Objective Land subsidence prediction and control is one of the most concerned issues in rail transit shield tunnel construction. In order to solve the complex and poor interpretable problem of the model expression in the existing land subsidence prediction and control, an interpretable model that is concise, clear，and capable of describing complex problems is needed. GEP (gene expression programming) algorithm provides this possibility, so it is necessary to study in depth the rail transit land subsidence prediction model based on HFS (high frequency segment)-GEP algorithm. Method Based on the shield tunnel project of a certain shield tunnel section in Hangzhou-Shaoxing Intercity Railway, parameters such as earth chamber pressure, cutterhead torque, cutterhead speed, advancing speed, total thrust, tunnel buried depth and shield tail grouting amount during shield construction are selected as key input construction parameters, with land subsidence as the output construction parameter. Through alternative formula set screening and HFS selection, a land subsidence prediction model of rail transit based on HFS-GEP algorithm is established. Key construction parameters of the 180th-210th section are optimized and adjusted with the model, and effect of the shield construction parameters change on the final land subsidence is analyzed. Result & Conclusion The land subsidence prediction model of rail transit based on HFS-GEP algorithm can reflect the explicit relationship between shield construction parameters and final land subsidence. Compared with the traditional GEP algorithm model, this model has higher accuracy, simpler structure and faster convergence. By optimizing and adjusting the key construction parameters of the shield, the final subsidence of the 180th-210th section can be controlled within 10 mm.

In recent years, advanced oxidation technology based on sulfate radicals (SO4•-) has attracted attention in the field of water treatment due to its outstanding advantages of high efficiency and stability. However, the common activation methods of persulfate mostly focus on energy input and catalyst introduction, which have problems such as high application costs and difficulties in catalyst recovery, as to limit the application of this technology in practical water treatment processes. Studies have shown that using simple organic compounds as activators enriches the activation pathways of persulfate. In order to further extend the research idea, a system for activation of persulfate with simple organic substances maleic acid was constructed, and the potential of this system for degradation of dye pollutants was explored. The degradation performance of the pollutant was related to the initial concentration of maleic acid, the amount of persulfate dosing and the initial pH of the solution. The oxidation system produced a series of reactive oxidants dominated by ·OH, 1O2 and O2·-, supplemented by a small amount of SO4•-, which degraded the pollutants by the combined action of radical and nonradical reaction pathways. Meanwhile, the system demonstrated good anti-interference ability against actual environmental factors during the application.

This paper explores the English teaching process in public security colleges under the guidance of the new teaching mode on the basis of the flipped classroom and analyzes the applicability and feasibility of the flipped classroom to English teaching in public security colleges. In order to explore whether the English teaching mode of public security colleges under the flipped classroom can improve students’ English performance, this paper constructs an English teaching quality evaluation model for public security colleges under the flipped classroom by improving the BP neural network. Through the teaching experiment to explore the changes in students’ English performance, the English performance of the experimental class fluctuated greatly, with an average score rising from 60.563 to 77.582, which is an improvement of 28.1%. It shows that the effectiveness of English teaching is better in the flipped classroom teaching mode.

After resection, abdominal drainage is generally used to drain the exudate at the surgical site timely and monitor possible postoperative complications. With the development of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery, there is a great controversy about whether to place drainage tube and its retention time after hepatectomy. Based on the research progress at home and abroad, this article reviews whether to place drainage tubes after hepatectomy, commonly abdominal drainage devices in clinical practice, the timing and indications of drainage tube removal, possible complications and preventive measures caused by indwelling drainage tubes, and the improvement effect of intelligent drainage devices on drainage management. The above issues are reconsidered in order to improve the application and management of abdominal drainage after hepatectomy at the level of precision medicine.

The formation and reactivity of surface methoxy species in methanol reaction over SSZ-13 zeolite were investigated by using solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technique. The surface methoxy species bound to Brønsted acid sites was identified by two-dimensional 13C-27Al heteronuclear multiple quantum coherence (HMQC) NMR experiment. The formation of another surface methoxy species bound to Lewis acid sites was also observed. The combination of 13C NMR and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) showed that the two kinds of surface methoxy species possess high reactivity, contributing to the formation of hydrocarbon pool species and hydrocarbons via the hydrocarbon pool mechanism.

Strategical research on the refined regulations for regional air quality with climate synergy is essential for continuously improving the air quality, creating a coordinated multi-pollutants reduction path, and promoting sustainable development in China.This study analyzed the evolution characteristics of regional air pollution, the multi-pollutant interaction mechanisms, and the effectiveness of air pollution prevention and control strategies and technologies. Multi-perspective analysis and integrated research were conducted to clarify the non-linear relationship among multiple pollutants and formulate a technology system for refined regional regulation. The interaction between climate change and air pollution was explored as well. By summarizing the current technical routes for air pollution and control, the medium- and long-term air quality improvement strategies and roadmaps were proposed. Considering the current situation of air pollution in China, the regulation on atmospheric oxidation is the core for the coordinated control of PM2.5 and O3 pollution. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously promote emission reduction of primary pollutants and conduct refined and coordinated reduction of VOCs and NOx emissions considering specific climate and meteorological conditions. Additionally, coordinated emission reduction of multiple types of pollutants can be realized through adjustment of energy,transportation, industry, and landuse structures as well as low-carbon transformation, thereby synchronously reducing the PM2.5 and O3 concentrations.

Sending children out for adoption has a long history. It completely changes the trajectory of children's survival and development. Trapped in the complexity, concealment, and dispersion of this behavior, the relevant definition is controversial and research data is difficult to obtain,the systemic and deep understanding are urgently needed. Based on public welfare website cases, this study uses social networks, spatial analysis, mathematical statistics and Geodetector to explore the spatiotemporal differentiation characteristics of informal adoption-out from 1981 to 2010 and further summarize the process and causal mechanism of informal adoption-out. The results are as follows: (1) Adopted children are mostly females under one-year of age. The young age of the group is because of the birth families' independent decision-making. Influenced by contemporary birth policy, economic conditions, and other factors, they make decisions as early as possible. During the family planning period, the number of children was strictly controlled. Influenced by the preference for sons, some families gave up girls to have the opportunity to have boys. Traditional fertility concepts have been highlighted in the narrow fertility space. (2) Over time, an inverted U-shaped distribution of "increasing first and decreasing later" is presented. From 1981 to 1983, adopted children were mainly affected by the family's economic situation. The violation of the birth policy became the dominant factor around 1990. Spatially, it is mainly distributed in the eastern, central Sichuan-Chongqing regions of China. (3) Economic poverty, birth-policy violations, son preference, and family accidents can explain about 90% of informal adopted-out cases. Children are most likely to be dispatched when the survival and development of families and children cannot be guaranteed. (4) Population factors are the most important factors affecting the spatial distribution. Natural disasters, birth control, and economic factors have a greater impact on each period in that order. The time interval interaction detection result shows that, when families are faced with poverty and change (for example, parent is ill or dies), the probability of children being sent out for adoption greatly increases. A parent's absence will not only worsen the family's economic situation, but also reduce the emotional willingness to raise children. (5) Based on the rational choice theory, this study posits the influencing mechanism of sending children out for adoption: Culture, the fertility system, laws, and the economy constitute the macro environment of informal adoption, which also thoroughly affects family decision-making. As a basic research unit, the collection of decision-making results has both similarities and regional characteristics in macro. In 2015, China enacted the "Two-child policy," which may have led to a large number of adoptions. The goal of adoption has gradually shifted from "maximizing the interests of the family" to "maximizing the rights and interests of children." Therefore, we should learn from historical experience, rapidly improve the laws related to adoption, clarify the legal boundaries of children sent out by birth families, and combat the occurrence of crimes such as child trafficking, so as to protect their legitimate rights and interests.

The study is based on multi-source data of the public welfare platform "Baby Coming Home" website, trafficking case data from "China Judgments Online," and the major historical cases of trafficking detected by search engines, with a focus on Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, a province with a high incidence of women and children trafficking in China. It uses mathematical statistics, case analysis, spatial analysis, and other methods to explore the spatiotemporal pattern and influencing factors of the trafficking of women and children in Guangxi. The results show that: 1) The perpetrators are mainly male, in the 20-55 age group, with low education levels and obvious gang characteristics. Regarding age, the victims show "double peak" characteristics of the young peak (infants), in which the infants are mainly male, and the older secondary peak (women). The buyers' education level is mainly junior high school or below, and most are farmers or unemployed. 2) The inter-annual change in the trafficking of women and children in Guangxi shows a "dune" trend, which is divided into four stages: low incidence, high incidence, medium high fluctuation, and continuous decline periods. 3) At the city level, the number of trafficked minors is generally positively correlated with the population of the city. Regarding the trafficking routes, the overall trafficking path shows the pattern of "Guangxi is the source area, and Guangdong, Fujian, and North China are the main confluence areas." The trafficking routes into Guangxi mainly show the characteristics of "surrounding and cross-border trafficking." Gender has a great impact on the trafficking path. The boys mainly turned to Fujian and Guangdong, which are relatively concentrated, and the girls mainly turned to Guangdong, Fujian, Guangxi, Hebei and Shandong, which are highly dispersed. 4) The special geographical location creates a unique social, economic, and cultural environment in Guangxi. Under the combined action of various pushing and pulling forces, the trafficking of women and children in Guangxi has occurred and expanded, and finally formed a unique criminal network.

In the process of coal quality management by CHN Energy Group Shendong Coal Group Co., Ltd., there are problems such as insufficient data sharing, low efficiency of manual coal quality prediction and labor-intensive coal quality inspection and assessment. In order to solve the above problems, based on the coal quality management business process, this paper designs a coal quality whole process management system. The system uses a combination method of workflow technology and status control fields to achieve coal quality information sharing among different departments, which enables coal quality data to flow quickly among different departments and ensures the traceability, uniqueness and accuracy of the data. Through the RBAC(role-based access control) permission control model based on the tree structure function module, the proposed system simplifies the system permission configuration, ensures the validity and security of coal quality data flow and prevents 'illegal users' from invading the system or 'legal users' from accidentally operating the system and causing data loss. The system realizes the input, analysis, sorting and statistics of coal quality related data, and forms corresponding coal quality reports/graphics and coal quality prediction plans, etc. It is helpful to provide the real-time monitoring of coal quality information for management departments at all levels and ensure the timeliness, authenticity and security of coal quality information circulation.

Objective To investigate NIMA-related kinase 2 (NEK2) expression in colorectal cancer (CRC) tissues and its effect on the proliferation, migration and invasion of HCT116 cells. Methods Synthesized siRNA targeting NEK2 was transfected into HCT116 cells by lipofectamine method. CCK8 assay, FACS, wound healing assay and Transwell assay were used to detect the effects of NEK2 knockdown on cell proliferation, cell cycle distribution, migration and invasion. Western blot was carried out to detect the expression of E-cadherin, N-cadherin, CDK4 and cyclin D1. Results The expression of NEK2 in CRC tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues (65.0% vs. 35.0%, χ2=14.593, P < 0.01), and its level was closely related to TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis (all P < 0.05). NEK2 protein and mRNA levels in CRC cell lines were also significantly higher than those in normal colorectal mucosal cells (P < 0.01). After NEK2 was knocked down by siRNA, HCT116 cells were arrested in G0/G1 cycle, while cell proliferation, invasion and migration were significantly reduced (P < 0.01). NEK2 interference in HCT-116 cells led to the upregulation of E-cadherin and downregulation of N-cadherin, CDK4 and cyclin D1 at protein levels. Conclusion The high NEK2 expression is correlated with clinicopathological characteristics of CRC patients. NEK2 knockdown by siRNA could effectively inhibit the proliferation, invasion and migration abilities of colorectal cancer cells, suggesting that NEK2 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer and it can be used as a potential treatment target.

[Method/process]Through the review of 2017-2019 IFLA Knowledge Management Section's meetings and case analysis, this paper introduced the specific works of Knowledge Management Section and the future development prospects of knowledge management. [Result/conclusion]The IFLA Knowledge Management Section has made great contributions to increasing the impact of knowledge management, and in the future we should boldly introduce knowledge management into libraries, and make it an active theory, then continue to grow the theory of knowledge management through more discipline crossover and collaboration.

Kidney ischemia and hypoxia can cause renal cell apoptosis and activation of inflammatory cells, which lead to the release of inflammatory factors and ultimately result in the damage of kidney tissue and the whole body. Renal tubular cell and macrophage autophagy can reduce the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS), thereby reducing the activation of inflammatory cytoplasm and its key effector protein, caspase-1, which reduces the expression of IL-1β and IL-18 and other inflammatory factors. Ulinastatin (UTI), as a glycoprotein drug, inhibits the activity of multiple proteases and reduces myocardial damage caused by ischemia-reperfusion by upregulating autophagy. However, it can be raised by macrophage autophagy, reduce the production of ROS, and ultimately reduce the expression of inflammatory mediators, thereby reducing renal cell injury, promote renal function recovery is not clear. In this study, a series of cell experiments have shown that ulinastatin is reduced by regulating the autophagy of renal tubular epithelial cells and macrophages to reduce the production of reactive oxygen species and inflammatory factors (TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-1), and then, increase the activity of the cells under the sugar oxygen deprivation model. The simultaneous use of cellular autophagy agonists Rapamycin (RAPA) and ulinastatin has a synergistic effect on the production of reactive oxygen species and the expression of inflammatory factors.

BACKGROUND: The reference intervals (RIs) of adult blood lipid parameters currently used in China are not derived from the results of research in local populations and have not been adjusted for age and sex. In this study, we aimed to determine accurate RIs for blood lipid parameters and blood glucose (GluG) for Chinese adults using a national multicenter study. METHODS: A total of 11,333 adults between 18 and 90 years of age were recruited in seven representative regions in China between June 2020 and December 2020. Hospitals participating in the study were regrouped into two geographical regions, southern China (Changsha, Chengdu, Hangzhou, and Nanning) and northern China (Beijing, Shenyang, and Ningxia), according to their geographical and administrative location. All samples were freshly collected and measured collectively in one laboratory on the Mindray full Automatic biochemical analyzer chemistry BS2000 analytical systems. Outliers were removed using the Tukey test. Three-level nested analysis of variance and scatter plot were used to explore the variations in sex, age, and region. Percentile curves of each indicator were plotted using the least mean square (LMS) method. The lower limit (2.5th percentile) and the upper limit (97.5th percentile) of the RI were determined by using nonparametric statistical methods. We also calculated the 90% confidence interval (CI) for the lower and upper limits. RESULTS: A total of 8,283 participants were enrolled in the final analysis, with 3,593 (43.4%) men and 4,690 (56.6%) women. Regionality was observed in three analytes [small dense low density lipoprotein cholesterol (sd-LDLC), GluG, and apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1)]. In northern China, the sd-LDLC and GluG levels in Shenyang were significantly higher than those in Ningxia and Beijing (P55 years, the levels of TG and TC in females gradually surpassed those in males. CONCLUSIONS: The findings of this study may help establish age- and sex-specific reference values for the blood lipids of Chinese adults and serve as a valuable guide for the screening, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and monitoring of cardiovascular disease (CVD).
