In recent years, an increasing focus has been placed on the development of transmission line condition monitoring systems by academic and research institutions globally. This paper introduces a novel sensor-based system for monitoring the dynamic behavior—referred to here as ‘dancing’—of transmission line conductors. It hinges on the mathematical equations that describe the motion of a ‘dancing’ transmission line conductor. By computing the sets of distance and tension solutions, the system effectively determines the state of the conductor dance. This monitoring system integrates advanced sensor technologies and has been validated through simulation experiments. The experimental results are promising, showcasing an average error in coil measurements maintained within ±2.2%, with a maximum deviation not exceeding 2.9%. These figures underscore the system’s high accuracy and linearity, affirming that the design parameters adeptly satisfy the monitoring requirements of transmission line conductor dynamics. Furthermore, the system exhibits remarkable stability, as evidenced by average deviations of 0.636mm and 0.077mm on the X and Y axes, respectively, against input amplitudes of 120mm and 60mm. This paper demonstrates the efficacy of the proposed transmission line conductor dance state monitoring system in maintaining precise and reliable measurements.

The surface treatment was carried out on the surface of materials of A473M martensitic stainless steel axle sleeve by rolling technology, aiming to investigate the effect on its mechanical properties. The surface morphology and roughness, residual stress, microhardness, tensile and fatigue property were systematically studied using the SEM, white light interferometer, X-ray diffractometer, microhardness tester, EBSD, tensile tester and fatigue tester. The results show that the surface roughness of rolling specimen reduces significantly, which is about 1/5 of that of turning surface. The residual compression stress is induced near surface by rolling processing, the maximum value can reach up to 946 MPa and the residual compression stress decreases along with the depth. The thickness of the residual compression stress layer is about 200 μm. In addition, the rolling surface microhardness can be improved by 30% compared with that of turning surface and the hardened layer can be about 200 μm. As for mechanical properties, the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of rolling specimens increase about 40%, 22% and 8% respectively compared with that of turning specimens. The fatigue life increases from 5.4×104 cycles to 1×107 cycles after rolling processing. The mechanical properties of the rolled material significantly improve, and the fatigue life significantly increases.

The heat transfer and stability of methane hydrate in reservoirs have a direct impact on the drilling and production efficiency of hydrate resources, especially in complex stress environments caused by formation subsidence. In this study, we investigated the thermal transport and structural stability of methane hydrate under triaxial compression using molecular dynamics simulations. The results suggest that the thermal conductivity of methane hydrate increases with increasing compression strain. Two phonon transport mechanisms were identified as factors enhancing thermal conductivity. At low compressive strains, a low-frequency phonon transport channel was established due to the overlap of phonon vibration peaks between methane and water molecules. At high compressive strains, the filling of larger phonon bandgaps facilitated the opening of more phonon transport channels. Additionally, we found that a strain of −0.04 is a watershed point, where methane hydrate transitions from stable to unstable. Furthermore, a strain of −0.06 marks the threshold at which the diffusion capacities of methane and water molecules are at their peaks. At a higher strain of −0.08, the increased volume compression reduces the available space, limiting the diffusion ability of water and methane molecules within the hydrate. The synergistic effect of the strong diffusion ability and high probability of collision between atoms increases the thermal conductivity of hydrates during the unstable period compared to the stable period. Abstract Background Traumatic haemarthrosis was hypothesized to be the etiology of temporomandibular (TMJ) ankylosis. Here, taking haematoma absorbance as a control, we aimed to reveal the molecular mechanisms involved in haematoma organizing into ankylosis using transcriptome microarray profiles. Material/methods Disk removal was performed to building haematoma absorbance (HA) in one side of TMJ, while removal of disk and articular fibrous layers was performed to induced TMJ ankylosis through haematoma organization (HO) in the contralateral side in a sheep model. Haematoma tissues harvested at days 1, 4 and 7 postoperatively were examined by histology, and analyzed by Affymetrix OviGene-1_0-ST microarrays. The DAVID were recruited to perform the Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway analysis for the different expression genes (DEGs). The DEGs were also typed into protein–protein interaction (PPI) networks to get the interaction data. Six significant genes screened from PPI analysis, were confirmed by real-time PCR. Results We found 268, 223 and 17 DEGs at least twofold at days 1, 4 and 7, respectively. At day 1, genes promoting collagen ossification (POSTN, BGN, LUM, SPARC), cell proliferation (TGF-β), and osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (BMP-2) were up-regulated in the HO side. At day 4, several genes involved in angiogenesis (KDR, FIT1, TEK) shower higher expression in the HO side. While HA was characterized by a continuous immune and inflammatory reaction. Conclusions Our results provide a comprehensive understanding of the role of haematoma in the onset and progress of TMJ ankylosis. The study will contribute to explaining why few injured TMJs ankylose and most do not from the molecular level.

Oral cancer is one of the most common tumours in the world threatening human life and health. The 5-years survival rate of patients with oral cancer has not been improved significantly for many years. The existing clinical diagnostic methods rarely achieve early diagnosis due to deficiencies such as lack of sensitivity. Most of the patients have progressed to the advanced stages when oral cancer is detected. Unfortunately, the traditional treatment methods are usually ineffective at this stage. Therefore, there is an urgent need for more effective and precise techniques for early diagnosis and effective treatment of oral cancer. In recent decades, nanomedicine has been a novel diagnostic and therapeutic platform for various diseases, especially cancer. The synthesis and application of various nanoagents have emerged at the right moment. Among them, polymer nanoagents have unique advantages, such as good stability, high biosafety and high drug loading, showing great potential in the early accurate diagnosis and treatment of tumours. In this review, we focus on the application of advanced polymeric nanoagents in both the diagnosis and treatment of oral cancer. Then, the future therapy strategies and trends for polymeric nanoagents applied to oral cancer are discussed, with the hope that more advanced nanomedical technology will be applied to oral cancer research and promote the development of stomatology.

With the increasing diversity of social media, the demand for real-time analysis of social networks continues to increase, and research on dynamic community detection has received extensive attention. Existing community detection reviews mostly focus on static community detection and the discussion of related methods, so network evolution analysis cannot be carried out. Besides, the entity data in the community are cross-substitutional and sequential. Therefore, the research status of dynamic community detection is studied, reviewed, and analyzed. First, based on the research background of complex networks, a general research framework for dynamic community detection is proposed. Then, the relevant definitions of dynamic community detection are formally expressed, and the evolution of dynamic communities at the network level and node level is analyzed in detail. According to the difference in architecture and technology, the dynamic community detection methods are summarized and classified. Combined with commonly used data sets, the static community detection algorithm is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively with evaluation criteria. Finally, the typical application scenarios of community detection are introduced, the main challenges faced by current dynamic community detection research are discussed, and relevant solutions are put forward for dynamic communities, which outlines a clearer and comprehensive research direction for dynamic community detection research field.
