[EN] This article is the result of research work that began in 2003 as a planimetric survey project of the architectural complex of San Martín Pinario and ended in 2021 as an archaeological study of its present and past architecture. Although the research was undertaken with the fundamental objective of documenting in a graphic way, for the first time and in an exhaustive way, the entirety of the Monastery, the field work uncovered the existence of a hidden architecture that could only be revealed through the indepth study of its more unique elements, such as the crypt under the main altar, whose access had been sealed, or the under-roof spaces of the Cloister of the Offices. A study that could only be carried out efficiently if done so within the framework of an integrative discipline such as the archaeology of architecture, understood in its broadest sense., [ES] Este artículo es el resultado de un trabajo de investigación que comenzó en 2003 como un proyecto de levantamiento planimétrico del conjunto arquitectónico de San Martín Pinario y finalizó en 2021 como un estudio arqueológico de su arquitectura presente y pasada. Si bien la investigación nació con el objetivo fundamental de documentar de forma gráfica, por primera vez y de manera exhaustiva, la totalidad del Monasterio, el trabajo de campo evidenció la existencia de una arquitectura oculta que solo podría revelarse mediante el estudio en profundad de sus elementos más singulares, como la cripta que se encuentra bajo el altar mayor, cuyo acceso había sido sellado, o los espacios bajo-cubiertas del Claustro de las Oficinas. Un estudio que solo podría llevarse a cabo de forma eficiente si se realiza en el marco de una disciplina integradora como la arqueología de la arquitectura, entendida esta en su sentido más amplio.

Official cadastral maps of the Republic of Croatia were made in different historical time periods utilizing different surveying methods, under changing social and political structures and under rapid technological growth. It is estimated that 75% of all cadastral maps in Croatia are still based upon the 19th century graphic survey. Homogenization of Digital Cadastral Maps (DCMs) is one method of spatial accuracy improvement of existing maps without the need for new comprehensive cadastral surveys. Under the supervision of the State Geodetic Administration (SGA) of the Republic of Croatia, methodology and technical solutions for the homogenization of DCMs were developed. In this paper homogenization of the DCM of cadastral municipality Plomin in Croatia is presented.

El presente trabajo se centra en la investigación del conjunto de la Real Fábrica de Loza y Porcelana de l’Alcora, fundada por el Conde de Aranda en 1726. Los objetivos perseguidos son desvelar el grado de conservación del edificio original y establecer líneas estratégicas generales para afrontar un futuro estudio de rehabilitación. La metodología se ha basado en el estudio in situ de uno de los edificios del conjunto, con el apoyo de los datos obtenidos en documentación histórica y bibliografía relacionada: se ha realizado el levantamiento gráfico y catas en paramentos, para buscar posibles revestimientos históricos. El material obtenido pone de manifiesto la pervivencia de uno de los edificios más relevantes del municipio de l’Alcora, la industria que definió su actual identidad., This project focuses on the investigation of the Royal Factory of Faience and Porcelain in l’Alcora (Castellón), founded by the Count of Aranda in 1726. The main goals have been to discover the level of conservation of the foundational building and to establish the general strategies for facing the future rehabilitation study. The methodology has been based on the on-site study of one building of the factory, with the support of data obtained from historical documentation and related publications: the graphic survey and tests on walls in order to looking for historical coverings. The results show the survival of one of the most important buildings of l’Alcora, the factory which defined its current identity., El present treball es centra en la investigació del conjunt de la Reial Fàbrica de Pisa i Porcellana de l’Alcora, fundada per el Comte d’Aranda en 1726. Els objectius han sigut desvetllar el grau de conservació de l’edifici original i establir unes línies estratègiques generals per afrontar un futur estudi de rehabilitació. La metodologia s’ha basat en l’estudi in situ d’un dels edificis del conjunt, amb el suport de les dades obtingudes a la documentació històrica i bibliografia relacionada: s’ha realitzat l’alçament gràfic i inspeccions als paraments per a buscar possibles revestiments històrics. Els resultats obtinguts posa de manifest la pervivència d’un dels edificis més rellevants de l’Alcora, la indústria que va definir la seua identitat actual.

[EN] The purpose of this study is to emphasise the difficulty of conducting a graphic survey in an industrial architectural space, and especially when this is still in use. Faced with the need to prepare precise and rigorous graphic documentation, in a place with a high degree of spatial fragmentation and very deficient natural lighting, the application of photogrammetric techniques and laser scanning presents considerable limitations. So, complementary tools must be resorted to, and in this sense, traditional graphic surveys, using a combination of direct measurement processes, play an essential role. A description is given of the combined procedure of the different techniques used, in addition to some comparative results that permit establishing conclusions about the quality of the geometric documentation obtained., [ES] Mediante este trabajo se quiere poner de relieve la dificultad que supone la realización de un levantamiento gráfico en un espacio arquitectónico que es industrial y además está en uso. Frente a la necesidad de elaborar una documentación gráfica de manera precisa y rigurosa, en un ámbito con un alto grado de fragmentación espacial e iluminación natural muy deficiente, la aplicación de las técnicas fotogramétricas y escaneado láser presentan limitaciones importantes. De esta manera, se hace necesario recurrir a herramientas complementarias, en las que el levantamiento gráfico tradicional, mediante el uso combinado de procesos de medición directa, juega un papel fundamental. Se describe el procedimiento combinado de las distintas técnicas empleadas y algunos resultados comparativos que permiten establecer conclusiones sobre la calidad de la documentación geométrica obtenida.

El objeto de la presente comunicación es mostrar los trabajos del levantamiento de la Iglesia de San Pedro y San Pablo en la Isla de Nueva Tabarca, iniciados en 1998 y todavía no concluidos. Sin duda, una labor de relevante importancia debido al estado aparente de avanzado deterioro del inmueble. Para redactar el proyecto de restauración fue necesario un levantamiento preciso y minucioso ya que prácticamente no se disponía de ninguna documentación gráfica, los documentos gráficos localizados sólo ofrecían pistas, pero no daban una base documental suficiente como para acometer los trabajos de restauración. En la presente comunicación se describen: el proceso de toma de datos, levantamiento de la iglesia y la casa parroquial; los descubrimientos aportados por el levantamiento gráfico; así como las aportaciones realizadas al proyecto y a la construcción gracias al mismo. This paper shows the survey works of San Pedro and San Pablo Church on New Tabarca Island, started in 1998 and still unfinished. The Church was in an advanced state of deterioration. To compose the restoration project was required accurate and detailed survey. Practically graphic documentation was not available, graphic documents located only offered clues, but did not give a sufficient evidence base to undertake the restoration work. In the present paper are described: gathering process, church and parish house survey; findings provided by graphic survey; as well as contributions made to the design and construction through to it.

U radu se uspoređuju površine katastarskih čestica koje su određene na temelju grafičke izmjere već u XIX. stoljeću, a koje su donedavno bile u službenoj upotrebi, i površine istih čestica određene novom izmjerom. Kako su stari analogni planovi skenirani i vektorizirani, određene su iste površine i iz takvog plana, kako bi se otkrili neki uzroci velikih razlika u površinama. Na temelju provedene analize i utvrđene činjenice da se samo oko 20% katastarskih čestica podudara po obliku i površini, može se tvrditi da je jedino nova izmjera pravo rješenje za obnovu katastarskih planova izrađenih grafičkom izmjerom., In paper there are the areas of cadastral parcels compared that have been determined on the basis of graphic survey as early as the XIX. Century and that have been used officially until recently, and the areas of the same parcels determined on the basis of new survey. Since the old analogous plans have been scanned and vectorized, the same areas have been determined from such plan as well in order to detect the reasons for large differences in areas. On the basis of the analysis carried out and the fact that altogether about 20% of cadastral parcels coincide in shape and area, it can be stated that only the new survey is the real solution for the reconstruction of cadastral plans made by means of graphic survey.

Bosna i Hercegovina je država s dugom tradicijom evidencije o nekretninama. Uspostavljanje prvoga modernoga katastarskog operata, zasnovanog na podacima geodetske izmjere zemljišta, izvedeno je tijekom vladavine Austro-Ugarske Monarhije, dok je održavanje/prilagođavanje katastarskih evidencija obavljano u razdobljima više različitih državnih sustava. U radu se razmatraju elementi vanjskog sadržaja katastarskih planova koji potječu iz 19. i 20. stoljeća. Uočeno je da su tehničke i jezične značajke tih elemenata uvjetovane vremenskom dimenzijom katastarskog operata. Podaci prikazani na izvanokvirnome prostoru katastarskih planova zorno svjedoče o kontinuitetu evidentiranja nekretnina u Bosni i Hercegovini., Bosnia and Herzegovina is a country with a long tradition of real estate records. The first modern cadastral register based on geodetic survey was established during Austrian-Hungarian administration, while maintenance of cadastral records was carried out during several administrations. The paper considers external content elements of cadastral plans from the 19th and 20th century. It was observed that technical and linguistic characteristics of those elements were due to the temporal dimension of the cadastral records. Data represented outside the frame of cadastral plans bear witness to the continuity of real estate records in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
