This paper tackles the intricate challenge of autonomous navigation for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) through dynamically changing environments. We focus on a sophisticated Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) approach using the Soft Actor-Critic (SAC) algorithm, optimized for UAV path planning within a continuous action space. This methodology leverages environmental image data to enhance the precision of flight maneuvers and effective obstacle avoidance. Our approach, validated through extensive simulations in Gazebo and field tests, demonstrates the algorithm’s efficacy in enabling UAVs to adeptly navigate obstacles using depth maps. The study further explores the robustness of the SAC algorithm by comparing it with traditional DRL methods, emphasizing its superior performance in real-world applications. This research contributes significantly to advancing UAV technology, particularly in autonomous motion planning, by integrating cutting-edge machine learning techniques. CsPbBr3 exhibits strong green emission, but its toxicity limits its widespread application. Lead-free perovskites exhibit excellent optoelectronic properties while eliminating the toxicity of lead; at the same time, doping substitution is an effective means to further optimize the optoelectronic performance of perovskites. In this work, zinc(II) is chosen to achieve heterovalent substitution in the copper(I) based perovskite Cs3Cu2Cl5 and obtain strong green luminescence. The photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) reached 70.19% at an optimal doping concentration, which is twice the PLQY of undoped Cs3Cu2Cl5 and much higher than that of most doped lead-free perovskites. Furthermore, a white light emitting diode (WLED) was fabricated with doped Cs3Cu2Cl5:0.20 Zn2+ as a green phosphor, commercial blue phosphor Sr(PO4)Cl:Eu+, and commercial red phosphor CaAlSiN3:Eu2+. The color rendering index (CRI) is 95.8, while the correlated color temperature (CCT) is 4573 K, which is much better than that of the WLED fabricated with CsPbBr3. Objective: To investigate the changes in serum level of high mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1) in patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning and the clinical significance of these changes., Methods: Thirty-four patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning (delayed encephalopathy group), 30 normal controls (control group), and 32 cases of acute carbon monoxide poisoning without delayed encephalopathy (carbon monoxide poisoning group) were recruited in this study. The serum HMGB1 level was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The correlation between serum HMGB1 level and scores of the activity of daily living scale (ADL), Information-Memory-Concentration Test (IMCT), and Hasegawa dementia scale (HDS) was determined., Results: In the acute stage of carbon monoxide poisoning, the serum HMGB1 level of delayed encephalopathy group was significantly higher than those of the carbon monoxide poisoning group and the control group (P < 0.01). In the delayed encephalopathy group, serum HMGB1 level in the convalescent stage was significantly lower than that in the acute stage (P < 0.05); ADL score was higher and HDS and IMCT scores were lower in the acute stage than in the convalescent stage (P < 0.01). In the delayed encephalopathy group, serum HMGB1 level was positively correlated with HDS and ADL scores in both acute stage and convalescent stage (correlation coefficients: 0.612, 0.607, 0.609, and 0.612, P < 0.01)., Conclusion: HMGB1, as an important late mediator of inflammation, is involved in the inflammatory reaction in delayed encephalopathy, and is positively correlated with HDS and ADL scores, indicating that it can be used as one of the major indicators in monitoring carbon monoxide poisoning.
