Background and Aims: To analyze the factors affecting preoperative blood pressure fluctuations in patients undergoing elective surgical surgery. Methods and Results: In 776 elective surgical patients from January to October 2021, the changes of BP and base BP (1 day before the operation) were analyzed by more than 20%, divided into elevated BP group (n=328) and non-fluctuating group (n=448), and analyzed by multivariate logistic regression. Results 776 patients were included, including 335 men and 441 women; SBP increased 12.98±19.33mmHg 1 day before surgery and DBP increased 6.67±13.20mmHg 1 day before surgery. There were 328 patients with more than 20% fluctuation range, and the incidence of preoperative blood pressure increase reached 42.27%. After a multivariate logistic regression analysis, age, preoperative association with hypertension, and sleep duration at 1 day before surgery were independent risk factors for preoperative BP fluctuations. Older blood pressure is more likely to fluctuate (OR=1.021,95%CI: 1.007-1.035, P =0.0030); 1.785 times more frequently (OR=1.785,95%CI: 1.142 ~ 1.807, P =0.0114) before 1 day (OR=0.835,95%CI: 0.747~0.932, P =0.0014) by stepwise regression. Conclusion: The blood pressure in the operating room increased significantly from 1 day before surgery. Age, preoperative association with hypertension, and sleep duration of 1 day before surgery were independent risk factors affecting preoperative blood pressure fluctuations. And the older the age, the greater the fluctuation of blood pressure; the shorter the sleep time, the greater the difference of blood pressure.

Decapod iridescent virus 1 (DIV1) has caused huge losses to the shrimp breeding industry in recent years as a new shrimp virus. In this study, white leg shrimp, Litopenaeus vannamei, were cultured at different temperatures (26  1 °C and 32  1 °C) and the same salinity, then infected with DIV1 by intramuscular injection to determine the effects of water temperature on viral infection. The DIV1 copy counts in the gills, hepatopancreas, pleopods, intestines, and muscles of L. vannamei were measured in samples collected at 6, 12, and 24 h post-infection (hpi), and the survival rate of L. vannamei was assessed every 6 h after infection. At 96 hpi, the survival rates of L. vannamei in the high (32  1 ℃) and standard (26  1 ℃) water temperature groups were 2.22% and 4.44%, respectively. The peak time of mortality in the high-water temperature group was 6 h earlier than in the standard water temperature group. After 24 hours of DIV1 infection, the DIV1 copy counts in the standard water temperature treatment group were significantly higher than those in the high-water temperature treatment group. The tissues with the highest virus copy counts in the standard and high-temperature groups were the intestines (2.9×1011 copies/g) and muscles (7.0×108 copies/g). The effect of temperature on the pathogenicity of DIV1 differs from that of other previously studied viruses, such as white spot syndrome virus, Taura syndrome virus, and infectious hypodermal and hematopoietic necrosis virus, because the high-water temperature did not mitigate the damage caused by DIV1 infection.

The effect of sodium tripolyphosphate, glycerol, vitamin B2, mannitol and solid malt extract on the freeze-dried powder survival rate and the viable cells of the B. bifidum BB01 were studied by single-factor test in this study. The optimal concentration of protectant for B. bifidum during freeze-drying were 1.5% (W/V) sodium tripolyphosphate, 12% (W/V) glycerol, 6% (W/V) vitamin B2, 6% (W/V) mannitol and 6% (W/V) solid malt extract, and the survival rate of bacteria was 18.63%, 22.98%, 24.13%, 24.19% and 39.77%, respectively.

We examined the petrography, litho-geochemistry, and geochronology of granite plutons in the Altyn orogenic belt, northern margin of the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau, to investigate the geodynamic history of the belt. The granites are peraluminous, with variable chondrite-normalized rare earth element patterns but generally similar trace element compositions; all are depleted in Ba, Nb, Sr, P, and Ti, and enriched in Rb, Th, Ta, Zr, and Hf. Their U–Pb zircon ages record multiple magmatic episodes between 500 and 404 Ma (north Altyn block (NAB)), 522 and 432 Ma (central Altyn block (CAB)), and 483 and 226 Ma (south Altyn block (SAB)). We propose a geodynamic model for the Altyn orogenic belt. Prior to 467 Ma, the north Altyn Ocean subducted southward below the NAB. The north Altyn region saw a change from subduction to collision between the Dunhuang block and the NAB during 467–450 Ma. The petrogenesis and geodynamic implications of the early Paleozoic adakitic rocks in the North Qilian orogenic belt remain topics of debate. In this study, petrology, zircon U–Pb age and Lu–Hf isotopic composition, whole-rock geochemistry and Sr–Nd isotopes were carried on both low-Mg and high-Mg adakitic rocks from the North Qilian orogenic belt. These results will provide significant constraints on the evolution of the North Qilian orogenic belt. In general, the low-Mg adakitic granites mainly consist of plagioclase (50–55%), alkali feldspar (20–25%), quartz (20–25%) and biotite (5%). In contrast, the high-Mg adakitic granodiorites are generally composed of alkali feldspar (30–35%), plagioclase (30–45%), quartz (20–25%) and amphibole (∼10%). The low-Mg adakitic granitoids (446–457 Ma) are characterized by high SiO2 (69–72 wt.%), low Mg# (39–42) and low Cr and Ni contents. However, the high-Mg adakitic granitoids (430–431 Ma) have relatively lower SiO2 (65–66 wt.%), higher Mg# (50–59) and higher Cr and Ni contents. The low-Mg adakitic rocks have high initial 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7068–0.7080), negative eNd(t) (−2.3 to −3.3) and eHf(t) values (−6.8 to 1.9) with old zircon Hf model ages (1.2–1.6 Ga). However, the high-Mg adakitic rocks show lower initial 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7044–0.7066), higher eNd(t) (−1.8 to 3.0) and positive eHf(t) values (2.3–7.7) with younger zircon Hf model ages (0.9–1.1 Ga). These results suggest that the low-Mg rocks were generated by partial melting of thickened crust, whereas the high-Mg rocks were derived from anatexis of delaminated lower crust, which subsequently interacted with mantle magma upon ascent. The data obtained in this study provide significant information about the geological and tectonic processes after the closure of the Qilian Ocean. The continent–continent collision and thickening probably occurred during 440–467 Ma with formation of low-Mg adakitic rocks; and the transition of the tectonic regime from compression to extension probably occurred at ∼430 Ma with formation of high-Mg adakitic rocks.

Zircon SHRIMP dating of granites from Dulan, east segment of North Qaidam UHP belt shows that they are 406.6±3.5 Ma for Yematan-E, 407.3±4.3 and 397±6 Ma for Balijiehatan-W, 404.5±4.0 and 397.0±3.7 Ma for Shuiwenzhan-N, 380.5±5.0 Ma for Shuiwenzhan-S, 382.5±3.6 and 372.5±2.8 Ma for Chachagongma. These granites from Dulan represent the products of the third and fourth periods of Paleozoic magmatism in North Qaidam. Geochemically, the granitoids with metalumious to weak peratuminous are quartz diorite, granodiorite, and granite in composition and mainly belong to calc-alkaline series, a few samples to calc or alkali-calc series. The third period of granites is a rock association of granodiorite + granite, with initial 87Sr/86Sr ratios from 0.7082 to 0.7110 and T 2DM model ages from 1.41–1.90 Ga; and the fourth period of granites is a rock association of quartz diorite+granodiorite+granite, with initial 87Sr/86Sr ratios from 0.7072 to 0.7091 and T 2DM model ages from 1.07–1.38 Ga. Therefore, the third period of granites has higher initial 87Sr/86Sr ratios and T2DM model ages. On the contrary, the fourth period of granites has ɛ Nd(t) values from 0.6 to −3.0, higher than that of the third granite with ɛ Nd(t) values −3.2 to −9.3. Thus, the data comparison indicates that the third granites may derive from Paleo-proterzoic continental crust with mantle material whereas the fourth granites may derive from the Meso-proterzoic basalt crust with continental material. Combined with regional geology, we thought that the third granites were formed relative to plate exhumation and the fourth granites to delamination of the lithospheric mantle.

The Banshanping granitoid rocks distribute in the east of the North Qinling orogenic belt. It is a diorite-quartz diorite-granodiorite-granite series, spreading in a NW-SE direction, and intrudes into the Erlangping Group. The SiO2 content ranges from 57.04% to 76.56%, Na2O from 2.05% to 4.65%, K2O from 0.84% to 3.40%. Major element characteristics indicate that Banshanping granitoid rocks have properties of I type granotoids. SREE ranges from 36.51 ppm to 473.25 ppm, and LREE/HREE ratios lie between 3.95 and 22.18. Negative Eu anomalies are not obvious in most samples, though there are obvious Nb, P and Ti positive anomalies. The zircon LA-ICP-MS ages of Banshangping granitoid rocks are 496.0±8.1 Ma–486.9±9.3 Ma. Hf isotope shows that 176Hf/177Hf ratios range from 0.282721 to 0.282876, eHf(t) values from 8.5 to 14, all positive, and corresponding modal ages (TDM2) range from 559 Ma to 908 Ma. Based on Hf isotope characteristics and existing Sm-Nd and Rb-Sr isotope data, we consider that the Banshanping granitoid rocks originate from mantle-derived material, i.e. the igneous rocks that formed in Neoproterozoic, and there may be a certain amount of crust-derived material during the formation of Banshanping granitoid rocks.
