- Abstract
Regionalisation was established to enable a bottom-up approach to fisheries governance by allowing lower-level authorities and stakeholders to step into the fisheries management process and design tailor-made management on a regional scale. A review has been undertaken to provide improved understanding on how regionalisation has worked until now and contribute information towards the European Commission (EC) report on the functioning of the Common Fisheries Policy (CFP). Findings show that there are large differences in how regional groups operate and whether they have formal working procedures. The Advisory Councils (ACs) have clear working procedures and are transparent in the work that they do. However, this is not the case for the Member State Groups (MSGs), for which a lot of information regarding structure, working procedures and meeting outcomes are not publicly available. The onset of the Landing Obligation resulted in a large increase in the number of measures (i.e. discard plans) for several geographical areas. Stakeholders feel that there are gains and losses in participating in the regionalisation process, stating that regionalisation has provided a useful channel for individuals to put their points across and discuss them with a broader spectrum of stakeholders as opposed to writing individual position papers. The distribution of the ACs (different seas basins) is also seen as a gain as it provides EU-wide fora for discussions in fisheries management issues. The direct and closely working among different institutions (EC, ACs, scientists, MSGs) is also seen as an advantage of regionalisation. However, many of the perceived benefits have not yet been realised. Overall, regionalisation is necessary and has fulfilled its expectations although not in all fields. Regionalisation has given powers to Member States to perform functions that used to be the preserve of the EU. Without regionalisation, it would be difficult to get the same level of detail towards

A través de un estudio de tipo observacional, descriptivo y transversal de las diferentes vistas de la postura normal, se va a determinar mediante una evaluación clínica si los pacientes presentan algún tipo de patología o trastorno postural., Posture is the result of a dynamic process of input and output of information that modulates postural tone and balance, through complex processes that are strongly conditioned by the information that comes from specific posture receptors. In dynamic balance, posture is regulated by the information received from different receptors, the body oscillates continuously around a point, which is the projection of the body's center of gravity inside a surface delimited by the individual's feet. The central nervous system has an integration and control action, in such a way that the nervous information from the sensory receptors is directed towards subcortical and cortical structures, allowing the control of the postural tonic system through a certain number of reflexes that are involuntary. Postural orthostatic stability of the skull on the cervical spine is an important factor in the diagnosis of dysfunctional craniomandibular disorders, both in children and adults. The objective of this work is to measure the implication that a postural alteration has in the origin of muscular hyperactivity, being able to vary the normal anatomical relationship between the head, the neck, and the shoulder girdle, frequently generating an important cause of pain and craniomandibular dysfunction. Through an observational, descriptive and cross-sectional study of the different views of normal posture, it will be determined through a clinical evaluation if the patients present some type of pathology or postural disorder., Facultad de Odontología

Fishery discard survival depends on multiple conditions; caution is essential when survival study outputs are employed to support management decisions. The study presents a stepwise procedure, devised to estimate discard survival, that accounts for the variability characterizing commercial fishing practices. The procedure was applied to the first survival study performed onboard rapido trawlers targeting Solea solea in the Mediterranean Sea. Undersized specimens collected during sorting were assessed for vitality; some were retained for captive observation. The main drivers affecting discard survival at the time of catch sorting (immediate survival) were identified and used to outline four different operational conditions set (scenarios). Immediate survival in each scenario was subsequently modified by applying a hazard coefficient of survival after 5 days of captive observation in relation to each vitality class, thus obtaining relative survival estimates following discarding. Temperature and air exposure duration were found to exert a major effect on survival, with catch weight and seabed type being additional important factors. The relative survival rate showed an aggregate value of 22.9% (10.5–33.4%). Scenario approach can enhance our understanding of the stressors influencing discard survival. The outcomes are discussed to explore the potential applications of the procedure to the identification of mitigation strategies.

ML-REPAIR, project, Marine Litter Management, Adriatic Sea - Abstract
The presence of anthropogenic debris in the marine ecosystems represents a relevant neg-ative impact on marine water quality and life, also impairing socio-economicalfruition of natural resources. The Italy-Croatia Interreg ML-REPAIR Project (2018-2019) aims to prevent and reduce input and dispersion of marine litter (ML) in the Adriatic Sea, so con-tributing to an environmentally sustainable growth of tourism andthe fishery sector by supporting behavioral changes through raising awareness activities about ML issues. The project, capitalizing the results of the previous IPA-Adriatic DeFishGear Project (DFG), is focused toward a joint governance of ML management in Italy and Croatia. The main project activities are being focused on testing innovative educational tools for raising awareness of tourists and youth population of local communities in coastal areas, and supporting strategies for ML monitoring in a participative approach involving the fishing communities. The DFG activities selected to be capitalized in this project are specifically: a) the Fishing for Litter (FfL), based on the principle of removal and correct disposal of ML recovered during fishing activities ; b) the monitoring of abandoned, lost or discarded fishing gear (ALDFG) and ML on the sea floor ; c) the dissemination of available infor-mation about ML and d) evaluation of plastic debris ageing, degradation and potential generation of microplastics. The experience gained by partners in DFG will be specifi-cally spent to spread further the implementation of good FfL practices in the fishery sec-tor, increasing the number of boats and ports involved in this activity in Italy and Croatia.

De un total de 100 U.E., se diagnosticaron solo 2 (dos) casos de Adherencias Discales, en ambos fueron pacientes masculinos y la fijación discal afectó tanto la articulación del lado derecho como la articulación del lado izquierdo simultáneamente, siendo por lo tanto de presentación bilateral., In the present work, a descriptive, cross-sectional and observational study was carried out in 50 patients with a diagnosis of temporomandibular disorder (TMD) attended in the Postgraduate Course in Diagnosis and Treatment of Pathologies of the Temporomandibular Joint, taught at the Faculty of Dentistry of the National University of La Plata. The temporomandibular joint (ATM) on each side was considered as 1 U.E (Experimental Unit), thus obtaining 100 U. E. in total. The purpose of this work was to obtain an initial statistic of the frequency of occurrence of Adhesions and / or Disc Adhesions in patients diagnosed with TMD, which allows us to perform a primary comparative evaluation with the information studied in the literature and publications consulted, describing the Imaging aspects related to adhesions, contributing casuistically to a topic that has not been documented until today. From a total of 100 EU, only 2 (two) cases of Disc Adhesions were diagnosed, in both they were male patients and the disc fixation affected both the right side joint and the left side joint simultaneously, therefore being bilateral presentation., Facultad de Odontología

Agametic reproductive activity (via paratomy) of Aeolosoma viride was analyzed throughout the life cycle in individually reared specimens. Aeolosoma viride is organized in linear chains of 3–4 zooids; the main zooid is anterior, and the secondary zooids are posi- tioned posterior to the main zooid in inverse order with respect to their degree of growth, the most advanced being at the posterior end, and those less advanced nearer the main zooid. On average, worms lived 66?10 d and produced 57?6 offspring. A budding area located in the sub-terminal part of the main zooid produced chaetigers that formed the ori- gin of the secondary zooids. A growth zone was located in the posterior end of each sec- ondary zooids. Fission occurred between the penultimate and the last zooid of the chain. Just before fission, the growth zone of each secondary zooid became a budding area. Aga- metic reproduction was via multiple paratomy with linear succession of the secondary zooid and terminal fission. The structure of the chain was therefore modulated by the interaction of the processes of budding, growth, cephalic differentiation, and fission, which occurred continuously and on different timescales. Values of parameters describing paratomic activity (interval between origin of the zooids, time to produce a chaetiger, growth time of the zooids, and interval between the fission of the filial chains) are low early in an individual’s life, but increase during senescence. Due to its relatively rapid lifecycle and high reproduc- tive activity, A. viride is a convenient experimental organism for the study of agametic reproduction.

Aeolosomatidae are meiofaunal Annelida characterised by small size and almost exclusively asexual reproduction. This study is the first report on the chromosome morphology of two Aeolosomatidae species. Giemsa staining method and Propidium Iodide labelling were performed. The somatic chromosome number of Aeolosoma viride was 2n=30 with many metacentric elements. Decidedly different is A. hemprichi which shows ~70 small chromosomes with a dot like appearance. Chromosome repatternings such as Robertsonian fusions and pericentric inversions were suggested for the karyotype evolution of these species. The fixation of such repatternings is ensured by the clonal chromosome transmission in asexual reproduction.

REGENERATION ,AEOLOSOMA VIRIDE ,ANNELIDA ,APHANONEURA ,AGAMIC REPRODUCTION - Abstract
It is known that Aeolosoma viride reproduces for paratomic fission with pygidial budding. The reproductive process leads to the formation of a chain of zooids in which the first position is occupied by the parental zooid followed by the filial zooids in the reverse order of their degree of differentiation (the oldest filial zooid, that is about to fission, occupies the last position of the chain and is preceded by the other zooids, the youngest of these being contiguous with the parental zooid). For a study of the reproductive activity we analyzed the production of filial zooids, the articulation of the chain during the life cycle and the metamers produced from the parental zooid and from the filial zooids that are being formed in the chain. We individuate two processes that interact: the production of the initial metamer of new zooids from the parental zooid and the morphogenesis of new metamers during the differentiation of the filial zooids. In the parental zooid the production of new zooids (filial zooids) originates from the last metamer that contains a reproductive blastema (bR). This reproductive blastema produces new metamers in the caudal direction with a rate of about 1.4 metamers per day. These metamers assume the value of initial metamers of the new filial zooids. They contain the morphogenetic blastema (bM). Each morphogenetic blastema produces, in the cephalic direction, the metamers that form the body of the filial zooids at a rate of about 2.5 metamers per day. The morphogenesis of the filial zooid is completed by the differentiation of the cephalic region that occurs just before the fission. Experiments for induced regeneration in the cephalic and caudal direction have highlighted the phenomenon of partial repair of the parental zooid that however recovers quickly the reproductive activity. This is carried out by a bR that is regenerate in the anterior stumps, which are involved in caudal regeneration, but preserved in the posterior stumps, which are involved in cephalic regeneration. We emphasize the importance of pygidial blastema that in the filial zooids of the chain perform the morphogenetic processes, while, following fission, perform the reproductive function in those that have become parental zooids. We suggest that the changes of role in the pygidial blastema, during the life span of Aeolosoma viride, are correlated with important variations of gene expression and enzymatic processes.

- Abstract
