Objective: In this research, by comparing the features of the Qur'anic manuscripts of the Herat method in the Timurid and Safavid periods, it was seeking to identify the prescription pillars of these Qurans, and based on that, it identified other Qurans whose authorship and artistic style were unknown.Methodology: This research has been carried out in terms of developmental goal and descriptive and analytical method with purposive sampling from among 21000 Quranic manuscripts available in the manuscripts’ treasure of Astan Quds Razavi Library, which is the statistical population of this research. Due to the lack of access to the original sources, the information gathering tool is the library catalogs and the information checklist obtained from the objective Qurans, which is based on the analysis of the bibliographic information of the reference and precious the Qurans of this course.Findings: Based on the characteristics of the scribe's promotion and the bibliographic information of the library catalog from the Timurid period, Quranic booklet 416 and Mushaf No. 153 and from the Safavid period Mushaf No. 281, 206 and 210 from the Herat method were identified as reference and Musahafs. Their bibliographic information was analyzed in a comparative manner and finally it was determined that among all the features and pillars of bibliographic science, four features of the decorations of the Fatiha al-Kitab tablet, the script of the surahs, the decorations accompanying the text of the Quran and the composition of motifs from are the most important features that can be used to identify the Qur'anic manuscripts of this method of art in the researched periods.Conclusion: By studying the findings of the research, it was found that it is possible to identify the Masahifs of the Herat method based on the elements of epistemology. The results of this research determined that: 1) the design of the Fatih al-Kitab surah, these decorations took up more space on the page in the Safavid period, and the margin of the tablet is two-part wide with an azure background and narrow with a black background, and a half-orange is drawn on the margin and the beginning of the surah is in Rafa's script. In the Timurid period, an azure part and a nim- toranj motif are not drawn on the border, and the head of the surah is decorated with Kufic script. 2) The decorations accompanying the Qur'an text, khoms va ‘ashar in the Timurid period are in the form of an almond and a circle, respectively, while in the Safavid period it is in the form of a circle. 3) The composition of motifs, in the Timurid period, is dominated by Islamic motifs and Roman motifs, but in the Safavid period, alvan Khatai motifs were drawn.

In this study, an investigation was carried out to establish a correlation between microhardness and microstructure in dissimilar combination of QP980 and SPFC780Y high strength steel resistance spot welds. Optical microscope with a scanning electron microscope were used for metallography analysis for all regions of the weldment, while Vickers microhardness was implemented to present the hardness profile. It was observed that high heat input provided by high welding current and welding time can increase the mechanical performance and present the hard martensite in the fusion zone (FZ). Softening phenomena were observed in the heat-affected zone (SCHAZ) of both materials with a higher occurrence in SPFC780Y side attributed to the presence of tempered martensite. The microhardness of the FZ was found to be lower than the UCHAZ of QP980 as a result of SPFC780Y dilution in FZ affecting its chemistry and thus hardenability, microstructure and mechanical performance. The study confirms that a significant content of Silicon (Si) and Manganese (Mn) positively contributes to improving mechanical performance. Furthermore, the study introduces an effective method to confirm the symmetry of the weld and FZ chemical composition induced by the asymmetric thermophysical properties in the studied combination. It also allows for the prediction of the occurrence of softening phenomena before the welding operation, providing valuable insights for optimizing the resistance spot welding processes.

The stainless-steel crown (SSC) is a durable restoration and has several indications for use in primary teeth such as following a pulpotomy/pulpectomy, fractured teeth, teeth with developmental defects, or large multi-surface caries lesions where amalgam is likely to fail. Due to its durability and a lifespan like the primary tooth, it could well be the gold standard in restorative care. SSCs protect the crown from fracture, reduce the possibility for leakage, and ensure a biological seal. However, the placement of the SSC should follow a meticulous technique. There are some clinical situations where the SSC may fail, leading to plaque accumulation and gingivitis. This could be secondary to improper crimping of crown margins, which lead to poorly adapted SSC. In some clinical situations, ledge formation under the crown or failure to clean excess cement can contact the gingiva and cause gingival inflammation. This study was carried out on 41 children between the ages of 4 and 10 in Al Qassim region to study the effects of SSCs on gingiva and oral hygiene. The study also aims to establish the correlation between SSC adaptation and post-insertion inflammation. The plaque and gingival index were recorded at 3 months’ post SSC insertion. Clinical examination was undertaken, and gingival index (Loe and Silness 1967) and plaque index (Silness and Loe 1967) were used to record gingival health and plaque accumulation, respectively. The result for post-inflammation and SSC adaptation showed that there was no statistically significant difference in post-insertion inflammation and crown adaptation (P value = 0.216). The result for pre-operative inflammation and post-operative inflammation shows that there is no significant difference in post-inflammation and adaptation (P value = 0.47). We found that oral hygiene care had a heightening effect and oral hygiene maintenance plays a key role in preventing gingival inflammation irrespective of the SSC adaptation over short periods of time (3 months).

Children’s conduct is significantly impacted by pain during dental procedures. Children’s pain and discomfort can be reduced using computer-controlled local anesthetic delivery, which applies a steady, gradual flow of the anesthetic solution into the tissues. Using a self-report anxiety scale, the study aimed to assess and compare children’s perceptions of discomfort following a new auto-controlled injection method to a traditional local anesthetic procedure. A total of 25 children, ages 6–12 requiring the use of local anesthesia for treatment on both sides of the arch were selected. It was a split-mouth design, in which each participating child received both types of infiltrations in two separate, consecutive visits, using a metallic syringe in one session, and using the I-Ject device in the other. Before administering anesthesia, all the children’s anxiety scales were recorded using the Modified Child Dental Anxiety Faces Scale simplified to assess the anxiety level of a child. In the first appointment, Conventional anesthetic technique was and in the second appointment anesthesia was delivered using a computer-controlled device. Faces pain scaleRevised, a selfreport measure of pain was recorded immediately after completion of both types of local anesthesia (LA) administration. Patients reported greater comfort with the I-Ject computer-controlled device than with conventional anesthesia. Together with the practitioner, the computer system produced a pleasant and cozy environment for the youngster.

The ternary-hybrid nanofluids are impressive sub-class of nanomaterials with enhanced thermal features. Based on such improved thermal characteristics, various applications of such materials are being predicted in the thermal efficiency systems, extrusion mechanism, solar collectors, nuclear processes, energy production and many. The objective of this investigation is to report the comparative thermal analysis for traditional nanofluid, hybrid nanofluid and ternary-hybrid models with water base fluid. The ternary nanomaterials are consisting of nickel, aluminum and copper metallic particles. The exploration of heating capacitance is updated with radiative phenomenon. Moreover, the flow is associated to the stagnation point applications via vertically moving cylinder. The thermal properties for each nanofluid model along with mathematical expressions are characterized in tabular form. The nonlinear system representing the thermal model is numerically solved via most impressive technique namely Keller Box scheme. It has been noted that the tangential velocity component declined with larger values of stretching ratio parameter. It is claimed that the thermal performances of ternary-hybrid nanoparticles are more impressive as compared to nanofluids and hybrid nanomaterials. The temperature profile reduces for stretching ratio parameter which is relatively slower for ternary-nanofluid. The simulated results present significance in various heat transfer systems, heat transfer devices, thermal systems, super-capacitors, extrusion processes, automotive engines, heat exchangers, cooling of computer chips etc.

The NF-κB pathway plays a pivotal role in impeding the diabetic wound healing process, contributing to prolonged inflammation, diminished angiogenesis, and reduced proliferation. In contrast to modern synthetic therapies, naturally occurring phytoconstituents are well-studied inhibitors of the NF-κB pathway that are now attracting increased attention in the context of diabetic wound healing because of lower toxicity, better safety and efficacy, and cost-effectiveness. This study explores recent research on phytoconstituent-based therapies and delve into their action mechanisms targeting the NF-κB pathway and potential for assisting effective healing of diabetic wounds. For this purpose, we have carried out surveys of recent literature and analyzed studies from prominent databases such as Science Direct, Scopus, PubMed, Google Scholar, EMBASE, and Web of Science. The classification of phytoconstituents into various categorie such as: alkaloids, triterpenoids, phenolics, polyphenols, flavonoids, monoterpene glycosides, naphthoquinones and tocopherols. Noteworthy phytoconstituents, including Neferine, Plumbagin, Boswellic acid, Genistein, Luteolin, Kirenol, Rutin, Vicenin-2, Gamma-tocopherol, Icariin, Resveratrol, Mangiferin, Betulinic acid, Berberine, Syringic acid, Gallocatechin, Curcumin, Loureirin-A, Loureirin-B, Lupeol, Paeoniflorin, and Puerarin emerge from these studies as promising agents for diabetic wound healing through the inhibition of the NF-κB pathway. Extensive research on various phytoconstituents has revealed how they modulate signalling pathways, including NF-κB, studies that demonstrate the potential for development of therapeutic phytoconstituents to assist healing of chronic diabetic wounds.

Zakat serves as an economic instrument within the framework of Islam and can serve as a substantial source of revenue for the state, contributing to the funding of various expenditures. In contrast to alternative revenue streams, zakat possesses explicit and comprehensive guidelines on its acquisition and allocation. The state bears the task of maximizing the efficiency of zakat institutions to effectively mobilize and allocate zakat monies as a catalyst for economic development. Indonesia utilizes a bottom-up approach for the collection of zakat, whereas Malaysia follows a top-down approach. Therefore, the present investigation focuses aims to examine the impact of zakat distribution on economic development in two selected nations. The examination focused on many variables, including GDP, Gini index, inflation, and zakat distribution. The period for the analysis spanned from 2001 to 2019, and the ARDL approach is being used for the purpose of doing data analysis. The findings suggest that the distribution of zakat did not exert a statistically significant impact on economic development, either in the short-term or long-term, within the contexts of both nations. Therefore, there is a need to promote the professional and efficient management of zakat to enhance its collection and facilitate its effective distribution.

The growth of the world energy market is experiencing a slowdown moment in line with the decline in demand due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While Indonesia has the potential for energy resources and natural resources which are very diverse and abundant, on the one hand, it has not been utilized optimally. This study aims to analyze the impact of general sustainability report disclosures and CEO attributes of Indonesian energy companies on company value, measured using Tobin’s Q indicators. The analysis is based on GRI standards for sustainability reports, CEO education levels, and CEO affiliation relationships, with control variables including ROE, firm size, leverage, and asset growth. This study uses annual report data and sustainability reports for every Indonesian energy company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the past four years. The estimation model used in the analytical method is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that on average Indonesian energy companies have general disclosures on sustainability reports that have a negative effect on Tobin’s Q indicators, the education level of the CEO has a positive effect on the Tobin’s Q indicators, and the CEO’s affiliation relationship which has no effect on the Tobin’s Q indicators.

ABSTRACTLinks between the gut microbiota and human health have been supported throughout numerous studies, such as the development of neurological disease disorders. This link is referred to as the “microbiota-gut-brain axis” and is the focus of an emerging field of research. Microbial-derived metabolites and gut and neuro-immunological metabolites regulate this axis in health and many diseases. Indeed, assessing these signals, whether induced by microbial metabolites or neuro-immune mediators, could significantly increase our knowledge of the microbiota-gut-brain axis. However, this will require the development of appropriate techniques and potential models. Methods for studying the induced signals originating from the microbiota remain crucial in this field. This review discusses the methods and techniques available for studies of microbiota-gut-brain interactions. We highlight several much-debated elements of these methodologies, including the widely used in vivo and in vitro models, their implications, and perspectives in the field based on a systematic review of PubMed. Applications of various animal models (zebrafish, mouse, canine, rat, rabbit) to microbiota-gut-brain axis research with practical examples of in vitro methods and innovative approaches to studying gut-brain communications are highlighted. In particular, we extensively discuss the potential of “organ-on-a-chip” devices and their applications in this field. Overall, this review sheds light on the most widely used models and methods, guiding researchers in the rational choice of strategies for studies of microbiota-gut-brain interactions.

HMI (Human Machine Interface) adalah alat yang menghubungkan manusia dengan mesin di plant dan digunakan untuk menampilkan, mengawasi, dan mengontrol proses yang sedang berlangsung, pengaturan timer, dan pengaturan kontrol PID dan lain-lain. Oleh karena itu dibuatkan sebuah alat yang bertujuan untuk dapat merancang dan membuat sistem otomasisasi pada suatu rumah menggunakan HMI, delapan driver relay, ESP-01 dengan sebuah Mikrokontroller Arduino Mega2560. Metode sistem otomatisasi pada suatu rumah ini menggunakan HMI, delapan driver relay, ESP-01 dengan sebuah Mikrokontroller Arduino Mega2560 diaktifkan menggunakan inputan dari HMI (Human Mechine Interface), jika fungsi button diaktif pada HMI (Human Mechine Interface) maka akan mengkatifkan delapan relay, dimana pada masing-masing button dapat mengontrol masing-masing relay. Setelah melakukan pengujian dan analisa terhadap sistem otomatisasi pada suatu rumah ini menggunakan HMI, delapan driver relay, ESP-01 dengan sebuah Mikrokontroller Arduino Mega2560 dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa sistem otomatisasi pada suatu rumah ini menggunakan telah dapat bekerja dengan baik sesuai dengan rancangan prinsip kerja dan hasil yang dicapai sesuai fungsi serta kerja alat.

Era industri 4.0 membawa dampak otomatisasi peralatan pada industri. Tujuan dari otomatisasi produksi tidak hanya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi, tetapi juga untuk menjalankan seluruh sistem secara otomatis dan terkomputerisasi serta mengurangi human error dan merespon masalah dengan lebih cepat. Laporan Robotika Dunia mencatat 553.052 instalasi robot industri mengalami peningkatan sebesar 5% pada tahun 2022, dibandingkan tahun lalu. Penelitian mengenai sistem penyusunan botol minuman melewati beberapa tahapan, seperti perancangan, perakitan alat, pengujian alat, pengambilan data, dan analisis data. Perancangan berperan penting dalam proses pembuatan dan pengembangan alat. Mesin penyusunan botol minuman menggunakan robot kartesian, dual rod cylinder, vacuum generator dan suction pad untuk mengangkat dan memindahkan botol minuman dengan memanfaatkan sistem smart manufacturing sehingga dapat menciptakan suatu sistem yang efisien, cepat, konsisten dan otomatis serta dapat mengurangi human error dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang diimplementasikan mampu mengontrol robot kartesian, silinder dan suction pad untuk mengambil dan meletakkan botol minuman untuk dibawa dari posisi pick ke posisi rak yang tersedia. Setelah melakukan pengujian dan analisa dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa robot kartesian memiliki akurasi yang tinggi sehingga dapat meminimalisir kesalahan dan meletakkan botol minuman sesuai dengan posisi yang telah ditentukan. Suction pad memiliki kekuatan yang cukup untuk mencekam tutup botol dengan kekuatan 2,826 N atau setara dengan 288 gram. Ini menjadikan mesin penyusunan botol minuman sebagai solusi untuk optimalisasi otomatisasi produksi yang dikendalikan menggunakan PLC.

Permasalahan saat ini berkaitan dengan proses produksi yang masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga produksi tidak berjalan maksimal dan tepat waktu. Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan suatu sistem otomasi agar proses produksi dapat dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat suatu sistem yang mengontrol proses produksi dan menggunakan kontrol PLC sebagai kontrol seluruh mesin untuk meningkatkan produktivitas proses produksi. Pada penelitian ini proses produksi menggunakan silinder pneumatic sebagai actuator yang digerakkan secara otomatis dan dibantu dengan sensor photoelectric dan reed switch sesuai urutan kerja proses produksi. Alat ini memiliki input dan output yang dikontrol oleh PLC sebagai pengontrol sistem otomatis, sehingga sistem bekerja sesuai dengan algoritma pemrograman yang diinginkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa telah dirancang mode operasi yang dapat berjalan sesuai rencana, kontrol dengan operasi otomatis dapat dikendalikan melalui PC dimana pemrograman PLC dengan koneksi kabel Ethernet.

The article offers a concise summary of problems dealing with the multidisciplinary paradigm of modern cognitive linguistics research discussed at VI Firsova Readings “Modern Languages and Cultures: Varieties, Functions, Ideologies in a Cognitive Perspective” (19-21 October, 2023, RUDN University, Moscow). It highlights the most relevant issues which include linguistic means of conceptualization and categorization, critical and positive discourse analysis, environmental thinking, pragmatics of gestures, multimodality, cognitive perspectives of intercultural communication and translation studies, discourse markers taxonomy, IT and cognitive studies, transdisciplinary methods in the study of language and cognition, among others. We aim to illuminate the advantages of the cognitive paradigm and trace new directions in its development. The articles included in this Issue and authored by the conference participants illustrate a broad range of cognitive studies drawn on different methods and conducted on diverse datasets. They clearly demonstrate that the cognitive perspective enables scholars not only to present and describe the phenomena under study but also to offer explanations to the findings and trace correlation between language, cognition and communication. This article also discusses the prospects for further research in the area.

Abstract Background: The management of renal stones has undergone significant advancements in recent years, with percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) and Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery (RIRS) emerging as minimally invasive alternatives to traditional Pyelolithotomy. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of Mini-PCNL and RIRS for renal stones measuring 1-2 cm, focusing on operative time, stone clearance, hospital stay, and the need for ancillary procedures. Methodology: This retrospective study collected data from the medical records of patients admitted to The Department of Urology at The Kidney Centre, Karachi, between January 1, 2021, and August 31, 2022. The study included 100 patients who underwent RIRS and 129 patients who underwent Mini-PCNL. Results: It was found that the operative time was statistically similar in both groups. However, the length of hospital stay was significantly higher in the Mini-PCNL group (more than 2 days in 88.4%), whereas in the RIRS group, the majority of patients stayed ≤ 2 days (78%). Overall stone clearance was 82.1%, with a slightly higher clearance rate in patients who underwent Mini-PCNL (85.3%) compared to RIRS (78%), though the p-value was not statistically significant. Conclusion: For renal stones sized 1-2 cm, both RIRS and Mini-PCNL demonstrate efficient treatment options with comparable stone-free rates. RIRS appears more comfortable and less morbid than Mini-PCNL, with a shorter hospital stay. Although Mini-PCNL requires an extended hospital stay to treat 1- to 2-cm renal stones, it is associated with fewer complications and a reduced need for a JJ stent, making it a viable alternative to RIRS in certain cases.

Resistance spot welding is still the most common joining process for autobody structure assembly. It has many advantages and is simple to use, but the main challenge is controlling the process parameters that affect mechanical properties and weld quality. Advanced high-strength steels were developed to meet the demands of automakers such as lighter and stronger autobody. Quenching and partitioning (Q&P 980) steel is a third-generation advanced high strength steel with a combination of high strength and high ductility. In this study, effect of resistance spot welding parameters on the mechanical performance of dissimilar combination of Q&P980 steel and SPFC780Y high strength steel was investigated. Welding current, welding time, electrode pressure and holding time were chosen as the most important process parameters influencing the weld quality. A comprehensive investigation was conducted on geometrical attributes such as nugget size, fusion zone width, fusion zone area, electrode indentation and heat affected zone area and their correlations with peak load (Pmax), failure energy, fracture energy, and elongation at peak load (Lmax). In contrast the failure modes and fracture behavior were studied using scanning electron microscopy. It was observed that using high levels of welding current and welding time while maintaining low levels of electrode pressure and holding time result in a maximum peak load, energy absorption and maximum (Lmax) with pullout failure mode (PF) and this was demonstrated for large nugget size to a critical limit. The methods and findings of this research can be used as a basis for further research and development in the field of dissimilar resistance spot welding.

Abstract Background Hospitals are considered to be one of the most hazardous environments to work in, and their service workers are exposed to many serious risks. So The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of educational intervention based on the Health Action Model to promote the safe behavior of hospital service workers. Methods In this quasi-experimental study, 45 workers in each of the control and experimental groups participated. Demographic information and data related to Health Action Model constructs were collected through a questionnaire and a checklist, immediately and three months after the intervention. Cronbach’s alpha coefficients were used to confirm the properties of the tools. Educational intervention accompanied was applied in the form of four training classes. The data were analyzed using SPSS 20 software. Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of demographics and the study’s main variables. results showed significant changes in mean scores of safe behavior, Attitude, norms, belief, intention, knowledge in the experimental group three months after the intervention (P

Abstract The Two Weeks in the World research project has resulted in a dataset of 3087 clinically relevant bacterial genomes with pertaining metadata, collected from 59 diagnostic units in 35 countries around the world during 2020. A relational database is available with metadata and summary data from selected bioinformatic analysis, such as species prediction and identification of acquired resistance genes.

Through a thorough analysis using Net Present Cost (NPC) over a 20-year period, this research presents a comprehensive and economically optimized solar panel design methodology. The study examines two different PV system configurations: On-Grid PV and Off-Grid PV, using sophisticated simulation and analytical techniques with the aid of HOMER Pro software. The simulation results offer compelling new information about these systems' economic viability. The simulation results in an NPC value of IDR 31,386,360,- for the Off-Grid PV configuration. The On-Grid PV system, in contrast, exhibits a significantly lower NPC value of IDR 8,903,329,- emphasizing its superior economic performance. This On-Grid PV system boasts a significant energy generation capacity of 5,012 kWh/year in addition to favorable cost efficiency. Notably, this is greater than the National Power Company's 1,186 kWh/year energy output. These results highlight the financial benefits of the On-Grid PV system and demonstrate its capability to provide affordable and sustainable energy solutions over a long period. The thorough analysis carried out in this study aids in the optimization of solar panel designs, offers insightful information for future sustainable energy projects, and emphasizes the crucial part that economic factors play in influencing the adoption of renewable energy technologies.

The Internet of Things (IoT) is a growing network of interconnected devices used in transportation, finance, public services, healthcare, smart cities, surveillance, and agriculture. IoT devices are increasingly integrated into mobile assets like trains, cars, and airplanes. Among the IoT components, wearable sensors are expected to reach three billion by 2050, becoming more common in smart environments like buildings, campuses, and healthcare facilities. A notable IoT application is the smart campus for educational purposes. Timely notifications are essential in critical scenarios. IoT devices gather and relay important information in real time to individuals with special needs via mobile applications and connected devices, aiding health-monitoring and decision-making. Ensuring IoT connectivity with end users requires long-range communication, low power consumption, and cost-effectiveness. The LPWAN is a promising technology for meeting these needs, offering a low cost, long range, and minimal power use. Despite their potential, mobile IoT and LPWANs in healthcare, especially for emergency response systems, have not received adequate research attention. Our study evaluated an LPWAN-based emergency response system for visually impaired individuals on the Hazara University campus in Mansehra, Pakistan. Experiments showed that the LPWAN technology is reliable, with 98% reliability, and suitable for implementing emergency response systems in smart campus environments.

ZrCo alloy is easily poisoned by impurity gases such as O2, CO, and CO2, resulting in a deterioration in hydrogen storage performance. In this study, we conducted a comprehensive investigation into the adsorption and dissociation characteristics of oxygen on the ZrCo(110) surface using first-principles calculations. Previous studies indicated that the anti-disproportionation properties of ZrCo alloy can be significantly improved by Hf substitution, but the effect of Hf doping on the anti-poisoning properties has not been reported. We also examined the effect of Hf doping on the adsorption, dissociation, and diffusion characteristics of oxygen. It is found that on the ZrCo(110) surface, O2 molecules are easily dissociated and then stably adsorbed at the hollow site. Oxygen atoms will fill the surface preferentially and then diffuse inward. The doping of Hf has an insignificant impact on the adsorption or dissociation behavior of oxygen in comparison to the pure ZrCo surface. However, a notable observation is that the doping of Hf resulted in a reduction in the diffusion barrier for oxygen from the surface to the subsurface by 0.61 eV. Consequently, our study suggests that doping Hf is not an advisable strategy for improving the ZrCo(110) surface’s resistance to O2 poisoning because of improved oxygen permeability.

Abstract To ensure the safety and stability of the shield tunnel construction process, the ground settlement induced by the shield construction needs to be effectively predicted. In this paper, a prediction method combining empirical mode decomposition (EMD), chaotic adaptive sparrow search algorithm (CASSA), and extreme learning machine (ELM) is proposed. First, the EMD is used to decompose the settlement sequence into trend vectors and fluctuation vectors to fully extract the effective information of the sequence; Second, the sparrow search algorithm is improved by introducing Cubic chaotic mapping to initialize the population and adaptive factor to optimize the searcher’s position formula, and the chaotic adaptive sparrow search algorithm is proposed; Finally, the CASSA-ELM prediction model is constructed by using CASSA to find the optimal values of weights and thresholds in the extreme learning machine. The fluctuation components and trend components decomposed by EMD are predicted one by one, and the prediction results are superimposed and reconstructed to obtain the predicted final settlement. Taking a shield interval in Jiangsu, China as an example, the meta-heuristic algorithm-optimized ELM model improves the prediction accuracy by 10.70% compared with the traditional ELM model. The combined EMD-CASSA-ELM prediction model can greatly improve the accuracy and speed of surface settlement prediction, and provide a new means for safety monitoring in shield tunnel construction. Intelligent prediction methods can predict surface subsidence more automatically and quickly, becoming a new development trend.

Trauma merupakan tekanan emosional dan psikologis yang pada umumnya karena kejadian yang tidak menyenangkan atau pengalaman yang berkaitan dengan kekerasan. Secara umum, ada banyak faktor yang bisa menyebabkan seseorang mengalami trauma, termasuk peristiwa menyedihkan, mengguncang jiwa, hingga mengancam nyawa. Ini karena kejadian traumatis dapat menyebabkan gangguan streess pasca trauma (PTSD). Untuk mengatasi kesulitan ini, peneliti melakukan pengembangan sebuah aplikasi berbasis Android yang berfungsi sebagai media deteksi awal PTSD dan juga sebagai media informasi yang berkaitan dengan penanganan PTSD. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Test Driven Development dan menggunakan Kotlin dan XML sebagai bahasa pemograman dan layouting aplikasi serta, menggunakan Firebase sebagai back end nya. Test Driven Development sendiri merupakan pengembangan perangkat lunak yang menekankan testing sebelum coding yang dimana menggunakan pendekatan Agile dan Extreme Programming. Dengan pengujian Black Box Testing aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik dan aplikasi ini memiliki nilai SUS (System Usability Scale) rata-rata sebesar 89.75. Aplikasi telah dipublikasi ke dalam Play Store dengan status pengujian terbuka. Dengan demikian, aplikasi “MentalFirst” ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dapat melakukan deteksi awal dan mendapatkan informasi yang berkaitan dengan PTSD.

The pandemic impacts extended to affect people’s psychological well-being, resulting in significant behavioural change. This study was designed to assess the knowledge regarding COVID-19 precautions among the College of Applied Medical Science students at Jazan University and to evaluate the general, psychosocial, and behavioral changes due to COVID-19.Methods: This is an observational study targeting 630 undergraduate students randomly selected during January 2020, using stratified random sampling. Data were collected using an online questionnaire. Linear regression models were used to evaluate the predictors of three outcome measures: knowledge, attitudes, and practice scores.Results: Knowledge of COVID-19 revealed that the students with correct answers ranged from 48.9 to 95%. Furthermore, significant gender differences are found regarding shortness of breath, fatigue, persistent chest discomfort, headache, and malaise (p < 0.05). Knowledge scores differed significantly across gender and academic level (p < 0.05) and so does attitude scores (p < 0.05). No significant difference was observed between practice scores according to socio-demographic background (p > 0.05). The linear regression model showed that females had significantly higher knowledge, attitudes, and practice scores (p < 0.05) as well as those within the 21– 23 age group and above (p < 0.05). Students residing in urban and semi-urban places had significantly higher scores for knowledge, attitudes, and practice (p < 0.05).Conclusion: The results demonstrated moderate knowledge about COVID-19 among study participants, with significant differences between the responses of males and females and among the urban and rural populations. Outcomes suggest the need for interventions to bridge students’ knowledge about COVID-19 and practice gaps. Students were concerned about basic life amenities and the inability to provide for their dear ones regarding behavioral changes.Keywords: COVID-19, health and safety, public health

Teknologi yang canggih telah menggantikan peralatan yang manual menjadi otomatis, sehingga dapat meminimalisir waktu dan tenaga manusia dalam proses industri. Penyortiran merupakan salah satu proses dalam industri. Saat ini jika ingin mengetahui jumlah dari penyortiran haruslah pergi ke tempat penyortiran. Hal ini tentu saja membutuhkan banyak waktu, untuk itu dibuatlah alat yang dapat mengetahui jumlah dari proses penyortiran dimana saja dan kapan saja menggunakan Internet of Things (Iot). Alat ini terdiri dari Arduino Uno. ESP-01, sensor warna TCS34725, LCD, motor servo, motor DC. Ada empat bak penampungan yang menampung barang yang disortir. Warna yang akan disortir yaitu warna merah, kuning, ungu, dan warna selain yang telah disebutkan. Laporan dari proses penyortiran dapat dilihat di aplikasi Blynk. Barang akan disortir berdasarkan warna dari barang tersebut. Jumlah dari barang yang tersortir akan dikirimkan ke server blynk oleh Arduino uno wifi yang terkoneksi dengan wifi. Selagi alat terhubung ke internet, laporan penyortiran akan dapat dilihat di aplikasi blynk.

Pada industri rumahan sekarang ini memerlukan waktu dan tenaga yang besar dalam penyortiran dan pengemasan suatu produk secara cepat dan tepat. Penyortiran barang berdasarkan warna dilakukan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan manusia dengan bantuan suatu sistem penyortiran barang secara otomatis. Penyortiran ini menggunakan Mikrokontroller Arduino Mega 2560 sebagai pusat kontrol sistem. Pada penyortiran barang ini menggunakan Sensor Infrared sebagai pendeteksi saat benda berada di konveyor. Motor DC berfungsi sebagai penggerak konveyor dan juga menggunakan motor servo yang berfungsi sebagai penggerak suatu benda dalam pemindahan barang ke dalam kotak yang telah tersedia. TCS3200 sebagai sensor pendeteksi warna. Pada penyortiran warna untuk dapat membaca hasil warna dengan baik, dapat dilihat dengan mengukur nilai warna RGB pada benda dengan nilai RGB yang telah ditentukan. Tingkat keakuratan nilai dari sensor warna TCS3200 yang dapat di baca tergantung dari jarak antara benda dengan sensor warna. Tahapan proses dengan perancangan mekanik dan pemrograman sistem menggunakan program Arduino IDE.

Berberine–encapsulated polyelectrolyte nanocomposite (BR–PolyET–NC) gel was developed as a long-acting improved wound healing therapy. BR–PolyET–NC was developed using an ionic gelation/complexation method and thereafter loaded into Carbopol gel. Formulation was optimized using Design-Expert® software implementing a three-level, three-factor Box Behnken design (BBD). The concentrations of polymers, namely, chitosan and alginate, and calcium chloride were investigated based on particle size and %EE. Moreover, formulation characterized in vitro for biopharmaceutical performances and their wound healing potency was evaluated in vivo in adult BALB/c mice. The particle distribution analysis showed a nanocomposite size of 71 ± 3.5 nm, polydispersity index (PDI) of 0.45, ζ–potential of +22 mV, BR entrapment of 91 ± 1.6%, and loading efficiency of 12.5 ± 0.91%. Percentage drug release was recorded as 89.50 ± 6.9% with pH 6.8, thereby simulating the wound microenvironment. The in vitro investigation of the nanocomposite gel revealed uniform consistency, well spreadability, and extrudability, which are ideal for topical wound use. The analytical estimation executed using FT-IR, DSC, and X-ray diffraction (XRD) indicated successful formulation with no drug excipients and without the amorphous state. The colony count of microbes was greatly reduced in the BR–PolyET–NC treated group on the 15th day from up to 6 CFU compared to 20 CFU observed in the BR gel treated group. The numbers of monocytes and lymphocytes counts were significantly reduced following healing progression, which reached to a peak level and vanished on the 15th day. The observed experimental characterization and in vivo study indicated the effectiveness of the developed BR–PolyET–NC gel toward wound closure and healing process, and it was found that >99% of the wound closed by 15th day, stimulated via various anti-inflammatory and angiogenic factors.

Tempat-tempat umum seperti pusat perbelanjaan, perpustakaan, kolam renang dan lainnya dimana tempat ini adalah tempat umum yang banyak dikunjungi orang. Karena peningkatan jumlah pengunjung maka mempengaruhi jumlah tempat yang tersedia. Oleh karena itu, ini mungkin menimbulkan masalah baru yang tidak sebanding dengan tempat yang sudah ada dan akan mengganggu kenyamanan orang lain. Oleh karena itu dibuatlah sebuah solusi teknologi yang dikenal sebagai penghitung jumlah pengunjung ruangan berbasis mikrokontroler. Perancangan dan pembuatan alat ini bertujuan untuk menghitung dan memantau jumlah orang yang masuk dan keluar dari suatu ruangan. Alat ini dibuat dengan mikrokontroler Arduino Nano sebagai otak pemrosesan data dan NodemcuEsp8266 sebagai mikrokontroler tambahan yang memiliki kemampuan untuk terhubung ke jaringan internet sebagai keuntungan. Perancangan alat penghitung jumlah pengunjung ruangan ini terdiri dari pembuatan dan perancangan hardware dan software serta pengujian kinerja alat. Alat ini menggunakan dua sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 dan sensor garis pada satu pintu untuk mendeteksi aktivitas pengunjung. Mikrokontroler kemudian menggunakan data sensor untuk menghitung jumlah orang yang masuk dan keluar ruangan. Output dari alat ini adalah tampilan pada LCD serta tampilan data yang dapat dimonitoring menggunakan software ubidots. Berdasarkan data dari uji coba yang telah dilakukan disimpulkan bahwa alat penghitung jumlah pengunjung ruangan telah dibuat sesuai dengan rancangan dan dapat melakukan tugas dan fungsinya dengan baik.

Perkembangan teknologi otomatis banyak membantu proses pekerjaan manusia. Untuk membuat segelas minuman biasanya digunakan cara manual dengan menggunakan bantuan gelas takar, dan rasio komposisi bahan yang dituangkan masih mengandalkan perkiraan, dimana untuk menghasilkan konsistensi dari akurasi bahan minuman agak sulit untuk dipertahankan. Salah satu contoh teknologi otomatis adalah mesin pencampur minuman. Oleh karena itu dibuatkan sebuah alat yang bertujuan untuk dapat merancang dan membuat sistem pencampuran minuman menggunakan sensor photodioda, limit switch, push button ,motor power window, Driver L298N, motor servo,driver relay dan motor pompa dengan output hasil pencampur minuman dengan Arduino Mega2560. Metode sistem pencampuran minuman menggunakan sensor photodioda, limit switch, Push button, driver L298N, motor power window, motor servo,driver relay dan motor pompa dengan output hasil pencampur minuman dengan Arduino Mega2560 diaktifkan menggunakan inputan dari push button, jika push button aktif maka akan mengkatifkan power window untuk membawa gelas minuman melalui driver L298N untuk berjalan dan berhenti ketika sensor photodiode mendeteksi gelas dan mengaktifkan motor servo untuk mengeluarkan bahan minuman serta motor power window berhenti ketika terkena limit switch. Setelah melakukan pengujian dan analisa terhadap sistem pencampuran minuman menggunakan sensor photodioda, limit switch, push button ,motor power window, Driver L298N, motor servo,driver relay dan motor pompa dengan output hasil pencampur minuman dengan Arduino Mega2560 dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa sistem pencampur minuman telah dapat bekerja dengan baik sesuai dengna rancangan prinsip kerja dan hasil yang dicapai sesuai fungsi serta kerja alat.

Air adalah kebutuhan penting bagi kelangsungan hidup, tanpa air tidak ada kehidupan di dunia ini. Daerah yang permukaan tanahnya lebih tinggi dari sumber air dan daerah yang bergelombang sulit menerima air secara terus menerus. Salah satu cara untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air terutama di tempat yang lebih tinggi dari mata air adalah dengan menggunakan pompa air. Perkembangan teknologi zaman sekarang memungkinkan kita membuat pompa air beroperasi secara otomatis dengan menggunakan perangkat kontroller. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan sistem kendali dan monitoring pompa air otomatis berbasis Human Machine Interface. Sistem kendali dan monitoring pompa air otomatis dirancang dengan menggunakan Programable Logic Controller (PLC) S7 1200 1215C DC/DC/Relay dan Human Machine Interface (HMI) Simatic KTP 700 Basic. Sistem kendali dan monitoring pompa air otomatis menggunakan 2 mode dalam pengoperasiannya. Kedua mode dapat dioperasikan secara bergantian sesuai pilihan pengguna. Pada mode otomatis hidup/mati pompa air bergantung pada parameter arus pada pompa air serta level ketinggian air pada tangki. Sedangkan pada mode manual hidup/mati pompa menggunakan pushbutton. HMI telah sukses menampilkan data-data secara real time. Hasil eksperimen menunjukan bahwa kendali dan monitoring pompa air otomatis yang diusulkan telah bekerja dengan baik sesuai dengan tujuan.

Energi listrik merupakan elemen penting bagi manusia dalam melaksanakan kegiatan sehari-hari. Salah satu sektor utama yang bergantung pada energi listrik adalah industri semen. Rotary Kiln adalah alat produksi di industri semen yang membutuhkan energi listrik yang paling tinggi. Rotary kiln digunakan untuk proses pembakaran hingga temperature 1400℃. Efesiensi energi panas pada rotary kiln yang tidak optimal sehingga menaikkan emisi udara dan efek rumah kaca pada pemanasan global. Oleh karena itu dibuatlah inovasi yang bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan limbah panas yang terbuang sia-sia menjadi energi listrik menggunakan generator termoelektrik (TEG) tipe SP 1848. TEG memanfaatkan efek seebeck atau perbedaan suhu dalam proses membangkitkan energi listrik. Untuk membangkitkan energi listrik TEG memanfaatkan waterblock pada sisi dingin dan panas daripada ducting suspension preheater pada sisi panas pada penelitian ini menggunakan heater. Suspension preheater merupakan alat produksi semen sebagai pemanasan awal material sebelum masuk ke pemanasan utama yaitu rotary kiln. TEG dirangkai 10 buah dengan rangkaian seri-paralel menghasilkan tegangan 8.7 V dan arus 0.08 A. dalam waktu 60 menit dapat mengisi baterai 5 V sebesar 500 mAh. Energi listrik pada baterai dapat digunakan sebagai penerangan pabrik maupun kebutuhan lainnya.

It is characterized by the presence of autoantibodies that lead to the dysfunction of the thyroid gland. The exact cause of this process is unknown; however, some factors, such as genetic factors, may be to blame. The uncoupling protein 2 (UCP2) gene encodes uncoupling protein 2, which has been linked to several pathogeneses; however, the link between UCP2-866 G/A polymorphism and AHT has yet to be investigated. Thus, we investigate the potential relationship between UCP2-866 G/A polymorphism and AHT.Methods: A total of 158 subjects participated in this study, they were either control or AHT patient, and genotyping was performed using a polymerase chain reaction.Results: The frequencies of UCP2-866 G/G, G/A, and A/A in the control subject were 34%, 51%, and 15%, respectively, whereas these frequencies in the AHT were 43%, 46%, and 10%.Conclusion: The study concludes a significant relationship between UCP2-866 G/A polymorphism and AHT, with a carrier subject of the – 866 A allele being 3 times more likely to suffer from AHT than wild-type carriers in the study population.Keywords: autoimmune hypothyroidism, AHT, uncoupling protein 2, UCP2-866, Hashimoto׳s thyroiditis

The Sembako program is one of the social protection programs launched by the Government of Indonesia to overcome poverty by providing food assistance. The sembako program is also expected to increase financial inclusion by using the prosperous family card as an electronic money and savings feature. This study uses a proper governance perspective with the research location in Banyumas Regency, Central Java Province, Indonesia. The results showed that the implementation of the Sembako program went well. However, the recipients complain that the types, quantities, and goods received are different from the instructed provisions, so they are not in accordance with the principles of proper governance. The sembako program contributes little to increasing financial inclusion because the KKS Card can only be used to take assistance from the sembako program and cannot access other banking services. It was found that the KKS Card was not held by the recipient of the basic food program, and the recipient did not memorize the KKS Card Pin. This study recommends that all shops and stalls carry out the distribution of the sembako program without being limited to certain stalls. The sembako program is not packaged so that beneficiaries are free to take basic food assistance according to the needs of their families.

Abstract This is a case series of three patients in our hospital system who developed acquired thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (aTTP) after testing positive for COVID‐19 infection. Two patients had acute COVID‐19 infections, and one had COVID‐19 IgG antibodies consistent with prior COVID‐19 infection. Twelve additional cases of aTTP after COVID‐19 infection were found in the literature. COVID‐19 creates alterations in the vWF‐ADAMTS‐13 axis with reduced ADAMTS‐13 in acute illness that may lead those patients who are predisposed into fulminant aTTP. Further genetic studies are necessary to uncover why some patients with COVID‐19 can have concurrent aTTP. For those with a prior COVID‐19 infection, molecular mimicry with autoantibodies to ADAMTS‐13 is likely the predominant trigger, but having an underlying predisposition (prior episode of TTP, genetic predisposition to autoimmune conditions, or breast cancer history) creates an environment that could be a possible trigger for aTTP.

Di zaman yang telah memasuki era moderenisasi masih terdapat segelintir orang masih hidup di daerah yang tidak terhubung jaringan listrik. Di Indonesia sendiri yang merupakan daerah yang terletak di garis khatulistiwa dimana merupakan daerah yang sangat rawan akan bencana alam dan hal tersebut sering kali memutus pasokan listrik maka diperlunya sumber energi alterternatif berupa energi baru terbarukan yang sederhana dan mudah didapatkan. Pada penelitian ini memanfaatkan perbedaan rentang suhu yang akan menghasilkan listrik yang mana perbedaan suhu antara kedua bagian adalah sekitar 30 derajat celcius dengan rentang maksimal hingga 100 derajat celcius. Sehingga apabila bagian Hot Side bersuhu 45 derajat C maka Cool Side akan bersuhu sekitar 15 derajat C. Jadi semakin dingin Hot Side maka Cold Side akan semakin dingin pula dan bisa sampai dibawah 0 derajat C Setelah dilkukan pengujian diketahui bahwa tegangan dari generator thermoelectric yang dihasilkan tidak dapat di naikan (boost) yang akan menyebabkan kehikangan tegangan karena tegangan tertinggi yamg dihasilkan dari pengujian adalah 3,0V maka hanya bisa digunakan untuk menyalakan lampu LED dan tidak sanggup untuk melakukan charging smartphone.

Abstract. Students should receive educational services according to their talents, interests, and abilities. Therefore, a learning system should accommodate fast, normal, and slow learners. This study aims to identify the perspective of teachers and second graders on the application of the Credit System in Yogyakarta secondary schools, the constraints, as well as strategies in implementing the Credit System. The study is phenomenological research. The data was collected using interviews and focus group discussion results. The participants were students and teachers who carried out the Credit System for learning mathematics. The data analysis was done using the Bogdan & Biklen approach. The results of the study show that teachers and students still find difficulty carrying out credit systems. The causes of these students' perspectives are that students are not used to learning independently and teachers are still confused about doing Credit Systems learning to serve all types of students. The strategy of this challenge is to add hours to types of fast learner and teachers make modules that are easy to understand for all types of learner. This IoT-based human blood type identification tool was created to make data storage easier after testing blood types in big quantities. so that no re-checking is required. A 3.7v lithium battery and a dc boost converter / step-up 5, Arduino UNO, 16x2 LCD, LDR, LED, and WiFi Module ESP8266-01 are among the components used to make a blood type detector. The data from the LDR sensor output is sent via the ESP8266-01 WiFi module, which is connected to the internet network. It will then be transferred to the container page over a WiFi network that is connected to a computer.The data is stored in a PHP database and then shown as a table on the website.

Objective: To evaluate the intraoperative and post-operative benefits of the supraorbital keyhole approach for anterior circulation aneurysm surgery. Study Design: Cross-sectional analytical study Place and Duration of Study: Neurosurgery Department, Combined Military Hospital (CMH), Rawalpindi Pakistan, from Mar 2021 to Apr 2022. Methodology: Forty patients came for anterior circulation aneurysm surgery during the above said period in the hospital who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study. Ambulation time against all patients was 24 hours. Patients were treated with clipping. After surgery, patients were followed till the resolution of complications. Results: Of 40 cases, 21(52.5%) were males, and 19(47.5%) were females. The average age of the patients was 51.97±9.73 years. The aneurysm location of patients was not associated with the gender of the patient, with a p-value of 0.115. Similarly, the average age of the patient was not significantly different for the patients' aneurysms location with a p-value of 0.106. Satisfaction appearance was claimed in all 40(100%) cases after surgery. The research study showed no complications in 18(45%) patients out of 40 after treatment, with a p-value of 0.041. Conclusion: Supraorbital keyhole approach for anterior circulation aneurysm surgery is better regarding intraoperative tissue trauma and post-operative cosmetic outcome. The patient and all post-operative complications will be cured within six months after surgery.

Objective: To study the benefits of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring during the resection of posterior fossa lesions. Study Design: Cross-sectional study. Place and Duration of Study: Department of Neurosurgery, Combined Military Hospital (CMH), Rawalpindi Pakistan, from Apr 2020 to Mar 2022. Methodology: One hundred and sixty-nine diagnosed posterior fossa lesions, including cerebellopontine angle tumours, were included. The chi-square test was used to test the association of new neurological deficits among different pathologies. In addition, the sensitivity and specificity of IONM were also calculated for risk identification of new neurological deficits. Results: The mean age of the patients was 35.75±9.31 years. No clinical signs and symptoms were associated with the new neurological deficit (p-value> 0.05). The majority (72.8%) of the surgeries were declared successful, as only 46(27.2%) surgery outcome was “Poor”. The sensitivity of the IONM monitoring was 51.61%, specificity 68.42%, positive predictive value 66.67% and negative predictive value 53.61%. Conclusion: Intraoperative neuro-monitoring plays a vital role in obtaining successful results in posterior fossa surgeries because the prevalence of neurological deficits in the posterior fossa lesions was very high compared to the other surgeries. Numerical investigation facilitates the development and exploitation phase of a coal mine, incorporating geological settings by forecasting the overall stability. This study proposes a generalized numerical simulation calibration approach to predict potential geotechnical hazards in an explored coal mine, focusing on the Khalashpir coal basin in Bangladesh. This research investigates the feasibility of initiating mining at the central block, which is associated with major faults by the finite element method (FEM), which is a valuable tool for understanding the variations of stress distribution in the rock mass. The study verifies the findings of the FEM by further assessing the seam convergence, vertical stress, and strain safety factor using the boundary element method (BEM), which involves numerical discretization in a reduced spatial dimension. The results illustrate that there will be significant displacements in the formation, which infer subsidence and increase vastly along the fault lines. This numerical investigation approach provides essential insights for future research concerning newly explored coal mines, particularly ones in the Gondwana basin.

ULP Lubuk Sikaping has two main sources to supply its working area, namely from the Padang Luar Substation (GI) and GI Simpang Empat. Along with the increasing use of electricity in its working area, the main problem faced by the ULP Lubuk Sikaping at this time is the voltage drop at the Rao Substation (GH) which is the farthest GH in the ULP Lubuk Sikaping working area. Due to the increase in the use of electricity while there is no addition to the source, GH Rao as the most remote area will experience the largest voltage drop. Moreover, when there is a disturbance in one of the main sources, at the Peak Load Time (WPB) ULP Lubuk Sikaping experiences a very large voltage drop and must release a load of 90 Ampere. This greatly affects the sale of electrical energy at ULP Lubuk Sikaping. There are several ways to overcome this problem, the first is the construction of a substation at ULP Lubuk Sikaping, but because the construction of a substation requires a large amount of money and takes a long time, the right step to be taken is the interconnection of Rao-Kota Nopan (ROPAN).

CCTV sangat berguna bagi rumah, kantor, perusahaan, bahkan jalanan umumpun banyak menggunakan CCTV sebagai alat control keamanan jarak jauh. Teknologi CCTV membantu kita dalam mengontrol keamanan dengan jarak jauh dan merekam kejadian – kejadian yang tidak dapat kita control selama 24jam. Pada umumnya CCTV terhubung pada PC sebagai monitoring. Untuk mempermudah mengontrol CCTV tanpa menggunakan PC maka Pada penelitian ini dibuatlah system pengendali CCTV berbasis node MCU dan monitoring menggunakan smartphone android yang bekerja saat akan mengaktifkan kamera maka perlu menekan tombol ON pada android. Jika ingin menggerakan CCTV maka tekan tombol kanan dan kiri yang ada pada android agar bisa mengearahkan CCTV kea rah yang diinginkan, jika saat sedang mengontrol kadaan sekitar dan terdapat object yang mencurigakan seperti maling, tekan tombol buzzer pada android yang mana berguna untuk menakuti object tersebut, dan untuk mematikan CCTV tekan tombol OOF pada android. System ini di buat menggunakan NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai pusat control, motor servo sebagai menggerak CCTV, Buzzer 12V D3cm (KIB18) sebagai alarm untuk menakuti object yang mencurigakan, dan android digunakan sebagai interface antara pengguna dan alat sekaligus monitoring. System ini dibuat dengan menghubungkan kamera dan motor servo dengan pin input NodeMCU ESP8266.

Susut energi adalah energi yang tidak tersalurkan dari gardu induk kepada konsumen dan menyebabkan kerugian penjualan bagi PT. PLN (persero). Salah satu penyebab kerugian ini adalah anomali pemakaian energi terutama pada pelanggan prioritas dengan daya 16.500 VA keatas, sehingga jumlah yang dibayar pelanggan dengan energi yang digunakan tidak seimbang. Oleh sebab itu dilakukan upaya penurunan susut non teknis tersebut mengunakan sistem AMR (Automatic Meter Reading). Ketidaknormalan pengukuran energi pada pelanggan prioritas dengan sistem AMR dapat dilihat dari diagram fasornya yang menunjukan tegangan phasa S tidak terukur dan bernilai 0 yang disebabkan oleh error pada sistem pengukuran tegangan kWh meternya, sehingga dilakukan pengantian kWh untuk menghindari kerugian yang tidak tercatat oleh sistem AMR. Selain itu juga dapat diketahui dengan menganalisa tagihan rekening listrik yang menurun setiap bulannya. Dari penelitian yang telah penulis lakukan, terdapat 1 pelanggan prioritas dengan daya 16.500 VA yang mengalami kelainan dalam pengunaan energi listrik yang disebabkan oleh kerusakan kWh sehingga tidak dapat mengukur arus. Pelanggan yang mengalami hal ini adalah pelanggan dengan ID Pel 132541280395. Tagihan susulan yang didapat adalah sebesar 811.669 kWh atau dirupiahkan sebesar Rp. 11.909.456.

Setiap gedung yang memiliki instalasi listrik baik untuk penerangan serta labor komputer dan perangkat elektronik harus memiliki dan terkoneksi dengan sistem pembumian. Sistem pembumian ini bertujuan agar manusia ,instalasi listrik, peralatan listrik dan komputer pada bangunan tersebut dapat terhindar dari bahaya konsleting listrik yang disebabkan oleh adanya sambaran petir. Menurut standar peraturan umum instalasi listrik (PUIL) untuk mengindari bahaya sambaran petir pada sebuah gedung dibutuhkan nilai resistansi petanahannya < 1Ω.Beberapa faktor yang memperngaruhi nilai sistem pentanahan diantaranya jumlah batang elektroda yang ditanam, kedalaman menanam elektroda ,jarak antar elektroda yang ditanam, kondisi jenis tanah dan ukuran batang elektroda. Pada pengukuran nilai tahanan grounding di Gedung Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Padang menggunakan elektroda batang dengan diameter 5/8 inch atau 0,0158 m didapatkan nilai hasil pentanahannya sebesar 27,5 ohm dengan kedalaman elektroda 0,5 meter dan pada kedalaman 1 meter didapatkan nilai pentanahan sebesar 16,21 ohm. Untuk mendapatkan nilai tahanan grounding yang sesuai dengan standar peraturan umum instalasi listrik (PUIL) yaitu < 1Ω maka dilakukan analisa dan perhitungan dari nilai resistansi tanah yang telah di ukur dan didapatkan hasil perancangan sistem grounding di gedung Fakultas Ekonomi dirancang dengan metodhe multi rod dengan memasang tiga buah elektroda batang secara paralel pada kedalaman 8 meter..

As a result, every building requires an adequate supply of electricityoto beeableoto meet the needspof lighting or its mechanicalpproduction, therefore we should assist the state in using electrical energy wisely, namely by usinggit when it isineeded and notousing itowhen it is not needed, such as using room lighting when it is needed. This is small thing that is often underestimated by the community but haspa huge impact on wasting Electrical Energy, based on these problems, we created an automatic lighting system withothe aimpof beingoable tophelp use when needed, this tool was made using Arduino Uno as an automation center, and sensors PIR (Passive Infra Red) as a detector of the presence of room users, so that when a room user iskdetected by a PIR (Passive Infra Red) sensor, the lights in the room will turn on automatically and after five minutes ifothe sensorldoes notjdetect the presence of theiuser, room lights willoturn off automatically, so we hope this tool can help the community in energy saving efforts.

Di Indonesia sepeda motor menjadi sarana transportasi yang umum di gunakan oleh banyak orang, karena harganya yang terjangkau dan efisien digunakan untuk aktifitas sehari-hari. Seiring peningkatan jumlah sepeda motor yang begitu pesat menyebabkan kasus pencurian juga mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan kasus pencurian disebabkan karena kurangnya sistem keamanan yang terdapat pada sepeda motor dan kelalaian dari pemilik sepeda motor tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan membahas Sistem Pengaman Sepeda Motor Menggunakana Aplikasi Blynk berbasis NodeMCU ESP8266 yang bertujuan untuk mengamankan sepeda motor dari tindakan pencurian. Alat ini dapat mengontrol sepeda motor yang meliputi kunci kontak, starter, koil, serta alarm yang dilakukan dari jarak dekat maupun jarak jauh. Alat ini juga digunakan untuk memonitoring sepeda motor melalui Maps pada aplikasi blynk dan harus tersambung ke jaringan internet. Sistem pengaman ini terdiri dari beberapa perangkat keras yang meliputi NodeMCU ESP8266, Sensor getaran, GPS, Relay, serta RTC dan perangkat lunak Arduino IDE dan aplikasi Blynk. Alat ini dapat mempermudah pemilik sepeda motor mengontrol dan mencari keberadaan sepeda motor apabila terjadi kasus pencurian.

Electricity is an irreplaceable part of people's lives, almost all human activities, both in households, offices, and industry. However, in some areas that have not been reached by the Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) , other sources of electrical energy are needed and one solution is to use solar energy which can later be used for daily life, one of which is to turn on the water pump. Based on this problem, the authors made an automatic control system for a solar cell powered DC water pump, where Solar Cell is useful for converting solar energy into electrical energy and in the solar power generation system the method is used Internet Of Thing (IOT), then by using the Pulse With Modulation). In using the monitoring system, we can see the height and volume of the water and display it on the device or application on Android, so that the pump can automatically turn off with the HC-SR04 Ultrasonic sensor to detect value of water level and water volume In the charging system, it can also be seen that the battery charging value is 12.81V, which of course is greater than the value Accumulator so that charging occurs.

With the increase in the integration of renewable energy resources in the grid and ongoing growth in load demand worldwide, existing transmission lines are operating near their loading limits which may experience voltage collapse in a small disturbance. System stability and security can be improved when the closeness of the system to collapse is known. In this research, voltage stability of IEEE 30 bus test network is analyzed and assessed under continuously increasing load condition, utilizing the Critical Boundary Index (CBI); and improved with continuous integration of battery energy storage system (BESS). BESS is considered to be a hybrid combination of storage units and voltage source converter to have a controllable real and reactive power output. Security constraint optimal power flow is utilized for optimally sizing the installed BESS. It is evident from the outcome of the research that the voltage stability of the system is controlled to be above the acceptable range of 0.3 pu CBI in all lines and the system voltage is kept within the acceptable and constrained range of 0.9–1.1 pu.
