This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with gastric distention of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment and Bian-stone ironing and rubbing therapy. According to the clinical manifestations and syndrome differentiation of the patient, the Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment and Bian-stone ironing and rubbing therapy were used to improve the digestive function of the patient. In addition, routine interventions such as daily living guidance and dietary nursing were carried out to improve the early recovery of the patient.
