This paper is an application of the Internet of Things in campus power generation system. The electricity generated by people riding bicycles can be regarded as a kind of green energy generation. Fitness bikes are set up at every point on the campus. Each fitness bike is equipped with a generator. The development board will be connected to the generator. The generator is equipped with voltage and current sensors. LoRa modules are installed on every fitness bike on campus. These nodes will send the data to the LoRa Gateway of each campus through wireless transmission, and finally the LoRa Gateway will store the data on the cloud server through Ethernet wired transmission.

Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been reported to biologically regulate tumor progression. LncRNA MIR31HG has been identified as an oncogene in several cancer types, but its role and mechanism in glioblastoma (GBM) remain to be explored. In the present study, we detected strongly-expressed MIR31HG in GBM cells through RT-qPCR analysis. Through loss-of-function assays, we uncovered that MIR31HG exerted its oncogenic property in GBM through boosting cell proliferation and suppressing the apoptosis. Mechanistically, STAT1 was found to be as a transcription factor and played a part in activating the transcription of MIR31HG with upregulating the expression of MIR31HG in GBM. Moreover, high MIR31HG level was confirmed to induce the activation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in a variety of cancers. From subcellular fractionation and western blot assays, it was displayed that MIR31HG activated Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway through enhancing the nuclear translocation of β-catenin. Rescue assays showed that the treatment of LiCl countervailed MIR31HG depletion-induced inhibition on GBM cell growth. In conclusion, STAT1-induced upregulation of lncRNA MIR31HG facilitates GBM cell growth by activating Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.

Background: Emerging studies have attested that long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) predominantly functioned in carcinogenesis of multiple developing human tumors. The current research aimed at probing the underlying participation and mechanisms of LINC00337 in lung adenocarcinoma.Methods: Here we analyzed TCGA and GTEx datasets and chose LINC00337 as research object. Cell proliferation, cell apoptosis, cell cycle, and invasion were detected in gain and loss experiment of LINC00337 both in vitro and in vivo. Moreover, RNA pull-down, luciferase reporter assays, western blotting analysis, rescue experiment were performed to investigate underlying molecular mechanisms of LINC00337 function. Results: LINC00337 was remarkably increased in lung adenocarcinoma. Also, LINC00337 knock-down was unraveled to repress cell invasion and proliferation as well as cell cycle, and gear up apoptosis in lung adenocarcinoma in vitro and in vivo. With respect to mechanism, LINC00337 knock-down boosted miR-1285-3p to be expressed and then restrained YTHDF1 to be expressed post-transcriptionally. Crucially, both miR-1285-3p decrement and YTHDF1 overexpression successfully countered the influence on cell proliferation, invasion and apoptosis caused by LINC00337 shRNA.Conclusions: These results suggest that LINC00337 acted as an oncogenic lncRNA, targeting miR-1285-3p and regulating YTHDF1 expression, to promote the progression of lung adenocarcinoma.

A new type of chiral tertiary amine ligand was designed and derived from l -proline and ( R )-BINOL. These new chiral ligands chelated with Cu(II) showed highly catalytic efficiency in enantioselective Henry reactions. Excellent yields (up to 99%) and high enantioselectivities (up to 96% ee) were achieved for aromatic, hetero-aromatic and aliphatic aldehyde substrates, without an additional base additive or the need for air or moisture exclusion.

We report the synthesis and characterization of a series of novel C3h-symmetric 2,4,6-tris(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1,3,5-triazine (THPT) derivatives. These compounds possess an interesting intramolecular hydrogen bonding pattern, which leads to the planarization between the triazine ring and the pendant aryl groups. The enhanced π-stacking interaction, resulting from the planarization, facilitates the column formation. Two of them exhibit a columnar hexagonal phase (Colh) over a wide temperature range induced by strong intramolecular hydrogen bonds.

Based on SCA830 accelerometer designed a low cost high precision Angle measurement device. The device adopts the real-time mean shift filtering algorithms to reduce the interference of the external environment and noise, uses piecewise linearization method for Angle sensor calibration. The experimental results show that the designed angle detection device precision can reach 0.02 °, the system is stability, digital signal transmission is complete, and it can collect real-time carrier tilt Angle.

MEMS device based on MEMS technology has the advantages of small volume, light weight, low cost, shock resistance, high reliability, it is widely used in the dynamic level measuring device. But due to the interference of external environment, the measurement accuracy of MEMS devices has been difficult to achieve practical application level. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the measurement accuracy of MEMS devices in the dynamic level measurement, is proposed based on the improved MEMS gyro random error compensation algorithm for ARMA model. Processed by the random error of a certain type of gyro, the test, the measuring accuracy of MEMS gyroscope has been significantly improved in the before and after filtering. After Kalman the improved filter and Kalman filter adaptive fading factor is introduced, in the static condition, the standard error of the difference of the original error are reduced to 3.75% and 4.8%, the filtering precision and dynamic environment is also effectively improved. Prove that the method is feasible and effective and is of great practical significance.

The water-mediated neutral hydrolysis mechanism of carbonyl sulfide (OCS) has been re-examined using the hybrid supramolecule/continuum models with n = 2-8 explicit water cluster at the level of MP2(fc)(CPCM)/6-311++G(d,p)//MP2(fc)(CPCM)/6-31+G(d). Present calculations indicate that the potential energy surface in water solution is different from the one in the gas-phase, and only stepwise mechanism is observed in aqueous solution, i.e., monothiocarbonic acid (H2CO2S) is formed via monothiocarbonate (OCSOH(-), MTC) and its counterion, protonated water cluster, (H2O)nH3O(+). The predicted rate-determining step (RDS) barrier for the stepwise mechanism in water solution, about 90 kJ/mol, shows good agreement with the experimental values, 83.7-96.2 kJ/mol using six- or eight-water model including two cooperative water molecules. Moreover, two reaction pathways, the nucleophilic addition of water molecule across the C═O or the C═S bond of OCS are competitive.

Two superaromatic terpyridine ligands (1 and 2) incorporating a corannulene unit at the 4'-position are reported. The optical and metal sensing properties of both ligands were investigated by the naked eye, and UV-vis and fluorescence spectroscopy in this work. In 1, the corannulene motif is directly connected to the 4'-phenylterpyridine domain, while in 2, the corannulene motif and the 4'-phenylterpyridine domain are separated by an acetylene linker. Both 1 and 2 can work as chemosensors for metal ions and display different optical responses to various metal ions. It is shown that both ligands exhibit a colorimetric sensing ability for Fe(2+) through an obvious color change from colorless to magenta, and this color change can be observed easily by the naked eye. The addition of Fe(2+) also leads to significant changes in the absorption spectra of the ligands. A characteristic red shift in the emission spectra is observed in the presence of Zn(2+), which facilitates the discrimination of Zn(2+) from other metal ions. In addition, density functional theory (DFT) and time-dependent-density functional theory (TD-DFT) calculations were performed and shown to be consistent with the observed experimental results.

In this paper, the temperature characteristics of Micro Inertial Measurement Unit (MIMU) were studied for improving its stability. The temperature error model was built on the basis of analyzing its temperature characteristics. The model combined zero bias and calibration factors for MEMS accelerometers and gyros with multiple variables and it was optimized by the stepwise regression method. Meanwhile, combined with Kalman filtering theory, using Kalman filtering to reduce the noise of the temperature measurement could further improve the compensation accuracy and measurement accuracy.

The random noise is an important factor that affects the precision of the MEMS gyroscope. Based on the time-series analysis method, the AR model of the MEMS gyro drift signal is established. Then the adaptive Kalman filter is used to filter the drift signal. Comparison the original signal and the signal filtered by the adaptive Kalman filter, we found that the adaptive Kalman filter has the good filtering effect in the processing the zero drift signal of the MEMS gyro.

In spite of the growing focus on human-computer interaction design promoted by researchers and practitioners, there remains a large user population that is generally overlooked: people with physical disabilities. Most of HCI of disabled require wearing extra instruments, the HCI based on the camera is easy, efficient and comfortable. In this paper, we combined the applied and basic research, both drawing from psychological research and contributing new ideas to compare some HCI based on camera. We discuss user and products, and technology, highlighting challenges, open issues, and emerging applications for HCI based on camera of disabled.

A novel approach to the synthesis of 4-phenylethynylphthalic anhydride has been described. The target compound was synthesized by Pd/Cu catalyzed Sonogashira coupling reaction between phenylacetylene and 4-bromophthalic acid which was for the first time employed as start material, followed by dehydration of 4-phenylethynylphthalic acid. Compared with traditional synthetic routes, this method provides several advantages such as readily available raw materials, convenient manipulation and high yield. The products were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and elemental analysis, respectively.

A series of novel monomers of oligomers or polymers based on linear 1,4-phenylethynyl or 1,5-naphthylethynyl subunits, 1,4-bis(naphthalen-1-ylethynyl)benzene (8a) and its derivatives (8b–8i), has been synthesized and characterized. The UV absorption and fluorescence emission properties of these compounds were analyzed and discussed through the energy gap ( E ) between HOMO and LUMO orbitals, the orbital diagrams and the charge densities of related carbon atoms. It is evident from these results that the introduction of the electron-donating substituent (–OR) to the central phenylene ring of 8a and the introduction of electron-withdrawing substituent (–NO2) to the end of the conjugated system can efficiently improve its solubility, give rise to red-shift of maximum absorption and emission wavelength. But the introduction of electron-withdrawing substituent (–NO2) will lead dramatically decrease in fluorescence efficiency. A novel approach to the synthesis of 2,2′,3,3′-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride is described. The target compound was prepared by a nickel-catalyzed coupling reaction of dimethy 3-chlorophthalate (3-DMCP) for 4 h at 70–80 °C, followed by subsequent hydrolysis of tetra-ester in acid solution and dehydration of tetra-acid, with overall yield of 68%. The structures of the products were characterized by IR, 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR respectively.

A series of novel alkoxy-substituted arylene-ethynylene oligomers based on 1,5-naphthalene subunit have been successfully synthesized by palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction. The solubility, thermal, optical, and electrochemical properties have been investigated in detail. The title compounds are soluble in common organic solvents and emit a blue color both in solution and in the solid state, indicating that these oligomers might serve as potential materials in optoelectronic devices.

In the title compound, C18H19NO2, the five-membered ring of the indane fragment adopts an envelope conformation with the unsubstituted carbon atom at the flap displaced by 0.412 (3) Å from the plane formed by the other four atoms. The nitro group forms a dihedral angle of 5.3 (2)° with the indane benzene ring while the dihedral angle between the phenyl ring and the indane benzene ring is 76.74 (9)°.

The performance and feasibility of immobilization biological activated carbon (IBAC) were investigated to treat micro-pollutant water containing nitrobenzene. IBAC has been developed on the granular activated carbon by immobilization of selected and acclimated species of engineering bacteria to treat the micro-pollutant water containing nitrobenzene. The IBAC removal efficiencies for nitrobenzene, permanganate index, turbidity, UV, ammonia and nitrite were compared with granular activated carbon (GAC) process. Biological toxicity of influent and effluent of filter were determined. Amount of bacteria in carbon was measured when carbon filter was inoculated and circulated stably. The results showed that compared with GAC, it took short time for IABC to startup and recover to normal after impact burden. In addition, IBAC was more effective to treat micro-pollutants. In order to ensure security of drinking water, the influent nitrobenzene should be controlled below 26 microg/L. Effluent biological toxicity treated with IBAC was less than that with GAC. The performance of IBAC was much better than that of GAC. Amount of bacteria in both activated carbon filter increased first and then declined from inlet to outlet.

Acidification afforded 4-phenylethynylphthalic acid and then dehydration of this gave 4-phenylethynylphthalic anhydride in 76% overall yield. Compared with traditional synthetic methods, this method has the advantage of low cost, convenient manipulation and is environmentally friendly.
