The article presents a study on the choreography and effect of Maxrap Muqam aerobics for campus teenagers. It aims to promote sunny sports in respect to the improvement of teenagers' health and development of minority traditional physical culture, Maxrap Muqam. It was found that Maxrap Muqam is based on aerobics and classical movement of Uligur Maxrap dance. It shows that it is favorable to all folk young people.
