With environmental protection awareness increasing, green innovation has become a key way for enterprises to achieve sustainable development. Research trends on employee green behavior are an important basis for formulating green behavior incentive measures and a key foundation for further exploring green innovation. However, due to the large amount of literature on employee green behavior, obtaining research trends directly related to employee green behavior takes time and effort. To solve this problem, this paper takes the relevant published literature on research on employee green behavior from 2009 to 2024 as the research object. It uses CiteSpace software to study the research trends of employee green behavior from the number change analysis of published literature, distribution region analysis of published literature, influence analysis of main authors of published literature, keyword analysis, and high-frequency word analysis. The research results show that the publication of literature on employee green behavior has been steadily increasing since 2018, and the relevant research mainly focuses on the impact of green behavior motivations, green behavior emotional factors, green behavior performance results, green self-energy efficiency, and other aspects on employee green behavior. Based on the research results, further summaries and suggestions are given to provide references for the subsequent related research in this paper.

Cyclodextrin (CD) can form inclusion complexes with the guest molecule through supramolecular interaction, preserving or even enhancing the properties of the guest molecule. Molecular simulation is an important research tool to explore the interaction of CD with the guest molecule, which has been widely used in research on cyclodextrin inclusion reaction. In this paper, a brief overview of molecular simulations including quantum mechanics, molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulation was given, and the basic principles of and mainstream software and commonly used force fields for molecular docking and molecular dynamic simulation were summarized. Moreover, recent progresses on their application in cyclodextrin inclusion research were reviewed from four aspects: characterization of molecular structure changes, characterization of intermolecular interaction, solvent effects and synergistic stabilization. Research results show that the size of the hydrophobic cavity and the initial orientation of the guest within the cavity have very important effects on the structure of guest/cyclodextrin inclusion complexes; van der Waals interactions are the major driving force for the cyclodextrin inclusion reaction, and the formation of intermolecular hydrogen bonds is an important factor for the stability of the inclusion complex. The explicit solvent model is a powerful tool to study the solvent effect of the cyclodextrin inclusion reaction. Finally, the authors believe that molecular simulation will be useful for further investigations of the cyclodextrin inclusion process from the perspectives of multi-scale phenomena and machine learning.

Grain and oil products, the most basic materials for human survival, are subject to various factors such as temperature, moisture, oxygen and microorganisms, triggering a series of biochemical reactions which can cause the generation of off-flavors such as sour and rancid odor. Clarifying the types and formation mechanism of rancid odor compounds and regulating them can help greatly improve the quality of grain and oil products. This article summarizes the key volatile compounds contributing to rancid odor produced during the storage and processing of grain and oil products, and clarifies their formation mechanisms from three aspects: lipid hydrolysis and oxidation, protein oxidative aggregation and the interaction between volatile and non-volatile compounds. Furthermore, the control measures to remove or mask the rancid odor are reviewed. The removal methods mainly include biological breeding and improvement, new storage and preservation technologies, traditional and emerging processing techniques and chemical methods; the masking methods include encapsulation technology based on host-guest interaction, aroma enhancement with exogenous enzymes and the addition of exogenous aroma enhancing ingredients. This paper can provide a theoretical reference and technical support for rancid odor control and flavor quality improvement of grain and oil products.

To predict the workability of community nursing staff and provide corresponding training strategies based on the results. In this study, a nursing staff workability prediction model based on R-GCN-GRU was constructed. In the process of community nursing staff workability feature extraction, the attention mechanism is introduced, combined with the degree of association between the captured nodes of the R-GCN network and the long-term memory capacity of the GRU network, and the model optimization is carried out using the cross-entropy loss function. Finally, the workability of community caregivers in a city in Guangdong Province was predicted to verify the accuracy of the model from multiple perspectives. The results showed that clinical handling ability, keen observation ability, and communication ability were more valued by most caregivers, and their selection rates all reached 98.4%. On the other hand, clinical research, organizational management, and innovation abilities were relatively low. In the ability prediction of individual characteristics, the highest income personnel’s working ability was second only to the lowest salary personnel reaching 44.61±6.03. The working ability of older age and higher-position nursing staff, and nursing staff with more than 25 years of service reached 45.62±6.14, 48.30±5.22, and 45.86±5.52, respectively.

Motion capture technology, a developing technique for the quantification of human movement, is progressively revealing its unique significance within the realm of dance. This study introduces a motion capture approach using Kinect sensors to estimate normative dance postures. The sensors capture depth data, allowing for real-time, precise recording of a dancer’s posture. We propose a new method of similarity matching between feature planes to enhance the analysis of human movement postures. Evaluation trials have shown that this method, which focuses on feature plane similarity matching, yields more accurate assessments of movement complexity than traditional 3D model matching techniques. The feature plane matching-based similarity technique achieved the highest pairwise ranking precision, at 80.25%, using the Urban Dance Motion Quality Evaluation dataset. Additionally, it recorded the highest average bilateral ranking accuracy of 78.68% on the BEST dataset. This method has been proven to enhance the stability and efficiency of human posture analysis through its application of feature plane matching.

Cyclodextrin, which has a unique “outer hydrophilic and inner hydrophobic” structure, can be used as an excellent carrier to protect volatile bioactive compounds that are susceptible to oxidative degradation for improved solubility, stability, and bioavailability. In this paper, we summarize the structures and properties of cyclodextrins and elucidate their inclusion mechanism with respect to the interactions between the host cyclodextrins and guest molecules and the factors influencing them including the inclusion reaction between cyclodextrin monomers and guests, the self-assembly behavior of cyclodextrin monomers, and the inclusion mechanism between the supramolecular system formed by this self-assembly behavior and guest molecules. Then, the mechanism for the interface stability of cyclodextrins in the presence and absence of surfactants and the mechanism by which composite emulsifiers formed from the self-assembly of cyclodextrins with a surfactant stabilize guests. Finally, the release mechanism and the kinetic models of sustained release of guest molecules from inclusion complexes of cyclodextrins as well as the factors affecting them are elucidated, and future research prospects of cyclodextrins in the supramolecular field are discussed in order to provide a reference for follow-up research.

Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is a common tumor in the world. Despite the rapid development of medical care, OSCC is also accompanied by high incidence and mortality every year. Therefore, it is still necessary to continuously develop new methods or find new targets to treat OSCC. Previous research showed that scavenger receptor class A member 5 (SCARA5) was one of the potential biomarkers of OSCC, and its expression is significantly low in OSCC. This study aimed to explore the role and related molecular mechanisms of SCARA5 in OSCC. In this study, we found that the SCARA5 expression was lower in CAL-27 and SCC-9 cells than that in human normal oral epithelial keratinocytes. SCARA5 overexpression significantly inhibited cell proliferation and induced apoptosis of CAL-27 and SCC-9 cells. In addition, SCARA5 repressed OSCC cell epithelial–mesenchymal transformation (EMT), evidenced by increased E-cadherin expression and reduced N-cadherin expression. Finally, we found that SCARA5 could suppress STAT3, PI3K, and AKT phosphorylation. Therefore, SCARA5 was related to STAT3 and PI3K/AKT signaling pathways in OSCC. In conclusion, SCARA5 inhibited the proliferation and EMT and induced the apoptosis of OSCC cells through the inhibition of STAT3 and PI3K/AKT signaling pathways, thereby exerting a tumor suppressor effect.

BackgroundIn a tokamak, when fast electrons are deconfined by the tokamak magnetic field constraint and lost to the vacuum wall or limiter, the device may become damaged and the discharge may be affected.PurposeThis study aims to explore the loss behavior of fast electrons during discharge using a diagnostic system based on a ZnS(Ag) scintillator probe for detecting the loss of fast electrons on the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak (EAST).MethodsThe Geant4 simulation program was employed to simulate the interaction between electrons in different initial states and the scintillator probe of the diagnostic system. Firstly, the probe model and the filling material model of stainless steel and ZnS(Ag) coating were established in Geant4. Then, the interaction between electron beam and scintillator probe under different incident conditions (incident energy, angle, scintillator thickness, magnetic field size, etc.) were simulated, and the physical processes were recorded. Finally, the recorded data were accessed by MATLAB programming for analysis.ResultsThe results show that the contribution of secondary electrons and initial electrons to the luminescence intensity of scintillators occupies different dominant energy ranges. The luminescence intensity first increases and then decreases with the increase of incident electron energy, with a peak value around 12 MeV, and the number of emitted photons at oblique incidence is greater than that at vertical incidence. When the electron energy is lower than 4.3 MeV, secondary particles dominate the scintillation, and when the electron energy is higher than 4.3 MeV, primary particles dominate. The thickness of the scintillator has no significant effect on the peak position. After, the luminous intensity is considerably affected by the magnetic field angle and electron pitch angle after adding a magnetic field.ConclusionsThe results of this study contribute to the understanding of the fast electron loss signal detected by the scintillator probe in the EAST experiments, providing a basis for further study of fast electron loss.

Objective: To evaluate value of blood oxygen level-dependent (BOLD) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for early renal hypoxia assessment in chronic kidney disease(CKD). Methods: Fifty-two patients with CKD and 52 age- and sex-matched health volunteers underwent BOLD MRI of the kidneys. Serum creatinine (sCr) levels and estimated GFR (eGFR) were collected. The patients were classified into 5 stages according to the National Kidney Foundation′s Kidney Disease Outcomes Quality Initiative. Difference in R2*s were compared between patients and volunteers and among different stages of CKD. Results: In patients with CKD and volunteers, R2* of renal medulla was higher than that of renal cortex (P0.05). However, medullar R2*s were lower in patients with CKD1 [(16.55 ± 2.12)/s], CKD4 [(16.48 ± 2.95)/s], or CKD5 [(13.99 ± 2.21)/s] than those in volunteers [(18.17± 2.38)/s] (P

BackgroundScintillator-based fast-ion loss detector (FILD) can measure the velocity-space distribution of fast-ion loss and are key in studying the control mechanism of fast-ion loss in nuclear fusion devices.PurposeThis study aims to obtain the velocity-space distribution of fast-ion loss from corresponding FILD data and evaluate the capacity of current FILD probe for the further improvement of diagnostic design.MethodsThe FILDSIM code was employed to establish the linkage between the fast-ion image digitized by FILD and the velocity-space distribution of fast-ion loss. The detection coverage of fast ions on the scintillator was assessed through reverse tracing of the lost fast ions, considering the geometry of the FILD probe as well as the pitch angle and gyroradius of fast ions entering the pinhole of the FILD probe.ResultsThe obtained velocity-space distribution of fast-ion loss under ICRH indicates that the energy of lost fast hydrogen minority ions is above 200 keV. Moreover, analysis shows that the geometry of the probe, particularly the shell behind the scintillator, obstructs the diagnostic detection range, creating a null region on the scintillator.ConclusionsThe acquisition of the velocity-space distribution of fast-ion loss lays the foundation for further evaluation and control of fast-ion loss under ion cyclotron resonance heating. In addition, the investigation of the probe detection range provides a basis for upgrading diagnostic systems.

Objective: We aimed to explore a new method to reverse early relapse in patients with AML1-ETO–positive acute myeloid cell transplantation.Methods: A chidamide-based 3-drug combination regimen was used in our center to treat patients with AML1-ETO–positive AML post transplantation but negative flow cytometry results. A retrospective analysis was performed of the survival rate and possible influencing factors of patients with relapse treated with this regimen in our center from January 2018 to January 2022.Results: The overall response rate was 95.8% (23/24), and the median number of treatment courses was 4 (range, 3–12 courses). The total molecular complete response (MCR) was 79.1% (19/24) after all treatments, and the molecular complete response was 37.5% (9/24) after one cycle of treatment but reached 58.3% (14/24) after four cycles; overall, the proportion of MCR increased gradually with the increase in treatment cycles. The projected 5-year overall survival rate was 73.9%. The projected 5-year leukemia-free survival rate was 64.8%, and the projected 1-year cumulative relapse rate was 35.5%. The incidence of grade II–IV graft-versus-host diseases (GVHD) was 29.2% (7/24), and that of grade III–IV GVHD was 20.8% (5/24), which could be effectively controlled by glucocorticoid therapy combined with calcineurin inhibitors The total incidence of chronic GVHD was 29.2% (7/24), and all cases were localized chronic GVHD. The total infection rate was 33.3% (8/24), mainly involving bacterial and fungal infections, and the incidence of life-threatening infections was 4.17% (1/24). The treatment-related mortality rate was 0%; and the total mortality rate was 20.8% (5/24). Nausea and vomiting, thrombocytopenia, and neutropenia were common adverse reactions, all of which were Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events grade 2–3 events and reversible after drug withdrawal. In terms of immunity, Th1 cell counts gradually increased, Th17 cell counts gradually decreased, and the Th1/Th17 ratio gradually increased after treatment. The CD8+ T lymphocyte count increased gradually, while the CD4+ T lymphocyte count did not change significantly.Conclusion: Our chidamide-based 3-drug combination regimen led to a high remission rate and tolerable adverse reactions in patients with AML1-ETO–positive post-transplant relapse, and most patients can achieve long-term survival with this regimen.

Our previous in vivo study found that resveratrol (Res), which is a phytoalexin, attenuated 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA)-induced motor dysfunction by activating the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B (PI3K/Akt) signaling pathway in rats. Therefore, we further explored the protective effect of Res on 6-OHDA-induced damage to PC12 cells in vitro with respect to the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.

Persistent tapetal cell1 (PTC1) plays a curial role in pollen development, and is thought to function as a transcriptional activator in rice. However, the molecular mechanism of PTC1 in regulating pollen development and its cis-elements are not well understood. We identified a novel weak male sterility mutant (ms92) which exhibited expanded tapetum and shrink pollen grains. Map-based cloning and allelic analysis suggested that the male sterility of ms92 was caused by a DNA fragment substitution in the promoter of PTC1. The decreased expression of MS92/PTC1 in ms92 and cis-element analysis indicated that the substituted sequence contained several potential binding cis-element of negative feedback. MS92/PTC1 was specifically expressed in tapetum and microspores at the young microspore stage, and its protein was localized in nucleus. We further found that MS92/PTC1 functions as a transcription activator by recognizing H3K4me3. Transcriptomic analysis revealed that a number of genes involved in tapetum degeneration and pollen wall formation were down-regulated in ms92, which are the potential targets of MS92/PTC1. The substitution fragment in MS92/PTC1 promoter was essential for pollen development, and we provided a novel mutant for further identifying the cis-elements in promoter and the molecular network of MS92/PTC1.

The electron cyclotron emission (ECE) diagnostic on the experimental advanced superconducting tokamak (EAST) has had a major upgrade since 2020, when EAST heating system also went through a significant upgrade, including one NBI system changed from counter-current to co-current (moving from port F to port D), and the antenna and the installation port of LHW and ICRF system have also been changed. The quasi-optical (QO) antenna of P port ECE system has been redesigned, the main purpose of which is to add one oblique ECE view. The angle with respect to perpendicular to the magnetic field is about 10°, which will facillitate measurement of the electron velocity distribution altered by LHW system. The ellipsoidal mirror has also been moved close to the plasma, about 70 cm away from the plasma center, and the poloidal beam waist radius in the plasma has been optimised to be less than 3 cm. The CECE system has also been moved from port G to port C. The frequency coverage of the CECE system has been upgraded to 104-132 GHz by adding one radio frequency (RF) module. Also in the intermediate frequency (IF) module, 8 narrow-band filters have been added to improve the spacial coverage of the system. On port F, a new superheterodyne radiometer with narrow-band filters in IF module has been installed. It consists of eight channels, the radial coverage is about 8 cm, the main purpose of this new system is to study the fine structure of magnetic island.

In this paper, we investigated the technical problem of the recovery of overlength and heavy load conveying booms of self-unloading ships. A method of folding the conveying boom with a hydraulic-four-bar mechanism is presented, and by using a mathematical model for the optimization of folding velocity stationary with ADAMS software, the optimization data and results were obtained. The multi-objective optimization index is introduced, and the multi-objective optimization problem is discussed. The results of the multi-objective optimization showed that parameters such as angular velocity and the change of angular acceleration of the conveyor boom were optimized. The paper has manufactured the connecting rod mechanism, and developed the self-discharging folding conveyance equipment. Through practical application, we determined that the developed folding conveying equipment had the advantages of smooth movement and high folding efficiency.

Since the last IAEA-FEC in 2021, significant progress on the development of long pulse steady state scenario and its related key physics and technologies have been achieved, including the reproducible 403 s long-pulse steady-state H-mode plasma with pure radio frequency (RF) power heating. A thousand-second time scale (∼1056 s) fully non-inductive plasma with high injected energy up to 1.73 GJ has also been achieved. The EAST operational regime of high βP has been significantly extended (H98y2 > 1.3, βP ∼ 4.0, βN ∼ 2.4 and ne/nGW ∼ 1.0) using RF and neutral beam injection (NBI). The full edge localized mode suppression using the n = 4 resonant magnetic perturbations has been achieved in ITER-like standard type-I ELMy H-mode plasmas with q95 ≈ 3.1 on EAST, extrapolating favorably to the ITER baseline scenario. The sustained large ELM control and stable partial detachment have been achieved with Ne seeding. Under the background of the continuous promotion of the current transmission and distribution price reform, the company's investment strategy is constantly inclined to the distribution network, so it is more important to evaluate the implementation process and effect of its investment. Therefore, on the basis of the current distribution network post evaluation work, it is urgent to adjust the project investment post evaluation index system adaptively, and strengthen its application in investment management, so as to give play to its greater value in the company's investment lean management. Flex fatigue behaviour of plastic optical fibres (POFs) with the diameters of 0.2 and 0.3 mm under different pretensions is measured with fatigue life curve by flexometer. The fatigue sensitivity coefficient is calculated by the linear fitting curve of normalised stress versus logarithm of bending cycles. The residual modulus is investigated during the flex fatigue processes. The results exhibit the exponential relationship between applied pretension and numbers of bending cycles at break. It is indicated that the flex fatigue of POFs might be sensitive with high swing angle or swing speed. There is an evident loss of modulus for two POFs with pretensions of 4 and 10% of ultimate tensile strength during 10-times bending cycles. The values of residual modulus of two POFs almost keep constant after 10-times bending cycles.

CO2 laser treatment can increase the surface roughness of plastic optical fibres (POFs) with the diameter of 0.5 mm and enhance the input intensity and attenuation coefficient accordingly, which is supposed to weaken the side emission of POFs in long distance above 375 mm. TiO2 particles were applied to improve the increasing optical loss of POFs by laser treatment. POFs were first modified with fine TiO2 particles and then treated by CO2 laser with the pixel time from 30 to 120 ìs. The surface morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy to investigate the changes of micro-structure before and after laser treatment and the distribution of TiO2 particles. The illumination intensity and attenuation coefficient were calculated and compared in two methods. It is visible that the evaluation by model LLF2 with two parts is more suitable for the fitting of experimental data and shows higher input intensity and lower attenuation than that by standard power function. Both the evaluation methods exhibit that the utilization of TiO2 particles could play an active role in the enhancement of side emission of POFs treated by CO2 laser.
