This study investigated the synthesis and application of cerium oxide/conjugated polymer (CeO2/CP) heterostructures for dual-modal phototherapy with a focus on antibacterial applications. CeO2 nanoparticles were synthesized via a precipitation method and combined with a conjugated polymer, polythiophene, in a 40/60 wt% ratio to form a composite that leveraged the photothermal properties of CeO2 and the photodynamic capabilities of the polymer. The composite was analyzed with Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and UV-visible spectroscopy. Its photothermal efficiency and reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation were assessed under near-infrared (NIR) irradiation. Antibacterial tests against E. coli and MRSA demonstrated significant growth inhibition, particularly under elevated temperatures and repeated NIR irradiation cycles. The findings suggested that the CeO2/CP composite provided enhanced photothermal and photodynamic therapy, showing potential for effective use in medical applications aimed at infection control and enhanced tissue repair. In order to explore the influence of laser power on the evolution of molten pool and convective heat transfer of laser cladding Incoloy 926 on stainless steel surface, a three-dimensional thermal fluid multi-field coupled laser cladding numerical model was established in this paper. The variation of latent heat during solid-liquid phase transformation was treated by apparent heat capacity method. The change in the gas–liquid interface was tracked using the mesh growth method in real time. The instantaneous evolution of temperature field and velocity flow field of laser cladding Incoloy 926 on a stainless steel surface under different laser power was discussed. The solidification characteristic parameters of the cladding layer were calculated based on the temperature-time variation curves at different nodes. The mechanism of the impact of laser power on the microstructure of the cladding layer was revealed. The experiment of laser cladding Incoloy 926 on 316L surface was carried out under different laser power. Combined with the numerical simulation results, the effects of laser power on the geometrical morphology, microstructure and element distribution of the cladding layer were compared and analyzed. The results show that with the increase in laser power, the peak temperature and flow velocity of the molten pool surface both increase significantly. The thermal influence of the molten pool center on the edge is enhanced. The temperature gradient, solidification rate, and cooling rate increased gradually. The microstructure parameters (G/R) are relatively small when the laser power is 1000 W. In the experimental range, the dilution rate and wetting angle of the cladding layer both increase with the increase in laser power. When the laser power is 1000 W, the alloying elements of the cladding layer are more evenly distributed and the microstructure is finer. In this paper, we mainly concern the fixed-time consensus control problem for nonlinear leader-following multi-agent systems(MASs). An edge-based adaptive control protocol is presented with part of parameters updated by relative information of system state. Compared with the common node-based adaptive protocols, the proposed edge-based adaptive control protocol assigning different time-varying weights to different communication edges is more accurate. By selecting special Lyapunov functions and theoretical analysis, the obtained conclusions indicate that both sufficient conditions and the settling time of the fixed-time consensus are independent of the system's global information such as the spectrum of Laplacian matrix, which implies that the given protocol is fully distributed. When conducting tunnel construction in sandy gravel strata, disturbance to the sandy gravel soil is inevitable, resulting in alterations to the properties of the surrounding rock. This paper investigates the relationship between the relative density (Dr) and shear strength parameters under different disturbance states through the implementation of indoor triaxial tests. Utilizing Dr as a disturbance parameter, a unified disturbance function that reflects the weakening and strengthening of sandy gravel soil is proposed. Furthermore, a revised constitutive model based on this unified disturbance function is established for the first time. The study results indicated that the results calculated by traditional models, which do not take into account disturbance effects, deviate from the experimental results by more than 20%. However, the error rate of the results computed by the modified model can be reduced to within 8%. The new model establishes a dynamic relationship between relative compactness and shear strength parameters of sand and pebble soils, which can take into account both the effects of negative and positive perturbations. The results can more accurately characterise the strength and deformation properties of the surrounding rock under the influence of construction disturbances in sand and pebble ground tunnels.
