Due to time‐varying external disturbances and uncertain system models, distributed cooperative controllers with poor adaptability are unable to meet the cooperative control requirements of multiple permanent magnetic maglev trains in virtual coupling mode. In this work, a new effective distributed auto disturbance rejection resilient controller based on the optimized deep deterministic policy gradient algorithm (DDPG) is proposed. The DDPG algorithm is used to improve the adaptability of the controller against the time‐varying disturbances. An adaptive particle swarm optimization method (APSO) is also proposed to optimize the hyperparameters of DDPG in the search space. The simulation results show that, compared to the particle swarm optimization (PSO)‐actor‐critic (AC), PSO‐policy gradient (PG), and PSO‐DDPG algorithms, the proposed APSO‐DDPG algorithm performs better during training and verification. The proposed method achieves adaptive online adjustment of the controller parameters effectively and greatly improves the stability of cooperative control. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Residual motion error is common in high-resolution circular Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) image defocusing. The Signal-to-Clutter Ratio (SCR) in echo data domain is relatively low; thus, the phase error spans several range bins. To solve this problem, we propose a focusing algorithm for circular SAR based on phase-error estimation in the image domain. The method estimates the point-target image window interception and then the phase error from echo regeneration in the defocused image. Subsequently, the range migration error is calculated, and finally, the phase error in the echo data is compensated for azimuth focusing and range cell migration correction. Simulation and real-data processing verified the proposed method.

To investigate the effect of Da-Bu-Yin-Wan and Qian-Zheng-San (DBYW and QZS) on mitochondrial mass in Parkinson's disease (PD) cell model induced by 1-Methyl-4-phenylpyridinium Ion (MPP+). The SH-SY5Y cell was selected and treated with MPP+. The PD model was intervened with DBYW and QZS. CCK-8 method was used to detect the survival rate of cells in each group. Mitochondria was labeled by mitoTracker®Red CMXRos probe and observed by laser scanning confocal microscope, and ImageJ software was used to process images and measure mitochondrial form factors; Tetramethylrhodamine methyl ester was used to detect mitochondrial membrane potential (ΔΨm); Luciferase method was used to detect cellular ATP levels; Western-Blot technique was applied to detect the expression levels of Parkin protein, and the expression levels of Mfn1, Mfn2, OPA1, Drp1, and Fis1. We found that DBYW and QZS treatment significantly increased the cell survival rate, form factor (F-factor), mitochondrial activity and ΔΨm after MPP+ treatment, while the increase of ATP levels was not significant. In addition, the results of western blot analysis showed that the MPP+ induced increase in the expression of Drp1 and Fis1, as well as decrease in Parkin, Mfn1, Mfn2, and OPA1 were all partially revised by DBYW and QZS. In summary, our data strongly suggested that DBYW and QZS treatment can exert protective effects against PD related neuronal injury through regulation the homeostasis between mitochondrial fission and fusion. DJ-1/PARK7, the Parkinson's disease-related protein, plays an important role in mitochondrial function. However, the mechanisms by which DJ-1 affects mitochondrial function are not fully understood. Akt is a promoter of neuron survival and is partly involved in the neurodegenerative process. This research aimed at investigating a possible relationship between DJ-1 and Akt signalling in regulating mitochondrial function in the dopaminergic neuron-like cells SH-SY5Y and PC-12. Overexpression of DJ-1 was firstly validated at both the transcriptional and translational levels after transit transfection with plasmid pcDNA3-Flag-DJ-1. Confocal fluorescence microscopy demonstrated that overexpression of DJ-1 increased the mitochondrial mass, but did not disrupt the mitochondrial morphology. In addition, mitochondrial complex I activity was raised in DJ-1-overexpressing cells, and this rise occurred with an increase in cellular adenosine 50-triphosphate content. Moreover, immunoblotting demonstrated that the levels of phosphoinositide 3-kinase and the total Akt were not altered in DJ-1-overexpressing cells, and nor was the Akt phosphorylation on serine 473 changed. By contrast, Akt phosphorylation on threonine 308 was significantly augmented by overexpression of DJ-1, and the expression of glycogen synthase kinase-3beta, a downstream effector of Akt, was suppressed. In summary, these results suggest that overexpression of DJ-1 improves the mitochondrial function, at least in part, through a mechanism involving Akt phosphorylation on threonine 308.
