【Objective】In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to make the temperature sensor of the Photonic Crystal Fiber (PCF) with Surface Plasma Resonance (SPR), a D-structure PCF temperature sensor is proposed. The micro-structure and arrangement of the air hole are also designed. The method of coating the polishing surface of the optical fiber with gold layer is used to stimulate the SPR of the optical fiber.【Methods】Ethanol is used as a temperature-sensitive material, and the temperature-sensitive effect is used as the temperature sensing mechanism to achieve the effect of temperature sensing. The finite element analysis method is used to simulate the thickness of the gold layer and the size of the elliptical air hole of the fiber respectively. The coupling characteristics between the core mode and the surface plasma mode are analyzed under different conditions, and the structure of the sensor is optimized.【Results】The temperature characteristics of the sensor are simulated. In the range of -80~80 ℃, the sensitivity of the sensor is 3.4 nm /℃, and the linearity is better than 0.969 63.【Conclusion】The temperature sensor designed in this paper has a wide temperature detection range, satisfactory sensitivity, and linearity, which can be used for real-time temperature monitoring in industrial, agricultural, and medical fields.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of simultaneous or staged management of uterine fibroids by transcervical resection of septum （TCRS）， reproductive endocrinology and clinical prognosis. Methods Clinical data of 87 patients with uterine septum complicated with uterine fibroids were collected. All patients were divided into the simultaneous （n = 43） and staged groups （n = 44） according to different surgical methods. In the simultaneous group， hysteroscopic TCRS and transcervical resection of myoma （TCRM） were performed simultaneously， whereas staged hysteroscopic TCRS and TCRM were conducted in the staged group. Surgical conditions， postoperative myometrial healing， endometrial and subendometrial blood flow parameters （flow index （FI）， vascularization flow index （VFI） and vascularization index （VI））， endometrial thickness， reproductive endocrine indexes （luteinizing hormone （LH）， follicle stimulating hormone （FSH）， estradiol （E2））， reproductive outcomes and complications were compared between two groups. Results All patients in both groups completed the surgery successfully. The operation time， time to the first off-bed activity and the length of hospital stay in the simultaneous group were shorter than those in the staged group （all P < 0.05）. In the simultaneous group， the proportion of patients with myometrial healing at 1 month after surgery was higher than that in the staged group （P < 0.05）. The differences in subendometrial VFI， FI， VI， endometrial thickness and E2， LH and FSH levels before surgery， 1 month and 3 months after surgery were not statistically significant between two groups （all P > 0.05）. The percentage of patients who were pregnant at postoperative 6 months in the simultaneous group was higher than that in the staged group （P < 0.05）. The difference in the incidence of complication was not statistically significant between two groups （P > 0.05）. Conclusions Simultaneous management of uterine fibroids by TCRS does not affect endometrial hemodynamics， endometrial tolerance， ovarian reserve function and reproductive endocrine function. In addition， it can shorten the operation time， time to the first off-bed activity and length of hospital stay， which is conducive to postoperative pregnancy and has a certain degree of safety.

To elucidate the time-dependent swelling behavior of landfill sand-bentonite mixture liners under the effect of organic pollutants, an no loading swelling ratio test was conducted on mixtures with varying sand and diesel content. The evolution characteristics of the swelling time curve morphology were investigated. The micro-mechanisms underlying the swelling time effect evolution were explored. The results indicated that the sand-diesel interaction significantly altered the swelling time curve morphological characteristics of the mixture. As the sand content increased, the swelling coefficient at the stable state decreased. However, during the rapid swell phase, diesel-contaminated mixed soil does not exhibit the increase-then-decrease pattern in swell coefficient seen in unpolluted mixed soil. The duration of both the slow swelling phase and the time to reach a stable state were longer. Mechanistic analysis revealed that cation exchange capacity is insufficient to effectively analyze the evolution characteristics of the swelling time curve. Instead, the initial swelling potential of bentonite is the true indicator of the mixture’s swelling properties. The particle size distribution influences the changes in the swelling coefficient during the rapid swelling phase, but diesel alters the particle size distribution, mitigating its impact. The oil sealing effect within intra-aggregate and inter-aggregate pores not only weakened the swelling characteristics of the mixture at all stages but also increased the permeability resistance, thereby reducing the duration of the rapid swelling phase and extending the slow swelling and stable swelling phases.

Aiming at the comprehensive application of marine relay equipment, combined with the maximum communication distance and target threat distribution and other conditions, this paper proposes an programming model to solve the optimal deployment of communication relay platform array. This model is based on the principle of the shortest distance between the route starting point and the array postion point of the relay platform. It models the array deployment problem of the relay platform under the constraints of communication distance and target threat, and uses the convex optimization method to obtain the analytical form of the optimal solution. The optimal solution has strong interpretability, and the solution process avoids using traditional iterative or heuristic methods, which has the characteristics of small calculation. The example analysis shows that the optimal solution of the array deployment can be obtained quickly for the different position distribution of the mission platform and the threat target.

Intestinal fibrosis is a common complication of chronic intestinal diseases with the characteristics of fibroblast proliferation and extracellular matrix deposition after chronic inflammation, leading to lumen narrowing, structural and functional damage to the intestines, and life inconvenience for the patients. However, anti-inflammatory drugs are currently generally not effective in overcoming intestinal fibrosis making surgery the main treatment method. The development of intestinal fibrosis is a slow process and its onset may be the result of the combined action of inflammatory cells, local cytokines, and intestinal stromal cells. The aim of this study is to elucidate the pathogenesis [e.g., extracellular matrix (ECM), cytokines and chemokines, epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), differentiation of fibroblast to myofibroblast and intestinal microbiota] underlying the development of intestinal fibrosis and to explore therapeutic advances (such as regulating ECM, cytokines, chemokines, EMT, differentiation of fibroblast to myofibroblast and targeting TGF-β) based on the pathogenesis in order to gain new insights into the prevention and treatment of intestinal fibrosis.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of fruquintinib combined with sintilimab in the treatment of advanced microsatellite stable (MSS) colorectal cancer. Methods A retrospective study of 44 patients with MSS colorectal cancer treated with fruquintinib and sintilimab was conducted.The patients were divided into the fruquintinib alone (n=22) and fruquintinib combined with sintilimab (n=22) groups.The treatment regimen was as follows: The patients in the fruquintinib alone group consumed oral fruquintinib capsules at 5 mg/d once for three consecutive weeks with a one week stop in 28 day cycles.The patients in the fruquintinib combined sintilimab group were injected intravenously with sintilimab (200 mg) once per three weeks, and fruquintinib was used in the same manner as the fruquintinib alone group. Results The objective response rate (ORR) of the fruquintinib alone group was 9.09%, the disease control rate (DCR) of the fruquintinib alone group was 45.45%.The ORR of the fruquintinib combined with sintilimab group was 18.18%, and the DCR was 63.64%.The median PFS of the fruquintinib alone and fruquintinib combined with sintilimab groups were 4.4 months (IQR: 2.1-8.2) and 6.7 months (IQR: 3.9-12.6), respectively (χ2=4.372, P=0.037).Most of the adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups were grades 1-2.In addition, no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions was found between two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Compared with fruquintinib alone, fruquintinib combined with sintilimab in the treatment of patients with MSS colorectal cancer after the failure of standard treatment has better clinical efficacy, and adverse drug reactions can be controlled.

Abstract Aiming at the mismatch between the cutter combination of the furrowing device and the operating parameters, and resulting in low quality of furrowing and other problems, the theoretical analysis of the furrowing cutting operation is carried out and the influence law of the furrowing parameters on the trajectory, performance and quality of the furrowing movement is obtained. The influence of trenching parameters on trenching trajectory, performance and quality was obtained. The response surface method was applied to design and carry out field experiments. With the increase of cutter head speed and forward speed, the width and depth of trenching and the thickness of floating soil at the bottom of trenching decreased first and then increased, while the operation power consumption presented the increasing trend gradually. The optimization model of trenching performance quality was constructed to obtain the optimal parameter combination of influencing factors. Field experiments were carried out to verify the optimization results. The optimisation results were verified through field tests, which showed that the average depth of furrowing was 472 mm, the width was 332 mm, the thickness of soil return was 134 mm, and the operating power consumption was 19.95 kW. The results showed that the average depth of furrowing was 472 mm, the width was 332 mm, and the thickness of soil return was 134 mm. The optimization model could meet the operation quality indexes, and provide a theoretical basis for the design of the disc subsection cutting trenching device to select the operation parameter combination required by low power consumption and deep trenching.

To realize the safe operation of electric power site, this paper proposes an intelligent recognition technology to automatically identify violations. This study successfully constructs a face detection model for power operation sites by combining deep convolutional neural networks and target detection algorithms. A three-way connected feature pyramid structure containing a neuron self-processing module is adopted, and an accuracy test is completed using a Tri-FPN-based target detection network, significantly improving recognition accuracy. In this paper, we also utilized the on-site images collected by video surveillance equipment, combined with CNN algorithm and HOG feature extraction technology to effectively identify the violations and provide early warning of the breaches of the personnel at the power operation site. MAP curves evaluated the detection performance, and the results showed that the head recognition rate was up to 0.9913, and the accuracy rate of all violations exceeded 0.9350.The high accuracy of CNN-based feature fusion extraction algorithm in the recognition of violations of personnel at the site of electric power operation provides effective technical support to ensure personnel safety.

To study the electronic structure of Sb and Sm co-doped SnO2 materials, a lattice model of Sb and Sm co-doped SnO2 is designed in this paper based on a big data analysis algorithm. The physical properties of the SnO2 ground state are described by the particle density function using the density generalized function theory. The interactions between the particles are all subsumed into the exchange-correlation generalized function by the Kohn-Sham equation. A big data analysis algorithm is used to construct the electron wave function to reflect the luminescence mechanism of the spectrum produced by the electron leap between energy levels, which makes the computational effort significantly reduced. The results show that the enthalpy change of Sb and Sm co-doped SnO2 in the design model of this paper is −5.59918, and the energy interval of the density of states of s orbitals is [2.36, 31.45]. It can be seen that the co-doping of Sm and Sb can increase the electron polarization ability and electron leap probability of SnO2 in the infrared band and enhance the infrared reflectivity, and the co-doped system has the highest electron-binding ability reflectivity.

This article adopts an ecolinguistic approach to study the thematic choices in the General Debate statements by the US and China at the United Nations General Assembly (2017–2020) to reveal the eco-characteristics of the two countries’ thematic choices and their impacts on the constructions of international relations. Findings suggest that, from the perspective of ecosophy, a significant proportion of the US’s thematic choices are destructive to international relations, while China’s thematic choices are mostly beneficial and ambivalent. The US’s thematic choices are frequently used to portray “us versus them” and “America first”, which displays a message of egocentrism instead of ecocentrism. China’s thematic choices are typically used to show China’s willingness to undertake global responsibility and to jointly work with other stakeholders to safeguard our planet, echoing China’s global vision of “building a shared future for mankind”.

The effective and efficient refractive index of a multilayer optical waveguide is computed by taking into account the various order modes of the waveguide, such as the Quasi-Transverse Electric/Transverse Magnetic (Quasi-TE/TM) mode. According to the effective refractive index method, the effective refractive index of the Quasi-TE/TM mode is calculated from the electromagnetic field curve distribution calculated for each mode in the 6-layer loss optical waveguide compute the effective refractive index each order of TE/TM mdes. Further, we analyze the dependence of the waveguide properties on the structure. We conclude that the mode effective refractive index and mode order do not decrease monotonicallythe lossy waveguide mode is more prevalent. The research work in this paper can be used as the theoretical basis for the design, fabrication and application of practical optical waveguide devices.

The properties of rubber-plastic modified asphalt mixture and SBS modified asphalt mixture were compared by splitting test, triaxial repeated load test and small beam bending test, and the stress variation law of the upper layer cracks on asphalt pavement under dynamic load was analyzed by constructing finite element model. The results showed that tensile property and high-temperature deformation resistance of rubber-plastic modified asphalt mixture were better than those of SBS modified asphalt mixture, and rubber-plastic modified asphalt could improve deformation resistance of asphalt concrete pavement. Low-temperature cracking resistance of rubber-plastic modified asphalt mixture was better than that of SBS modified asphalt mixture, and the former could improve the top-down cracking resistance of asphalt pavement. Under the action of dynamic load, the tensile stress of the upper layer in the structural layer of asphalt pavement increased gradually, leading to the cracking of top-down crack of asphalt pavement, and rubber-plastic modified asphalt mixture could increase the maximum tensile stress during the failure of the upper layer, resulting in the reduction in the cracking possibility of top-down crack of asphalt pavement.

WC particles with high hardness and high wear resistance were commonly used to manufacture various wear-resistant parts. In this paper, different alloying elements Ni, Mo and Fe were added to WC particles to produce the preforms, and then the cast method was used to prepare the WC-iron matrix composite. The interface microstructure of the composites was observed, and the abrasive wear properties were tested. The results showed that the interface transition layer of metallurgical bonding was produced in the composites under different alloy elements. The microstructure of the composites was mainly contained WC, Fe3W3C, Fe6W6C, M7C3 and α-Fe, and the carbides of the interface transition layer were Fe3W3C and M7C3. The width of interface transition layer was significantly different, and the width was the largest with Ni added. The work of adsorption between WC (0001) and Fe3W3C (100) was obtained by first principles calculation as 0.0086 (J/m2) and the interfacial energy as 6.8202 (J/m2). Compared with Fe and Mo, the composite with Ni addition has the smallest wear weight loss and the best wear resistance, which was mainly related to the hardness of different zones of the composite and the interface transition layer formed after adding alloy elements.

Soybean (Glycine max L.) is a protein and oil crop grown worldwide. Its fitness may be reduced by deleterious mutations, whose identification and purging is desirable for crop breeding. In the published whole-genome re-sequenced data of 2214 soybean accessions, including 221 wild soybean, 1132 landrace cultivars and 861 improved soybean lines, we identified 115,275 deleterious single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). Numbers of deleterious alleles increased from wild soybeans to landraces and decreased from landraces to modern improved lines. Genes in selective-sweep regions showed fewer deleterious mutations than the remaining genes. Deleterious mutations explained 4.3%–48% more phenotypic variation than randomly selected SNPs for resistance to soybean cyst nematode race 2 (SCN2), soybean cyst nematode race 3 (SCN3) and soybean mosaic virus race 3 (SMV3). These findings illustrate how mutation load has shifted during soybean domestication, expansion and improvement and provide candidate sites for breeding out deleterious mutations in soybean by genome editing and/or conventional breeding focused on the selection of progeny with fewer deleterious alleles.

Human metapneumovirus (HMPV) is a common virus associated with acute respiratory distress syndrome in pediatric patients. There are no HMPV vaccines or therapeutics that have been approved for prevention or treatment. In this study, we constructed a novel recombinant influenza virus carrying partial HMPV fusion protein (HMPV-F), termed rFLU-HMPV/F-NS, utilizing reverse genetics, which contained (HMPV-F) in the background of NS segments of influenza virus A/PuertoRico/8/34(PR8). The morphological characteristics of rFLU-HMPV/F-NS were consistent with the wild-type flu virus. Additionally, immunofluorescence results showed that fusion proteins in the chimeric rFLU-HMPV/F-NS could work well, and the virus could be stably passaged in SPF chicken embryos. Furthermore, intranasal immunization with rFLU-HMPV/F-NS in BALB/c mice induced robust humoral, mucosal and Th1-type dominant cellular immune responses in vivo. More importantly, we discovered that rFLU-HMPV/F-NS afforded significant protective efficacy against the wild-type HMPV and influenza virus challenge, with significantly attenuated pathological changes and reduced viral titers in the lung tissues of immunized mice. Collectively, these findings demonstrated that chimeric recombinant rFLU-HMPV/F-NS as a promising HMPV candidate vaccine has potentials for the development of HMPV vaccine.

Human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (hBMMSCs) are a promising cell source for bone engineering owing to their high potential to differentiate into osteoblasts. The objective of the present study is to assess microRNA-126 (miR-126) and examine its effects on the osteogenic differentiation of hBMMSCs. In this study, we investigate the role of miR-126 in the progression of osteogenic differentiation (OD) as well as the apoptosis and inflammation of hBMMSCs during OD induction. OD is induced in hBMMSCs, and matrix mineralization along with other OD-associated markers are evaluated by Alizarin Red S (AR) staining and quantitative PCR (qPCR). Gain- and loss-of-function studies are performed to demonstrate the role of miR-126 in the OD of hBMMSCs. Flow cytometry and qPCR-based cytokine expression studies are performed to investigate the effect of miR-126 on the apoptosis and inflammation of hBMMSCs. The results indicate that miR-126 expression is downregulated during the OD of hBMMSCs. Gain- and loss-of function assays reveal that miR-126 upregulation inhibits the differentiation of hBMMSCs into osteoblasts, whereas the downregulation of miR-126 promotes hBMMSC differentiation, as assessed by the determination of osteogenic genes and alkaline phosphatase activity. Furthermore, the miR-126 level is positively correlated with the production of inflammatory cytokines and apoptotic cell death. Additionally, our results suggest that miR-126 negatively regulates not only B-cell lymphoma 2 (Bcl-2) expression but also the phosphorylation of extracellular signal‑regulated protein kinase (ERK) 1/2. Moreover, restoring ERK1/2 activity and upregulating Bcl-2 expression counteract the miR-126-mediated suppression of OD in hBMMSCs by promoting inflammation and apoptosis, respectively. Overall, our findings suggest a novel molecular mechanism relevant to the differentiation of hBMMSCs into osteoblasts, which can potentially facilitate bone formation by counteracting miR-126-mediated suppression of ERK1/2 activity and Bcl-2 expression.

Due to the cold winter, people living in the northwest region of China often eat red or yellow edible herbs to help keep their bodies warm and improve their immunity. Examples of red foods include Chili Peppers and Cinnamon, and examples of yellow foods include Turmeric, Dried Ginger and Carrots. However, the pharmacological properties and warming active compounds of these foods remain unclear. Therefore, an approach combining network pharmacological prediction and experimental validation was adopted to explore the phytochemicals and biological functions of red- and yellow-colored edible herbs for the first time. The results indicated that the warmer Q-markers of red- and yellow-colored edible herbs promoted body heat production and alleviated cold damage by regulating various biological pathways, among which thyroid hormone-mediated thermogenesis was highly correlated. Furthermore, curcumin was indicated to activate the thyroid by upregulating TSHR/TG/TPO/NIS to prolong the survival of mice exposed to −20 °C cold stress.

Almost ss-mappings and almost compact mappings have been introduced and studied. In this article, we continue to research some questions related to the almost s-images (resp., almost compact images) of metric spaces. The following results are obtained. (1) A space XX is a quotient and almost compact image of a metric space if and only if XX is a sequential space having a cs∗c{s}^{\ast }-network which is point-regular at nonisolated points, which gives an affirmative answer to Question 4.9 in the article “S. Lin, X. W. Ling, and Y. Ge, Point-regular covers and sequence-covering compact mappings, Topology Appl. 271 (2020), 106987.” (2) There exists a bi-quotient and almost compact image of a metric space satisfying no base, which is point-countable at nonisolated points, which gives negative answers to Question 3.1 in the article “X. W. Ling and S. Lin, On open almost s-images of metric spaces, Adv. Math. (China) 48 (2019), no. 4, 489–496” and Question 3.7 in the article “X. W. Ling, S. Lin, and W. He, Point-countable covers and sequence-covering s-mappings at subsets, Topology Appl. 290 (2021), 107572.” (3) Some characterizations of countably bi-quotient and almost ss-images (resp., pseudo-open and almost compact images) of metric spaces.

Control of the disturbed displacement of adjacent tunnel during excavation is a significant issue for design and construction. Based on the multi-objective optimization method, the multi-type monitoring data in the excavation of the excavation are integrated, the key soil parameters are inverted and identified, and the time effect of the tunnel displacement is quantified and corrected. A dynamic multi-objective optimization method with adaptive infill criterion (DMO-AIC) is proposed to improve the updating efficiency of dynamic surrogate models. The proposed method takes into account the computational redundancy of dynamic surrogate models in engineering optimization, and designs an adaptive point-adding discrimination strategy, which can autonomously identify invalid updates of surrogate models on the optimization path. The results show that the proposed DMO-AIC significantly reduces the invocations of the black-box model during optimization while ensuring the good search performance and the convergence speed of the algorithm. The improved computational efficiency of DMO-AIC is helpful for the application of dynamic surrogate models in engineering optimization. The results of the virtual numerical example show that DMO-AIC can predict and update multiple model responses during excavation, such as wall deflections and tunnel displacements. The engineering practice of Shanghai Bund 596 excavation indicates that the time effect is properly updated, and the staged vertical displacements of the adjacent tunnel are accurately predicted.

Water is the main component of wheat flour dough. Its content, distribution, presence state, and state of existence moisture have an important impact on the processing characteristics, preservation and product quality stability of the flour dough. Wheat flour is composed of a variety of components such as protein, starch, fat, pentosan, minerals and etc. Wheat flour is mixed with water to form a dough, in which complex physicochemical changes occur. The composition and physico-chemical properties of the various components in the dough have an important influence. Therefore, understanding the changes of different components in the process of dough mixing with water is of great significance for the quality control and quality improvement of products. In this review, the research results in related fields in recent years were classified and summarized, the interaction mechanism between different components in wheat flour and with water molecules was systematically analyzed, the water absorption and water holding characteristics of different components of wheat flour were discussed, and the effects of different components of wheat flour on water distribution and migration were analyzed. This paper concluded the key ingredients that determine the moisture migration and product quality of dough, such as protein, starch, damaged starch and pentosan etc., in order to further guide the production of wheat flour products.

BACKGROUND Rare, dispersed, and rare earth elements are important strategic resources because of their special performance and function. At the same time, because of its unique geochemical properties, it is of great significance in the study of paleoclimate, paleo-water and paleo-sedimentary environment, and sediment sources. Previous studies have found that Ga in the Ningdong Coalfield is slightly enriched and rare earth element content is low. OBJECTIVES To explore the possibility of enrichment and mineralization of rare, dispersed, and rare earth elements in the coal series of the Yan'an Formation of Middle Jurassic in the Ningdong Coalfield, and discuss the characteristics of paleosedimentary environment and properties of provenance rock. METHODS Systematic sampling was carried out in the core of boreholes from the Lingwu and Jijiajing mining areas of the Ningdong Coalfield. ICP-MS was used to determine the content of rare, dispersed, and rare earth elements in mudstone, sandstone and top (bottom) plate of the Yan'an Formation. RESULTS The overall content of rare, dispersed, and rare earth elements in the Yan'an Formation of the Ningdong Coalfield is low, which do not meet the requirements of the industrial indicators of the deposit and cannot be exploited comprehensively. The highest content of Ga is 29.40μg/g, which is close to the lowest industrial grade of 30.00μg/g. Compared with the average content of elements in world coal, rare elements Li, Nb, Ta, Rb, Cs, Zr and dispersed elements Ga, In, Sc, Hf are slightly enriched or enriched. The distribution of rare earth elements shows LREY type, and significant negative anomaly of Eu. CONCLUSIONS Rb, Sr and REY indicate the humidity of paleoclimate conditions, Li, Sr and Ga represent the freshwater deposition environment, and Ce, Ce/La reflect the anoxic reducing environment. The REY content is not affected by diagenesis and can be used to discriminate the original sediment source.

Electrodeposited tin is a crucial corrosion-resistant metal to protect electronic interconnection and copper circuits in the manufacturing process of electronic products. The corrosion-resistant properties of electrodeposited tin can be improved with the addition of additives in electrodeposition. Three benzaldehyde derivatives including vanillin, ethyl vanillin, and veratraldehyde as brighteners were investigated for tin electrodeposition. Computational and experimental analyses were conducted to investigate the relationship between coating properties and the chemical factors including the molecular structure, adsorption process, and electrochemical behavior of the brighteners. The computational work demonstrated that all three brighteners could hold high reactivity and spontaneously absorb on the tin surface. The results of linear sweep voltammetry tests (LSV) illustrated that all three brighteners effectively increased the cathode polarization but ethyl vanillin exhibited the best inhibiting performance in the tin deposition. Besides, the adsorption behavior of brighteners on the tin layer also affected the grain morphology and preferred growth orientation of the crystal surface. The corrosion rate and side erosion results both indicated that ethyl vanillin could benefit to form a tin coating with good corrosion performance to meet the requirement of copper circuit fabrication of printed circuit board.

In this study, a broad-spectrum bioelectromagnetic exposure platform was developed and a dose calculation study under the corresponding exposure conditions was performed. The radio frequency exposure platform was in the frequency band of 1-6 GHz, and its principle was based on antenna-exposed electromagnetic fields. At the rated power, the power density at the target was 63.3-149.0 W/m2. Biological electromagnetic dose simulation showed that compared with the rat, the mouse can achieve a whole body average specific absorption rate (WBA SAR) in the range of 1-6 GHz, higher by approximately an order of magnitude. The effect of the top and side irradiation on the WBA SAR was small, with the maximum difference of 0.731 dB and 0.276 dB in the rat and mouse, respectively. Therefore, the WBA SAR of the experimental animals was frequency-dependent and insensitive to changes in the exposure direction. The tissue-specific absorption rate was more sensitive to changes in the exposure direction, with a peak frequency point slightly greater than the resonance frequency point of the WBA SAR. At the maximum exposure values, the maximum dose values of the laboratory animals were assessed. The WBA SARs of the rat and mouse exceeded the occupational standard of 0.4 W/kg. In addition, the WBA SAR of the mouse exceeded the injury threshold of 4 W/kg. The experimental setup utilized here can be used to investigate in vivo effects at frequencies typically applied in occupational operations such as communications and radar.

Background: Cervical cancer is the fourth commonly occurred cancer in women around the world. However, it still lacks effective approaches to improve current prognosis of cervical cancer and prevent metastasis.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of cystic areas of osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) on stress distribution and disease progression in the femoral head. A total of 85 patients (106 hips) diagnosed with Association Research Circulation Osseous stage II non-traumatic and non-surgical treatment were retrospectively analyzed. The presence of cystic areas and diameter of cystic areas were compared between the two groups. In addition, five spherical cystic areas of different diameters were constructed and the maximum stress was observed. There was a difference between the two groups in whether cystic areas appeared in the femoral head, with 49.1% in the collapse group showing cystic areas, which was significantly higher than that in the non-collapse group (18.4%) (P < 0.05). In addition, the diameter of the cystic areas was significantly larger in the collapsed group than in the non-collapsed group (P < 0.05). The maximum and mean von Mises stress value around the necrotic area and around the cystic area of the femoral head increased with the increase of the cystic diameter. Stress concentration areas can be generated around the cystic areas. The presence and increased diameter of the cystic areas accelerates the collapse of the ONFH femoral head.

Airway remodeling is a remarkable pathological characteristic of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and long noncoding RNAs have been demonstrated to participate in COPD development and pathogenesis. Here, we investigate the role of long noncoding RNA GAS5 in cigarette smoke (CS)-induced airway remodeling. GAS5 expression is significantly lower in lung tissues of CS-exposed mice than in tissues of control mice without exposure to CS. Forced GAS5 overexpression suppresses CS-induced airway inflammation and remodeling. GAS5 overexpression also inhibits CS extract-induced inflammatory-cytokine expression and fibroblast activation in vitro. Regarding the mechanism, GAS5 acts as a sponge of miR-217-5p, thereby increasing PTEN expression. MiR-217-5p overexpression and PTEN knockdown separately reverse the inhibitory effects of GAS5 overexpression on the inflammatory-cytokine expression and fibroblast activation. Collectively, these results suggest that GAS5 can suppress airway inflammation and fibroblast activation by regulating miR-217-5p/PTEN axis, which may help develop novel therapeutic strategies against COPD.

Objective To investigate the mediating effects of mindfulness and resilience on perceived stress, anxiety and depression among nurses working in intensive care unit (ICU). Methods From April to July 2021, 563 ICU nurses from 15 hospitals in Chongqing were enrolled with convenience sampling and surveyed by using general data questionnaire, Chinese Perceived Stress Scale (CPSS), Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS). Results The scores of SAS and SDS were 45.99±10.10 and 48.62±11.41, respectively. Univariate analysis showed that gender and income were the influencing factors of ICU nurses' anxiety (P < 0.05), and gender, professional title, income and current disease were the influencing factors of depression (P < 0.05); Pearson correlation analysis indicated that anxiety was positively correlated with perceived stress (r=0.578, P < 0.01), and negatively with resilience and mindful attention awareness (r=-0.487, -0.525, P < 0.01). Depression was positively correlated with perceived stress (r=0.591, P < 0.01), and negatively with resilience and mindful attention awareness (r=-0.569, -0.552, P < 0.01). The mediating effect analysis suggested that mindfulness and resilience played chain mediating roles in stress, anxiety and depression for ICU nurses (P < 0.01). Conclusion ICU nurses have high anxiety and depression. Mindfulness and resilience play chain mediating roles in perceived stress with anxiety and depression among them.

Objective To investigate the impact of chronic endometritis (CE) on pregnancy outcome in patients with assisted reproduction and to evaluate the clinical significance of normative therapy. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on infertile patients with chronic endometritis who received assisted reproductive technology during January 2019 to January 2021 in our center. According to the number of CD138-positive cells in endometrial tissues, they were divided into severe group (>10 /HPF) and mild group (≤10 /HPF). Then according to whether CE was clearly cured after standard treatment with antibiotics, they were divided into cured group and treated group. The differences of biochemical pregnancy rate, clinical pregnancy rate, early abortion rate, embryo implantation rate and live birth rate were compared among different groups of patients. Results A total of 155 patients were enrolled, including 56 patients in the cured group and 99 patients in the treated group. And there were 91 patients with mild CE and 64 with severe CE. The number of CD138-positive cells in the cured group was significantly higher than that in the treated group (19.32±13.72 vs 11.52±10.32, P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in embryo implantation rate (34.95% vs 27.42%, P=0.219) and early abortion rate (13.33% vs 25.00%, P=0.235) between the 2 groups. The biochemical pregnancy rate (64.29% vs 43.43%, P=0.013), clinical pregnancy rate (53.57% vs 36.36%, P=0.037) and live birth rate (46.43% vs 27.27%, P=0.016) were obviously higher in the cured group than the treated group. In mild CE, there were no statistical differences in biochemical pregnancy rate, clinical pregnancy rate, early abortion rate, live birth rate and embryo implantation rate the clinical outcomes between the cured group and the treated group. In severe CE, the cured group had obviously higher biochemical pregnancy rate (76.47% vs 43.33%, P=0.007), clinical pregnancy rate (64.71% vs 33.33%, P=0.012) and live birth rate (58.82% vs 20.00%, P=0.002) than the treated group. Conclusion CE has a negative impact on assisted reproductive outcomes, and standard antibiotic treatment can improve the pregnancy outcomes in the patients.

Soybean cyst nematode (SCN, Heterodera glycines, HG) is one of the severe pests in plant-parasitic nematodes, which impairs root development and causes severe losses in soybean production worldwide. Breeding SCN-resistant cultivars is an important measure for securing harvests without affecting the environment, as can be done with pesticides. The majority of genetic resources for plant pest resistances are found in wild or closely related species which are often difficult to use in breeding due to crossing barriers or close linkage with unfavorable agronomic traits. In this study, 12 soybean cultivars were evaluated for their marker haplotype at the rhg1 and Rhg4 SCN resistance loci and their SCN resistance tested against multiple races in environmentally controlled bioassays. The results showed that all 12 cultivars displayed Peking-type resistance marker haplotypes and all of them proved to be resistant to multiple SCN races. These cultivars provide potential for improving H. glycines resistance of soybean as donor parent in breeding and can contribute to reduce SCN field populations as part of a sustainable agriculture management.

Objective To analyze and compare the clinical features and outcomes of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) cycles in normal responders using gonadotrophin (Gn) releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonist or GnRH agonist long protocol. Methods The clinical data of patients who received IVF treatment and had normal ovarian response to GnRH antagonist or GnRH agonist long protocol in our reproductive center from January 2017 to March 2019 were collected. According to the treatment protocol and the fresh embryo transplanted or not, these patients were divided into Group A (receiving GnRH antagonist, but no fresh embryo transplanted, n=128), Group B (GnRH antagonist, with fresh embryo transplanted, n=138), and Group C (GnRH agonist long protocol, with fresh embryo transplanted, n=720). Besides, the frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycles of Group A were analyzed, and served as Group D. The thickness of endometrium on luteal conversion day and outcome of Group D were compared with those of Group B and Group C. Results ① The duration and dosage of Gn were shorter and less in Group A and B than Group C, and statistical difference was seen in Gn duration (P < 0.05), and in Gn dosage only between Group A and C (P < 0.05). ②On HCG day, the serum estradiol (E2) level were lower in Group A and B than Group C (P < 0.05), the endometrium of Group C was the thickest, and the thickness of endometrium on luteal conversion day of Group D was lower than that on the HCG day of Group A, B and C, where the differences between Group A and B, and Group C and D were statistically significant (P < 0.05). ③ The number of oocytes obtained in Group A and B were less than that in Group C (P < 0.05), but there were no statistical difference in metaphase Ⅱ (MⅡ) oocyte rate, normal fertilization rate and high-quality embryo rate among Group A, B and C. ④ Biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate had no statistical differences among Group B, C, and D (P < 0.05). Group B had the lowest implantation rate but the highest miscarriage rate, and had obvious differences with Group C (P < 0.05). Conclusion GnRH antagonist protocol can obtain similar oocytes and embryos as the GnRH-a long protocol in normal response population. However, the antagonist may exert negative impact on endometrial receptivity and result in low pregnancy rate and high abortion rate.

Cobalt is a promising material for electronic interconnections in the post-Moore law period. However, the vertical cobalt pillar is not fully compatible with the current electroplating-involved manufacturing process due to hydrogen evolution at the cathode and poor throwing power of the products. In this article, electrodeposition with multiple organic additives was employed to realize the fabrication of cobalt pillars. Electrochemical measurements were used to investigate the depolarization of 3-mercapto-1-propane sulfonate sulfonic acid (MPS) and the polarization of the polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) during cobalt electrodeposition. Notably, the competitive adsorption between MPS and PVP was verified and discussed in cobalt electrodeposition. In order to understand the adsorption and functional groups of the additives, quantum chemical calculations were performed to simulate the distribution of electrostatic potential and molecular orbital energy of the additives. Accordingly, the thiol group of MPS and the amide group of PVP were speculated to be the molecular adsorption sites in cobalt electrodeposition. The mechanism including three stages was proposed for cobalt pillar electrodeposition in solution with MPS and PVP. The electrodeposition of practical cobalt pillars with a depth of 50 µm and diameters of 60, 80, and 100 µm was successfully achieved by electroplating experiments, thereby promoting the application of metal cobalt for electronic packaging.

In order to study the mechanical properties of the ballastless track structure under the load of the train, this paper simplified the ballastless track structure to an infinite double-layer elastic beam. The double-layer elastic beam model and its theoretical expression formula was established using the elastic foundation beam concept. When the train was at a certain position on the rail, the differential balance equation between the rail and the concrete slab was established under the action of the vehicle load. Combined with the generalized “initial parameter method” and its boundary conditions, the analytical solution of the double-layer beam displacement and stress were obtained under the vehicle load. Through calculation examples, the displacement and stress of the rail and concrete slab were analyzed, and the analytical results were compared with the results of ANSYS, which proved the reliability of the analytical solution. Therefore, simplifying the slab ballastless track into infinite double-layer elastic beam is closer to the actual working conditions. The results can provide a reliable basis for the theoretical study of the ballastless track of high-speed railways and design reference for related projects.

This study adopts an ecolinguistic approach to analyze logical resources in the news reports about the Sino-US trade war collected from the two sources, The Times of Britain and Sputnik News Agency of Russia. By observing the logical system for ecological discourse analysis, the study throws light on the ecological properties and values of the mainstream media between the two stakeholders. The discursive research finds that overall, the Russian news reports appeal for a free trade system, while they talk down the trade truce, and the British news reports, although opposed to protectionism, call for unity with the UK’s ally to avoid tariff risk and earn effortless profits. Hence, the ecological properties of the Russian and British media are complex and mixed. Regarding ecological variance, the two media more or less underwent an ecological shift with the dynamic process of the trade war.

Superalloy has excellent comprehensive properties and is the preferred material for high performance components of aeroengine. Due to its high yield strength and obvious springback, it is difficult to control the forming precision of superalloy component. Therefore, it is crucial to study the applicability of cyclic constitutive models in the deformation simulation of superalloy foils. Based on the cyclic shearing test, the characterization effects of different cyclic plastic constitutive models on the cyclic plastic deformation response of superalloy were studied. By comparing the results of U-bending test with the simulation results of finite element software, the accuracy of springback prediction of different yield criteria combined with different cyclic plastic constitutive models was analyzed. The results show that Y-U (Yoshida-Uemori) model has the best characterizing effect on the response of cyclic plastic deformation, while A-F (Armstrong-Frederick) model and ANK (the anisotropic nonlinear kinematic) model have close characterizing effect. For the prediction accuracy of springback, the fitting accuracy of Y-U model is higher than that of isotropic model and A-F model. However, the yield criterion has little influence on the prediction accuracy of springback. The prediction deviation of Y-U model based on Hill48 yield criterion and YLD-2000 yield criterion can be controlled within 5%.

Nano calcium silicate hydrate (nano-C–S–H) has become a novel additive for advanced cement-based materials. In this paper, the effect of nano-C–S–H on the early-age performance of cement paste has been studied, and some micro-characterization methods were used to measure the microstructure of nano-C–S–H-modified cement-based material. The results showed that the initial fluidity of cement paste was improved after addition of nano-C–S–H, but the fluidity gradual loss increased with the dosage of nano-C–S–H. The autogenous shrinkage of cement paste can be reduced by up to 42% maximum at an appropriate addition of nano-C–S–H. The mechanical property of cement paste was enhanced noticeably after adding nano-C–S–H, namely, the compressive strengths were improved by 52% and 47.74% at age of 1 day and 7 days, respectively. More hydration products were observed and pore diameter of cement matrix was refined after adding nano-C–S–H, indicating that the early hydration process of cement was accelerated by nano-C–S–H. This was mainly attributed to seed effect of nano-C–S–H. The detailed relationship between microstructure and early-age performance was also discussed.

Abstract A recent genome-wide copy number variations (CNVs) scan identified a 16q12.2 deletion that included the carboxylesterase 1 (CES1) gene, which is important in the metabolism of fatty acids and cholesterol. We aimed to investigate whether CES1 CNVs was associated with susceptibility to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in a Chinese Han population. A case–control study was conducted among 303 patients diagnosed with NAFLD and 303 age (± 5) and sex-matched controls from the Affiliated Nanping First Hospital of Fujian Medical University in China. The copy numbers of CES1 were measured using TaqMan quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) and serum CES1 was measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. The Chi-squared test and a logistic regression model were used to evaluate the association between CES1 CNVs and NAFLD susceptibility. The distribution of CES1 CNVs showed a higher frequency of CNVs loss ( 2) was not. There was a suggestion of an association between increased CES1 serum protein levels and CNVs losses among cases, although this was not statistically significant (P = 0.07). Copy number losses (

The paper derives the current-voltage relationship in the semiconductor circuit breaker based on the equation of fluid mechanics which has application for safe and water access. Then, the paper proposes a Newton iterative method based on the finite element analysis method to solve the nonlinear algebraic equation relationship in the semiconductor circuit breaker. At the same time, the paper constructed a coupled numerical model based on the hydrodynamic equations and applied it to the pulse current prediction. Experiments have proved that the algorithm can realize large-scale open-circuit switching current forecast, and the algorithm has high efficiency and accuracy.

This paper defines the connotation of Digital China. Based on the concept of"Five-in-one"put forward by the Party Central Committee, this paper summarizes the construction logic of Digital China Index System from the three levels of macro objectives, strategy quantification and measurement, and puts forward five core indicators, nine main indicators and four sub item index systems of Digital China. At the same time, various types of efficacy functions, weighted factor analysis and cluster analysis are used to carry out dimensionless processing, weighted calculation and data statistical analysis of the basic data of Digital China index system. Finally, we propose some policy suggestions for the construction of Digital China in the future.

Abstract Background The prevalence of Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is increasing and emerging as a global health burden. In addition to environmental factors, numerous studies have shown that genetic factors play an important role in the development of NAFLD. Copy number variation (CNV) as a genetic variation plays an important role in the evaluation of disease susceptibility and genetic differences. The aim of the present study was to assess the contribution of CNV to the evaluation of NAFLD in a Chinese population. Methods Genome-wide analysis of CNV was performed using high-density comparative genomic hybridisation microarrays (ACGH). To validate the CNV regions, TaqMan real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) was utilized. Results A total of 441 CNVs were identified, including 381 autosomal CNVs and 60 sex chromosome CNVs. By merging overlapping CNVs, a genomic CNV map of NAFLD patients was constructed. A total of 338 autosomal CNVRs were identified, including 275 CNVRs with consistent trends (197 losses and 78 gains) and 63 CNVRs with inconsistent trends. The length of the 338 CNVRs ranged from 5.7 kb to 2.23 Mb, with an average size of 117.44 kb. These CNVRs spanned 39.70 Mb of the genome and accounted for ~ 1.32% of the genome sequence. Through Gene Ontology and genetic pathway analysis, we found evidence that CNVs involving nine genes may be associated with the pathogenesis of NAFLD progression. One of the genes (NLRP4 gene) was selected and verified by quantitative PCR (qPCR) method with large sample size. We found the copy number deletion of NLRP4 was related to the risk of NAFLD. Conclusions This study indicate the copy number variation is associated with NAFLD. The copy number deletion of NLRP4 was related to the risk of NAFLD. These results could prove valuable for predicting patients at risk of developing NAFLD.

The hot deformation behavior of TB8 titanium alloy with a lamellar α structure in the α+β dulex phase region was investigated. The results show that at the strain rate of 1 s-1, a continuous flow softening phenomenon is observed in the curve of the samples deformed at 650 ℃, while a discontinuous yield phenomenon is visual in the curve of the samples when the deformation temperature is higher than 650 ℃. The discontinuous yield phenomenon is gradually disappeared with increasing deformation temperature and strain rate. When the strain rate is 0.001 s-1 and the deformation temperature is 750 ℃ as well as 800 ℃, typical characteristics of dynamic recrystallization is presented in the curve of the samples. The relationship among peak stress σp temperature T and strain rate ε · and is characterized by Arrhenius-type constitutive equation. The equation between the material constants (α, Q, n and lnA) and strain is constructed. The effect of strain on the material constants (α, Q, n and lnA) of the Arrhenius-type constitutive equation is analyzed. The value of α is increased with true strain, while the values of Q, n and lnA are gradually decreased. The correlation coefficient (R2) and the AARE value between the experimental and the predicted stress are 0.945 and 9.08%, respectively. This indicates that the strain-compensates Arrhenius type constitutive equation can better predict the flow stress value under different deformation conditions for the TB8 titanium alloy with a lamellar α structure deformed in the α+β dulex phase region.

The FAA-P-8110-2 Airship Design Criteria defines the airworthiness standard requirement. In order to make the design of landing gear to fulfill the requirements perfectly, a methodology of load calculation for landing gear is presented in this paper, which is based on double-springs’ vibration model. According to classical theories of dynamics, the differential equations of the system are derived herein. A simulation tool for this model is developed based on Python scientific modules, which is built in visualization and friendly operation. Taking a certain manned airship model as the research object, the main factors affecting the load of the landing gear are analyzed, and the reasonable values of the load are calculated by simulation. The results show that the proposed method can satisfy the airworthiness standard requirement of landing gear for landing gear load calculation. Under the given conditions of gasbag differential pressure, the landing gear load is decreased with the increase of gasbag pressure.
