Since the 13th Five-Year Plan, Sinopec has been thoroughly carrying out the new energy security strategy of “four revolutions and one cooperation” and the spirit of the important instruction of “powerful promotion of petroleum exploration and development”. Focusing on strategic breakthrough and large-scale reserve increase, the petroleum exploration enhances the theoretical and technological innovation and highlights high-quality exploration battles, so that a series of important petroleum exploration achievements have been gained. In order to accelerate and promote the development of Sinopec's natural gas business, this paper forecasts Sinopec's exploration direction and development potential of natural gas in the future after comprehensively sorting out the achievements and theoretical and technological progresses of natural gas exploration since the 13th Five-Year Plan. And the following research results are obtained. First, since the 13th Five-Year plan, Sinopec has been persisting in the strategic deployment of “balancing marine and continental facies and focusing conventional and unconventional resources”. According to the idea of “extending marine conventional gas, strengthening marine shale gas and optimizing continental tight gas”, Sinopec innovatively develops the hydrocarbon accumulation theory of marine shale gas in southern China, marine carbonate rock in central–western China and tight clastic rock in central–western China. Second, by virtue of researches, a 3D seismic exploration technology with reservoir identification and description as the basis and sweet spot prediction as the core is developed, and several support equipment and tools are integrated, such as deep and ultra-deep drilling and completion, acid fracturing testing, long horizontal well fracturing and high power electric fracturing, and drillable composite bridge plug. Third, a series of natural gas exploration achievements are obtained in three major fields of marine shale, marine carbonate rock and continental tight clastic rock, and new proven natural gas reserves of 1.0068 × 1012 m3 is achieved, which provides Sinopec with high-quality resource guarantee for the fast increase of natural gas production. Fourth, looking forward, there are abundant natural gas resource bases in Sinopec's licenses, and the main development directions of its natural gas exploration are marine carbonate rock in central–western China, tight clastic rock and shale in central–western China, marine deep clastic rock, and deep clastic rock and igneous rock in the mature areas of eastern China. In conclusion, Sinopec's new proven natural gas reserves during the 14th Five-Year Plan is predicted to be 1.16 × 1012–1.36 × 1012 m3, which can provide a solid resources base for the great development of natural gas in China.

With the growing prevalence of drone technology across various sectors, efficient and safe path planning has emerged as a critical research priority. Traditional Aquila Optimizers, while effective, face limitations such as uneven population initialization, a tendency to get trapped in local optima, and slow convergence rates. This study presents a multi-strategy fusion of the improved Aquila Optimizer, aiming to enhance its performance by integrating diverse optimization techniques, particularly in the context of path planning. Key enhancements include the integration of Bernoulli chaotic mapping to improve initial population diversity, a spiral stepping strategy to boost search precision and diversity, and a "stealing" mechanism from the Dung Beetle Optimization algorithm to enhance global search capabilities and convergence. Additionally, a nonlinear balance factor is employed to dynamically manage the exploration–exploitation trade-off, thereby increasing the optimization of speed and accuracy. The effectiveness of the mixed multi-strategy improved Aquila Optimizer is validated through simulations on benchmark test functions, CEC2017 complex functions, and path planning scenarios. Comparative analysis with seven other optimization algorithms reveals that the proposed method significantly improves both convergence speed and optimization accuracy. These findings highlight the potential of mixed multi-strategy improved Aquila Optimizer in advancing drone path planning performance, offering enhanced safety and efficiency. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Simple Summary: Comparative analysis of the gut microbiota in wild grazing (WG) and domestic grazing (DG) yaks reveals distinct differences in bacterial diversity, with WG animals exhibiting a higher diversity than DG animals. Firmicutes dominate both groups, with a greater abundance in the WG type, indicating a stronger fiber-degrading capacity. WG yaks have a higher abundance of Ruminococcaceae and Rikenellaceae families, which are known for their role in fiber degradation, and genus-level differences show a greater presence of fiber-degrading microbes, such as Ruminococcus and Rikenella. In contrast, DG yaks have a higher abundance of Prevotellaceae, Alloprevotella, and Succinivibrio, associated with protein and carbohydrate degradation, reflecting their different dietary habits. These differences in gut microbiota composition suggest that feeding patterns are crucial in shaping the microbial community, influencing yak health and environmental adaptation. The findings presented herein have significant implications for livestock production, highlighting the importance of considering the impact of grazing practices on gut microbiota, and providing valuable insights for developing prebiotics and microbiological agents tailored to specific dietary needs. The gut microbiota is a diverse and complex population, and it has a key role in the host's health and adaptability to the environment. The present study investigated the fecal bacterial community of wild grazing (WG) and domestic grazing (DG) yaks on natural grazing pastures, analyzing the gut microbiota using 16S rRNA sequencing to assess bacterial diversity. A total of 48 yak fecal samples were selected from two different grazing habitats. The DG group had more crude proteins and non-fiber carbohydrates. The WG group had more OM, insoluble dietary fiber such as NDF, ADF, ether extract, and TC. There were 165 and 142 unique operational taxonomic units (OTUs) in the WG and DG groups, respectively. Shannon index analysis revealed a higher bacterial diversity in the WG group than in the DG group. At the phylum level, Firmicutes were the dominant bacterial taxa in both groups. The relative abundance of Firmicutes in the WG group was higher than in the DG group. At the family level, the WG group had a significantly higher abundance of Ruminococcaceae (p < 0.001) and Rikenellaceae (p < 0.001) than the DG group. The abundances of Alloprevotella and Succinivibrio were more pronounced in the DG group than in the WG group at the genus level. Background: Silage is widely used to formulate dairy cattle rations, and the utilization of antibiotics and methane emissions are 2 major problems for a sustainable and environmentally beneficial ruminant production systems. Bacteriocin has received considerable attention because of its potential as an alternative to antibiotics in animal husbandry. However, the impact of bacteriocin-producing lactic acid bacteria on the microbiological conversion process of whole-plant corn silage and rumen fermentation remains limited. The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of 2 class IIa bacteriocin-producing strains Lactiplantibacillus plantarum ATCC14917 and CICC24194 on bacterial community composition and ensiling profiles of whole-plant corn silage and its in vitro rumen fermentation, microbiota, and CH4 emissions. Results: Both bacteriocin-producing strains increased the lactic acid concentration in silage fermented for 7 d, whereas the lowest lactic acid was observed in the ATCC14917 inoculated silage fermented for 90 d (P < 0.05). The highest DM content was observed in the CICC24194 treatment (P < 0.05), and the silages treated with both strains had the lowest DM loss (P < 0.05). Bacteriocin-producing strains promoted the growth of Levilactobacillus brevis on d 60 of ensiling. In addition, treatment with bacteriocin-producing strains increased the in vitro DM digestibility (P < 0.05) and decreased the CH4 production (P < 0.05). The results of random forest and clustering analyses at the genus level showed that ATCC14917 increased the relative abundance of the influential variable Bacillus compared to that in the control group, whereas CICC24194 decreased the relative abundance of the influential variable Ruminococcaceae UCG-005. The CICC24194 treatment had the lowest total bacterial, fungal, protozoan, and methanogen populations (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Both class IIa bacteriocin-producing L. plantarum strains improved the fermentation quality of whole-plant corn silage by regulating the bacterial community composition during ensiling, with CICC24194 being the most effective. Both bacteriocin-producing strains mitigated CH4 production and improved digestibility by modulating the interactions among rumen bacteria, protozoa, methanogens, and the composition of fibrolytic bacteria.
