Początki hazeny kobiet w Polsce przypadają na połowę lat 20. XX w. Działacze Polskiego Związku Piłki Ręcznej podjęli w 1937 r. uchwałę o zaniechaniu rozgrywek mistrzowskich w hazenie i wprowadzeniu w to miejsce piłki ręcznej dla kobiet.

This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of physiotherapy for handball players of younger school age. The paper has been developed as a qualitative research strategy. The first goal of the research was to find out the most frequently overburdened body parts of handball players of younger school age. The second goal was to describe the physiotherapy possibilities of the applied solution of the players' found difficulties. In the youth categories, we encounter MS overload rather than injury. By including compensatory and regenerative elements in the training process, injuries can be prevented in the future. For children, more emphasis is placed on the development of general sports training than on the training of specific skills. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of younger school age, differences in handball between youth and adult categories, basic functional anatomy of the most common muscle imbalances of handball players, kinesiology of running, jumping and shooting, adequacy of physical activity of the child, examination and therapeutic methods. The practical part of the thesis has taken place with selected probands for 3 months in the sports hall in Ledeč nad Sázavou. An initial kinesiological analysis, therapy design, 12 therapies, autotherapy and a final kinesiological analysis have been performed. The results of the research have revealed that the most problematic parts of the handball player include weakened scapula lower fixators, abdominal external oblique muscles and shortened pectoralis muscles. After 2.5 months, new movement patterns have been introduced into the handball technique by the action of appropriately selected physiotherapeutic methods. Based on the findings of the research and three-year study at Faculty of Health and Social Sciences at University of South Bohemia, the handbook "Physiotherapeutic minimum for handball players" has been created presenting options for preventing the imbalances. The paper can be used as a source of information for the general and professional public.

Title: Sponsorship of the Czech handball club Objectives: The main objective of this diploma thesis is to create a sponsorship package to address and potentially gain the general sponsor of the Czech handball club TJ Sokol Nové Veselí. Methods: In this diploma thesis, qualitative methods are used - analysis of texts, documents, websites and social networks. Furthermore, a semi-structured interview was conducted with the vice-president of the club. Semi- structured interviews were also conducted with representatives of selected companies. Results: An analysis of the current situation and the interviews showed that the club does not currently have a comprehensive sponsorship package. Communication with sponsors always took place individually on the basis of specific negotiations and a comprehensive form was lacking, which reduced the effectiveness of negotiations. For this reason, the first part of the work focuses on the analysis of the current situation, the possibilities and the offer of counter-services that the club can offer. Based on this, one basic package was created, as the interviews showed that this strategy is more effective for the club. The created package was presented to the addressed sponsors, while the goal was achieved and a new sponsor was obtained for the club. Keywords:...

Handball is a contact sport associated with a high frequency of injuries. The unilateral nature of the movement leads to pathokinesiological changes in the musculoskeletal system. These may secondarily affect the quality of movement and lead to recurrent musculoskeletal difficulties. The bachelor thesis deals with chronic difficulties arising from handball. It proposes physiotherapy options that allow to positively influence, prevent or completely eliminate these changes. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to determine the nature of musculoskeletal difficulties in selected female handball players of TJ Lokomotiva České Budějovice and to develop a proposal for individual physiotherapy for selected female handball players. Based on the objectives, the research questions "What kind of musculoskeletal difficulties are found in female handball players?" and "Did the individually designed physiotherapy plan help the identified subjective and objective musculoskeletal difficulties in female handball players? " The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, brief information about handball and female players, kinesiology of handball movements, movement difficulties acute and chronic within the sport, movement management together with tissue healing, examination and therapeutic methods and prevention are described. In the practical part, a qualitative research is developed on the basis of three case studies of selected players of TJ Lokomotiva České Budějovice playing the second women's league. The research group consisted of female handball players aged from 20 to 22 years who have been regularly training and playing handball for more than 8 years. The female players attended AB clinics once a week with written consent from the responsible staff member. The research request document is available for review from the author of the study. The practical part includes an initial kinesiological examination, a description of the 8-week therapy, and an outcome kinesiological analysis. The handball players were educated on the exercise plan they performed during therapy sessions and subsequently outside the clinic. I see the contribution of this work in the clinical practice of physiotherapists, to whom it can serve as an inspiration for working with handball players. Furthermore, the bachelor thesis can serve as educational material for sports coaches or for a selected group of people playing handball.

The title of the master thesis: Clinical evaluation of ROM of shoulder joint in cadet and junior category players of so-called overhead sports Abstract in English language: The goal of this thesis is to elucidate whether the "overhead" athletes like handballers and volleyballers suffer from extension changes and local hypermobility in their shoulder joints. These changes are going to be described by trigonometric measurements and hypermobility tests by Sachse. It is going to be determined which "overhead" athletes are affected the most. Their sex is going to be taken into consideration. The theoretical part of the thesis describes selected "overhead" sports and their strain on a human body from a kinesiologic point of view. Especially the impact of offensive blows in volleyball and throws in handball on shoulder joints are going to be examined. The thesis is going to examine a shoulder girdle from an anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics, and physiology point of view. A chapter focused on hypermobility and it is classification is included too. 95 people without a prior injury of a shoulder joint in the age from 16 to 19 years old including 73 "overhead" athletes were tested. There were 30 men, 40 women, 34 handballers, and 39 volleyballers. In the control group, there were 22 people, of which 11 men and 11...

Painful conditions of the shoulder joint of handball players are a frequent cause of the end of a player’s career. The shoulder joint is extremely susceptible to damage during early sports specialization. The cause is greater variability of movement together with repeated unilateral stain during the throw. The aim of the study is to monitor the functional changes of the shoulder girdle of handball player inparticular age groups. The examination was performed by a comprehensive kinesiological analysis with an effort for differential diagnostics to find the so-called key area. In addition, selected orthopeadic tests for the shoulder girdle area were used, followed by testing in closed kinematic chains. In a group of handball players aged 12 to 15 years, defective posture was found with a typical throwing posture with hypermobility. In the group of players aged 16 to 19, the functional changes of the throwing position were highlighted. Handball players over the age of 20 showed a significant reduction in theinternal rotation of the cast upper limb associated with an increase in the external rotation of thesame limb.

The aim of this study is to assess the quality of stereoscopic vision in children of younger school age (n = 60) with regard to sports activities (handball, swimming), regularly performed by these children. In order to determine the level of stereopsis, the standardized test “Titmus stereo test” was used. At the same time, the initial history of sports-physical activities was carried out to receive more objective interpretation of the results. For the statistical processing of the gained data (Statistica 8.0), the nonparametric method - Mann-Whitney U test - was used. Other parameters were expressed by means of frequency, averages, and percentage representation in charts. The data were processed using the Mann-Whitney U test. The following values were calculated: Z = -1.97; p = 0.05. The observed data support our hypothesis that physical activity connected with a strong activation of visual and brain functions could affect the quality of individual elements of visual space depth perception, such as stereopsis or myopia. The median values of stereoscopic vision levels in handball players (9) and swimmers (7) are demonstrably given in favour of handball players. Handball players clearly dominate also in the frequency of excellent results achieved in the test of stereoscopic vision (values 9 and 10). On the basis of the statistical results, we can accept the determined hypothesis validated by the “Titmus stereo test” test of stereopsis, and we can state that the quality of stereopsis in handball players is higher than in swimmers.

Title: Relation between throwing velocity and accuracy in handball on elementary level Goal: Throwing effectiveness in handball can be influenced by many factors. Throwing accuracy and velocity are considered to be the determinative factors. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to explore the mutual relation of these parameters in case of handball players on elementary level. The field research was realized in the handball club Lovci Lovosice in age category of 12-13 years old players. Methodology: In terms of this bachelor thesis, two field researches in the interval of two months were realised. These field researches were realized in the handball club Lovci Lovosice in the age category of 12-13 years old players by using a hand-operated radar device The Stalker Pro 2. The research was performed only for one type of throw, specifically the one-handed overarm on the spot throw. Both throwing velocity and accuracy were traced within the research mentioned above. Statistical data processing was performed in Microsoft Excel 2010 using one-tailed statistical test. Results: The results of the research in this bachelor thesis show a very close relation between throwing velocity and accuracy in handball. The players hit more targets when they did not perform such high throwing velocity. While in the first...

Title: Reflection of change of rules in the way of women's top handbal playing performance. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is the analysis of playing short-handed during the offense in chosen women's teams at the 2017 World Women's Handball Championship. For the purpose of the thesis I have chosen only parts of matches when a team plays short-handed with six attacking players against six defenders. Methods: I tis a quantitative research, where my focus is on evaluating the number of goals while playing short-handed. The data obtained will be enriched with the use of the qualitative research. Results: I have found out that, in the teams observed, a game without a goalkeeper during the attack phase in penalty can be applied in any stage of the match, since the chance of conceding a goal into an empty handbal goal is extremely low. Such a game influences the game-based performance and also influences result of the match. Sport preparation for youth in collective sports games should be geared to the acquisition of gaming activities by the individual. Individual technique and tactics of the player is the basis of each ball game. This is why we have been working on an experimental training program focused on individual gaming activities in the category of younger players in handball. The aim of the work was to find out the effectiveness of the training program created by us in practice. We assumed that the training program will positively impact the acquisition of selected offensive game activities (passes, releasing whit the ball, shooting from the ground and shooting from jump) in the game. To evaluate the selected game activities, we used the method of indirect observation and expert judgment. Selected gaming activities were evaluated using a modified rating scale (Šafaříková 1974, Zaťková 1996, Križan 2005,). We have evaluated the quality of the game's handling of the game by a 5-point rating scale. We made the assessment at the beginning and end of the experiment. The research group was made up of 14 players of the ŠKP Bratislava club in the category of younger payers. The mean age of the observed set was 12 years +/-. The results obtained show that the monitored set has improved statistically (p

Title: Assessment of muscle imbalances in handball players Objectives: The main aim of this work was to evaluate the occurrence of muscle imbalances in the handball players of the first - league team of woman by means of the kinesiological analysis and segmental analysis from the BIA method. Methods: In modified kinesiological analysis, we focused on assessing posture and examining shortened muscles. To segmental analysis by the BIA method, we used the Tanita MC - 980 apparatus, where we first assessed the asymmetry in the distribution of muscle mass on individual body segments. Results: In 80 % of the total, the upper cross syndrome was recorded. Lower cross syndrome was found in 67 % of the players. The results of segmental muscle mass analysis using BIA showed a statistically insignificant difference (p > 0.05) in the distribution of muscle mass in the upper limbs (average difference of 0.05 kg) and a statistically significant difference (p < 0.05) in the distribution of muscle mass at the lower of the limbs (average difference of 0.11 kg). The following significant correlations were found for the whole population (n = 15): m. Iliopsoas right and the amount of muscle mass (BIA) on right upper limb (r = 0.549), iliopsoas on the right and the amount of muscle mass (BIA) on left upper limb (r =...

This work is focused on low back pain of active handball players and possibility to influence these problems by using SM system (spiral stabilization of backbone). Low back pain of handball players originate mostly as a consequence of overstraining a certain muscular parts. Another cause of backache of handball players can be a varying intensity of strain, an injury, or an incorrect coordination of the move. In the first chapter of theoretical part of this work, low back pain are defined. The next chapter describes basic rules of handball with a focus on a big influence of psyche on the performance of induvidual handball players. Then, the principles of practising SM system and it's realization are presented, whose founder is MUDr. Richard Smíšek. The main aim of this work was to present possibilities of SM system in physiotherapy of handball players and then to describe the effect of physiotherapy after using SM system in case of individual active handball players with low back pain. This work was composed according to a high-quality research. The collection of data was realized as an interview with gaining an anamnesis of three probands, who play handball actively. Then, a complex opening and final kineziologic analysis and observation was made. In practise, the work deals with an application of conrete physiotherapeutic techniques and following observation of it's effects. Probands were also asked to fill in an agreement of being informed. This work can be used as a source of information for lay or specialized public, likewise for present and future physiotherapists who are interrested in this problem. This bachelor thesis is focused on nutritional assessment of extraleague handball players. The aim is to describe the importance of nutrition in sport and compare groups of professional athletes with amateurs. The thesis is divided into 2 parts. The theoretical part deals mainly with the importance of individual nutrients, the drinking regime, handball physiology and related energy metabolism. The practical part evaluates the results of the questionnaire and the four-day nutritional intake. The research team consisted of 20 extraleague handball players and 15 unprofessional athletes from the age of 18 to 29. The evaluation of the nutritional intake indicated insufficient energy intake, mainly in the form of carbohydrates. Differences were also found between two groups, when extraleague handball players compensate insufficient intake of carbohydrate by increased protein consumption, but unprofessional athletes have increased fat intake.
