In order to study the effect of coal-based kerosene on physical and chemical properties of jet fuel, the coal-based kerosene has been added to jet fuel, and the more than 20 kinds of physical and chemical properties of jet fuel have been tested according to national standard«No.3 jet fuel» (GB 6537). The results show that the physical and chemical properties of jet fuel containing coal-based kerosene meet the requirements of national standard «No. 3 jet fuel» (GB 6537). When the volume content of coal-based kerosene increases, 11 kinds of properties of the jet fuel behave monotonic variation, 13 kinds of properties keep unchanged. It can be seen that jet fuel containing coal-based kerosene still meets the requirements of national standard «No. 3 jet fuel» (GB 6537), whereas the coal-based kerosene has different influence on properties of jet fuel. Camouflaged object detection (COD) is a challenging task, aimed at segmenting objects that are similar in color and texture to their background. Sufficient multi-scale feature fusion is crucial for accurately segmenting object regions. However, most methods usually focus on information compensation, overlooking the difference between features, which is important for distinguishing the object from the background. To this end, we propose the cross-level iterative subtraction network (CISNet), which integrates information from cross-layer features and enhances details through iteration mechanisms. CISNet involves a cross-level iterative structure (CIS) for feature complementarity, where texture information is used to enrich high-level features and semantic information is used to enhance low-level features. In particular, we present a multi-scale strip convolution subtraction (MSCSub) module within CIS to extract difference information between cross-level features and fuse multi-scale features, which improves the feature representation and guides accurate segmentation. Furthermore, an enhanced guided attention (EGA) module is presented to refine features by deeply mining local context information and capturing a broader range of relationships between different feature maps in a top-down manner. Extensive experiments conducted on four benchmark datasets demonstrate that our model outperforms the state-of-the-art COD models in all evaluation metrics. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A flower-like CePO4 (F-CePO4) with a hierarchical structure was hydrothermally prepared. Comparative experiments showed that the amounts of hydrazine hydrate and urea as well as the reaction time significantly affect the formation of nanoflowers. Due to its large specific surface area and high electron transfer efficiency, F-CePO4 was utilized for the selective detection of dopamine (DA), uric acid (UA) and acetaminophen (APAP) with wide linear ranges, low detection limits, high stability, and good repeatability. Fascinatingly, when DA, UA and APAP were detected simultaneously, the high sensitivity of F-CePO4 can be maintained. Further studies showed that different electrostatic and hydrogen bonding interactions between the detected substrates and F-CePO4 lead to different shifts of their oxidative peak potential. Then, DA, UA and APAP were well identified. In addition, F-CePO4 can also be used for real sample detection. Objective: To construct a HIV-1 gp120 transgenic mouse model (gp120 + ) with α 7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor ( α 7nAChR) gene knockout., Methods: The α 7nAChR gene knockout mice ( α 7R -/- ) were crossed with HIV-1gp120 transgenic mice (gp120 + ) to generate F1 generation mice. We selected the F1 mice with the genotype of α 7R +/- /gp120 + to mate to obtain the F2 mice. The genotypes of the F3 mice were identified by PCR, and the protein expressions in the double transgenic animal model was analyzed by immunohistochemistry. BV2 cells were treated with gp120 protein and α 7nAChR inhibitor, and the expressions of IL-1β and TNF- α were detected using ELISA., Results: The results of PCR showed the bands of the expected size in F3 mice. Two F3 mice with successful double gene editing ( α 7R -/- /gp120 + ) were obtained, and immunohistochemistry showed that the brain tissue of the mice did not express α 7 nAChR but with high gp120 protein expression. In the in vitro cell experiment, treatment with gp120 promoted the secretion of IL-1β and TNF- α in BV2 cells, while inhibition of α 7nAChR significantly decreased the expression of IL-1β and TNF- α ( P < 0.001)., Conclusions: By mating gp120 Tg mice with α 7R -/- mice, we obtained gp120 transgenic mice with α 7nAChR gene deletion, which serve as a new animal model for exploring the role of α 7nAChR in gp120-induced neurotoxicity.

Objective: To assess the protective effect of the novel postbiotic HM0539 from Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG against intestinal infection by enterohemorrhagic E. coli O157: H7., Methods: We performed adhesion and invasion experiments to evaluate whether HM0539 could block E. coli O157: H7 adhesion to HT-29 cells. The expressions of mucin2 and the tight junction proteins ZO-1 and Occludin in HM0539-treated HT-29 cells were analyzed using immunofluorescence assay and Western blotting. Animal experiments were conducted in mice to observe the survival rate and changes in body weight, intestinal morphology and the intestinal barrier function after the challenge and HM0539 treatment., Results: HM0539 significantly inhibited the adhesion and invasion of E. coli O157: H7 to HT-29 cells in a dose-dependent manner. HM0539 treatment 4 h prior to E. coli O157: H7 challenge significantly lowered the adhesion and invasion rates of bacteria as compared with the treatment administered at the same time of challenge ( P < 0.05). E. coli O157: H7-induced down-regulation of mucin2 and tight junction proteins in HT-29 cells was obviously alleviated by HM0539 treatment of ( P < 0.05). In the animal experiment, HM0539 treatment significantly inhibited body weight loss ( P < 0.05), alleviated jejunal injury, and inhibited E. coli O157: H7-induced destruction of jejunal goblet cells in the challenged mice ( P < 0.05). HM0539 also significantly up-regulated the expression of mucin2 and ZO-1 proteins in the jejunum of E. coli O157:H7-infected mice ( P < 0.05)., Conclusions: HM0539 not only inhibits the adhesion and invasion of E. coli O157: H7 to HT-29 cells, but also enhances the resistance against E. coli O157: H7 infection in mice by attenuating the destruction of mucin and tight junction proteins.
