Light‐curing rapid prototyping (SLA) has become an emerging technology in the manufacturing industry because of its high precision, rapid prototyping, and the ability to mold complex parts. To enhance the mechanical properties and thermal stability of its raw material photosensitive resin (PR), carbon fiber (CF) was surface modified by chemical oxidation and grafting of amino silane (KH550) to obtain KH550‐modified carbon fiber (ACF). Then, ACF was composited with photosensitive resin to obtain modified carbon fiber/photosensitive resin (ACF/PR) composites. The viscosities of ACF/PR composites, including the viscosity, curing shrinkage, mechanical properties, and thermal stability of the ACF/PR composites, were characterized. The results showed that KH550 was successfully grafted onto CF. When the addition of ACF in the composites was 0.6%, the tensile strength, elongation at break, and impact strength of ACF/PR reached 39.48 MPa, 20.32%, and 13.62 kJ/m2, which were 120%, 27.15%, and 154% higher than that of the pure resin; the thermal decomposition temperatures and the maximum thermal decomposition temperatures at 50% mass loss of ACF/PR increased to 457.66°C and 442.44°C at 50% mass loss, which is 3.95% and 3.63% higher than that of the pure resin. Currently, the composites have excellent strength, toughness, and thermal stability. This paper gives a cost‐efficient method for improving the functioning of PR. Electromagnetic waves can cause different degrees of damage to the human body. People are developing unique nanomaterials with excellent reflection loss (RL), thin thickness, wide frequency band and light weight to improve the absorption efficiency of electromagnetic waves. Using a hydrothermal method, ZnO nanocrystals are combined with graphene oxide (GO). After heat treatment, evenly dispersed ZnO nanocrystals are attached to the GO surface or inserted into the lamellae, and the amount of Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O and GO is selected to obtain ZnO/RGO nanocomposites with different mass ratios (1 : 1, 1 : 2, 1 : 3). The ZnO/RGO nanocomposites were mixed with paraffin wax with different mass ratios (15, 20, 25, 30 wt%) to explore their electromagnetic parameters and wave absorption properties. It is found that at 25 wt%, ZnO : GO = 3 : 1 and thickness of 3 mm, the sample exhibits excellent wave absorption performance (−36.6 dB) and wide effective absorption bandwidth (6.6 GHz). The microwave absorption performance is enhanced because ZnO nanocrystals inhibit RGO agglomeration and improve impedance matching between the heterostructure interface and RGO. The high susceptibility of raspberries to softening restricts the development of the raspberry industry. The primary causes of fruit softening are the breakdown of components linked to the cell wall and the destruction of the cell wall structure itself. Polygalacturonase (PG), a key enzyme that catalyzes pectin degradation, plays a critical role in fruit softening. However, there are currently limited studies on the mechanism of PG genes in raspberry fruit softening. In this study, a PG gene, RiPG2, was isolated from raspberry (Rubus idaeus L.). 'Polka' fruits and tomato plants overexpressing RiPG2 were obtained by Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated leaf disc transformation to elucidate the role of RiPG2 in fruit softening. The total length of the RiPG2 gene is 1185 bp, and the gene encodes a total of 394 amino acids. The GFP fusion protein was expressed at the chloroplast under laser confocal microscopy, indicating that the RiPG2 protein is localized to the chloroplasts. Phenotypic analysis revealed that the fruit firmness of three strains was considerably less than that of controls, but PG enzyme activity was increased. Overexpression of RiPG2 altered the content of cell wall components, with an increase in water-soluble pectin (WSP) and ion-bound pectin (ISP) but a decrease in protopectin, cellulose, hemicellulose, and covalently bound pectin (CSP). In addition, RiPG2 positively regulated the expression of cell wall metabolism-related genes such as SlEXP1, SlTBG4, SlXTH5, and SlPL. These results suggest that the RiPG2 gene regulates the structure and composition of the cell wall and acts synergistically with other cell wall metabolism-related genes to promote fruit softening. To evaluate the interaction effects of Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) exposure and variants in cGAS-STING genes on mitochondrial DNA copy number (mtDNAcn) in workers. The mtDNAcn was determined by real-time quantitative polymerase-chain reaction in 544 PAHs-exposed workers and 238 office workers. The polymorphisms were detected by flight mass spectrometry. The mtDNAcn in PAHs exposure group was significantly lower than non-occupational exposure population (P < 0.00). The cGAS rs610913 CA+AA had significant interaction effects with STING rs11554776 GG+GA (P = 0.035), rs7380824 CC+CT (P = 0.026), and rs78233829 GC+CC (P = 0.034) on mtDNAcn. The generalized linear model results showed that the influencing factors of mtDNAcn include PAHs exposure (P < 0.001) and the interaction of PAHs exposure and cGAS rs 311678 AA+AG (P = 0.047).
