This paper discusses the impact of the adjacent channels on the 1-dB compression point, the IP3 and the IP5 of Radio Frequency (RF) amplifier by n-tone test. By combining the theoretical derivation and software simulation, the model analysis for the third/five order polynomial nonlinear amplifier has been achieved. Moreover, the control variable method is adopted to draw the curves for the input/output signals. The research shows that the 1-dB compression point, the IP3 and the IP5 drop as n increases, and they all have symmetry for a given n. The fifth-order polynomial nonlinear amplifier model is proposed, the research shows that the adjacent channels have a great impact on the 1-dB compression point, the IP3 and the IP5 of the desired channel. This effect must be taken into account in actual RF amplifier designs and wireless communication architectures.

Mitochondrial unfolded protein response plays an important role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer. However, the role of mitochondrial unfolded protein response (UPRmt) in the sensitivity of breast cancer to cisplatin chemotherapy has not yet been cleared. The purpose of this study is to explore the role of mitochondrial unfolded protein response in breast cancer sensitivity to cisplatin. In this study, qRT-PCR, Western blotting, Immunofluorescence, CCK-8, Colony formation, Transwell assay and TUNEL staining assay were used to confirm the role of UPRmt in breast cancer cells treated with cisplatin. Cisplatin increased the levels of UPRmt including CLPP, HSP60, LONP1 in MCF7 and MDA-MB-231 cells. UPRmt inducer Nicotinamide ribose (NR) could promote the proliferation and invasion of breast cancer cells treated with cisplatin. Importantly, SIRT3 was discovered to increase UPRmt in breast cancer cells and silencing of SIRT3 could inhibit the effect of NR in breast cancer. UPRmt regulated by SIRT3 could protect breast cancer cell from cisplatin. Controlling SIRT3-induced UPR may be a potential therapeutic target to increase the sensitivity of breast cancer chemotherapy.

In order to design a programmable multipath waveform generator, VHDL is used to design every module. It is consisted with the waveform input, FPGA module, digital-to-analog conversion (D/A) module, display circuit. By pressing the keys, eight waves can be chosen and shown in the oscilloscope. With the characteristics of low cost, portable and expandable, it can be widely used in electronic circuit system.

In order to solve the reality of the traditional manual operation and further improve the accuracy and efficiency of the flag raising, an automatic flag lifting system is designed based on the single-chip embedded technology. It is consisted with the single-chip micro-controller minimum system, motor circuit, key circuit, LCD display circuit, voice control circuit, DC circuit. By pressing the button, the national flag begin to rise and fall with playing the national anthem at the same time. The system has the advantages of low price, high stability and simple operation.

In this paper, an empirical nonlinear model for GaAs pHEMT device is presented. The proposed model is capable of reproducing the global current-voltage (I-V) device behavior under the static DC and dynamic pulsed operating conditions with an excellent fitting in all I-V regions. In this model, the parameter extraction procedure commences with the direct fitting of third order derivative in the I-V curves, and the proposed model can accurately reproduce second and third order derivatives, which is adequate for describing the nonlinear performance of these devices. Compared with other well-known models, the proposed model agrees well with the measured data.

High-efficiency electromigration (EM) analysis is urgent needed with the rapid development of IC. Therefore, in this paper a RF switch is taken as an example to analysis the interconnect reliability using the method of automated model generation. It can greatly improve the efficiency of the simulation and shorten the time for modeling. Therefore, AMG modeling is an important contribution to do further IC reliability analysis.

The circuit design and reliability evaluation for a Ka-band MMIC power amplifier (PA) based on 0.1 um GaAs pHEMT process is presented in this paper. A modified finite element analysis (FEA) method is used to explore the interconnect reliability and thermal reliability for this PA. The heat dissipation of interconnect and transistor has been considered simultaneously in this model based on the atomic flux divergence (AFD) theory. The reliability evaluation is presented accurately with the temperature distribution and AFD distribution. Thus, the weakest spot of the model can be identified. This kind of reliability evaluation method can be applied easily for other conventional ICs and provide valuable guidance for PA reliability design.

Colon cancer is one of the major causes of cancer-related death in the world. Understanding the molecular mechanism underlying this malignancy will facilitate the diagnosis and treatment. Serine-arginine protein kinase 2 (SRPK2) has been reported to be upregulated in several cancer types. However, its expression and functions in colon cancer remains unknown. In this study, it was found that the expression of SRPK2 was up-regulated in the clinical colon cancer samples. Overexpression of SRPK2 promoted the growth and migration of colon cancer cells, while knocking down the expression of SRPK2 inhibited the growth, migration and tumorigenecity of colon cancer cells. Molecular mechanism studies revealed that SRPK2 activated ERK signaling in colon cancer cells. Taken together, our study demonstrated the tumor promoting roles of SRPK2 in colon cancer cells and SRPK2 might be a promising therapeutic target for colon cancer.

The direct torque control (DTC) system of the traditional asynchronous motor has many disadvantages, such as complex modeling and large amount of calculation, In order to improve the dynamic performance of the DTC system of the asynchronous motor, a direct torque control system is put forward. It uses space vector analysis method to calculate electromagnetic torque and stator flux linkage of asynchronous motor directly, follows the change of the stator flux linkage and torque, omits the complicated calculation, reduces the dependence on motor parameters. The simulation model of the DTC system of the asynchronous motor was established using SIMULINK software package. The feasibility of method is proved in theory, The results of simulation show that the modeling and simulation of the system has good static and dynamic performance, control precision of the system is higher, the stability is better.

The UML model of database is a frame foundation of developing a database, this paper recommends a way to build data model based on the urban heating pipe networks by using VISIO[1] modeling tools. There are two ways that Use Case Diagram and Static Structure Diagram. The article describes the function of database application system, data structure and relationship on the heating-pipe network. The data structure model makes it more clear and lower redundancy when the developers are developing an application system of database.

The power energy storage in battery transfers to capacitors through thyristor in hybrid energy storage, which makes the instantaneous power amplified. As the switch in Hybrid energy storage, the thyristor must satisfy its opening requirements , besides, the characteristics of the hybrid energy storage system is considered to design the width of trigger pulse, otherwise the thyristor can’t be opened that leads to failure of energy transfer. In this paper, the model of the system is established, the function of current to time is derived from the model, and then the minimum width of trigger pulse is calculated out. The simulation and experiment results are presented, which match with the designation well.

Their structures were identified as apigenin (1), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (3), thellungianol (4), apigenin-7-O-β-D-rutinoside (5), luteolin (6), luteolin-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), apigenin-7-O-β-D-pyranglycuronate butyl ester (8), luteolin-7-O-β-D-rutinoside (9), luteolin-7-O-β-D-noehesperidoside (10), acacetin (11), acacetin-7-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (12), buddleoside (13), naringenin (14), pruning (15), nairutin (16), isosakuranetin (17), isosakuranin (18), didymin (19), hesperidin (20), kaempferol (21), quercetin (22), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rahmnoside (23), p-hydroxycinnamic acid (24), caffeic acid (25), cis-3-[2-[1-(3,4-dihydroxy-phenyl)-1 -hydroxymethyl]-1,3-ben-zodioxol-5-yl]-(E)-2-propenoic acid (26), mesaconic acid (27), gentisic acid 5-O-β-D-(6'-salicylyl)-glucopyranoside (28). Among them, compounds 7, 9-10, 12, 23, 26-28 were isolated from the Clinopodium for the first time. The protective effects of compounds 1-6, 8-17 and 19 against H2O2-induced H9c2 cardiomyocyte injury were tested, compounds 15 exhibited significantly protective effects. Compared with the cell viability of (62.12±6.18)% in the model, pruning exhibited viabilities of (84.25±7.36)% at 25.0 mg•L⁻¹, respectively, using quercetin as a positive control [cell viability of (84.55±8.26)%, 20 mg•L⁻¹].

Capture effect is very common in wireless communication systems. If the capture effect was properly used, it will enhance the systems identification efficiency. We proposed a capture-aware tag estimation algorithm based on Maximum a Posterior Probability (MAP) estimation, which estimates the tag number and the capture effect by searching for the values of tag number and capture probability in their hunting zone jointly, that maximizing the posterior probability. Then reset the frame length given by the optimal frame equation under capture effect. Compared with the traditional MAP estimation, i.e. the estimation of tag number without capture effect, the estimated error of the proposed method is lower and the system identification efficient of the proposed algorithm is higher, also much closer to the ideal efficiency.

The cold draw MFT8 steels with different reduction in cross sectional areas were investigated to understand the effect of aging time on the anti-stress relaxation ability of non-quenched and tempered steel. The hardness and the anti-stress relaxation ability of cold draw NQT MFT8 steel was improved after aging at 300°Csince the precipitation of submicron particles within deformed ferrite. The cold draw NQT MFT8 becomes harder and more resistant to stress relaxation with increasing aging time. The cold draw MFT8 with both 25% and 30% reduction in cross sectional areas are stress relaxation resistant after aged at 300°C for 2 hours.

Objective: To determine the correlation between differential leukocyte counts and hyperglycemic emergencies. Methods: Fifty patients with diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), 50 patients with diabetic ketosis (DK), 50 non-DK diabetic patients with stable glycemic control, and 50 normal controls were enrolled. Their total and differential leukocyte counts were measured and evaluated at admission and after treatment. Results: The patients with DKA and DK had higher plasma glucose levels (20.84±6.73 mmol/L, 15.55±2.6 mmol/L, respectively) and more median leukocytes (13325/mm3 and 6595/mm3, respectively) and median neutrophils (11124 /mm3 and 4125/mm3, respectively) but fewer median eosinophils (28/mm3 and 72/mm3, respectively) compared to non-DK and control groups (all p < 0.05). Acute infection increased the elevating extent. The median leukocyte counts in DK and non-DK patients (6595/mm3 and 6008/mm3, respectively) were within the normal range. The counts of total leukocytes and neutrophils were significantly higher but eosinophils lower in severe DKA cases than in mild/moderate cases (p < 0.05). When the DKA and DK and infection resolved, total leukocytes and neutrophils fell, but eosinophils increased. The counts of total leukocytes, neutrophils, and monocytes were negatively correlated with arterial pH levels (r = -0.515, r = -0.510, r = -0.517, all p < 0.001, respectively) and positively correlated with plasma glucose levels (r = 0.722, r = 0.733, r = 0.632, all p < 0.05, respectively) in DKA patients. The arterial pH level was the most significant factor affecting total leukocytes in DKA (β = 0.467, p = 0.003). The diagnosis analysis showed that higher total leukocyte and neutrophil counts and lower eosinophil counts had a significant ability to reflect the presence of hyperglycemic emergencies. Conclusion: More total leukocytes and neutrophils but fewer eosinophils was significantly correlated with DKA and DK. Leukocyte counts can add valuable information to reflect the presence of hyperglycemic crisis and acute infection.

We used Smo siRNA to inhibit hedgehog signaling pathway in embryonic day (E) 13 palatal shelves in organ culture. SiRNA 4 was chosen as the most efficient from four synthesized Smo siRNAs. Palatal shelf fusion rate of 4 μg/mL cyclopamine group was the lowest and significantly lower than that of blank control group (P0.05), and that of siRNA 4 group was also lower than that of blank control group (P=0.183). At 48 h after transfection, Smo protein level of siRNA 4 group was 64.8% lower than that of blank control group (P0.05), and Gli1 protein level of 4 μg/mL cyclopamine group was 68.9% lower than that of blank control group (P0.05). Hedgehog signaling pathway inhibition decreased palatal fusion in organ culture, probably owing to downregulation of Smo and Gli1 proteins.

Two novel diterpene dimers with a bismagdalenic acid skeleton, bisyinshanic acids A and B (1 and 2, resp.), along with eight known diterpenoids (310), were isolated from the roots of Euphorbia yinshanica. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence.

Three new ruthenium(II) polypyridyl complexes [Ru(bpy)(2)(BHIP)](2+) 1, [Ru(phen)(2)(BHIP)](2+) 2, and [Ru(dip)(2)(BHIP)](2+) 3 were synthesized and characterized. The cytotoxicity of the three complexes was evaluated by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. The apoptosis induced by the complexes was studied by cell morphology and flow cytometry. The results showed that the percentage of apoptotic cells is 7.19%, 75.58%, and 3.51% in the presence of complexes 1, 2, and 3, respectively. The cellular uptakes were also performed and the results indicated that complexes 1, 2, and 3 can enter into the cytoplasm and also into the nucleus. The studies on antiproliferative mechanism showed the induction of S-phase arrest by complexes 1, 2, and 3. DNA-binding constants of these complexes with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) were determined to be 1.07 (± 0.47) × 10(5) M(-1) (s = 2.04), 1.21 (± 0.32) × 10(5) M(-1) (s = 1.88), and 2.75 (± 0.27) × 10(5) M(-1) (s = 2.17), respectively. Upon irradiation at 365 nm, complexes 1, 2, and 3 can induce cleavage of pBR322 DNA.

Two new ruthenium(II) complexes, [Ru(dmp)2(BHIP)]2+ (1) and [Ru(dmb)2(BHIP)]2+ (2), were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, ESI-MS, and 1H NMR. DNA-binding constants of these complexes with calf-thymus DNA (ct-DNA) were determined to be 2.09 (±0.18) × 104 (mol L−1)−1 (s = 2.58) and 1.48 (±0.17) × 105 (mol L−1)−1 (s = 1.57), respectively. Viscosity measurements show that 1 and 2 interact with ct-DNA by intercalation. Upon irradiation at 365 nm, 1 and 2 induce cleavage of pBR322 DNA. The cytotoxicity of these complexes was evaluated by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. The apoptosis induced by the complexes was studied by flow cytometry. The results of the cell cycle arrest show that 2 can inhibit the proliferation of BEL-7402 cells in the G0/G1 phase.

According to field measurement datum in disturbed overburden stratum of five drillings, disturbed overburden stratum movement characteristics were analyzed. Negative exponent function model of measurement points movement law was also constructed. Moreover, variation law of stratum subsidence speed and relation between overburden stratum subsidence factor and surface subsidence factor were deeply researched. The results show that starting-distance of panel is nearly 70m, bedrock and alluvium subside synchronically and key-stratum isn’t exist in overburden stratum. Also, displacement curve of measurement points in stratum submits negative exponent function model and mutagenesis of surveying points subsidence speed is the key position where face passed drilling 100m. Furthermore, subsidence factor of overburden stratum and surface submits exponent function model.

The constituents in 95% ethanol extract of the root of Rosa cymosa Tratt were purified by column chromatography techniques, leading to isolation of eleven triterpenes. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic data as pomolic acid (1), fupenzic acid (2), ursolic acid (3), euscaphic acid (4), arjunic acid (5), tomentic acid (6), 3β-E-feruloyl corosolic acid (7), 1β-hydroxyeuscaphic acid (8), myrianthic acid (9), cecropiacic acid (10), and ilexoside B (11). Among them, compounds 3, 6-8, 10 and 11 were obtained from this plant for the first time, and compounds 7 and 10 were obtained from this genus for the first time.

A two-stage power amplifier (PA) using GaN HEMTs is presented with a high power added efficiency (PAE) and good linearity. This PA employs a structure of a class-C PA driving a class-AB PA to obtain a high PAE while maintaining the linearity. Source-pull and load-pull techniques were implemented to achieve optimum output impedance and inter-stage matching condition to compromise the PAE and the linearity of the overall circuit. When producing a two-tone carrier-to-intermodulation (C/I) ratio of 30 dB with the 1 MHz space, the two-stage PA exhibits a maximum PAE of 47% with an output power of 3 W at 3.7 GHz. The PA provides a maximum output power of 7 W with the gain of 15.8 dB.

To satisfy the continuously increasing demand for high data rates and mobility required by new wireless applications, the 5G has gained much attention recently. Radio frequency power amplifiers (RF-PAs), as one of critical components of 5G transmitter system, are becoming a hot issue. In this paper, the statistical analysis on RF PA papers shows the research on RF-PAs in Asia-Pacific and cooperation between different affiliations and countries are gradually becoming more prominent, showing the globalization trend of RF PA research and the 5G technologies. The decreased research cycle of RF PA shows the processes of research on PA and 5G technologies are speeding up. Some promising RF-PA technologies for 5G wireless communication system are also been discussed.

Radiation has large influence on the cytotoxicity, apoptosis and cell cycle arrest. The bioactivity of ruthenium(II) complex [Ru(dmb) 2 (DBHIP)](ClO 4 ) 2 ( Ru1 ) (DBHIP = 2-(3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxylphenyl)imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline) was investigated in the absence and presence of radiation. The cytotoxicity of Ru1 against MG-63 cells was evaluated by CCK-8 method. Ru1 shows high cytotoxicity upon radiation. Radiation can enhance the cytotoxicity of Ru1 on MG-63 cells. The apoptosis was studied by Hoechst 33258 staining method and flow cytometry. The reactive oxygen species, mitochondrial membrane potential, cell cycle arrest and western blot analysis were investigated in detail. The complex induces the apoptosis in MG-63 cells through ROS-mediated mitochondrial dysfunction pathway.

We performed this study to examine the effect of electro-acupuncture (EA) on postoperative pain, postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) and recovery in patients after a supratentorial tumor resection. Eighty-eight patients requiring a supratentorial tumor resection were anesthetized with sevoflurane and randomly allocated to a no treatment group (Group C) or an EA group (Group A). After anesthesia induction, the patients in Group A received EA at LI4 and SJ5, at BL63 and LR3 and at ST36 and GB40 on the same side as the craniotomy. The stimulation was continued until the end of the operation. Patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) was used for the postoperative analgesia. The postoperative pain scores, PONV, the degree of dizziness and appetite were recorded. In the first 6 hours after the operation, the mean total bolus, the effective times of PCIA bolus administrations and the VAS scores were much lower in the EA group (p < 0.05). In the EA group, the incidence of PONV and degree of dizziness and feeling of fullness in the head within the first 24 hours after the operation was much lower than in the control group (p < 0.05). In the EA group, more patients had a better appetite than did the patients in group C (51.2% vs. 27.5%) (p < 0.05). The use of EA in neurosurgery patients improves the quality of postoperative analgesia, promotes appetite recovery and decreases some uncomfortable sensations, such as dizziness and feeling of fullness in the head.

Altered expression of TROP2 is observed in various types of human cancers. However, the clinical significance and pathological role of TROP2 in gallbladder cancer (GBC) remains unclear. The main objective of this investigation was to clarify the relationships between TROP2 expression and the clinicopathological features of patients with GBC. Immunohistochemistry was performed to investigate the expression of TROP2 and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) indicator proteins in 93 patients with GBC. Immunohistochemistry showed that the protein expression level of TROP2 was significantly higher in GBC tissues than in adjacent noncancerous tissues. In addition, immunohistochemistry analysis showed that TROP2 expression was significantly correlated with histologic grade (P=0.038), tumor stage (P=0.015), and lymph node metastasis (P=0.007). Furthermore, high TROP2 expression was significantly associated with a loss of the epithelial marker E-cadherin (P=0.013) and acquisition of expression of the mesenchymal marker vimentin (P=0.031). Kaplan-Meier analysis and Cox proportional hazards regression models were used to investigate the correlation between TROP2 expression and prognosis of GBC patients.
