So far, it has been reached the academic consensus that the molecular subtypes are via genomic heterogeneity and immune infiltration patterns. Considering that oxidative stress (OS) is involved in tumorigenesis and prognosis prediction, we propose an innovative classification of colorectal cancer- (CRC-) OS subtypes. We obtain three datasets from The Cancer Genome Atlas Program (TCGA) and Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) online databases. 1399 OS-related genes were selected from the GeneCards database. We remove the batch effect before conducting differentially expressed genes (DEGs) analyses between normal and tumor samples. Nonnegative matrix factorization (NMF) was used to perform an unsupervised cluster. Lasso regression and Cox regression were used to construct the signature model. DEGs, robust rank aggregation, and protein-protein interaction networks were used to select hub genes, and then use hub genes to predict OS subtypes by random forest algorithms. NMF identifies two OS-related subtypes of CRC patients. Eight OS-related gene signatures were built to predict the outcome of patients, based on the DEGs between two subtypes. A total of 61 DEGs overlap each dataset, and the RRA analysis shows that 17 genes are important in these three datasets, and 15 genes are shared genes between the two methods. PPI network suggests that five hub genes are confirmed, they are SPP1, SERPINE1, CAV1, PDGFRB, and PLAU. These five hub genes could predict the OS-related subtype of CRC accurately with AUC equal to 0.771. In our study, we identify two OS-related subtypes, which will provide an innovative insight into colorectal cancer.

Fisheries is a social production sector that captures and farms fish and other aquatic animals and plants for aquatic products. In a broad sense, fisheries also include upstream departments (e.g., manufacturing, maintenance and supply of fishing gear, fishing boats, fishery machinery, fishery instruments and other means of production), downstream departments (e.g., storage, processing, comprehensive utilization, transportation and sales of aquatic products), and auxiliary departments (e.g., the construction of fishing ports). As an important constituent part of the national economy in China, fisheries not only provide a large amount of food sources for humans but also provide many industrial raw materials for national construction. In this paper, the development of fisheries in China is reviewed, including the development history of fisheries, the current situations of the aquatic seed industry, aquaculture industry, capture industry, aquatic product processing industry, aquatic animal nutrition and feed industry, and leisure fishery; additionally, the contribution of Chinese fisheries in the global fisheries is assessed, as are the current fisheries development problems and development strategies in China. This paper has important guiding significance for the development of fisheries in China.

Acrylamide (ACR) is a widely used environmentally hazardous compound that is known to be neurotoxic, genotoxic, carcinogenic, and reproductive toxicity. It is widely present in soil, water, agents used in chemical industries, and food. It can be distributed to all organs and tissues, and can cause damage to various human systems and those of other animals. Previous metabolomics studies have mainly focused on metabolites in serum and urine, but have lacked comprehensive analysis of major organs and tissues. In the current study, a gas chromatography-massspectrometry method was used to investigate mechanisms underlying organ toxicity, in an effort to identify potentially sensitive biomarkers in the main target tissues of rats after ACR exposure. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were assigned to two groups; a control group and a group treated with 20 mg kg−1 ACR intragastrically for 6 weeks. Metabolite changes in the two groups were statistically analyzed. The respective numbers of altered metabolites in the hippocampus, cortex, kidney, serum, heart, liver, and kidney fat were 21, 21, 17, 5, 15, 14, and 6. There were 14 metabolic pathways related to amino acid, fatty acid, purine, and energy metabolism, revealing that the toxic mechanism of ACR may involve oxidative stress, inflammation, and amino acid metabolism and energy disorders.

UAV trajectory planning is one of the research focuses in artificial intelligence and UAV technology. The asymmetric information, however, will lead to the uncertainty of the UAV trajectory planning, the probability theory as the most commonly used method to solve the trajectory planning problem in uncertain environment will lead to unrealistic conclusions under the condition of lacking samples, while the uncertainty theory based on uncertain measures is an efficient method to solve such problems. Firstly, the uncertainties in trajectory planning are sufficiently considered in this paper, the fuel consumption, concealment and threat degree with uncertain variables are taken as the objective functions, the constraints are analyzed according to the maneuverability, and the uncertain multi-objective trajectory planning (UMOTP) model is established. After that, this paper takes both the long-term benefits and its stability into account, and then, the expected-value and standard-deviation efficient trajectory model is established. What is more, this paper solves the Pareto front of the trajectory planning, satisfying various preferences, which avoids the defects of the trajectory obtained by traditional model only applicable to a certain specific situation. In order to obtain a better solution set, this paper proposes an improved backbones particle swarm optimization algorithm based on PSO and NSGA-II, which overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional algorithm such as premature convergence and poor robustness, and the efficiency of the algorithm is tested. Finally, the algorithm is applied to the UMOTP problem, then, the optimal trajectory set is obtained, and the effectiveness and reliability of the model is verified.

A constructed wetland that contains two separate beds and produces ferrous ions (Fe2+) ex-situ by anaerobic iron-reducing between iron rich substrate and plant biomass, named as Fe-CONV-CW, was developed. Three experimental systems for tertiary treatment were constructed for the investigation of production of Fe2+ and phosphorus removal. One bed consisted of a gravel filter for wastewater treatment, and the other was filled with deciduous leaves (DL) and red soil (RS) to generate Fe2+ in the Fe–CONV-CWs. And the mass ratio of DL to RS was 1:2, 1:3 and 1:4 respectively in three systems, referred to as S1:2, S1:3, and S1:4. During 120 days of operation, the beds containing DL and RS continuously produced Fe2+, albeit at fluctuating concentrations. Within the first 60 days, the highest average concentration of Fe2+ was observed in S1:4 (40.3 ± 11.8 mg/L). After 60 days, the S1:3, which was temporarily supplemented with 0.15 kg of deciduous leaves, had the highest average Fe2+ (46.5 ± 11.4 mg/L). Phosphorus removal was improved greatly with entering and subsequent deposition of Fe2+ in gravel filters of systems and influenced by concentration of Fe2+. After 60 days, the increasing concentration of Fe2+ greatly promoted the improvement of phosphorus removal in S1:3. However, phosphorus removal was not stable due to the large fluctuations of Fe2+. Compared with the other two systems, S1:4 had more stable phosphorus removal levels during whole operation period. Both soluble organic compounds and lignocellulose in the leaves supported the production of Fe2+, with the former having a faster rate. Utilizing a high ratio of red soil during construction and temporary supplementation of deciduous leaves during operation could increase the production of ferrous irons and thus phosphorous removal in Fe-CONV-CW.

Objective To develop and validate dynamic contrast–enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) radiomic signatures for preoperative identification of ALNM and to assess individual DFS in patients with early-stage breast cancer. Design, Setting, and Participants This retrospective prognostic study included patients with histologically confirmed early-stage breast cancer diagnosed at 4 hospitals in China from July 3, 2007, to September 21, 2019, randomly divided (7:3) into development and vaidation cohorts. All patients underwent preoperative MRI scans, were treated with surgery and sentinel lymph node biopsy or ALN dissection, and were pathologically examined to determine the ALNM status. Data analysis was conducted from February 15, 2019, to March 20, 2020. Exposure Clinical and DCE-MRI radiomic signatures. Main Outcomes and Measures The primary end points were ALNM and DFS. Results This study included 1214 women (median [IQR] age, 47 [42-55] years), split into development (849 [69.9%]) and validation (365 [30.1%]) cohorts. The radiomic signature identified ALNM in the development and validation cohorts with areas under the curve (AUCs) of 0.88 and 0.85, respectively, and the clinical-radiomic nomogram accurately predicted ALNM in the development and validation cohorts (AUC, 0.92 and 0.90, respectively) based on a least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO)–logistic regression model. Based on the production of an allotetraploid fish line (4nAL, 4n = 200, AABB, F3-F28) derived from a cross between female Carassius auratus var. red (RCC, 2n = 100, AA) and male Cyprinus carpio (COC, 2n = 100, BB) and an autotetraploid fish line (4nAU, 4n = 200, AAAA, F2-F14) derived from a cross between female RCC and male Megalobrama amblycephala (BSB, 2n = 48), we obtained a new tetraploid hybrid (4nNT, 4n = 200, AAAB) by crossing 4nAU females with 4nAL males. The aim of this study was to comparatively investigate the biological characteristics of 4nNT fish and their parents. The results regarding the DNA content and chromosome numbers indicated that 4nNT were tetraploid with three sets of RCC-derived chromosomes and one set of COC-derived chromosomes. Histological sectioning showed that female and male 4nNT individuals had normal ovarian and testis development, respectively. Analyses of 5S rDNA molecular organization revealed that the 5S rDNA of 4nNT was inherited from the original parents and contained obvious base variations and sequence insertions or deletions. The newly produced 4nNT hybrid has the potential to establish a new tetraploid fish line, and it also provides an ideal model for studying the genomic structure and genetic expression variation in polyploid hybrid fish.

In order to indicate the effect of carbon sources on the composition of dissimilatory iron reducing bacteria (DIRB) and the reduction characteristics of iron oxides in the soils, different carbon sources (glucose, starch, acetate, and plant biomass) were selected and mixed with red soil for anaerobic conservation. During the process, COD, Fe (Ⅱ), and pH were monitored, and the composition of the microbial community was analyzed. The results show that the amount of reducible ferric iron in red soils differed depending on the carbon source. For example, the amount of reducible ferric iron in the plant biomass system was much higher than in the other three. High throughput sequencing results showed that each system had 1–2 dominant species (operational taxonomy units) with relative abundance (>12%) much higher than others. The predominant DIRB in the glucose, starch, and acetic acid systems were the same as found in previous studies. They were Clostridium species in both glucose and starch systems, and was Geobacter in acetic acid systems. However, the dominant species in the plant biomass system, those belonging to Ignavibacteriaceae, are seldom reported DIRB. Although species from the family were reported to have iron reduction ability, they have never been identified as a dominant group in the iron reduction process before.

e14087 Background: Immune-related adverse events (irAEs) have been shown to be associated with the efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors in patients with advanced cancer, but the reported effect sizes have varied greatly in previous trials. We did a meta-analysis to assess immune checkpoint inhibitors efficacy and further explored the correlation of irAEs with efficacy in cancer. Methods: We systematically searched database inception to January, 2019 for randomized trials of immune checkpoint inhibitor in patients with advanced cancer that had available data for overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS), and irAEs. We calculated the pooled hazard ratios (HRs) and 95% confidence intervals [CIs] using a random-effects model, and assessed the association between the irAEs and PFS or OS using coefficient of determination ( R²). The PROSPERO registry number is CRD42017075610. Results: Thirty eight trials with 19,521 patients were included. Compared with conventional therapy, anti-PD-1 or PD-L1 combined with conventional therapy significantly enhanced survival (HR = 0.62, 95% CI 0.53 to 0.72 for PFS; HR = 0.71, 95% CI 0.58 to 0.87 for OS), and anti-PD1 or PD-L1 combined with anti-CTLA4 (HR = 0.75, 95% CI 0.63 to 0.90 for PFS). Anti-CTLA4 plus conventional therapy prolonged PFS (HR = 0.80, 95% CI 0.72 to 0.89) and OS (HR = 0.80, 95% CI 0.66 to 0.96) than conventional therapy alone. Anti-PD1 or PD-L1 outperformed anti-CTLA4 on OS (HR = 0.68, 95% CI 0.57 to 0.81). Significant correlation between treatment efficacy and irAEs was only identified in pneumonitis ( R2 0.59, P = 0.026 for PFS) and diarrhea ( R2 0.22, P = 0.006 for OS). Conclusions: We recommended the concurrent use of immune checkpoint inhibitor and conventional therapy or dual immunotherapy as the most appropriate regimens for advanced cancer. Furthermore, development of pneumonitis and diarrhea were associated with survival outcome of immune checkpoint inhibitors in patients with advanced cancer.

In a laboratory-scale constructed wetland (CW) with horizontal sub-surface flow, the migration of amorphous oxide iron (AOI) in medium and spatial distribution of phosphorus (P) were researched. Five months after treating wastewater, AOI concentration of medium changed in different area of the wetland medium bed. Compared with the medium before wastewater treatment, it rose in front rhizosphere and decreased in whole non-rhizosphere, remained almost the same in the back rhizosphere. In addition, iron plaque containing much AOI appeared on surface of all plant roots. The Fe level of root iron plaque reached about 25.88 ± 9.92 (n = 6) and 17.33 ± 2.72 (n = 6) g Fe/kg dried root in the front and the back area respectively. These should be resulted from the migration of the AOI from non-rhizosphere to rhizosphere in the CW. The P distribution was impacted by the migration. The medium had higher P content in rhizosphere than the one in non-rhizosphere because of its higher AOI concentration. Corresponding to the Fe level of iron plaque in different areas, P levels of plant biomass and root iron plaque in front area also were higher than the ones in back area.
