The majority of job opportunities will arise as experienced individuals move on to other occupations or quit for other reasons. As retail sales continue to rise as a result of the rising population, more employment will be generated. A happy and engaged staff is the single most valuable asset in the modern economy. Positive emotions are currently the most researched topic. Employee satisfaction enhances practically all company results, according to extensive study conducted over the last decade. While retail executives can devise plans that painstakingly address market conditions, it will all be for naught if their people are disengaged. When it comes to the customer experience, research consistently backs up an overused but equally accurate adage: the employee experience dictates the customer experience. The study fills the research gap of proposing a conceptual wellbeing model for exclusively for retail employees. The study aims at testing the model with primary data and validate the model statistically. Finally, the conceptual model to be validated with the help of statistical tool confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) by presenting various dimensions of the wellbeing along with scale items. Abutilon indicum (L) is an Indian traditional plant used for the treatment of diabetes and heart diseases. The present study is to evaluate the functional of A. indicum leaf extract as insulin like character to inhibit lipolysis and stimulates Adipogenesis activity. The ability of the A. indicum leaf extract in anti-obesity effect of Adipogenesis, lipolysis and cholesterol esterase functions can be predicted by using 3T3-L1 adipocyte cell lines. Substances were isolated from A. indicum leaves and the double filtered crude sample were used for Adipogenesis, lipolysis and cholesterol esterase activity using 3T3-L1 adipocytes at different concentrations. We used differential media-I, differential media-II and maintenance media (MM1) at concentrations of 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 200 and 400 µg/mL respectively. In addition to the extract, there is a significance increase in glycerol release ( p  < 0.001) compared with crude and reference compounds. Cholesterol esterase activity predicts the IC 50  = 27.11 µg/mL of orlistat positive control compare with IC 50  = 8.158 µg/mL of crude extract. Based on the observation, A. indicum leaf extract can promotes lipolysis and differentiated adipocytes. Emerging infectious diseases (EID) as well as reappearing irresistible infections are expanding worldwide. Utmost of similar cases, it was seen that the EIDs have long been perceived as a predominant conclusion of host-pathogen adaption. Here, one should get to analyze their host-pathogen interlink and their by needs to look ways, as an example, by exploitation process methodology particularly molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulation, have been utilized in recent time as the most outstanding tools. Hence, we have overviewed some of important factors that influences on EIDs especially HIV/AIDs, H1N1 and coronavirus. Moreover, here we specified the importance of molecular docking applications especially molecular dynamics simulations approach to determine novel compounds on the emerging infectious diseases. Additionally, in vivo and in vitro studies approach to determine novel compounds on the emerging infectious diseases that has implemented to evaluate the limiting affinities between small particles as well as macromolecule that can further, used as a target of HIV/AIDs, H1N1, and coronavirus were also discussed. Improvement in dissolution of the drugs having poor solubility is a challenge in pharmaceutical industry. Micronization is one technique, employed for dissolution enhancement of cilostazol, a BCS class II drug. However, the obtained micronized drug possesses poor flowability. The aim of this study was to improve the dissolution rate and flow properties of cilostazol by crystal engineering, using habit modification method and compare with micronized cilostazol bulk drug. Simulation studies were performed to predict the effect of solvents on cilostazol crystal habit. Cilostazol crystals with different habits were prepared by solvent:anti-solvent crystallization technique. SEM, FTIR, DSC, TGA and PXRD were used for solid state characterization. The results revealed that cilostazol re-crystallized from methanol-hexane system were hexagonal and ethanol-hexane system gave rods. Cilostazol engineered habits showed increased dissolution rate than unprocessed drug but similar dissolution rate when compared to micronized cilostazol. Micronized cilostazol showed a dissolution efficiency of 75.58% where as cilostazol recrystallized from methanol-hexane and ethanol-hexane systems resulted in a dissolution efficiency of 72.63% and 68.63%, respectively. In addition, crystal engineering resulted in improved flow properties of re-crystallized habits when compared to micronized form of the drug. In conclusion, crystal engineering by habit modification show potential for dissolution enhancement with an added advantage of improved flow properties over micronization technique, for poorly soluble drugs like cilostazol., (Copyright © 2015 Elsevier B.V.
