Traffic Police Corps (Korlantas Polri) is the executor of the main duties of the Indonesian National Police in the areas of security, safety, order and smooth traffic. Korlantas has some information that can be accessed by the public, namely information on congestion, accidents, traffic flow status, vital objects, road conditions, data and visual images from CCTV, public service conditions, and traffic infrastructure. However, these data are stand alone and not integrated with their respective applications and systems. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy for implementing an integrated information system at Korlantas Polri and what steps can be taken to integrate the existing system. This study uses the Zachman Framework which is adapted to Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) and qualitative data collection methods by interviewing stakeholders who are involved in managing information systems at Korlantas Polri. The results obtained are the need for a data warehouse by implementing an AI based integrated database system, Geospatial Information System, Business Intelligence and DSS, as well as Smart Visualization to visualize existing data. Poros Gresik– Lamongan Highway KM 36-39 is a national road that connects the provinces of East Java and Central Java, the road is often traversed by high-loaded vehicles, resulting in road damage that can interfere with the safety and comfort of users. This study aims to determine the condition of the pavement layer according to the type and level of damage that occurs and can determine how to maintain it. The research was conducted by means of a survey to obtain primary data so that it can be used as a reference for the calculation and maintenance of road pavements. The method used is the Bina Marga method, PCI (Pavement Condition Index), and SDI (Surface Distress Index). On the Jalan Raya Poros Gresik – Lamongan KM 36-39, the types of damage include grain release, holes, box cracks, side cracks, patches, curls, crocodile cracks, longitudinal cracks, skid cracks, joint cracks and transverse cracks. The Bina Marga method obtained a priority order value of 7 which is included in the routine maintenance program. The PCI method obtained an average value of less than 60, and rehabilitation can be carried out for damage. The SDI method got a value of 45 which means it is in good condition. Handling carried out refers to the Practical Guide to Routine Road Maintenance (1992) in the form of Asphalt (P2), Patching (P5), and Leveling (P6).

Penelitian ini membahas tentang potensi wisata dan pengembangan wisata desa Darek kecamatan praya barat daya kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Hasil penelitian diuraikan dalam beberapa jawaban terhadap rumusan rumusan masalah yaitu potensi wisata dan pengembangan wisata desa Darek kecamatan Praya Barat Daya kabupaten Lombok Tengah kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, kuisioner studi dokumentasi dan pendekatan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan desa darek memiliki beberapa potensi wisata desa diantaranya potensi wisata alam, potensi wisata budaya, potensi wisata buatan dan potensi wisata atraksi sebagai daya tarik wisata di kabupaten Lombok Tengah, wisatawan dan masyarakat sangat setuju dengan adanya pengembangan potensi wisata desa darek tersebut untuk dikembangkan menjadi daya Tarik wisata desa dan dikelola oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat. Respon masyarakat selalu positive dengan pengembangan potensi wisata desa darek akan mampu menyediakan fasilitas dan menjaga keamanan, serta meningkatkan sumber daya lokal dan ekonomi masyarakat, agar masyarakat lebih sejahtera dan terciptanya masyarakat yang sejahtera.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence a person's intention to use a subscription-based streaming service application using the perspective of the inertia of piracy movie application users. This study investigates the factors that affect the inertia of movie piracy application users. The theory used is a combination of the status quo bias theory and coping theory. This research uses a quantitative approach and an online survey method for data collection. Data collection resulted in 378 responses that were subsequently analyzed using the covariance-based structural equation modeling (CB-SEM) technique. It was found that inertia (the level of user inertia) negatively affects intention to use (the intention to use a subscription-based streaming service application) and convenience. In addition, convenience, perceived controllability (a person's level of control over the application), and morality positively influence intention to use. Furthermore, it was also found that perceived cost and personalization do not affect the intention to use. Inertia is also positively and significantly influenced by the transition cost (effort to move). The factors that have the highest correlation values are transition cost and inertia. Corruption is one of the symptoms that we often encounter in Indonesia. The difficulty of knowing the wealth of corruption remains complex and the weakness of law enforcement in Indonesia is one of the causes of the high level of corruption in Indonesia. Because until now, there is still a lack of judges' decisions that are deterrent to corruptors, while corruption is increasingly rampant among state officials in the legislature, executive, and judiciary, especially among law enforcement officials themselves. The type of data used by the author in this paper is normative juridical, where this research examines the legal norms contained in the law and the norms that exist in society. It can be concluded that the prevention and eradication of corruption are not enough to rely on the Corruption Eradication Act but must continue to be promoted until the corruptors are powerless and deterred. One of the preventions of criminal acts of corruption is "Corruption Impoverishment." Even though the case is still a bit of impoverishment, it should be appreciated because it provides a deterrent effect for the corruptors. The loss of property can be an unpleasant result which is one of the essential elements of prosecution. As a result of this kind of treatment, life can change if, at first, the perpetrator can live comfortably with their wealth. After being convicted, the perpetrators can fall into poverty.

This paper aims to see that the importance of having an entrepreneurial character is seen from the nature of entrepreneurship, how the character of entrepreneurship is from an Islamic point of view, then wants to see the supporting factors and driving factors for entrepreneurial activities for the advancement of economic development in Indonesia. This study collects as much data as possible from primary data sources, namely entrepreneurship books. And secondary data in the form of journals and books that discuss entrepreneurial theory from an Islamic perspective. The technique of data analysis is done by annotated bibliography analysis (annotated bibliography) which means a simple conclusion from an article, book, journal. Entrepreneurship according to Islamic teachings is a job that requires hard work. While working hard is an obligation for every Muslim. The entrepreneurial character in Islam is taqwa, honest and trustworthy, prioritizing the concept of halal, the command to work hard. The driving factors for entrepreneurship are having the ability and willingness, strong determination and hard work, opportunities and opportunities. While the inhibiting factors for entrepreneurship are managerial incompetence, lack of experience, both in technical skills, visualizing businesses, organizing, managing human resources and integrating business operations, lack of financial control, failure in site planning, and lack of equipment supervision.

The plan to develop a cable car/gondola on Tambak Wedi Road in Surabaya has triggered trip generationand attractions, which can eventually decrease the performance of this road. Therefore, an analysis of the road performance due to the development of the cable car/gondola is necessary to minimize the impact of its performance and to provide solutions to traffic problems when the analysis indicates bad results. This research employed the method of the Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI 1997), or Indonesian Highway Capacity manual, and other related regulations. The analysis of road performance began with a traffic survey and was followed by predicting trip generation and attraction. After analyzing the existing conditions of road performance, the researcher analyzed the traffic predictions during construction and operation as well as proposed recommendations for alternative management to overcome the traffic impacts caused by the planned development. The research results demonstrated that the existing condition on Tambak Wedi Road obtained the highest result in the morning by V/C Ratio 0.16 and LOS A, whereas during the construction, the highest result occurred in the morning by V/C Ratio 0.2 and LOS A. Finally, during the operation, the highest result also occurred in the morning by V/C Ratio of 0.57 and LOS A.

Household waste still becomes a national problem as it causes air, soil and water pollution and disturbs aesthetics. For this reason, comprehensive and integrated waste management from upstream to downstream needs to be carried out in order to provide economic and health benefits for the community and be safe for the environment. Organic waste processing can be performed using black soldier fly (BSF). BSF is a type of fly that can eat household organic waste, making this fly is widely used as an alternative to processing organic waste, especially from households. This research uses an experimental method of cultivation scale and produces a by-product in the form of solid fertilizer which then compared with the Decree of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia No. 261 of 2019 concerning Organic Fertilizer, Biological Fertilizer and Soil Improvement. From laboratory tests, the parameters of C-organic, C/N, by-products, pH, macronutrients, heavy metals, micronutrients, and biological analysis met the quality standards.

Di Kabupaten Pasaman, hutan lindung digarap oleh petani tempatan karena mereka klaim sebagai hutan adat dan dapat digarap oleh masyarakat. Akibat penggarapan yang tidak terkontrol tersebut sering mengundang terjadinya bencana alam berupa kebakaran hutan, banjir dan galodo. oleh karena itu, agar lingkungan hutan terjaga dan petani penggarap dapat berusaha di lahan tersebut, perlu dicari solusinya dengan mensosialisasikan aspek hukum dan model pengelolaan hutan berbasis Agroforestry. Kegiatan akan diawali dengan survei lokasi garapan untuk melihat sistem pengelolaan lahan yang diterapkan di tingkat petani, melakukan pelatihan/sosialisasi tentang aspek hukum dan mempraktekkan sistem pengelolaan yang benar berbasis Agroforestry di lahan garapan dengan Sistem Agroforestry Sederhana. Untuk menunjang praktek di lapangan, bibit tanaman hutan diharapkan dapat bantuan dari Dinas Kehutanan Propinsi Sumatera Barat dan bibit tanaman sela disiapkan oleh petani atas swadaya masyarakat.

As a response to the severe impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) must collaborate and work together; namely, using collaborative commerce (c-commerce). To some extent, SMEs have taken advantage of various web, e-marketplace, and social media resources to collaborate in their business activities. However, this only occurs to a partial extent. Consequently, a study was conducted to build a conceptual model of c-commerce for SMEs, for use as a standard in these collaborative activities. Data collection was performed through in-depth interviews, observation, and literature reviews. The sample selection was done via purposive sampling; specifically, SMEs’ fashion products with high personalisation and good production quality. The conceptual model of c-commerce is based on the Soft Systems Methodology (SSM), a suitable method for building models for new and complex ecosystems. The conceptual model is compared with a rich picture and then analysed. The final result of the conceptual model is employed to construct a c-commerce system for SMEs in creating joint products and sharing resources with their stakeholders.

The purpose of this study was to develop a model of a student's final project recommendation system by applying the Collaborative Filtering (CF) method. Agile Development Methods (ASD) is used in software development where this method is widely used for software development because it can produce system requirements data that is more descriptive and easy to implement into software. After going through the process of completing this research, the results of this study; 1) In knowing the topic or research theme in the final project, students with an expert system can be seen from the themes and sub-themes and valid calculations are carried out in helping students to find out the research title for the final project quickly, 2) By applying the Collaborative Filtering (CF) method ) in detecting research topics or themes at AMIK Indonesia, it can produce valid calculations that are the same as manual calculations so that the selection process can be carried out quickly and accurately, 3) In designing this application, it consists of the main menu page, a list of research topics, FAQs and about applications with using the programming language PHP, ReachJS and MySQL as data processing in the recommendation of the student's final project, and 4) The test is carried out using Mean Absolute Error (MAE), root-mean-square error (RMSE), Recall Value, and F-Measure. The results of the test evaluation show that the Collaborative Filtering (CF) method is quite accurate with the resulting recommendations.

The implementation of gamification in e-learning is not new, both within the context of formal and informal. Formal education is a learning activity organized by both public and private parties that refers to the official education system of a country. Meanwhile, informal education is another learning activity that does not refer to the official education system of a country. Not only visually appealing, but gamification elements also have a certain motivation and emotional value for the user. This study seeks to compare the use of gamification elements and their motivation between formal and nonformal education. The method used was a Systematic Literature Review using the Kitchenham method. From the selected databases, 65 articles were obtained that had implemented gamification in e-learning. The gamification elements were grouped by motivation and emotion based on the Octalysis framework. The results showed that ownership and possession were the most prominent motivations for implementing gamification.

Dengan mengetahui latar belakang budaya dari suatu masyarakat, maka dalam pengendalian sosial akan dengan mudah mengendalikan masyarakat yang kurang atau tidak tahu mengenai hukum negara. Manfaat mempelajari antropologi hukum , untuk mengetahui gambaran bekerjanya hukum sebagai pengendali sosial yang dilatar belakangi oleh budaya.

Kediri Airport has been developed by Gudang Garam Ltd and Angkasa Pura I Ltd since 15April 2020. This airport will open the access of surrounding areas such as Tulung Agung, Blitar, Ponorogo, Trenggalek, Madiun, and Magetan. To know the tariff value for the flight of Kediri-Jakarta route, the researcher conducted value analyses using ATP (Ability To Pay) and WTP (Willingness To Pay) as well as tariff analysis based on the Government Regulation No.51 Year 2014. Meanwhile, the methods used to count ATP value wasHousehold Budget and the one for calculating WTP wasState Preference.The result of ATP (Ability To Pay) earned averagely IDR 361,000,00, while WTP (Willingness To Pay) gained averagely IDR 784,000,00. This sort of condition was named Captive Riders, meaning that the willingness to pay for transportation service was higher than the ability to pay for transportation service. The calculation using the Government Regulation No. 51 in 2014 obtained tariff IDR 1.204.753,50, in the other words, this value was more than the willingness and ability to pay of passengers who want to use the transport service of Kediri Airport. Accordingly, the subsidy from government is necessary.

Salah satu bentuk kebijakan publik pemerintah daerah yaitu kebijakan Pendirian Badan Usaha Milik Daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi kebijakan Pendirian Badan Usaha Milik Daerah PT. Balairung Citrajaya Sumbar.Teori yang digunakan adalah evaluasi kebijakan Althaus et al. dengan indikator: input, proses, output, dan outcome. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data telaah dokumen, wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pendirian PT. Balairung Citrajaya Sumbar belum efektif dan tidak efisien berdasarkan; (1) Input, bahan dasar kebijakan tidak terdapat studi kelayakan, sumber daya manusia sudah memadai, sumberdaya keuangan belum seluruh penyertaan modal diterima dari kabupaten/kota sesuai perjanjian kerjasama. (2) Proses, pengimplementasian kebijakan sudah mencapai sasaran yaitu terbentuk dan beroperasinya PT. Balairung Citrajaya Sumbar. Implementor kebijakan sudah menjalankan peran sesuai fungsi masing-masing. Namun belum efektif dalam pencapaian tujuan kebijakan serta tidak efisien mengelola sumberdaya menjadi output,(3) Output, hasil kebijakan sudah diterima berupa deviden, namun rasionya masih sangat kecil dibandingkan input dan belum diterima secara kontiniu setiap tahun. (4) Outcome, tujuan formal kebijakan untuk peningkatan pembangunan masih belum signifikan karena kecilnya kontribusi untuk PAD. Dampak positif lainnya yaitu secara sosial budaya Hotel Balairung menjadi icon dan meeting point masyarakat Sumatera Barat di Jakarta. Sedangkan dampak negatifnya antara lain image Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Barat tidak mampu mengelola BUMD dengan baik dan penambahan beban APBD untuk sewa kantor Badan Penghubung Provinsi Sumatera Barat di Jakarta, serta berkurangnya fungsi Balairung sebagai tempat bernaungnya orang Minang di Jakarta.

E-learning through a learning management system (LMS) is expected to be a solution to the needs of distance learning, especially during a pandemic situation. However, learning through an LMS can lead to a lack of focus, reduced classroom efficiency, and a feeling of boredom for the user. One solution to this problem is to use gamification (e.g., rankings or points, badges, and leaderboards) to enhance active learning. This study uses a mixed-methods approach and data from weekly reviews and forum discussions, questionnaires, and data students’ interviews to assess the implementation of gamification elements in an LMS. The data from the questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and the data from student interviews were analyzed using general inductive analysis. The results show that gamification in an LMS had a positive influence on active learning. The students have also provided positive feedback on the rated weekly review activity. The badges and leaderboard were also positively accepted by most students. Awarding points for activities was also found to improve students’ performance in class. Badges were found to increase students’ active participation, and the leaderboard motivated students to participate actively in online classes. This study could provide guidance to universities or LMS providers wishing to implement gamification in an LMS.

LINE TODAY App is a mobile news application developed by LINE Corp. The main objective of the project itself is to reach a certain amount of screen views every month which is user stickiness. But it only reached three percent of the goal in the second year of development. Due to the importance of this project to the company, the application needs an immediate and proper solution. Therefore, factors that affect the stickiness of the LINE TODAY App have to be examined. The theoretical framework of this research is constructed based on the information system success model and customer engagement theory. This study is mixed-methods research which research object is users who used LINE TODAY App. Data collection is conducted in sequence, started by collecting an online survey by involving 76 users. It was continued by conducting the contextual interview by inviting 8 interviewees. The quantitative data was processed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) using the SmartPLS application. This study found that there are four factors that affect stickiness through an intermediate variable satisfaction which are system quality, information quality, brand awareness, and enthusiasm.

This study aims to analyze concept, the responsibility of Islamic education to children with special needs and its implementation strategy. This research uses library research method. Data analysis was carried out using content analysis, where each finding from the literature search was analyzed in depth to obtain uniqueness. The results of this study indicate that children with special needs should receive special attention so that they can be equal and do not feel different from other normal children. The responsibilities of Islamic education for children with special needs, namely; 1) active role of government. the government has provided, 2) strengthening the mental condition of parents, 3) adequate social support. Regarding the implementation of responsibilities, it is carried out by implementing learning strategies so that they can be optimized by making modifications (content, process, evaluation), functional, task analysis, individual learning, peer learning. In addition, inclusive education can also be carried out which provides opportunities for all students who have disabilities and have the potential for intelligence to participate in education in an educational environment together.
