This volume of Eurasian Studies in Business and Economics includes selected papers from the 44th Eurasia Business and Economics Society (EBES) Conference, held in Istanbul on July 6th, 7th and 8th, 2023 and hosted by Istanbul Bilgi University, Türkiye. The theoretical and empirical papers gathered here cover diverse areas of business and management from different geographic regions.

This is the 28th issue of the Springer's series Eurasian Studies in Business and Economics, which is the official book series of the Eurasia Business and Economics Society (EBES, www.ebesweb.org). This issue includes selected papers presented at the 41st EBES Conference – Berlin that was held on October 12-14, 2022 and jointly be organized with GLO (The Global Labor Organization) and in collaboration with the FOM University of Applied Sciences. The conference was held both in hybrid with both in-person and online paper presentation format.

EBES conferences have been an intellectual hub for academic discussion in economics, finance, and business fields and provide network opportunities for participants to make long-lasting academic cooperation. This is the 26th volume of the Eurasian Studies in Business and Economics (EBES's official proceeding series), which includes selected papers from the 38th EBES Conference which took place in Warsaw. The conference was organized in hybrid mode with both online and in-person presentations at the Faculty of Economics Sciences, the University of Warsaw in Warsaw, Poland, on January 12-14, 2022. At the conference, 197 papers by 439 colleagues from 50 countries were presented. Both theoretical and empirical papers in this volume cover diverse areas of business, economics, and finance from many different regions.

This is the 26th volume of the Eurasian Studies in Business and Economics (EBES's official proceeding series), which includes selected papers from the 39th EBES Conference which took place in 2022 in Rome. The conference was organized with the support of the Istanbul Economic Research Association in hybrid mode with both online and in-person presentations at the Faculty of Economics, Sapienza University of Rome in Rome, Italy. At the conference, 205 papers by 436 colleagues from 49 countries were presented. Both theoretical and empirical papers in this volume cover diverse areas of business, economics, and finance from many different regions.

This is the 24th volume of the Eurasian Studies in Business and Economics (EBES's official proceeding series) which includes selected papers from the 37th EBES Conference – Berlin. The conference was jointly organized with the GLO (Global Labour Organization, a global, independent, non-partisan and non-governmental organization based in Germany) with the support of the Istanbul Economic Research Association and in collaboration with the FOM University of Applied Sciences (Germany). Due to COVID-19, the conference presentation mode was virtual. In the conference, 177 papers by 379 colleagues from 54 countries were presented. Both theoretical and empirical papers in this volume cover diverse areas of business, economics, and finance from many different regions. Therefore, it providesa great opportunity to colleagues, professionals, and students to catch up with the most recent studies in different fields and empirical findings on many countries and regions.
