Several new hyaluronic metal complexes were synthesized with the sodium hyaluronate as raw material. The properties of synthesized complexes were characterized by IR, ¹HNMR, EDX and elemental analysis. The preliminaries of anticancer activities in vitro on human uterine cancer cells demonstrate that a few of new hyaluronic metal complexes have better anticancer activity than that of the background sodium hyaluronate. Four new compounds of titanocene carbohydrate were synthesized by combining individual carbohydrate with Cp2TiC12. They were C10H21O12 ⋅ C10H10TiCl, C14H20NO11 ⋅ C10H10TiCl ⋅ 8H2O, C12H21O12 ⋅ C14H20NO11, ⋅ C10H10Ti ⋅ 26H20 and C14H24NO13C10H10TiCl. All compounds were characterizated by IR, ¹H-NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis and were tested to examine the growth of uterine cancer cells. Biological experiments show that all presented compounds are dissolved easily in water and have better anti-tumor effects. In order to realize chemical modification on carbon nanotube and lactose so that they react with each other to become new bioactive materials, carbon nanotubes were first carboxylated using oxalyl chloride and azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN) respectively. Then lactobionic acid was reacted with ethylene diamine. Secondly, the two modification products were made to react and N, N'-lactobionyl carbon nanotube formyl/isobutau ethylene diamines were prepared. Hyaluronic acid has a good property of biological consistence and being utilized in pharmaceulical practice. To find its new properties for pharmaceulical practice, a structural modification of hyaluronic acid was made into gold hyaluronate. The gold hyaluronate was s ynthesized by the coordination reaction of gold chloride and sodium hyaluronate. Its structure was characterized by EA, EDS, FTIR spectra and ¹HNMR. Its biological activity on lung cancer cell A549 and hepatoma cell BELT402 was studied by MTT method.
