The photoprocesses of diethylamino derivatives of 1,4- and 1,3-distyrylbenzenes in MeCN were studied using absorption, luminescence,
1 H NMR, and laser kinetic spectroscopy. Compounds 1 and 2 undergo intersystem crossing to the triplet state and exhibit delayed fluorescence. It was concluded that dye radical anions and radical cations are formed upon dismutation of the triplet state in the presence of an electron donor or acceptor. Quantum mechanical calculations for the structures of diethylamino distyrylbenzenes in the ground and excited states were carried out, making it possible to establish the structures of isomers and the most stable conformers for both compounds. Evidence for the decays $B^{0}\rightarrow\bar{D}^{0}\phi$ and $B^{0} \rightarrow \bar{D}^{*0}\phi$ is reported with a significance of 3.6$\,\sigma$ and 4.3$\,\sigma$, respectively. The analysis employs $pp$ collision data at centre-of-mass energies $\sqrt{s}=7$, 8 and 13 TeV collected by the LHCb detector and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 $\rm{fb}^{-1}$. The branching fractions are measured to be $\mathcal{B}(B^{0}\rightarrow\bar{D}^{0}\phi) = (7.7\pm2.1\pm0.7\pm0.7)\times10^{-7}$, $\mathcal{B}(B^{0} \rightarrow \bar{D}^{*0}\phi)=(2.2\pm0.5\pm0.2\pm0.2)\times10^{-6}$. In these results, the first uncertainties are statistical, the second systematic, and the third is related to the branching fraction of the $B^{0}\rightarrow\bar{D}^{0}K^{+}K^{-}$ decay, used for normalisation. By combining the branching fractions of the decays $B^{0}\rightarrow\bar{D}^{(*)0}\phi$ and $B^{0}\rightarrow\bar{D}^{(*)0}\omega$, the $\omega$-$\phi$ mixing angle $\delta$ is constrained to be $\tan^2\delta = (3.6\pm0.7\pm0.4)\times10^{-3}$, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. An updated measurement of the branching fractions of the $B^{0}_{s} \rightarrow \bar{D}^{(*)0}\phi$ decays, which can be used to determine the CKM angle $\gamma$, leads to $\mathcal{B}(B^{0}_{s}\rightarrow\bar{D}^{0}\phi)=(2.30\pm0.10 \pm 0.11\pm0.20)\times10^{-5}$, $\mathcal{B}(B^{0}_{s}\rightarrow\bar{D}^{*0}\phi) =(3.17\pm0.16 \pm 0.17 \pm 0.27)\times10^{-5}$., Comment: All figures and tables, along with any supplementary material and additional information, are available at https://cern.ch/lhcbproject/Publications/p/LHCb-PAPER-2023-003.html (LHCb public pages)

30. Atmospheric methane since the last glacial maximum was driven by wetland sources

- Abstract
Atmospheric methane (CH4) has changed considerably in the time between the last glacial maximum (LGM) and the preindustrial (PI) periods. We investigate these changes in transient experiments with an Earth system model capable of simulating the global methane cycle interactively, focusing on the rapid changes during the deglaciation, especially pronounced in the Bølling–Allerød (BA) and Younger Dryas (YD) periods. We consider all relevant natural sources and sinks of methane and examine the drivers of changes in methane emissions as well as in the atmospheric lifetime of methane. We find that the evolution of atmospheric methane is largely driven by emissions from tropical wetlands, while variations in the methane atmospheric lifetime are small but not negligible. Our model reproduces most changes in atmospheric methane very well, with the exception of the mid-Holocene decrease in methane, although the timing of ice-sheet meltwater fluxes needs to be adjusted slightly in order to exactly reproduce the variations in the BA and YD.

A flavor-tagged time-dependent angular analysis of the decay $B_s^{0}\rightarrow\phi\phi$ is performed using $pp$ collision data collected by the LHCb experiment at $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV, the center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 6 fb^{-1}. The $\it{CP}$-violating phase and direct $\it{CP}$-violation parameter are measured to be $\phi_{s\bar{s}s} = -0.042 \pm 0.075 \pm 0.009 $ rad and $|\lambda|=1.004\pm 0.030 \pm 0.009 $, respectively, assuming the same values for all polarization states of the $\phi\phi$ system. In these results, the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. These parameters are also determined separately for each polarization state, showing no evidence for polarization dependence. The results are combined with previous LHCb measurements using $pp$ collisions at center-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV, yielding $\phi_{s\bar{s}s} = -0.074 \pm 0.069 $ rad and $|\lambda|=1.009 \pm 0.030$. This is the most precise study of time-dependent $\it{CP} $ violation in a penguin-dominated $B$ meson decay. The current insurance market situation is characterised by a high degree of instability. Many factors influence insurance company premiums, including the number of contracts, the claim repayment ratio, capital structure, underwriting profitability and risk. The insurance sector serves as a protective barrier for the country’s economy, defending it from various risks. At the same time, insurance company premiums are influenced by risks too. The number of research articles testifies to a stable interest in this problem. However, there is no technique for establishing the connection between the insurance premium and the many factors it is sensitive to. The article is devoted to the development of new models and, based on them, some digital technologies for forecasting agricultural insurance risk parameters. Based on a paradoxical theory of regulation and inno-diversification approach, an author’s model was developed for forecasting activity. It was used to do calculations of the main indicators of the agiructural risk insurance system. As a result, it became possible to trace the main patterns and tendencies in the development of the agricultural risk insurance system in Russia. Special attention was paid to the period after 2017 when it started to stabilise and recover after the crises as a consequence of nonoptimal managerial solution as refers to the inclusion of the agricultural risk insurance system in the “single subsidy”.

The current state of the agricultural complex is characterised by a high degree of instability. This sector of the economy is affected by a significant number of factors, both climatic and human-made. Uncertainty in the state and development of the industry creates risks. The digitalisation of all sectors of the economy, on the one hand, is designed to reduce risks; on the other, it itself is the reason that creates new risks. A review of the scientific literature indicates an increased interest in this problem. However, there is a lack of experience in linking agricultural risks to the risks inherent in the digital environment. Our research is aimed not only at identifying risks in the agricultural complex in the conditions of digitalisation but also at their classification and determining the most significant in the agricultural complex. We suggested that the agricultural complex risks are associated with the risks of the digital economy. The justification of the hypothesis was carried out using mathematical operations with sets. The calculations made it possible as the most significant to distinguish technological and social risks in the agricultural complex, the levelling of which is possible using digital information platforms.

In recent years, there has been increasing interest in the introduction of digital technologies in various areas of life and activity, including the agro-industrial complex. However, few studies pay attention to the issue of risk assessment that accompanies this process. It is not known how to methodically competently and quickly analyze possible risks and assess the prospects of the organization for transformation into the digital economy. The aim of the work is to develop an effective methodology for assessing agricultural risks and on their basis to determine the prospects of organizations in the direction of digital transformation. To explore the possibilities of digitalization, we use hierarchical and digital analysis, as well as operations of mathematical logic and set theory. The results of the study indicate that the evaluation method can be divided into 8 blocks, and its algorithm consists of five stages. The proposed methodology will contribute to the formation of more effective organizational and economic regulators for the transformation of economic entities into a digital economy through a preventive assessment of agricultural risks and, taking them into account, the readiness for digitalization of state authorities, economic entities and the population.

E-Isomers of styryl dyes containing a benzo-18-crown-6 ether or N-methylbenzoaza-18-crown-6 ether moiety and a benzothiazolium residue with an ammoniohexyl, ammoniopentyl, or ammoniomethylbenzyl N-substituent were synthesized. According to spectrophotometry and NMR spectroscopy data, dyes of this type are capable of self-assembly in MeCN to form dimeric complexes, which have a pseudocyclic structure owing to double intermolecular ammonium cation–crown ether interactions via hydrogen bonds; the dimerization equilibrium constants were measured. It was shown that photoinduced Z-isomers of the dyes are capable of intramolecular complex formation between the ammonium cation and the crown ether moiety; therefore, upon E→Z photoisomerization, the dimer–monomer equilibrium shifts towards the pseudocyclic monomer. Data on the relative stability of the intramolecular cation-capped complexes formed by Z-isomers were obtained. It was shown that the equilibrium constants for the Ba2+ complexation with E-isomers of the dyes are almost three orders of magnitude higher than those for that with Z-isomers, which may imply the applicability of these dyes as photoswitchable supramolecular devices. We analyzed the appearance of two supersubstorms observed during storm on September 07, 2017. Supersubstorms (SSS) are called substorms with SML index < - 2500 nT. The storm on September 07, 2017 is famous event which was studied already in many papers. There were two several geomagnetic storms on 7 and 8 September 2017, which associated with two consecutive solar wind structures: SHEATH with EJECTA and SHEATH with magnetic cloud (MC). Because the first SHEATH have a positive IMF Bz on their front edge the substorm activity absent in this time. The main phase of the first magnetic storm began with arriving the second SHEATH with the strong negative IMF Bz. During this period the first night-side supersubstorm (up to ~ 3500 nT) developed. The second magnetic storm was caused by MC with the negative IMF Bz and the severe night-side supersubstorm (up to ~ 3500 nT) were registered in this time. Thus, during the 7-8 September 2017 storms, two supersubstorms were generated, these supersubstorms caused by the SHEATH and MC impact have demonstrated the global scale distribution.
