Since the nineties of the last century, ecological products have become increasingly important in the market, and given that scientists have pro and contra arguments of ecological breeding, the main purpose of this paper was to determine the consumer's preferences towards ecological food; the importance of certain characteristics and deterrents on the purchase of organic food; in the market of Split. For this survey we randomly recruited 113 participants in Split, Croatia. Surveyed consumers when purchasing organic food of the greatest importance consider protection of the environment, and at the least important they retain the taste. The most significant constraint on purchasing organic food of surveyed consumers is the high cost of the product, and the least important is the lack of marketing. Given the size of the sample, surveyed consumers are a typical target group of consumers of organic food.

The choice of a cadastral municipality for agricultural land management by land consolidation is a task set upon every local selfmanagement unit where projecting and realization of land consolidation projects are planned. It is very important to perform the prioritization of specific cadastral municipalities for land management via land consolidation on a regular and objective manner, i.e. not to perform the launching of land consolidation projects randomly, but to choose areas where the effects of land consolidation would be the greatest. Solving of this problem is portrayed in the appliance of multicriteria optimization method. Accordingly, this paper covers the issue of ranking cadastral municipalities for agricultural land management by applying different multicriteria analysis methods and presents the evaluation of the defined model in the Municipality of Ruma. The final goal of the research is to establish the relation of ranks provided by different methods of multicriteria analysis and to create a final list of cadastral municipalities in which launching and realization of land consolidation projects should be made, based on obtained solutions.

By-laws are a special category of general documents, which are different by name, brought and the legal nature and they have lower legal force than the law. There are several types of by-laws and one of them is the Rulebooks. Rulebooks elaborate certain provisions of laws or regulations of the Government. Adoption of regulations which governing geodetic activities originally has been initiated by the Director General of the State Geodetic Administration on the basis of which formed the committee led by a responsible person, and the head of the committee. All products which are made for the purpose of the SGA by private companies are not made for themselves but have utility market value and therefore the role of the Rulebooks should be two-fold: on the one hand ensures uniformity of data, preventing the commission of errors in the work, and raises the level of professional knowledge on the other hand prevents the negative connotation of the implications that the product can have in the variety of applications. This article analyzes the contents of some of the Rulebooks and open discussion on whether the existing Rulebooks fulfill the purpose for which they are written.

While choosing the store, customer first notices the store window and it plays an important role in retailing strategy. Store's window is what customers see first in meeting with the store. Store window design can lead customer to enter the store, and can give a lot of information about store brands and products. Besides the analysis of the way how specific elements of the window design affect customers and their perception, the explanation of their attraction and rejection to customers is given. If we consider the importance of the topics, we can point out the lack of literature about store windows as the communication tool which allow store to communicate with its customers and to create its retailing strategy as well. There is the scientific contribution of this paper. The paper gives theoretical comprehensions completed with the results of the study about the importance of store windows for retailers as well as for customers. Therefore, for the purpose of this paper, a two-phase research study, including a qualitative and a quantitative approach, was used: 1) the qualitative study among retailers which indicated the most important elements of store windows, the level of financial sources invested in the window design, the basis for the decisions about store window design, etc.; 2) the quantitative study on the sample of consumers conducted with on-line questionnaire. Findings suggest that store window attractiveness is the main motif for store visits. The results of the research confirm that by means of store window and its elements (with special emphasis on price and pricing actions) retail store sends messages to its consumers.
