The cloud computing sector, including mobile networks has increased in the present time. Because of advanced features and security related information in cloud. So many methods are available for handling these problems. Cloud security, large number of methods existing for provide security. Among that, so many widespread techniques cast-off to protected data in cloud based on Individuality based encryption. This method specialty is allowing only authorized end users for access legal data and avoid smalevolent attack. Individuality -based encryption method follows up the four stages like Name, Key generation, encryption and decryption. Among these Key generation is most important for generating secure key. It provides unbreakable and non-derivable secure keys to provide strong security. This paper provides a novel approach for providing advanced security called identity-based encryption. This approach uses segment of a bitidentity thread in demandto evade seepage of user’s data identity, if any attacker decodes the key also. Statistical reports show that the proposed algorithm takes less time in the process of decryption and encryption compared to other traditional approaches. One more feature of our novel method is skinning the user’s uniqueness by using parametric curve fitting. It contains a polynomial interpolation function.

The aim of the study was to synthesize silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) from Alpinia purpurata leaves and evaluate their cytotoxic, antimicrobial, antibiofilm, dye degradation, and larvicidal potentials. The synthesized AgNPs were characterized using ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared, and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, which confirmed AgNPs synthesis and revealed nanoparticle size (10 to 30 nm) and the presence of silver. Cytotoxicity tests showed IC50 values of 4.59 ± 0.6 µg/mL in A549 cells and 3.48 ± 0.4 µg/mL in PA1 cells, inducing apoptosis and DNA fragmentation. Flow cytometry revealed cell cycle arrest at G0-G1 phase. AgNPs exhibited significant antimicrobial activity, with maximum inhibition zones against K. pneumoniae (23 ± 2 mm) and F. oxysporum (17 ± 2 mm), and minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values ranging from 12.5 ± 0.25 to 75 ± 2.5 µg/mL. They also reduced bacterial and fungal biomass and showed antibiofilm effects. Photocatalytic activity degraded methylene blue dye by 88.4 ± 1.4% in 60 minutes. Larvicidal activity resulted in 100% mortality of A. aegypti larvae after 48 hours exposure to AgNPs (10 mg/L), additionally reducing chemical oxygen demand (55.1 ± 2.1% to 63.8 ± 1.5%) and microbial load in wastewater (2.5 to 10 ppm).

We display different reasons that relationship fulfilment contributes to relationship maintenance. New types of ties between car manufactures and their vendors have culminated in a bureaucratic auto parts supply system. However, it was noted that the partnership relies on the mutual actions of the partner, on information and technology exchange and on the experience of the relationship between the seller and the customer. Relationships are today similar to the features of a cooperative model with long-term and mutually dependent relations. The partnership cannot be considered as purely cooperative or competitive. At present situation, all would come across many times that the Garbage bins or Dust bins overflows at public places in the cities due to increase of the garbage every day. It creates sanitation problems for the people and bad smell in and around the environment and spreads deadly diseases and makes human ill; to overcome this situation designed a Garbage Information System using SOT (Smart Online Technologies). There are many number of dustbins located throughout the town, city or within a campus. The dustbins are connected with very low-cost device to track with a unique id and the level of garbage in bins by IoT. The PCB is for physical support and wiring. As given unique key, it is easy to identify the bin once it is full which is sensed by proximity sensors. When the level reaches rim limit, the device will start to transmit the level of bin together with its unique ID. Any updates are added as duplicates for original by Blockchain.The details can be retrieved by the corresponding authorities from all the places with the help of SOT and an instantaneous action can be taken to replace the dustbins [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Earth has been used as a material for the building in the form of red bricks, sand mortar, mud floors, and lime sand ceiling since the earlier civilization of mankind. Due to its numerous climatic changes and the lack of standards, the earth’s use is decreased. Due to potential capacity and less energy consumption in producing compressed earth blocks exhibits more promising structures than other earth materials. This review article illustrates that using compressed earth blocks with natural fibers will be an excellent alternative for conventional materials. Also, the paper discusses the thermal comfort exerted by naturally available materials such as banana fiber, coconut fiber, sisal fiber, palm fiber, and cassava peels. Natural fibers also increase the mechanical behavior such as compressive, tensile, and water absorption capability of these blocks, which is environmentally friendly and exhibits better thermal stability. This study aims to design an earth-building material with a minimum environmental impact and more stability.

Introduction: The use of plant extracts in the green synthesis of metallic nanoparticles is one of the simplest, most practical, economical, and ecologically friendly methods for avoiding the use of toxic chemicals.Method: Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were synthesized, employing a high-efficiency, non- toxic, cost-effective, green, and simple technique that included the use of Salacia oblonga root extract (SOR) as a capping agent compared to synthetic nanoparticles. The use of S. oblonga can be seen in traditional medicines for treating diabetes, obesity, rheumatism, gonorrhea, asthma, and hyperglycemia. The objectives of the current study were to green synthesize S. oblonga root extract silver nanoparticles (SOR-AgNPs), characterize them, and study their antioxidant, antibacterial, and antidiabetic activities.Result: The shape of SOR-AgNPs was spherical, at less than 99.8 nm in size, and exhibited a crystalline peak at XRD. The green synthesized SOR-AgNPs showed significant antioxidant properties like DPPH (80.64 μg/mL), reducing power capacity (81.09 ± SEM μg/mL), nitric oxide (96.58 μg/mL), and hydroxyl (58.38 μg/mL) radical scavenging activities. The MIC of SOR-AgNPs was lower in gram-positive bacteria. The SOR-AgNPs have displayed efficient inhibitory activity against α-amylase, with an EC50 of 58.38 μg/mL. Analysis of capping protein around the SOR-AgNPs showed a molecular weight of 30 kDa.Discussion: These SOR-AgNPs could be used as antibacterial and antidiabetic drugs in the future as it is cheap, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly. Bio-fabricated AgNPs had a significant impact on bacterial strains and could be used as a starting point for future antibacterial drug development.
