This study explored the impact of low luteinizing hormone (LH) levels during ovarian stimulation on endometrial function. Based on previous studies by us and others, we divided the patients into low ( 4 IU/L), medium (4-10 IU/L), and high ( 10 IU/L) LH groups. The study utilized a comparison control group design with three groups of 10 patients. Gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) was applied for functional annotation. By analyzing the exon differentially expressed genes in the endometrium of these three patient groups during the embryo implantation window, we found that when compared to the medium LH group, low LH downregulated endometrial cell metabolism, including mitochondrial-nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (Normalized Enrichment Scores, NES = - 1.53) and glycolytic metabolism (NES = - 1.22), immune regulation, and autophagy (NES = - 1.58). Transcription factors were the main regulators of cell function. We found that MCM2 was probably involved in regulating the endometrial function induced by low LH. MCM2 target genes were enriched in low LH group, NES = - 1.54. Low LH, but not high LH, altered the endometrial receptivity assay gene expression in comparison to the medium LH. Our results indicated that low LH impacted the endometrial cell function, with a greater effect than high LH. This research provides timely and necessary data on the involvement of LH in important endometrial cellular processes and these data support further clinical development of endometrial receptivity.

Twig blight is a serious disease of bayberry, which limits bayberry production. In order to prevent and manage the disease, we used high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze bacterial and fungal community richness and diversity in various organs of the tree, bulk and rhizosphere soil of healthy and diseased bayberry. The results showed significant differences in richness and diversity of bacteria and fungi in bulk soil, rhizosphere soil, roots, trunks, barks, and leaves between twig blight diseased trees and healthy trees. In bulk soil, the richness and diversity of bacteria significantly decreased, while that of fungi significantly increased. In barks of diseased trees, the richness and diversity of bacteria significantly increased, and those of fungi significantly decreased. The relative abundance of dominant bacteria and fungi in various organs, bulk soil, and root surface soil changed significantly at phylum, class, and genus levels in the diseased trees. The relative abundance of凋萎病是制约杨梅产业发展的严重病害。为了有效防控凋萎病,本研究分析了杨梅健康和感染凋萎病树体各部位及根表土和根围土中细菌和真菌群落的丰富度与多样性的差异。结果表明: 与健康树相比,病树根围土、根表土、根、枝干、枝皮和叶片的细菌和真菌丰富度均发生了显著变化,其中,根表土细菌和枝皮内真菌的丰富度和多样性均显著降低,而枝皮内细菌和根表土的真菌丰富度和多样性均显著升高。病树各部位及根表、根围土细菌和真菌的优势菌相对丰度在门、纲和属水平上发生了明显的变化,在病树枝干、根和根表土中的假单胞菌属及根表土、根围土中的镰刀菌属的相对丰度明显降低,病树根表土及根围土中青霉菌属的相对丰度明显增加。与凋萎病菌同属的拟盘多毛孢菌在病树根内显著减少,而在其他位置均大量增殖,其相对丰度与多数相对丰度较高的真菌呈正相关。本研究结果将为开发杨梅凋萎病的生态改良、培育健康树体和生物防治技术提供有效的理论依据。.

Multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) interference broadcast channel (IBC) plays an important role in the modern wireless communications. The upper bound of degrees of freedom (DoF) and its Corresponding achievable schemes was investigated. However, all the achievable schemes require perfect channel state information at transmitters (CSIT). In absence of CSIT, the DoF value is still unknown. This article mainly focuses on the G-cell K-user MIMO IBC, where there are M antennas at each transmitter and N antennas at each receiver. The transmitters only know channel coherence time internals rather than the values of channel coefficients. The users in the same cell are assumed to be able to share the channel information. Based on a heterogeneous semi-staggered block fading model, a blind interference alignment (IA) scheme was proposed for this scenario. It is shown that when R≥1/(G-1) and R = min(M,KN)/max(M,KN), a total of GKMN/(M + KN) DoF can be achieved. The inner bound is same with the decomposition DoF upper bound. Since the complexity is an important performance index to evaluate the achievable scheme, the quantitative analysis for the complexity is presented.

This study mainly focuses on the K user multiple input multiple output (MIMO) Gaussian interference channel with M antennas at each transmitter and N antennas at each receiver, in which min(M, N)/max(M, N) ≥ (K − 1)/[K(K − 2)] and K > 3. The channel coefficients are time varying/frequency selective and drawn from a continuous distribution. Based on ergodic interference alignment (IA), an achievable scheme is proposed to achieve the KMN/(M + N) total degrees of freedom (DoF). Benefited from ergodic IA, the scheme can reach the goal with simply linear beamforming and finite symbols. Nevertheless, the limitation of ergodic IA is the long delay waiting for the desired channels. Hence, the actual delay is derived. Then, by multiplying factors on channel coefficients and adjusting orders of symbols, the authors optimise the delay. The formula shows that the new delay can be effectively reduced. In addition, the simplicity of coding scheme allows us to derive the closed form of achievable rate expression at any signal-to-noise ratio. And the optimisation of latency does not affect the data rate at all. The simulation shows that the achievable rate is close to the rate upper bound.

Base state model with amendment is a general method on spatio-temporal database construction. It accesses data with keeping base state changeless and increment variational. In order to improve querying speed, mono-class or muti-class indexes can be added. Improved base state model with amendment adopts to increase number of base states and increment indexes. This paper proposes dynamic base state model with amendment, and base state changes according to actuality, and increment is difference of actuality and database construction state. This method is of save memory space, convenient use of actuality data, and easy to resume history data.

From the stems of Schisandra rubriflora, two novel partially saturated dibenzocyclooctene lignans, named rubriflorin A (1) and B (6), as well as the seven known partially saturated dibenzocyclooctene lignans kadsumarin A (2), kadsurin (3), heteroclitin B (4), heteroclitin C (5), heteroclitin D (7), interiorin (8), and interiorin B (9) were isolated. The structures of the new compounds 1 and 6 were established on the basis of spectral analysis as (5R,6S,7R,8R,13aS)-8-(acetyloxy)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-1,2,3,13-tetramethoxy-6,7-dimethylbenz([3,4]cycloocta[1,2-f][1,3]benzodioxol-5-yl (2Z)-2-methylbut-2-enoate and (6R,7R,12aS)-7,8-dihydro-12-hydroxy-1,2,3,10,11-pentamethoxy-6,7-dimethyl-6H-dibenzo[a,c]cycloocten-5-one, respectively.

HarpinXoo, encoded by the hpaGXoo gene of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae, is a member of the harpin group of proteins that induce pathogen resistance and hypersensitive cell death (HCD) in plants. We elaborated whether both processes are correlated in hpaGXoo-expressing tobacco (HARTOB) plants, which produced harpinXoo intracellularly. Resistance to fungal, bacterial, and viral pathogens increased in HARTOB, in correlation with the expression of hpaGXoo, the gene NPR1 that regulates several resistance pathways, and defense genes GST1, Chia5, PR-1a, and PR-1b that are mediated by different signals. However, reactive oxygen intermediate burst, the expression of HCD marker genes hsr203 and hin1, and cell death did not occur spontaneously in HARTOB, though they did in untransformed and HARTOB plants treated exogenously with harpinXoo. Thus, the transgenic expression of harpinXoo confers nonspecific pathogen defense in the absence of HCD.
