In the context of the big data era, the quality of ideological and political education puts forward higher requirements, while practical parenting highlights the higher value of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper focuses on the three core elements of the operation mechanism, optimization mechanism, and evaluation mechanism to enhance the interactive experience of ideological and political education and practical parenting for college students. In the operation mechanism, a social practice composite parenting structure is innovatively proposed. In the optimization mechanism, three types of practical education mechanisms are proposed: leading type, teaching type, and service type. In the evaluation mechanism, the evaluation index system for practice parenting effectiveness is proposed, and dimensionless processing is utilized to eliminate the influence of the index scale. The judgment matrix is constructed using the hierarchical structure model. Empirical analysis is used to explore the effectiveness of the innovative, practical parenting mechanism for promoting ideological and political education in universities, using the pilot university H as an example. The results show that University H has the optimal teaching management dimension (0.31), the second best practice parenting infrastructure (0.20), and the practice teaching (0.06) dimension, less desirable, among the seven first-level evaluation dimensions. Therefore, in the work of ideological education in colleges and universities, it is necessary to strengthen the countermeasures from the aspects of improving ideological understanding, perfecting the organizational system, increasing the financial guarantee, and constructing the incentive system so as to comprehensively improve the effectiveness of practical education activities for college students.

In this study, we investigated the epitaxial growth of monolayer CrCl3 and characterized the prevalent GB types in detail, identifying two dominant categories: those caused by grain rotation and those caused by grain sliding. Our structural and electronic analyses of these GBs revealed significant features associated with them. Notably, the findings include a generally enlarged bandgap at the boundaries and a 1D superstructure with twice the lattice constant at 0° GBs. Our work offers a microscopic perspective that serves as a foundation for understanding the macroscopic properties observed for practical 2D magnetic materials, especially those arising from crystalline imperfections. AbstractObjectiveMethodsResultsConclusionThe gut-lung axis involves microbial and product interactions between the lung and intestine. Antibiotics for chronic asthma can cause intestinal dysbiosis, disrupting this axis. Sodium houttuyfonate (SH) has diverse biological activities, including modifying gut microbiota, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory. This study aims to explore the relationship between SH, CD4+ T cells, and gut microbiota.Allergic asthma was experimentally induced in mice through injection and inhalation of ovalbumin. After the administration of different amounts of SH, ELISA was utilized to ascertain the levels of inflammatory cytokines in the serum, flow cytometry was used to examine the levels of Th1/Th2 cytokines in CD4+ cells from lung tissues. The expression of T-bet and GATA3 in lung tissue was determined by Western blotting and quantitative real-time PCR assay. Gut microbiota was determined by 16S rRNA gene sequencing.The results showed that SH can alleviate pulmonary injury in asthmatic mice, reducing serum levels of IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13 while simultaneously increasing IFN-γ. Furthermore, SH has been observed to modulate the balance of Th1/Th2 cells by up-regulating the mRNA and protein expression of T-bet but down-regulating GATA3 in the lung tissues of asthmatic mice, thereby promoting the differentiation of Th1 cells. Additionally, SH can regulate the variety and composition of gut microbiota especially genus Akkermansia in asthmatic mice.SH can alleviate asthma through the regulation of Th1/Th2 cells and gut microbiota. The gender discourse in Maoist China can be summed up in Mao's famous motto 'men and women are the same'. Images of women operating various technologies were massively propagated in the 1950s and 1960s, illustrating that men and women were not only equal in political status but also in physical strength with the help of technology. In reality, however, women working in technical jobs were not on the same footing as their male counterparts. Taking female projectionists as the research subject, this article investigates how new professional women, assigned by the state, overcame gender bias in rural areas where a patriarchal culture prevailed. By examining the inconsistency between the Chinese Communist Party's gender policies that encouraged women's public participation and the rural culture that derided women in public space, this article contends that female projectionists' experiences of performing screening techniques played a significant role in opening up new spaces for women's repositioning in the patriarchal society. While operating technology did not naturally give women the same social status as men, it was through female projectionists' bodily practices that the socialist ideas of gender equality were disseminated in rural areas.
