ObjectiveTo investigate the contamination status of Staphylococcus aureus in food and the presence of enterotoxin genes in Jiading District, Shanghai, and to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of foodborne Staphylococcus aureus disease.MethodsFrom 2021 to 2023, 15 types of food were sampled for S. aureus testing, and the presence of five enterotoxin genes, including sea⁃see, was tested in the strains.ResultsOut of 705 food samples, 88 (12.48%) were positive for S. aureus. S. aureus was detected in 12 of the 15 food types, with the three food types with the highest positive rates being cold noodles (45.00%), raw poultry (26.25%), and vegetable salads (20.00%). The enterotoxin gene carriage rate was 32.95% in food strains. The carriage rates for sea, seb, and sec were 7.95%, 12.50%, and 14.77%, respectively. Neither sed nor see was detected. The detection rate of strains carrying two types of enterotoxin genes was 2.27%. The enterotoxin carriage rates in strains from vegetables, beverages, and raw meat were 57.14%, 40.00%, and 30.00%, respectively.ConclusionThe S. aureus detection rate in food in Jiading District is much higher than the national average. The enterotoxin gene carriage rates are high, with food strains carrying sea, seb, and sec, with sec being the most prevalent. There is a need to enhance monitoring of S. aureus and enterotoxins, especially in high-risk foods such as noodles, vegetables, and non-packaged beverages.

Scenarios such as tidal passenger flow, instantaneous large passenger flow, and mixed operation demand an increasing number of autonomous-rail rapid trams (ART) to increase passenger capacity. However, traditional mechanical physical coupling proves too cumbersome for convenient adjustments. This paper proposes a virtual coupling concept and system architecture for autonomous-rail rapid trams as a solution. This study developed a safe braking model and collaborative control model, in addition to establishing a collaborative planning objective function and constraints. Real-time calculations of speeds, accelerations and traction/braking force percentages for the following ART were conducted under the condition of maintaining the minimum safe distance. Simulations and experiments conducted with real trams demonstrated distances between the trams of less than 5 m, arrival time differences of less than 3 s, parking time differences between the leading and following trams of less than 0.5 s, jerks of the following tram not exceeding 0.4 m/ s3, as well as seamless switching between traction and braking during the operation of virtually coupled trams at 45 km/h. These results underscored the effectiveness of the proposed system in facilitating punctual, precise, comfortable and energy-efficient operation of virtually coupled trams. This research lays a solid foundation for potential future applications of virtually coupled ARTs at scale.

The virtual coupling technology of urban rail trains offers an effective solution to unbalanced temporal and spatial distribution of passenger flow. Based on the key requirements for urban rail trains, namely punctuality, comfort and sufficient time for platform operations, this study proposed a cooperative speed planning algorithm for virtual coupling, featuring information centralized decision-making, following an investigation into train traction and braking characteristics, vehicle kinematics and dynamics models. This algorithm was further devised to incorporate constraint conditions, objective functions, and optimal solutions, and then used to calculate the planning sequence of displacements, speeds, accelerations, traction or braking forces, jerks and operating conditions during the operation of two coupled trains over time. In subsequent field experiments, the arrival time differences of the coupled trains were less than 3 s, stopping time differences between the preceding and following trains were less than 2 s, jerks were maintained at less than 0.1 m/s3, and smooth switching was achieved between traction and braking conditions, demonstrating the efficacy of the proposed algorithm in facilitating safe, punctual, comfortable and efficient operation of coupled trains. The study outcomes lay a solid foundation for future engineering applications.

Abstract The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of plate augmentation and hybrid bone grafting for treating atrophic nonunion of the femur with original intramedullary nail retained in situ.In this study, 36 patients with atrophic nonunion of the femur who underwent surgery using the technique of plate augmentation and a hybrid bone grafting while retaining the original intramedullary nail in situ in Xi’an Honghui Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were enrolled. 28 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were ultimately included in the study. These 28 patients, consisting of 20 males and 8 females with a mean age of 38 years, were evaluated based on factors such as operation time, intraoperative blood loss, the average hospitalization days. Additionally, the results and function of these patients were evaluated by union time, Wu’s scores of limb function and incidence of serious complications.All 28 patients achieved bone union at the 12 month follow-up, with an average follow-up time of 14.6 ± 4.2 months.The average operation time was 68.3 ± 11.2 min, and the average intraoperative blood loss was 140 ± 22.6 ml. Patients were hospitalized for an average of 5.8 ± 1.1 days. Full clinical and radiological bone union was achieved on average at 5.1 ± 1.9 months. The mean value of Wu's scores at the 12 month follow-up was significantly higher than before the operation. Limb function was excellent in 27 patients and good in one patient at the 12 month follow-up. However, five patients experienced the lower limb vein thrombosis, including one deep vein thrombosis and four lower limb intermuscular vein thromboses. One patient had a superficial infections of the surgical incision site, while three patients reported pain and numbness where their iliac bone graft was extracted at the 12 month follow-up. The technique of plate augmentation and hybrid bone grafting, combined with retaining the original intramedullary nail in situ has been shown to be a safe, effective, simply and standardizable practice for treating atrophic femoral nonunion with an intact original IMN fixation.

To meet the demand for networked operation and accommodate tidal passenger flow resulting from the expanded applications, autonomous-rail rapid trams have significantly increased their transport capacity. However, this increased capacity has also brought pressure to traffic congestion. Aimed to improve the road traffic rate of autonomous-rail rapid transit (ART) and ease traffic congestion, this paper proposes a "virtual coupling" control system that uses a bidirectional information flow topology for autonomous-rail rapid tram, by drawing on concepts from the cooperative adaptive cruise control (CACC) in automobiles and train virtual coupling. A safe braking model of autonomous-rail rapid tram is initiatively used to derive the minimum space headway for operation safety between coupled formations, and the collaborative planning and MPC-based collaborative control algorithms utilizing an optimal control approach are applied to guarantee the safe, punctual, comfortable, and efficient operation of coupled formations. The simulation results demonstrate that the system proposed in this paper can enable autonomous-rail rapid tram to be virtually coupled at space headway less than 10 m within a speed range of 0 to 60 km/h, thus effectually promoting the transport capacity and operational efficiency of ART.

ObjectiveTo investigate the contamination status， serotype distribution and drug resistance of Salmonella in retail poultry in Jiading District， Shanghai.MethodsFour types of poultry （chicken， duck， goose and pigeon） have been sampled from commercial markets. Salmonella contamination has been isolated and identified using serotype analysis. Furthermore， resistance of isolated Salmonella strains towards 16 commonly used antibiotics has been determined.ResultsA total of 60 Salmonella strains were isolated from 80 poultry samples. The detection rates of Salmonella in pigeon， goose， duck and chicken were 86.67%， 81.82%， 72.73% and 59.38%， respectively. Contamination status has been categorized by storage conditions. Lowest detection rate （65.63%） has been noted in poultry samples under refrigeration storage. The majority serotypes of Salmonella have been revealed as Salmonella typhimurium， Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella corvallis. Relatively higher drug resistance was discovered with tetracycline， nalidixic acid， ampicillin and chloramphenicol， with drug resistance rate of 60.00%， 58.33%， 50.00% and 48.33%， respectively. Low drug resistance was revealed with cefotaxime. In addition， these Salmonella strains were completely sensitive to imipenem. Significant difference in drug resistance was identified across the types of poultry or Salmonella serotypes. The 11.67% of Salmonella strains were non-resistant to any tested drugs. Multi-drug resistant strains accounted for 46.67% of isolated strains， which were resistant to 13 different antibiotics. Ampicillin-tetracycline or chloramphenirol-cefazolin drug resistance pattern suggested that the Salmonella strain was multi-drug resistant.ConclusionSalmonella contamination remains high in retail poultry in Jiading District， Shanghai. Drug resistance to antibiotics is increasing. Therefore， monitoring and control of Salmonella should be strengthened.

Xili reservoir is one of the most important drinking water reservoirs in southeast China, ensuring the safety of water supply in Shenzhen city. Understanding the water balance in the reservoir system under climate change and human activities is essential for making optimal water use planning. To assess the water balance of the Xili reservoir system, the water isotope characteristics in rainfall, reservoir water, groundwater, soil, and plant were investigated. The variation of isotope composition in rainfall, reservoir water, and groundwater indicates the different recharging and mixing water sources. A mathematical mass-balance model was established to evaluate the water budget in the Xili reservoir. Roughly 35% of total incoming water was consumed by evaporation, which reminds managers to pay more attention to making scientific planning.

Advanced driving assistance system (ADAS) in autonomous driving vehicles usually obtains local relative positioning information only by identifying lane lines, and how to avoid collisions when there are jumps in lane lines and encountering obstacles is a key technology that ADAS needs to solve urgently. Therefore, this paper proposes a local dynamic trajectory planning method based on relative positioning. First, the grid sampling is performed in the vehicle curve coordinate system, and the candidate path set in the vehicle coordinate system is obtained after coordinate transformation. Then, the path set is filtered through the collision check and evaluation function to obtain the optimal path without collision. Secondly, the maximum planning speed is adaptively adjusted according to the curvature and lateral deviation of the optimal path, and the speed curve is obtained by the improved trapezoidal speed planning method. Finally, the speed curve is smoothed by the gradient descent algorithm to avoid sudden acceleration. The simulation and real vehicle test results show that the algorithm adopted in this paper can stably correct deviation, avoid obstacles and follow the car in the local relative positioning scene with curves. In the scenario without obstacles, the maximum lateral deviation of the algorithm in the simulation and real vehicle experiment is reduced by 36.7% and 28.6% respectively, the average lateral acceleration is reduced by 29.6% and 46.4% respectively, and the travelling comfort and vehicle safety are high.

ObjectiveTo investigate the prevalence of Staphylococcus aureus in a hospital in Jiading District， Shanghai， and to determine the enterotoxin gene profiles of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from patients and environment.MethodsSpecimens were collected from environment and patients from a hospital for Staphylococcus aureus isolation and identification. Furthermore， enterotoxin genes （SEA‒SEE） of Staphylococcus aureus were detected.ResultsA total of 54 Staphylococcus aureus strains were isolated from 780 hospital environmental specimens from 2018 to 2021， with a prevalence of 6.92%. In the armrests in the wards， patient’s pillows/quilts， and bedside cupboards， the prevalence was determined to be 20.00%， 20.00% and 16.67%， respectively. In contrast， in the computer’s mouse and keyboard and work clothes of physicians and nurses， the prevalence was 17.42% and 16.67%， respectively. Meanwhile， from 2018 to 2021， a total of 75 strains were collected from patients， of which 36.00%， 14.67% and 14.67% were from the departments of intensive care medicine （ICU）， neurosurgery and orthopedics， respectively. The prevalence of Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin genes were 48.15% and 61.33% in the environment and patients， respectively. Furthermore， the prevalence of SEA， SEB， SEC， SED， and SEE genes were 14.67%， 41.33%， 9.33%， 1.33%， 1.33% in patients， respectively ， whereas 20.37%， 25.93%， 1.85 %， 1.85% and 0% in environmental specimens， respectively. In the environmental specimens isolated from comprehensive ICU， the prevalence of enterotoxin genes was 77.27%. In the patient's specimens， Staphylococcus aureus was mostly isolated in sputum. Additionally， the prevalence of enterotoxin genes was high in the patients of departments of respiratory medicine， ICU， and orthopedics.ConclusionPrevalence of Staphylococcus aureus remains moderate in the hospital environment. Enterotoxin genes of Staphylococcus aureus are common， with seb gene as the most common gene， followed by SEA gene. It warrants strengthening the disinfection and control of Staphylococcus aureus in the hospital， especially in the ICU.

ObjectiveTo investigate the contamination status and drug resistance of Campylobacter spp. in poultry sold in Jiading District， Shanghai.MethodsFour types of poultry meats （chickens， ducks， geese and pigeons） were sampled from commercial markets， and potential Campylobacter spp. contamination was isolated and identified. Furthermore， resistance of isolated Campylobacter spp. to 15 commonly used antibiotics was tested.ResultsTotally 29 Campylobacter jejuni strains and 34 Campylobacter. coli were isolated from 236 commercial poultry samples. The most severe contamination of Campylobacter spp. was found in chicken samples， with a detection rate of 34.04%， while the lowest detection rate of Campylobacter spp. was found in duck （19.67%）. Contamination status was categorized with different storage conditions. The lowest detection rate of 6.67% was noted under frozen condition， while highest detection rate of 41.27% was noted under cold storage. Campylobacter jejuni was completely resistant to cefazolin， ciprofloxacin， nalidixic acid and tetracycline， and Campylobacter coli was completely resistant to cefazolin， cefoxitin and nalidixic acid； Campylobacter spp. showed the lowest resistance to imipenem. Multi-drug resistant strains accounted for 100.00% of the isolated strains. 96.83% of the strains were resistant to more than 5 drugs， with the highest number reaching 14 kinds of antibiotics.ConclusionThere is a significant difference in the contamination status and drug resistance of Campylobacter spp. isolated from four types of poultry meats sold in Jiading District， Shanghai， and the drug resistance is serious. It is strongly recommended that the use of antibiotics should be strictly controlled. Freezing can effectively reduce Campylobacter spp. pollution.

The existing coal mine gas extraction anomaly recognition needs to rely on manual assistance to view related data analysis, lacking autonomous and intelligent analysis means. The capability of timely handling of abnormal extraction is weak, and the multi-system linkage control function in case of gas disaster is lacking. The software deployment environment is single, and cross-platform and cross-end application access cannot be realized. In view of the above problems, a set of intelligent control software for whole mine gas extraction based on cross-platform architecture is designed. The software consists of two parts: company side and mine side gas extraction intelligent control software. By adopting technologies such as extraction multi-source data acquisition, extraction drill hole aided design, extraction data analysis, extraction equipment operation and maintenance management, extraction GIS display, extraction fusion control, the global visualization of an extraction system is realized. A comprehensive data display of mine up and down integrated extraction has been formed, and a multi-level data traceability access mechanism has been established. The comprehensive analysis of mathematical and physical characteristics of extraction data, extraction evaluation characteristics, equipment fault characteristics, extraction anomaly characteristics, and borehole trajectory characteristics is realized by constructing thematic data characteristic graph. In case of abnormal extraction, the software will automatically link with the broadcasting system to inform the evacuation personnel in the dangerous area of gas emission. At the same time, the software will link the ventilation monitoring system to strengthen the ventilation in the abnormal area. The software automatically pushes the abnormal alarm message to the relevant person in charge through the message push strategy, so as to solve the extraction problem in a timely and rapid manner. The Docker technology is adopted to realize the cross-platform design of the software. The SQL Server database and Web terminal application are deployed in the Docker environment. Native HTML technology combined with responsive layout style is adopted to realize multi-terminal access such as HTML webpage, mobile APP and WeChat applet. The field application results show that the software can meet the access needs of two levels of users of the group company and mine. The software effectively improves the efficiency of mine extraction, and enhances the capability of mine in gas extraction evaluation, extraction abnormal disposal and extraction utilization. The software reduces the occurrence rate of mine gas abnormal accidents.

Soil-water characteristic curve (SWCC) plays an important role in defining the hydro-mechanical behavior of unsaturated soils. Biochar has the properties of porous structure, high specific surface area and high adsorption. The hydraulic characteristics of biochar-amended soil may change due to the influence of natural environmental factors when applied as the cover layer of landfills. In order to study the effect of biochar content on the water retention behavior of biochar-clay mixture in full suction range, the suction of samples was controlled by vapor equilibrium technique (suction range 3–368 MPa), filter paper method (suction range 0–40 MPa) and pressure plate method (suction range 0–1.5 MPa), and the water content and saturation degree of samples after suction equilibrium were determined. The soil-water characteristic curve of biochar-clay mixtures was obtained in the full suction range. The results showed that: (1) The soil-water characteristic curve in the full suction range of biochar-clay mixtures was effectively expressed by the three suction testing methods. (2) Biochar can affect the water retention behavior of clay, but within a certain range of suction, the water retention behavior of biochar-clay mixtures was also related to the pore structure and the morphology of water in the pores. (3) As measured by the pressure plate method, the air intake value of samples decreased as the biochar content increased. When the suction value was less than the air intake value, a horizontal section appeared in the curve, and the samples were always in the saturated state. The greater the content of biochar, the better the water retention of the sample. (4) The relationship between the water retention capacity of biochar-amended clay and biochar content was explained by the microscopic structure of the biochar-clay mixture and the distribution form of biochar in clay.

Abstract Background Intravenous thrombolysis (IVT) in acute ischemic stroke (AIS) is a time‐dependent treatment with a narrow therapeutic time window, in which the time delay could result from the deadline effect. Methods One hospital‐based cohort was recruited to detect the factors contributing to the deadline effect, where patients with the deadline effect were defined as those who were presented with the onset‐to‐door time (ODT) in the first 50%, while the door‐to‐needle time (DNT) was in the last quartile. DNT (in‐hospital delay) was further subdivided into several time intervals [door‐to‐examination time (DET), door‐to‐imaging time (DIT), door‐to‐laboratory time (DLT), and decision‐making time (DMT) of the patients or their proxies. Results A total of 186 IVT cases were enrolled, of which 17.2% (32/186) suffered a delay of the deadline effect. The median age was 66 years, and 35.5% were female. Baseline characteristics were similar between the two groups (all p > .05). For the comparisons of the time intervals, DIT (26 versus 15 min, p = .001) was significantly longer in the group with deadline effect, while the differences of DET, DLT, DMT, and ONT did not reach statistical significance (all p > .05). ObjectiveTo investigate the contamination situation， serotype distribution and drug resistance of salmonella in poultry sold in Jiading District， Shanghai.MethodsBetween 2019 and 2020， four types of poultry meat （chicken， duck， goose and pigeon） were sampled from markets， and potential salmonella contamination was isolated and identified via serotyping. Furthermore， resistance detection of isolated salmonella to 13 commonly-used antibiotics was conducted.ResultsA total of 32 salmonella strains were isolated from 156 commercial poultry samples. No salmonella was identified in pigeon samples， while the most severe contamination was detected in goose samples， with a detection rate of 28.00%. Contamination situation was categorized with different storage conditions. The lowest detection rate of 12.90% was noted under cold storage， while the highest rate of 26.67% was detected under frozen condition. The major serotypes of salmonella were Salmonella typhimurium， Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella Argonne. Relatively higher drug resistance was detected with nalidixic acid and tetracycline， with drug resistance rate of 59.38% and 40.63%， respectively. Low drug resistance was detected with cephalosporins， and no drug resistance was detected with imipenem. Significant difference in drug resistance was noted in the serotype of Salmonella isolated from meat of chicken， duck and goose. Three major salmonella strains had different drug resistance. 21.88% （7/32） of salmonella strains were non-resistant to any tested drugs. Multi-drug resistant strains accounted for 31.25% （10/32） of the isolated strains. At most， salmonella was resistant to 11 kinds of different antibiotics.ConclusionThere is a significant difference in the contamination situation and drug resistance of Salmonella isolated from four types of poultry meat sold in Jiading District， Shanghai. It is strongly recommended that different supervision strategies and management upon classification be implemented.

Cancer is a form of inflammation, which is different from common inflammation in that it is uncontrollable and difficult to identify pathogenic microorganisms. Most tumors are related to specific pathogenic microorganisms, especially viral infections. The relationship between gliomas and human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection has been debated for decades. This article puts forward the author’s own point of view as an interpretation on the basis of objectively expounding the positive and negative points of view, and put forward a further solution to the dispute, for clinical reference.

Nowadays, the third energy revolution has taken place. Many developed countries have formulated clean energy development strategies and announced the time for phasing out thermal and nuclear power to reduce carbon emissions. Meanwhile, China has made a commitment to the world that the carbon emissions of China will peak before 2030, and the carbon neutrality will be achieved before 2060. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the development pathway of clean electricity of China. The reserves and characteristics of clean energy such as hydro, wind, and solar in China are analyzed. The medium and long-term power demand of China is projected, and the power system structure in 2030 and 2050 are respectively estimated based on the electric power and energy balance equations. In addition, the trend of carbon emissions is also analyzed. Some suggestions are proposed to guide the development of China’s clean electricity. The results indicate that the “carbon peaking” of China’s power system would arrive in 2027, and the clean electricity of China is projected to exceed 50% of the total energy production in 2030. Thermal and nuclear power can be replaced by clean electricity such as hydro, wind, and solar energy in 2050, the power industry will achieve “zero CO2 emission”, and the transformation of the green power system will be achieved in response to carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.

An air–ground collaborative multi-modal intelligent robot system can adapt to air and ground environments, has multimodal characteristic and advanced intelligence, and is able to complete complex tasks. The system has broad application prospects in various fields of society and is a new driving force for global technological, social, and economic development. Considering the major demand for developing the air–ground collaborative multi-modal intelligent robot system in China, this study comprehensively analyzes the development status of the system in China and abroad and the existing problems in China. China currently lags behind the international advanced level in terms of the air–ground collaborative intelligent robot system development; however, it still has the opportunity to achieve the advanced level as the system is still developing in its infancy in countries worldwide. The system involves theories, key technologies, core components and units, platforms, system equipment, and system applications and aims to build related technical system, core component industry system, intelligent robot equipment system, and social applications. Moreover, we propose the development layout, roadmap, and suggestions for the development of the system. Research shows that the air–ground collaborative multi-modal intelligent robot system can be integrated into the future smart society in all aspects and be applied to fields such as smart medical, education, housing, transportation, and manufacturing, to contribute to the national economy and people’s livelihood.

The strain technology is accelerating the progress on the CMOS compatible Ge-on-Si laser source. Here, we report a monolithically integrated microbridge-based emitting-detecting configuration, equipped with lateral p–i–n junctions, waveguide and gratings. The operating wavelength range of the emitting bridge and the detecting bridge are matched through the designed same dimensions of the two microbridges, as well as the strain. Strain-enhanced spontaneous emission and the effect of spectra red-shifting on low-loss transmission of on-chip light are discussed. Temperature dependence experiments reveal that in devices with highly strain-enhanced structure, the strain variation can offset the effect of electron thermalization, so that the performance of the device remains stable when temperature changes around room temperature.

In order to study the effects of particle size and gluten content on the starch digestibility of noodles in vitro， 0%， 5% and 10% of gluten were added into wheat flour with different particle size to make Chinese noodles， and noodles with large and small particles were separated after drying and grinding. The morphology， structural thermal properties and in vitro starch digestion properties of noodle samples were investigated. The results showed that with the increase of gluten content in noodle samples， the surface smoothness and gelatinization temperatures were increased， while the enthalpy values were decreased， and the area of gluten network formed in the noodles after cooking were increased. The in vitro digestion kinetics results showed that the starch digestion extent was decreased with the decreasing of flour size or the increasing of gluten content.

Objective To evaluate and compare the efficacy and safety of different managements for women with cesarean scar pregnancy based on a ultrasonographic scoring system. Methods A total of 299 pregnant women with cesarean scar undergoing delivery surgeries in our department from November 2018 to December 2019 were recruited retrospectively. According to the preoperative results of the ultrasonographic scoring system, they were divided into low-risk group (score ≤4) and high-risk group (score > 4). The patients in the low-risk group were treated with ultrasound-guided curettage. And those of the other group were treated with uterine artery embolization and ultrasound-guided curettage. The basic information, perioperative data and postoperative follow-up data of the patients were collected and analyzed. Results There was no statistical difference in the amount of intraoperative blood loss between the 2 groups (P > 0.05), neither the incidence of secondary uterine artery embolization between them (P > 0.05). But significant difference was found in the incidence of secondary laparoscopic procedure for removing scar tissues between the 2 groups (P < 0.05). What's more, there were obvious differences in the length of hospital stay and total cost, the time of postoperative serum β-HCG level dropping to normal, the time of disappearance of the abnormal echoes in the lower segment of the uterus, and the restoration of normal menstruation between the 2 groups (P < 0.05). However, there was no statistical significance of the outcome of the second pregnancy between them after treatment. The polyandrous mating behavior of the honeybee queen increases the genetic variability among her worker offspring and the workers of particular subfamilies tend to have a genetic predisposition for tasks preference. In this study, we intended to understand whether there is nepotism in dance communication of honeybees during natural conditions. Microsatellite DNA analyses revealed a total of fourteen and twelve subfamilies in two colonies. The subfamily composition of the dancer and the followers did not deviate from random. The majority of the subfamilies did not show kin recognition in dance-recruit communication in honeybee colonies, but some subfamilies showed significant nepotism for workers to follow their super-sister dancer. Because it seems unlikely that honeybee would change the tendency to follow dancers due to the degree of relatedness, we conclude that honeybees randomly follow a dancer in order to e benefit colony gain and development.

The surface of EA4T steel was repaired by ultrasonic vibration assisted laser cladding.The influence of ultrasonic vibration on the forming quality, microstructure and phase composition of laser cladding of EA4T steel were compared and analyzed by optical microscopy (OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X ray diffraction(XRD),and the microhardness of the cladding layer and matrix was tested by microhardness tester.The results show that the cladding forming quality is improved, and the dendritic structure with strong original orientation is broken under the effect of ultrasonic vibration,which reduces the segregation of dendrites within the cladding layer.At the same time,ultrasonic vibration refined grain, promotes the precipitation of Cr23C6 carbide on the dendrites, but it does not change the phase composition of cladding layer.Compared with that without ultrasonic vibration applied,the microhardness distribution of cladding layer is more uniform under the ultrasonic vibration, the average microhardness of cladding layer is increased by 126.2HV0.2,and the average microhardness of heat-affected zone is decreased by 31.2HV0.2.

Meanwhile, an experiment which was based on the outdoor union of an inverter air-conditioner was designed to illustrate the relationship of impedance characteristics of a magnetic toroid and its ability to suppress electromagnetic interference. That is to say, the higher its impedance in the application is, the more it will suppress; furthermore, it needs to be evaluated according to the actual situation in the process of use because of the impedance characteristic difference between the test data and the data supplied by the manufacturer of a magnetic core, which can provide guidance for the rectification of Electromagnetic Compatibility test.

In this article, we propose a method for finding the critical exponent for heat equations in $\alpha$-modulation space $M_{p,q}^{s,\alpha}$. We define an index $\sigma (s,p,q)$, and use it to determine the critical exponent of the heat equation. Then we use this exponent to describe well and ill-posedness of the heat equation in $L^{\infty}([0,T];M_{p,q}^{s,\alpha})$. In some special case our conclusions are sharp. Furthermore, our method may be applied to other evolution equations.

Methods: From February 2014 to December 2016, the authors diagnosed and treated 35 cases of type B ankle fractures. including 23 males and 12 females; with an average age of (43.05±12.480) years. Each patient underwent preoperative assessment: according to the patient’s clinical manifestations and imaging examination, and before the operation and after internal fixation of ankle fracture, the Cotton test and the external rotation test were done in the C arm X-ray, the initial diagnosis whether there is the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury. When the Cotton test and the external rotation test was used, Ankle arthroscopy was used to observe and evaluate whether there is the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury. For patients with the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury, In addition to the internal fixation of the ankle fracture, the TightRope was used to repair the injury. And observation of repair effect by ankle arthroscopy. Results: After internal fixation of ankle fracture, the Cotton test and the external rotation test was performed under the C arm X-ray, there were no the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury in 22 patients. Preoperative CT showed 6 cases of combined the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury, Preoperative MRI showed 13 cases of combined the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury. Extensive instruction tuning of large language models(LLMs) has proven to be a powerful technique, extending the outstanding performance of general LLMs to new tasks. Consequently, the integration of state-of-the-art(SOTA) general open-source models with specific domains leverages instruction tuning to unlock the emerging capabilities of large language models(LLMs) in those domains. Current practices in instruction tuning often rely on expanding the size of the dataset without a clear strategy to ensure data quality. This can inadvertently introduce noise and degrade model performance. Furthermore, there is currently no unified approach for the quantity, quality, and diversity of instruction tuning data, as well as the methods for instruction tuning. As a result, this severely hampers the practicality and universality of instruction tuning.\\ Addressing these issues, we propose a \textbf{UNI}fied \textbf{F}ramework for \textbf{I}nstruction \textbf{T}uning(\textbf{UNIFIT}), namely Concept Tree generation for instruction tuning data, instruction following difficulty selecting data for high-quality instruction tuning, and the incorporation of random noise embeddings(NE) to enhance model performance during tuning. Through experiments involving multiple models, domains, and orders of magnitude, our proposed instruction tuning framework not only enhances the diversity of instruction tuning data but also achieves a remarkable 60\% reduction in training time consumption, with a mere 6\% of all instruction tuning data, surpassing the performance of using all instruction tuning data by 11\%. This universally applicable instruction tuning framework signifies a substantial advancement in the generality of large language model instruction tuning, marking a revolutionary leap forward and promising efficiency gains while being resource-conscious.
