and cotinine plasma levels.

Recent evidence implicates endogenous pituitary adenylyl cyclase activating polypeptide (PACAP) in the aversive effect of nicotine. In the present study, we assessed if nicotine-induced conditioned place preference (CPP) or affective signs of nicotine withdrawal would be altered in the absence of PACAP and if there were any sex-related differences in these responses. Male and female mice lacking PACAP and their wild-type controls were tested for baseline place preference on day 1, received conditioning with saline or nicotine (1 mg/kg) on alternate days for 6 days and were then tested for CPP the next day. Mice were then exposed to four additional conditioning and were tested again for nicotine-induced CPP 24 hr later. Controls were conditioned with saline in both chambers and tested similarly. All mice were then, 96 hr later, challenged with mecamylamine (3 mg/kg), and tested for anxiety-like behaviors 30 min later. Mice were then, 2 hr later, forced to swim for 15 min and then tested for depression-like behaviors 24 hr later. Our results showed that male but not female mice lacking PACAP expressed a significant CPP that was comparable to their wild-type controls. In contrast, male but not female mice lacking PACAP exhibited reduced anxiety- and depression-like behaviors compared to their wild-type controls following the mecamylamine challenge. These results suggest that endogenous PACAP is involved in affective signs of nicotine withdrawal, but there is a sex-related difference in this response.
