To solve the problems of low efficiency and high risk of crack detection in high-rise buildings, the author proposes a building crack image acquisition and processing system based on unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), expounds the working principle of the system, and analyzes the selection of hardware in the system. The experiment is carried out by combining the acquisition system with the image processing system of the ground station. Based on the characteristics of building surface crack image, an adaptive filtering method is introduced to improve the classic system file checker combination method. The experimental results show that the accuracy of Canny’s method was 96.88%. Canny-based crack target detection method is trained and tested on the crack data set to obtain the classification results and the best detection effect. It is proved that the Canny algorithm based on UAV images can effectively detect cracks on building surface.

Incontinence-associated dermatitis (IAD) is a common type of irritant contact dermatitis, and accurate assessment and diagnosis are important for early prevention and treatment. Based on the reviewing the relevant studies, this paper summarized the research progress of assessment tool and prevention of incontinence-associated dermatitis, in order to provide reference for clinical nurse to improve the accuracy in diagnosis and early intervention on IAD. Black phosphorus (BP) is attracting more and more interest for the biomedical application. The absorption in a wide spectral range and high photothermal conversion efficiency make BP suitable for photothermal therapy. However, BP alone is hard to realize the targeted therapy, which limits the precision and efficiency of the therapy. Magnetic microbubbles (MBs) are favored drug carriers because they can resist the sheer force of blood flow in a magnetic field, which improves the efficiency of MBs adhesion to the vascular wall for targeted ultrasound diagnosis and therapy. This study first optimized the magnetic MBs configurations through controlling the connecting polyethylene glycol (PEG) chain length. The magnetic MBs with PEG2000 have been chosen for targeted BP nanosheets delivery due to the better stability and magnetic responsiveness. The magnetic black phosphorus microbubbles (MBBPM) can realize the targeted tumor theranostics in vitro and in vivo. They could be applied for the targeted ultrasound imaging with an enhanced echogenicity by three times when accumulated at the target site where the magnetic field is applied. As the NIR laser irradiation was applied on the accumulated MBBPM, they dynamited and the temperature increased rapidly. It improved the cell membrane permeability, thus accelerating and enhancing a precision photothermal killing effect to the breast cancer cells, compared to BP alone.

Due to its great efficiency, the electrocatalytic nitrogen reduction reaction (NRR) presents itself as a viable and eco-friendly substitute for the traditional Haber-Bosch ammonia production process. However, it is still a formidable task to find electrocatalysts with high activity and selectivity. In this study, a series of transition metals (TM = Ti–Ni, Zr–Mo, Ru–Pd, and Hf–Pt) anchored on 1T′-dual-transition-metal dichalcogenides (1T′-d-TMDs) monolayers (TM 2 @1T′-CrCoS 4) were systematically investigated as electrocatalysts for NRR using first-principles calculations based on density functional theory. Based on a thorough examination of selectivity, high activity, and stability, Mn 2 @1T′-CrCoS 4 and Co 2 @1T′-CrCoS 4 demonstrate exceptional NRR performance. With a limiting potential of −0.11 V, Mn 2 @1T′-CrCoS 4 stood out among them in terms of catalytic activity, favoring the enzymatic pathway. Furthermore, ab initio molecular dynamics (AIMD) simulations were used to assess the dynamic stability of Mn 2 @1T′-CrCoS 4 and Co 2 @1T′-CrCoS 4. To determine the source of increased activities, the density of states (DOS), charge density difference, and crystal orbital Hamilton population analysis were used. According to our research, the 1T′-d-TMD S is a viable substrate for the development of effective NRR catalysts and offers a platform for electrocatalyst experimentation.
