The article presents chosen aspects of logistic customer service quality. In the first part of the paper, the authors describe theoretical issues of logistics service quality and Servqual method. The reference of chosen theoretical aspects of logistic service quality in relation to Servqual method and their presentation and analysis afterwards on practical example is the main aim of the article. Customers' expectations and experiences towards the logistics customer service were examined as two fundamental areas which allow for recognizing the quality aspects of the customer service in commercial cargo motor transport enterprises. Evaluation of the level of customers' expectations and perception toward particular elements of logistic customer service offered to 294 customers by 147 Polish commercial cargo motor transport enterprises was realized.

Mathematical modelling is presented as a principle for computer support usage in logistic processe modelling and simulation. Математические модели рассмотрены как основа для использования средств при моделировании логистических процессов. Математичні моделі розглянуто як основу для використання комп’ютерних засобів при моделюванні логістичних процесів.

Costs are in all aspects of each company. Some of the most noticeable costs of business are the costs associated with storage, transportation and distribution the products of the company. In this case a significant impact on reducing these costs is to use the services of logistics centers, specializing in trading all kinds of goods. The purpose of this article is to show how the transfer of logistical supplies from the distribution center logistics contributes to a significant reduction in costs incurred by the company and streamline its operation.

Using the online learning platform provides a dynamic training program at substantially reduced costs compared with the conventional systems. They ensure the development of a scalable products, secure online access to thousands of students even for distance learning, offering them the books available online, multimedia support, etc. Outside the curriculum it was developed a flexible verification and scoring system, uploading projects, maintaining a permanent online contact between students on the one side and between students and lecturers on the other side. In the online lessons there may be audio or video links between students and lecturer, when the session administrator believes that certain aspects need to be developed in this way. Ensuring for a convenient program of resources access may allow students to structure better the learning period.

In a theoretical explanation, the Ricardian Equivalence and the Keynesian Hypothesis do not agree on this argument, and thus, researchers have sought to choose between these hypotheses. Besides, Feldstein-Horioka puzzle may emerge in trying to define twin deficits. In order to measure the direction of causality among net savings, budget and current account deficits, Hacker and Hatemi-j (2006) bootstrap causality test is applied for 2002: Q1-2013:Q3, and empirical results provide evidence on the twin and triple deficits for different EU countries.
